Normally don't have too many problems with this location, but this happened last night. I could understand if they didn't hear me when I order my Spicy Chicken sandwich with no Mayo, but how do put Mayo on the sandwich and still put the no Mayo sticker on the wrapper? 🤔

I am incredibly thankful for the staff at this Wendy's location who went above and beyond to help when my son faced a personal issue after our visit. Their kindness and the sincerity of the manager truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciate that personal touch in service. When it comes to dining, this is the only fast-food restaurant my kids ever ask to visit! As a mom, I love that they offer affordable menu options, and the food is always freshly made to order. I ran in to quickly grab my kids a drink because they were thirsty after a nearby haircut and dr appt. We stood at the counter without being acknowledged for almost 10 minutes. It wasn't busy inside. There was one family waiting and 2 cars in the drive through. Papers that burgers are wrapped in were falling from a metal shelf to the ground and workers were talking to one another/ making food but no one acknowledged us. We left without being helped.

Food is always cold. I keep getting chicken wraps and the wrap is always cold. They have no respect for your food. They have no concern about your complaints. Horrible place to come get food. Might as well go to Burger King when it's fresh. Don't come here unless you want your food to be cold. Everybody here sucks. They dont know how to make your food fresh.

This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but now, a couple of times, my family ordered from this place, and my burger was just OK they didn't make the bacon crispy on my burger i only like bacon crispy and my fries were very Bland and cold so we had to put them in my air fryer I want still love this place but I don't want them to keep on messing up but wendy's still have the best ice cream

Very tasty food. I asked for no tomatoes or onions but it was the drive through so I don’t really hold it against them they didn’t remove them. But the fries and cheese burger were GREAT

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast foods (pls don't judge me) and this location is the one I go to most often (I mean... not that often......) + They have the ordering screen, which is great because it decreases the human error in getting my order wrong. It's so easy to just order, pay, and get exactly what I need. + Fries are always hot and fresh. + No one argue with me on this one - Wendy's has the best chicken nuggets no matter what. Knocking off a star because sitting through the drive thru line is painful. Did they fall asleep? It's faster to go in and order on the screen.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I needed this to be shared. My mom went to pick up dinner while I helped my boyfriend study. He asked for a bacon burger and I asked for a chili cheese baked potato. Now when my mom is in the drive through the guy at the window slams the window in her face as she is trying to talk to him. When she gets home my baked potato is no where to be seen and my boyfriend's burger is the smaller regular bacon burger. So my mom calls them and we go to get the replacement. My boyfriends burger comes out fine but my potato has no chili on it. I tried to call multiple times and no answer. Do not come here if you want your order made right and good service. They are both lacking.

This Wendy's is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, in my lifetime experience. Not only did I wait in line for 20 minutes after I placed in Mobile order and drove into the drive-thru, but the way that I ordered my chicken sandwich and my hamburger we're completely wrong. The delays were not explained, nor was my hamburger prepared the way I liked and asked for and my chicken sandwich had lettuce on it when I purposely ordered no lettuce. My double stack mysteriously became a single stack hamburger, with no cheese, with no mayo, no tomato, and ketchup which I purposely asked not to be on my burger. My crispy chicken sandwich was missing the mayonnaise. The staff here obviously cannot either read or follow directions. Do not patronize this crap hole of a Wendy's. Go somewhere else!

My wife and I went for some burgers and baconator fries. After getting home with no receipt, we found one item missing and my wife's burger had SEMEN IN HER BURGER. This Wendy's can not be trusted and I would have given it zero stars if the option was there. We're going to get an std test tomorrow and if it comes back positive we will be suing.

I came here in the early morning hours one day to get some breakfast and service was quick, friendly and efficient. The food was also prepared quickly and was hot, fresh, and tasty. Both the exterior and interior of this location was clean and litter free. Good experience all around.

I just paid $41 tonight when I went through the drive through and just saw when I got home that I was missing an entire meal the girl in the window that ran my card gave herself a $9 tip after i paid. my bank statement shows it's pending for 50 even. the young dark haired girl in the window, you are entitled and a little thief in fucking pissed and calling your manager in the morning!! I'm sick of being taken advantage of!

my daughter and I went thru drive thru around 8pm on a Saturday night and we ordered a coke and strawberry lemonade with our meals and when we pulled up to the second window they handed us a dr. pepper and cherry coke... we were not upset by that we were upset by the young man handing us our drinks.. when I said we ordered a coke and not a cherry Coke he yelled WHAT and shut the window on us and proceeded to ignore us. customer service with this young man was rude and immature. I wish we caught his name and next time we will and I will report him inside not just on yelp review.

Food is typically decent, restaurant is clean but be warned you will need a minimum on 30 minutes to get through drive through. No idea why they built a second drive lane and have never used it. Staff seems decent so maybe it's a staff g issue.

It's sad that businesses like this have gone such downhill. The late night employees are lazy, incompetent, and will just get your order wrong anyways. My most recent experience was going in around 9:00pm, myself and my fiancé were the ONLY ones inside trying to place our order, and we stood there at the register for close to 10 minutes before anyone told us that they're "only taking orders at the kiosk." Mind you, I made eye contact with at least 4 different employees, all of which were just standing there doing nothing.

It's Wendy's....and it's pretty good - at that...and I've never had a bad order...True, some of the other critical critics have a point. Why put two lanes in if you dont use them?...Although, labor is tough to come by, these days....

Wendy's, it is pretty good for fast food and the chili is probably the best part. The service can be quick and tastes better then some places. The other costumers are kind of weird though. There are many characters you will encounter. For being fast food it is not that bad.

Ah fast food from Wendy's, predictable, accurate, incredibly slow, whether you wait in the drive-through or go inside. The orders are generally always correct without surprises. Service at this location is always slow. It does seem like the person on the register just started that day and does not know the menu or how to place an order electronically. Maybe this is some sort of Wendy's management thing, put the least experienced person in front of the customer. Everyone does their best and the food is pretty good if unremarkable. I truly wish they had an electric neon sign that says yes we have baked potatoes now! These guys never seem have baked potatoes; it's like oh a customer order baked potatoes but we're out, "it will only be 45 minutes." This location was scraped to the ground and rebuilt within the last year so the dining room is clean and the bathrooms do work.

I like Wendy's. This location is terrible. The second worst drive through in Denver. Why build a double drive through if you refuse to staff it? And since you do refuse to staff it, why not open the back speaker instead of the front?? I have literally never seen it open in the year I have worked close by. As I type, I'm in the drive through. Been here 17 minutes so far. Why do I come here? Sitting in the drive through again. 9 cars waiting. I ordered firehouse while waiting in the drive up line, went and picked it up and when I left the drive through was still backed up with the same cars. Terrible.

They have 2 drive thru options but have only used 1 for the past year. Really disappointed in this location and after being a customer for so long it's B.S. that they are getting food wrong and don't pick up the phone....

This location is always slow, and I swear the sloths from Zootopia run the drive through. I never understood why they added another lane for the drive through when it's never open. The food is just ok. Fries are soggy and cold. The customer service isn't the best either. I do like Wendy's but this location is terrible. If you like waiting 20-25 minutes for fast food, then by all means, go to this location.

I will start by saying that I totally understand many restaurants are understaffed and doing the best they can. However, there are things you can do to mitigate customer's bad experiences. I am a Dasher and was picking up a door dash order. The app said to go inside and pick it up. The doors were locked and there was a sign saying drive through only. The only problem was the drive through line was wrapped around the building to the street. Probably 20+ minutes long. Dashers don't get paid wait times. So I knocked on the door and held up my door dash bag. The manager shrugged her shoulders at me and turned around. I saw an employee bringing a mobile order out to someone's car (which was apparently okay, but door dash pickups weren't?) And the kind employee let me in after I explained that it wasn't fair to make delivery people wait in a 20+ minute line for pickup. They should at least let us in to pick up delivery food even if the dining room was closed. The manager however was very rude and not understanding at all. She told me I wasn't allowed to be in there and that I had to wait in the drive thru. I told her no and that they should not make delivery people wait because we don't get paid to wait. She said I didn't have to accept the order. Well you don't know the situation until after you accept the order and you get dinged if you unassign orders after you accept them. She also said they were understaffed because 3 people called out. I told her to turn off door dash because given the WILDLY long drive thru line they couldn't handle the orders. She continued to be rude to me and ignored me basically while blaming me instead of taking responsibility for her poor management. The staff was so understanding and helped me get my order while the manager continued to be nasty to me and told me I didn't have to come back, to which I told her I wouldn't. I hope she doesn't treat her amazing employees this way. I was told by other dashers I met later in the night that this Wendy's routinely shuts the dining room and tries to make delivery people wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line for pickup. That is just not right or fair to delivery people who are paid per delivery not by the hour.

Now thanks to this remodel Wendy's clogs up traffic for other business in this strip mall and has officially lost several regular customers including myself as a result.

Does this location not carry honey mustard? Or is that just a word employees don't understand? Ordered honey mustard for my food at the speaker and it popped up on the screen as BBQ sauce even though I clearly said honey mustard and that sounds nothing like barbecue. I thought it might just be the system and I'd ask the person at the window when I picked up my food. I asked "is there barbecue sauce in the bag?" She replied and said yes. I said "oh okay I asked for honey mustard can I have that instead?" She throws another sauce in the bag and I drive home. Open the bag and it's another barbecue sauce she threw in there. Really?? Do you not care enough to listen or are you just fucking with me? Employees need to go through training again. Food is always good though.

There was a huge black hair in my burger and when I went to complain about it the manager with the cul de sac had a terrible attitude and didn't even apologize. Extremely disappointed! Ordered food via Door Dash this evening. Everything was incorrect. And I mean EVERYTHING... contact door dash and they give a small credit on a $39 order. I have a house full of kiddos tonight and not a safe way to travel with everyone. When I called I was hung up on... 2x!! I know it was my order because everything was right as far as the sandwiches that were delivered, but why ask for special instructions if can't/won't follow them. I just wanted plain sandwiches... less work for them honestly! We will never go back to that place. And next time I'll just order some dang pizzas!!

If you want good food, do not come to this location. They must not be able to hire decent workers with all the trash moving up here, but still. Close the location or something, this is just ridiculous, or maybe make a test that applicants have to pass in order to work there. I think I gave our order then my wife gave our order, and the kid was either extremely stupid and didn't write it down, or the people in the back are extremely stupid and can not follow simple directions. What is wrong with this location? The food - when I actually manage to get it - is fine. There's nothing wrong with the food at this location, but service is GLACIALLY slow. There's always a line at least 7 cars long in the drive thru. The line inside isn't much better. I'm not going to blame the staff - I'm sure they're doing their best with how few people are there. This is on corporate - HIRE MORE PEOPLE. You have a double drive thru and the second lane is always closed. You're a huge fast food corporation - either close this location or hire enough people to serve the load of customers this location gets. You can't keep a store open with half staff and customers (like me), walking in and doing a 180 back out the door as soon as they see 15 people in line. You're losing customers.

I like this Wendy's, even though I try not to eat fast food too often. The food is usually very fresh, and as I ordered it. They do a good job of keeping the place clean. Wendy's has the best value menu, in my opinion, and I love the cheesy burger things for a buck - I ask them to add lettuce and tomato and that makes it more filling and more than just cheese and meat. The drive-thru always seems to be packed, so just go in and order.

This place is horrible. Customer service was atrocious the girl said she was having a bad day and close the window on me. The manager during peak hours was in the office interviewing people. Food was cold Frosty overfilled in flowing in my car. This is by far one of the worst Wendy I have ever been to. I travel too many different states I will never be back to this place. The manager needs retraining his staff needs retraining and they also need to understand what they do which is serve fast food. If you are a fast food restaurant that has been around for many many years you should at least do food correctly. Took my food back inside got a refund and went to Good Times down the road their service was awesome and the food was hot and fresh.

Terrible experience. Came today, Saturday, so I expected the restaurant to be somewhat busy. Drive through was backed up so my wife parked and I went in. Took 30 minutes to get my food. And then it was wrong. I ordered two number 2's, medium with frostys, and a child's chicken tender meal. I received one child's frosty, a small frosty, and two small fries. No kids drink. My kid was so upset in the car that I didn't ask for anything to be fixed. Understaffed restaurant and people working don't move with a sense of purpose. Fast food isn't fast now a days..respect isn't either apparently. Don't plan on coming back but I do plan on calling higher
