If I could give -10 stars they would get it. No lettuce for the burgers on Saturday at 3pm, horrible manager who sends new employees to talk to customers instead of handling complaints, fries cold and the grease was old, sweet tea was old and watered down, I sat in the drive-thru at the speaker for almost 10 minutes while waiting for untrained staff to get their system back up. Then when I asked for a refund the manager stated I would have to wait until tomorrow cause she didnt know how to issue them due to being new. Thenn the burger and bread was not fresh. I wouldn't give my dog a fry from this Wendys. Never again.

Weird, I read the other reviews thinking they must have been one time issues. But sure enough, they gave me cold fries in my order. I don't think I've ever actually received a cold fry until today. It's not hard... You just throw away fries if you made too many and they've been sitting out. Only serve hot ones to the customers, right? The manager must just not care, or is trying to save a buck. Weird! Wouldn't go back here.

Ordered two honey biscuits this morning. They were both just like a regular chicken biscuit bc there was barely any honey on them. Only location where Ive had this problem my last two visits

Why can I place an order in the app for pick up, select drive thru as my pick up method, arrive at the restaurant, wait on the drive thru line, just to get to the speaker and be told that I have to come inside to pick up my order "because it's not night time"? I need someone to explain to me in a way that makes sense how it's good customer service to make a customer wait in line, and then tell me that Instead of you taking a few steps over to another counter to grab my food, I have to drive all the way back around the restaurant, park and get out of my car to walk inside and then WAIT AGAIN because you don't even have 10 nuggets and a frosty that I ordered 10 minutes ago prepared? If anyone can manage to make this make sense I will change this review to 5 stars. I'll wait

Picking up order with DoorDash and service sucks! Girl taking orders act like she’d been sucking lemons a few days no personality at all!! There was a white man there I’m assuming was a manager who had the same kinda attitude! He was mocking as we were leaving with order waving and laughing and moving his lips all this while I believe conducting an interview!! Gonna pass this along to DoorDash!!! Never will accept an order from Wendy’s here again!!! And you sir the manager should be ashamed! No wonder the employees are so bad!!! Learn to be nice and respectful to your customers after all we do pay your salary!!

Small dining room, but no problem. Store is fresh, and the kitchen and checkout staff was working hard at lunchtime. Food came fast and was cooked just right. Good experience.

I did a mobile order and was told to go curbside and waited 10 minutes just to get three beverages, which is all I ordered. Terrible service and a waste of time.
