Wendy's

Had an attitude when THEY messed up my order. And my chicken nuggets has a weird white residue on it with a gum like texture. When I asked about it they said it’s nothing they could do because it’s normal.

I can't really give a review of this Wendy's because both times I have been there to eat, no one would come to the door to let us in. Both times I stopped to eat, the dining room was closed, even though it was well after opening time. This restaurant doorstep even open until 9:00 am, and then when they are open... they only open the drive through. Won't be going back.

This is the worst Wendys I have ever visited. My first time I went inside and it was so cramped you had to stand outside while you waited to order. The dining room was a disaster. I went back because it was a new location and wanted to give them another chance and it was even worse, employees were extremely rude and they messed my entire order up. Month later the sign said it was under new management so I decided to give it one more try and went through the drive thru. i was begged for money multiple times while waiting to order (not uncommon for durham) and after getting my burger and fry I asked for a cup of ranch and was interrupted before I could even get it out and was told I would have to pay for it. As if I was a dummie for not assuming that at first. So they gave me ketchup instead and the outside of the packets were covered in old ketchup which got all over my food in the bag. You cant make this up, it cant get any worse than this restaurant. I don't think they even care. Avoid at all cost.

Very clean store that was not the issue. I placed my order and upon watching the food service workers none of them had on gloves most were just wiping their hands on their pants and shirts The only person that did have one gloves was walking out the door with a to-go order and came back in with the same gloves

Food is Wendey’s, can’t say much else about that part. How are they out of Coke in the soda machine in the dining area? And Coke isn’t the only one that wasn’t working, there were several. I was hopeful that this one would be better than the one up on Duke Street, but not the case.

If I could give -10 stars they would get it. No lettuce for the burgers on Saturday at 3pm, horrible manager who sends new employees to talk to customers instead of handling complaints, fries cold and the grease was old, sweet tea was old and watered down, I sat in the drive-thru at the speaker for almost 10 minutes while waiting for untrained staff to get their system back up. Then when I asked for a refund the manager stated I would have to wait until tomorrow cause she didnt know how to issue them due to being new. Thenn the burger and bread was not fresh. I wouldn't give my dog a fry from this Wendys. Never again.

Ordered two honey biscuits this morning. They were both just like a regular chicken biscuit bc there was barely any honey on them. Only location where Ive had this problem my last two visits

This place is horrible hands down the worst Wendy's ever. Repeating my order five times she still didn't get it right told her it was different than the display. She told me to trust her. Of course the order was wrong.
