Wendy's

I went through the drive through and got my meal. By time she handed me the food, she closed the window. I had to beep horn three times to get attention for some ketchup. About 5 min later, as my son was about to bit into his honey butter chicken biscuit he noticed a strand of long brown hair caught in between sandwich. I returned to try and get my money back. She asked what was wrong, took the sandwich and proceeded to show her co workers as they talked in Spanish. I wasn't given an option or anything. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

Nothing special but also nothing negative. This isn't the closest Wendy's to me so I probably won't be back here frequently, but good service. The Thin Mint Frosty is amazing. Fries weren't as hot and fresh as I've had in the past, but they also weren't bad--not cold or stale.

The other was onions only and had evidence of being nuked. The fries were perfect though 😂 What a dumpster fire of an experience. This happened 4+ hours before they close. It wouldn't allow me to put 0 stars.

This is unfortunately the closest Wendy's to me and every time I go to a new Wendy's, I'm impressed how bad this one is in comparison. The food is usually dry and just badly cooked and there's something wrong with my order (missing sauce or a topping). They also seem to really skimp on the size of the burger patty compared to other locations and never actually give me extra pickles or onions when I'm there. The location is also just kind a gross area and a bleh interior Corporate needs to step in and fix this Wendys location because I was honestly thinking Wendy's was terrible until I went to a different location Jesus wept.

Just went to Wendy's on my lunch break to get a Dave's Single burger. When I got back to work to eat by burger; with the first bite, I pulled out a piece of paper that was stuck to the burger and the cheese. That's not cool at all Wendy's

This was my raw honey butter chicken biscuit that I had eaten a bite out of. Completely cold and mushy raw chicken in the middle. Disgusting. I have been sick since.

I always go here for the peace of mind n food. It's quiet n the service is quick n friendly .

This employees thinks that they are the owner of the store they. are very poor at giving service they made me waint for like 45 min eailer now they r making me wait for 23 min

The chicken sandwich was good. Service was good. It wasn't busy inside. It looked nice inside. I didn't like the staff wasn't wearing gloves when preparing the food.

Fast, hot, nice and poilte service at drive thru. Couldn't ask for much more than that for a quick bite on the go.

Me thinks not! I stopped in shortly after they opened. I stood at the counter for may 90 seconds w/o anyone there to take my order. I asked for, I think it was a small #6. Bacon egg and cheese comes with hime fries and coffee. Got in the car. Tasted a flat hard home fry. Nasty. Opened the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I didn't even bite all the way thru. Halfway thru my bite I felt the elastic bacon stretch and stiff bread. I said he'll to the no. Can't eat that. Threw the whole bag away and didn't eat any of it. Coffee was less than mediocre. *Note this location is attached to the Exxon gas station. Be careful driving thru to get in and out. There's a lot of workers in the small vans with 10 ladders on top flying around the corner. Lots of white vans with slide doors driving around. Be alert and aware for many reasons, please. And don't eat here.

We finally had a chance to try out the breakfast menu at Wendy's today. We used to frequent this location monthly on Friday nights for their 4 for $4 deal. Anyways, onto their breakfast offerings. I got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with seasoned potatoes on the side. He got the combo meal with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. My biscuit sandwich was good, just good. My first impression upon unwrapping it was that the egg smelled and looked like a freshly cooked egg. The biscuit was good, not as tender and flaky as some other places. The sausage on his sandwich was square, like their hamburgers, lol. He said next time he'll get the biscuit. Coffee was ice cold and he had to ask for it to be reheated. The seasoned potatoes? FABULOUS. They had just the right seasoning and we're crispy on the outside and tender inside. I'll definitely go back for those!

I went yesterday to get something fast around 4pm i'm new in the area. And the food was so delicious and also the employees were nice. The food came out quick ofc it's a fast food restaurant but not just that the meat was so fresh!!! I'm definitely coming again to this wendy's:)

I really don't eat from Wendy's I love the Pineapple Mango Lemonade so I thought I'd stop in for one. As I'm standing at the counter the lady behind the counter touches the broom and then gives a gentleman a drink refill. I'll not return to this location.

This is the worst Wendy's I ever came to their customer service sucks and they don't care about the customers. I came through the drive thru inside to ask for some jelly and was told next time buy the food here and don't ask for jelly. Emmma the manager was a asshole I would never come here again to be treated the way I was.

This is the WORST Wendys I have ever taste. I can make a $12 sandwich with even better taste at home. I was served a bun ( Run by a -Truck), 1 tomato ( probably the best thing in the sandwich) c ) - what I tasted it and how it looked most importanly cost at least $2.....:/ Ridiculous stop for a hungry person. Check your stuff before pull out.....

Service was great. Food was prepared promptly. Wendy's beats the 'McD' store for food everyday!.

If I could put no stars on this I would , I usually don't like leaving review to any restaurants but , this one takes the cake , asked for a baconator combo , what I get are 2 hamburgar/stack pattys , my burger looked like a Mc double from Mc Donald's , on top of that , I asked for a coke , they give me a Diet Coke , for the price of $12+ ,feel like I just been robbed

Worst Wendy's in the world Food is consistently cold and they don't even read instructions. If you lay for add ons you won't get it. Corporate should close this location down for giving the company a bad name

I normally don't leave reviews but I got Wendy's this today and my time was terrible. I order, but I guess the person at the window was having trouble putting in my order. I wanted 2 separate meals and I believe that's what I paid for based on the price, but didn't get my receipt. Then I only got the meal Combe and the just other main entree. Then to top it all off, as I finally bite into my wrap, there's hair. bit a hair, some hair. I'm just not eating here again.

Good food, Great customer service, and quick service. The ambiance is fine. I usually go in the morning, which is the best time to go. Rush hour is pretty busy, but they do their best.

This Wendy's is conveniently located as it is connected to the 7-11 and Exxon. Talk about a 1 stop shop!!! You can buy a Wendy's classic and leave with a Slurpee all while filling your gas tank-So kudos to that...but we should get serious for a second. Which fast food restaurant had the best deals during the Covid Pandemic? Ask yourself that question and If you don't say Wendy's something is wrong with youJk. As soon as shit went left for the whole world, Wendy's blessed us with the 5 dollar biggie bad deal.(Thats 1 chicken sandwich ,1 fry, 1 drink and 10 freaking nuggets for 5 dollars....There was one point where I thought the world was really going to end because this was too good of a deal to be true. I thought the 4 for 4 couldn't be top but they hit us with a absolute banger with the 5 dollar biggie bag. I had to put down my Caviar Encrusted Crab Cakes to fill all you rich folk in.

This spot is close to the late night gym sessions I attend during the weekends. The service was prompt , efficient , and friendly. I got the double Patty burger which filled me up very well after working out

I am glad they started the 4 for $4. The staff here was good. The manager came out while we were eating and gave my children a free small frosty and then gave us coupons to come back. This particular location serves breakfast.

I was looking for a Wendy's that served breakfast and I finally found this one. I only go though the drive-thru so I don't know what the dine-in experience would be like but they are always fast and very polite. I've never had a bad experience at any Wendy's and I'm glad this place didn't break the streak. Also, I would recommend everyone try the breakfast sandwiches from Wendy's. This price is just a bit more but the taste matches the price.

This review is for the Wendy's restaurant on Washington Blvd in Lansdowne MD. I've always liked Wendy's burgers more than those other fast food places, so I was somewhat happy when I found out one would be opening not too far from where I live. Although it's convenient, I have to ask myself why I keep going back. During the pandemic, every couple of weeks I'd get a craving for a Wendy's burger, so I go through their drive-thru window. Usually I get what I ordered, but oftimes there is no bacon on the bacon-cheeseburger, or the toppings are not what I asked for, or I'm missing something I've ordered. Annoying, but not worth the trip to go back and complain. More often than not, they don't have baked potatoes, and frequently no chocolate Frosties. It's a good thing I get these to eat at home, because there is usually nothing in the bag other than the food - no utensils, no napkins, no packets of ketchup - and they don't even bother asking if I'd like them. OTOH, the staff who take care of the drive-thru are usually friendly and pleasant, and easy to understand through the speaker where you order.

GUYS! We forgot our wallet and only figured out when we had to pay. Told them to hold onto our order because well come back. Came back about 15 mins later and the cashier took a look at the food and threw it away and made us a new one! I mean for a fast food place that was awesome. We didn't expect for them to make us a new meal, but the fact that they did were super nice!

Do not go here. I mean, I want to give it negative stars, but I can't. We ordered 2 Four for $4 meals, and they were horribly wrong each of the THREE times we ordered it. First, the burgers had cheese on both of them, when we only ordered one with cheese. Onions on both of them too, and again the onions were only supposed to be on one of them. There were also pickles on one, which we didn't order. The next try, NONE of them had cheese and both had ketchup, third try they FINALLY got it right, but the sauce was wrong... just go to any other restarting then this. Eating out of a dumpster is better. Also, they messed up the order of all the people in front of us, and the wait was extremely long, despite a short line.

Cold fries, cold bun, cold burger patty, coke tasted off. Overall just a bad experience. This was also around 5:00pm.

Went to drive through, no one in front of me and took 8 minutes for the attendant to take my order. When I got my order, no "Thank You", "Would you like any condiments" or any customer recognition other than, "Here you go..". Burgers were dry and looked like they'd been made hours prior. Chili was room temperature at best and French fries were cold and brown. Whoever is managing is definitely not doing their job overseeing product quality, customer service or operational efficiency. I understand it's Wendy's but I can name at least 5 other quick meals that far exceed my experience here tonight. Went back after a few months and ordered a taco salad for my wife at home; guess what..? They forgot the chili! Seriously??!! I'm over this place. I was the only person in line at the drive through and only 2 people inside. Just hard to believe that these kind of mistakes are made with a simple order when they're not busy.

Just barely 3 stars. I "rediscovered" Wendy's about a year ago as I happen to pass upon this establishment most days of the week. They say "its not fast food, it's Wendys". But we all know it's fast food. Good fast food, but fast food nevertheless. The burgers are delicious. The fresh, never frozen patties easily beat other fast food burgers hands down, based simply on flavor. Both the single and the double are good. The burgers are topped with lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I usually don't like too much on my burger, but all of it together really goes well with the Wendy's patty. The fries are cooked soft and are usually not that crispy. The burgers alone would give this place more stars. However, the interior is a bit dingy. There is usually a line, more from slow orders than massive demand. Although there is a lunch rush, I'm assuming, everyday; they still have trouble adjusting to it. Most lunch times inside, it's like its a surprise that a bunch of people come in between 12-1 everyday. Workers look panicked, customers look impatient, and lines keep growing. Most people are surprised when I rank Wendy's burgers along with the likes of other more reputable joints such as Five Guys. But based purely on their flavorful beef patties they easily sit with the burger elite. If you can look past the dinginess, the "meh its fast food" mentality, and glacial service times, you will find yourself in the company of a darn good burger.

This is a pretty decent Wendy's if you ask me. It's attached to a gas station, has a drive thru, and is located at 1 and 103 in Elkidge. It's on my way home from work so I've been to the drive thru a few times and it's insanely fast! I like their burgers better than McDonald's or Burger King, but it's no Five Guys. The chicken sandwiches are okay, but nothing compared to Chick fil a. They've recently started serving breakfast, but I haven't given it a try yet.

Straight down the road (Convenient) and the salads are great! Also right next to 7-Eleven/gas station.

One star is being exceptionally nice to this particular Wendy's. I typically give fast food places three times to screw up before I never again return for anything. This works well as sometimes mistakes are genuine mistakes rather than sheer incompetence. Unfortunately, incompetent is the only real way to descibe this Wendy's. On three subsequent Saturdays I have went in and ordered a *GRILLED* Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich for lunch. All three times I've instead been given a *HOMESTYLE* Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The last two times I've caught the error before leaving, and they remade the sandwich, so they at least know how to fix errors. Hoewever, the people making the sandwiches most certainly don't seem to read/understand the instrustions that are given to them verbally or via the order printer above the grill. I like Wendy's sandwiches, and I think that they have the best french fries but at this point, nothing can redeem this particular store for me. When/If I need to get something from a Wendy's, I'll make the longer trip down to the one in Arundel Mills. The Wendy's in Arundel Mills has never gotten my order wrong.

Lately the fries have been pretty disappointing. I'd say bypass the fries and get a side salad instead.

Amazing staff! I asked for a small drink but recieved a large they lowered the price and let me still keep the large. My food was going to take a while and the woman who worked their gave me a free oatmail cookoe for the wait.

How sad that this place got bad ratings...I actually had a great experience recently. I had asked about fries moments before, but ended up going healthy (at Wendy's, haha) and ordered a pecan apple chicken salad. They told me they ran out of pecans. The manager asked if I'd like extra croutons or anything. I declined. He quickly whisked me an order of small fries and gave me a mini frosty while I waited for the salad. That was nice...sabotaged my attempt to be healthy, but hey, free food :) The manager seems to be trying--he also gave a family that was dining there several of the mini-frosties and came out from behind the counter to check on his patrons.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Usually drop in once every few weeks. It's always been pretty good. They keep the place clean and well-run. My wife likes Wendy's better than other fast food places so if we do have to get fast food, we come here. Came in today for lunch and saw that a lady from the Howard County health department was here to give them an award for being listed as one of their Howard County 100 Healthy Restaurants. To get this award, they have to offer something nutritious, maintain a clean and healthy environment, and make your nutrition info clearly posted. I casually congratulated the manager as he walked by and he thanked me by giving me a free Frosty and a couple of those key tags that gets you a free junior frosty anytime you order something. I've always had a good experience here, whether it's dine-in, to-go, or drive-through.

I work up the street and have watched this location decline steadily over the last couple of years. The burgers aren't bad but the rest of the menu is just awful. The chicken is always dry, the salads are usually wilted and the fries are the worst I have ever had. They are overcooked and taste like the oil has never been changed. I understand this is a 'fast-food' place but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the product. This is especially true since Wendy's is the on the higher end of the price scale for 'fast-food.' I dislike McDonald's but I would rather venture up route 1 and eat there. The food may be bland but it's better than this place and at least cooked correctly. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat.

This Wendy's sucks. Food is sub-par and the manager is a douche. I tried to call about hours. Hung up on. Found a small chicken bone in my salad. Not a big deal if you're not a vegan, like me, but if you were... this was 12:00 am turning from March 30 to March 31. Said they were closed. They weren't.

Claims to be open till 2am on Saturday night/Sunday morning. That is false. Went there at 1:30am, lights were on but no one was at the drive thru window or answering questions if they were open.

So i stayed at the best western hotel and wanted doordash at 1 in the morning. Being that it was around the corner from the hotel i assumed i would have no issue with the delivery. however, they failed to deliver the food and even place the order due to a "outside of door dash radius" this rating is mostly focusing on their lack of consistency because they are one of the only food places open that late at night and they failed to deliver their delicious eats to my hotel.

This Wendy's location offers breakfast and is open until 1AM. It is attached to a 7-11 which also has a gas station so can be very convenient to grab a Frosty and fill up your tank. If you've not been to a Wendy's in a while, their menu has changed but what I like are the variety of side items they have. Service can be a bit slow so keep that in mind if in a hurry. Oh..they also tend to over salt the fries so request a fresh batch.

I used to be a fan, years ago of this location, but it has seriously fallen. The drive-through is sooo slow, the food is sub-par (even for Wendy's) and the employees couldn't give a rats a** about your order. The last few times I've wandered by it (it is connected to a gas station), the whole place smells like a heavy cleaning solution, but the floors and counters still appear filthy. Avoid this one. Drive up a block to visit the Subway or other new restaurants within the area.

My past 2 visits to this wendys have been bad 1st off my order was wrong i had ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and the just give me a plain hamburger and i had also waited in line for about 20 mins to get my food and as of today i just went there they messed up my order again i ordered 10 chicken spicy nuggets they give me reg ones instead i went back to talk to a manager and they told me they would make news ones that took about 15 more mins and by that time my outher food was cold the fries where over cooked ill never come back to this wendys again the wendys on dobbin rd is way better its worth the extra drive ill be goin there from now on dont go to this wendys its bad nasty

2 stars because our food was cold by the time we got home! Only 3 miles away. It was about 10pm but still. I will give it another try since it's close to homw.

I like this Wendy's location. I've never been inside because the drive through service is always on point. We all know Wendy's isn't 5Guys but good none the less.

The only Wendy's I'll eat at. Great service day, night, morning, whenever. Always go here. Made a few mistakes but usually nothing serious

I went through the drive thru and ordered a full size salad, a single burger and a key chain frosty. Melba was a newer employee and had a little trouble with my coupon but called Crystal for back up and they both learned and figured it out. Both pleasant ladies and helpful and happy, Crystal is an older employee and does an outstanding job. She fills the order quickly, completely and with a smile.

I go here alot, fries are always hot, and the spicy sandwiches are always tasty. My only gripe is the soda tastes flat ALOT. If I go there ten times in a row, it is normally flat 4 out of 10 of those times. Other then that, food is great. :)

I know it's a bit strange to write a review on a fast food joint such as Wendy's, but considering the horrible experience I had and blatent false advertising, I HAD TO. Wendy's has never been a favorite of mine. For fast food, I fancy Chick-Fil-A. Maybe because they actually smile at you and offer you free refills on their amazing sweet tea. I digress. WENDY'S ad campaign on their new menu enticed me. They hyped their new side items which included a sweet potatoe, chilli cheese fries and mac and cheese. Ok so I'm not about to get a sweet potatoe at Wendys. I think not. For that I go to Outback Steakhouse! The fries at Wendys are already dull to me and I doubt chilli will do anything but make dull fries soggy. Mac and cheese seemed like it would be a good choice to accompany my "Dave's hot N' juicy" burger. First of all, if you are going to advertise a, "HOT AND JUICY" line of burgers, then you better make sure those patties are HOT, and bitch make em' juicy! It was neither of the two. A typical bland Wendy's burger that we are all accostomed to. Never surprising, considering their boring unexciting name on the red sign, "OLD FASHIONED HAMBURGERS" Old fashioned? It's 2012, I'm trying to get a new age burger up in here! I digress again. So the burger was bland, dry and had a little grease, but it by no means had any flavorful juice action that a Rays Hellburger always delivers. Being a Hellburger fan, a WENDYS burger tastes like cardboard. Now I ordered the mac and cheese thinking no one can mess that up. I mean even KRAFT is edible. Even the hospital cafeterias serve up decent enough mac and cheese. Velveeta is my guilty pleasure. But oh no....Velveeta upstaged WENDYS! And I know, who goes to a fast food place and is surprised at how horrible the mac and cheese is...well come on now...KFC's mac and cheese is pretty decent. But I opened my little styrofoam container, and I was a bit confused. Nothing but a piss yellow gooey watery liquid with noodles FLOATING in it. I took a bite and immediately spit it out all over my steering wheel. How about the cheese sauce was FREEZING COLD and the noodles were chewy and lukewarm. I stormed into that Wendys so fast...keep in mind, this was a Wendy's connected to an EXXON gas station so that should've been a red flag! (A BROTHA WAS HUNGRY) But even Royal Farms is a convenient store and it serves up THE WORLDS BEST FRIED CHICKEN. I can't understand why they would hype up these new sides only to deliver something that is toxic to my health. Not to mention they advertise the mac and cheese as having CHEDDAR SLICES on top, when there were none. Why is Wendy's still in business? I have NEVER had anything besides the FROSTY that is an exclamation point. Wendy's constantly leaves me with question marks. No need for me to try their new breakfast. McDonalds and Chick Fil-A reign supreme in that department. "You know when it's REAL" Are you serious Wendy's? You don't even have real cheese on the mac and cheese. You don't even have real butter on the sweet potatoe...DESCRIBED AS A "BUTTERY CINNAMON SPREAD" Please...Don't patronize me Wendy's, I know when it's real and this right here is FRAUDULENT! False advertising and hazardous to my health! I bet them red braided pigtails aint real either! Where you get them from Wendy? The 99 cent wig shop?

Just got back from a run to Wendy's, it's 12:30 am. I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger off the $5 and under menu, along with a small chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was decent, but the cheeseburger was cold, and i don't mean luke warm, i mean actually cold. Not only that, but it was old and tough. The person who ordered with me also had cold fries and a cold burger. Needless to say, we no longer have an appetite. I work in the fast food industry, so i know they were well past due being switched out for newer food. The food at this Wendy's has always been good during the day, but this is my first (and quite possibly last) late night visit.

terrible service, got barely any fries in my large order
