Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever experienced. Neither the person at the drive through or the supposed manager had any idea that this item ... this FEATURED item ... is on their menu. Neither could understand or speak English well enough to get through the issue.

I don’t know who doing the hiring but they need to throw away the whole store! Everytime we order from Wendy’s they send the order to this location and I’m highly convinced that people can’t read order tickets. This is the 6th incident where they have messed up my order and sent the completely wrong food.

I would rate the food higher if i ever actually got my meals. Literally every single time I come here they forget half my order. I don't think there has ever been an occasion where they actually got my order right. Today I ordered three combos and they forgot 2 out of the 3 10 piece nuggets. The time before that they forgot my fries. And every single time they forget my sauces.

I love this place because they have a very clean food and they open late. But costumer service is very awful. They don’t even bother greeting the customers on drive thru. When I paid at the first window I said have a good night three times until she responded back to me. Please consider my post as improving your customer service experience. Thanks!

This Wendy’s location has to have the worst night crew in the area. Honestly the worst part about going to Wendys. The night crew drive through experience, time after time, surpasses the time before it as the worst thing to have happened in the last 10 years.

Almost choked myself eating seasoned potatoes for my breakfast. It’s dead old potatoes. I can’t believe this is the same Wendy’s I’ve been to. Quality is miserable. Won’t be coming back.

Rude staff. Does not honor the lobby policy. Makes own rules for being open for business

My favorite breakfast menu. It seems to be less greasy and tastier than other branches.

7 months later and my burger may have a little less beef in it, but my customized meal, ordered through the app was fine, as usual. My food could have been warmer, but other than that, no complaints. Will be enjoying my Wednesday free 6 piece chicken nuggets in my salad for another meal! Wild berry Frosty this time! Chap behind the counter was a bit brusque, but the restaurant was well-staffed.

Terrible service of the employees. Multiple missing items, when inquired about them they were extremely annoyed.

Absolute garbage. This is the second time my order is completely wrong and the last time. Don't they have a regional manager? A district manager? Their habitually poor service is CERTAINLY a poor reflection on Wendy's corporate.

They always are never ready when going through the drive in and I usually have to wait more than 5 mins for my order. They ask you to go upfront but no one ever comes out with the order. Then you are blocking everyone who is behind you and they honk for you to go. Just have specific spots for people to pick up their orders. Staff is very rude and not upfront about wait times. Been waiting 10 mins now.

I've been to this Wendy's location on a few times. I stopped by on Monday as it was on the way home from my son's doctor appointment. The food was as expected and the service was pretty quick. No errors on the order. I will say I'm not a fan of the Strawberry Frosty. Stick with the original if you are going to order.

It's a small Popeyes the place was packed everyone was looking to get their food for the Super Bowl game.

Very poorly run location. Items constantly missing from orders. As previous reviews have mentioned, the old (~70 year old) woman working there is very rude. World's worst Wendy's - avoid this place at all costs. Cold soggy fires, burgers and salads were sitting around for hours, looked and tasted old. Even the chili, the beans were simply not right. I really enjoy Wendys, but not this one!

I would give zero star if I could. 10 out of 10, they always mess up my orders. For nuggets, most of the time, they forget to put sauce. Bad service. If there is another Wendy's in nearby location, I would go there. They are not paying attention to customers' orders. Seriously the lowest quality of fast food service. I need to check your bag all the time to make sure they put all the food when I go there for drive thru. Horrible.

What can I say about this fast food chain besides that it's killin it during Covid-19. The line to order looks long, but don't be afraid to get on and wait; it does move quickly. The reason why I gave it a high score, because they are handling this craze pretty good. With the high demand for food this means the product you are purchasing is made fresh to order, and still piping hot when you get it. FYI: Drive-thru only.

Every time I visit any Wendy's and they don't give me the sauce that they specifically ask me that I want I will give this review. their prices have risen way too much to still be "forgetting" to put the one packet in my bag when they're putting promotional flyers in it. This is the companies trademark, but it isn't singular to this location. Do better.

It makes me livid to think that a fast food chain can be charging $10 for a piece of chicken that comes down to 10 cents a pound in the slaughterhouse industry and can manage to make that a horrendous experience. Mind you, I am a meat eater but will avoid it when given the option of protein-sense plant based meals. But come on. Why ask what sauces I want if you can't even remember to throw them in my takeaway bag? I believe the cashiers are genuinely unintelligent and incompetent. It's always a amanager rushing to help one of the staff members out when I am ordering indoors. I'm not making any difficult requests for a 5 course meal. just a chicken pretzel burger with NO bacon and extra s'awesome sauce separately!! for fuck's sake I'm never coming back.

Horrible service ever!! I ordered by drive thru and I said for three time that I wanted Crispy chicken BLT!!!!! Just sandwich when I went for second step for paying he asked me did u order spicy avocado blt chicken ?? so I said again that ordered Crispy chicken blt!!!! again and again!! then I showed him the name of menu with my phone!!!!! he talked to with the others after that what i got ..... Avocado blt chicken burger.... I have allergy with avocado!!!!!!!!! I cannnot go back to there and I had to throw away this !!! well they played with customer!!! so bad even i said again my order, they gave me wrong menu ... what a stupid thing the worst service ever

Love/hate relationship with this Wendy's. Like any fast food joint, you can't expect much in terms of quality but I would settle for consistency at the very least. The only consistently good items on their menu are the frosties and baconator fries. Everything else has been hit or miss for the past 15+ years.

Wonder why they have bad review. Beware, they can't get the order straight. I ordered and paid for 5 chili with onion and cheese. When I got home no onion and no cheese. I don't want to go back and ask for money extra money that is paid. Live far from here. But this place is hack.

Mobile system charged my order. When I get here, they tell me my payment failed, even though my bank account shows the charge. The manager tells me to dispute the order with Uber eats, but the order was done through the Wendy's app, not a third party. She makes me then come inside, I show her my bank charge and she tells me there's nothing she can do. I had two kids with me and had no choice but to pay twice. While I was waiting, an elderly woman asked the same woman for a cup for water and she told her it was 1.89. This place lacks serious customer service. Can't even believe the manager was this rude . Horrible !

Not sure prior to 2019 but during 2019 made no less than 10 visits here and was always pleased with online ordering and customer service. I think the reviews skew towards angry customers but this location is clean and well run.

this business sucks. it is horrible. I hate the food. They continue to make my order wrong. I wasted my money and my time and the service sucks. I had to come back three times for them to get my order right. (Which they didn't even do). Never go there. They suck. The service is horrible they never get the order right. They need new people working there. The team is bad. Byeee!! I would give this place zero stars if i could.

Drive-thru has been my only option lately since my kid is sleeping in the back. Those kids need to work on their customer skills. I waited to order for a good 3 minutes. Then, I was asked a question about my order, which was a mumbled run on sentence. I asked her to repeat what she said as Alexa would not have understood what she said either. This girl repeated the question in the same way Chris Tucker asked Jackie Chan if he understood the words out of his mouth in Rush Hour. Uncool. I do not like spit or other body fluids in my food, so I was courteous and gave her the biggest smile while I handed her my credit card.

Employees here don't really care about anything. Always missing items in orders. If you're going through the drive thru or order via Ubereats, prepare yourself to be disappointed. You really have to be skilled to read items off a screen and not put them in a brown paper bag. Fast food workers wants a minimum wage of $15 but aren't willing to put in the work.

They can never get an order right. Management does nothing to correct this problem. I've been here countless times and 9 times out of ten they get something or all of my order wrong. I am done giving them my business.

The store is generally clean, which is about the one positive about this location. The parking lot is too small, and cars zoom around the tight corners with no care for other people. My biggest issue with this Wendy's is the somewhat slow service. There appears to be ample workers behind the counter so not sure what the hold up is. Eight minutes for two large (underfilled) chilis is too long. Staff is pleasant. Seating are is large so if you are going to sit down, I would ignore the other negatives of the location and stop by for a break.

Worst drive thru ever. Dont come here unless you have all the time in the world. I had 3 infants in the car and didnt have the option to go inside. Was on line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes and still had to wait more than 5 minutes to have my order taken. Wound up just leaving because all 3 babies were crying their heads off.

Today my son ordered a Baconator Double on a Pretzel Bun (paid $1.00 extra for the bun). Open the sandwich ready to eat and there is NO BUN! They put the sandwich in the container and we were sent on our merry way! No mention of we are out of buns or do you want a different bun or a different sandwich! Just slop in a container and still charged $1.00 for the bun! NOT GOOD SERVICE!

Bad service. I went with a friend one was paying cash and the other card we asked for a separate order they said they can't we have to go around. It was around closing time . So we ordered 1 of the orders went around to make the second order and they they said that they couldn't take our order no more so my friend wasn't able to get his food. If that was the case we would have just went somewhere else to eat.

Do not use the drive thru as they always mess up your orders! I never use it anymore and always go inside but still have problems such as the food being cold or the cashiers being insanely rude. I understand that Wendys is not the best place to work but if you do not like your job quit or do not take it out on other people!

Horrible place. No one understands The items on the menu so when we ordered none of the food is correct. 4 workers didn't know the items on the menu. The manager had to call the cashier over to get the order again. Ridiculous-- took 15 minutes to get someone to understand that I ordered an item on their menu called "cold brew" but no one knew what it was.

There Getting the idea sort of better than they did for the first 15 years of being open it's only 2020 now and it's finally working the drive-thru amazing they took the order even though they were busy during the day and it was wonderful no screw-ups no mistakes the driver up personnel contact with the eyes very good understanding of English no problems.

The french fries were not good. I was disappointed considering my boyfriend and I were going on a french fry frenzy this evening. We wanted to compare all the french fries in the area. Sadly, this might have been on the bottom of the list. Just tasted like we got the bottom of the bunch and reheated? Wendy's has always been my go to, but lately the quality is not cutting it for me.

Honestly, how do you miss the BURGER of a combo in a delivery order!! y'all could have forgotten about the nuggets or the fries but the BURGER?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Has anyone reported this store to corporate yet. ??

I can count on one hand how many times I've eaten inside the place. I hope the old Korean crowd isn't gone since the renovations but with the drive-thru: Ask for condiments! They don't even give you ketchup or a straw without asking! Spicy chicken sandwich is my jam tho. The nuggets.......ugh this place doesn't mess up orders they just don't do you right by the sauces and utensils.

I come to this Wendy's once in a while. Went to the drive through and the order came out wrong. Did not give any sauces that were requested. In the past they were better, but the last couple of years this location has really fallen off.

Awful service, Wendy's constantly makes mistakes! How hard is it to put 2 - 10 piece spicy nuggets in a bag? That's all I ordered and received plain chicken nuggets.

I ordered homestyle chicken burger and it had one thin slice of lettuce and paper thin slice of tomato so I complained to the manager and the woman that was managing the place gave me attitude face and told me that is a home style chicken ... I'm not going back ther againg... Damn I should've took a picture it looked like 99 cents chicken burger..lol I just threw that shit in the garbage!

Wendy's is my best pal. It's always there. So convenient. Love that there's a drive thru. Life saver when you got the munchies. When you're peckish, you gotta eat. Plus, it super cheap. I usually order off the value menu. When you wanna binge on junk food you gotta go all the way. Honestly, it's the best OK food for the value. Secret/not so secret: order the 6-piece chicken nuggets. They're only $1.79! If you want a meal get the 4-for-$4. Super worth it! Best of all it's open til late. So it's my crutch when I'm cramming for exams late into the night.

Dirts on my nuggets. So disgusting and unforgivable. What if a child ate this? This dirt is definitely from floor or even if it isn't this is unacceptable.

The late night drive through does not move! Honestly takes close to 45 mins from when you pull up.

Recently renovated, nicer seating area, seats more comfortable and soda machines with dozens of soda flavors. Love their Apple Pecan Salad. I will love them more if they bring back Chicken Sesame Salad with mandarin oranges ;-) Also a favorite, can't remember the name, it's burger in brioche bun with velveeta like cheese sauce and mushrooms. Portobello Melt? Staff is friendly, most of the time. There were some errors made, especially with drive thru. Incorrect order, charges, etc. Just double check your order.

Rude drive thru employees...the girl taking my order seem to not know what she was doing and when I approach the window she was on her cell phone didn't even acknowledge me at all and just took my money and gave me back my dollar change. We usually go inside but we were kind of in a rush and my son asked for a cherry sprite which she told me she could not get me. Seems pretty ridiculous when the machine is on the other side of the counter. When I reached the second window that girl did not knowledge me either and I just drove off with my salty salty salty fries. Not worth my travel I'll be traveling to the neighboring Wendy's into north Bergen from now on worth the drive!

Although I have come here many times over the years, lately the drive thru situation has been a mess. They employees struggle to take your order or take forever to get around to you once you pull up to the speaker. They never give extra condiments or anything so don't even expect it without asking. I've had my orders messed up on multiple occasions. The food itself is generally very good as far as Wendy's go but the ordering process needs work. If you can't handle staying open late, don't.

Terrible service messing up my order 3 different times. This location has gone down hill severely

So I had gone to this location with my friend. We ordered our food 3 times. Why 3 you may ask. Because the over night girls didnt speak a english, which is fine I speak spanish. So i translated and STILL the screw up the order. Or and they start laughing and giggling too. To top it off this is the THIRD time thats happened. Deff wouldn't recommend this wendy's. It's a mess.

I'm 6 months pregnant so as you know I can't hold my bladder very long. I made an order then kindly ask to use their restroom because I couldn't hold it any longer. The manager told the employee that I asked for me to wait one second then someone will come. After waiting and holding they called me for my order. I reminded them I had to use the bathroom then was told no by the manager. I have never experienced anything so rude in any other franchise.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. go to a neighbouring Wendy's. The people could barely speak English and messed up the order. The fries were soggy and chicken nuggets were cold. Last time I go there.

You're like talking to a wall. Hard to understand people taking our orders. Orders are messed up because they don't listen very well. Have you tried talking to a baby as compared to a wall? We can understand babies as they cry, but a wall with legs, arms, ears, and nose- forget it! Again ur talking to a WALL! We need to repeat our orders 4 times on speaker box before they understand. BUT WAIT, THERE's MORE!!! The girl (wall-type) who's taking the orders doesn't know how to speak a fluent and clear english. You need to hire someone who can do translation or at least someone who knows how to do sign languange. Goodluck to this branch.

This review applies to drive-thru only. The man who took my order was friendly, but the lady who put my order together really messed up. Ordered sour cream & chives baked potato and they forgot to include sour cream. Ordered a coke float and a drink and they forgot straws... Ordered a cod filet with cheese and they forgot cheese! And shouldn't they at least ask what sauces I want for the chicken nuggets before closing the window and going away? Employees at this location need some serious training. I rarely go to Wendy's but everytime I go here, they always forget the straw! Am I missing something? Are you supposed to request a straw just like ketchup? Shouldn't a straw come with a drink? I understand if it happened only once. But it's everytime I happen to go to here. Anyway, make sure you guys check your bag before getting home!!

This place usually has excellent salads, as well as chicken. The coffee stinks, and some of the workers are careless. This is the second time I was handed a coffee with a loose lid. Anyhow, the service is fast and friendly.
