Valeria was the BOMB! When I walked in, she had a smile on her face she’s quick she was attentive. She repeated back my order. She told me she will let me know when my order is ready. food was hot and delicious.. only negative thing I can say is I only ordered one cookie😂

Hell if I could have given it a -0. I came here this morning at 7:30am , not thinking that the lobby would be closed due to the hours of operation being plated on the door saying 7am. But , I arrive to the facility and of course it’s closed , the lady is just sitting on her phone in the lobby. I ask her what does the lobby open through the glass window she says signs to come through the drive thru. So I proceed to ask the same question and she points up 8 fingers. Why do you have a picture that says 7am but your staff at Wendy’s is saying another time frame. Please get this together due to people having to get to work as well. If I would’ve known that the lobby was closed ( no car btw) I wouldn’t have stopped and wasted my couple minutes. This is a problem. Another thing , your staff sucks. It doesn’t matter if you change them , train them , or replace them they suck ( esp in the morning). Food good though can at least say that.

To be honest they had a new girl at the register, she was a little slow but very polite and scaredvof making a mistake on her first day. She took our order and delivered it with ease, the order was hot . She should make a great hostess one day.

They don't even deserve 1 star me and my family went there last night and the boy who took the drive thru order was rude and didn't listen one bit. All of our meals were large and we were given only 1 medium fry and and i told them how i wanted my burger just plain, well it came fully loaded with one of foods I'm allergic to. So we were missing a large fry and they didn't get anything right. If you don't want to waste your money don't go here. Worst service ever. He cared more about who was texting his phone than taking care of the customers.

Very unprofessional, couldn't understand her, sounded intoxicated ,her break wasnt for another 40 min so on the clock but not working . I had to call the store 10 times letting it ring n ring until she started answering the drive through,all 3 of us were pikup online orders then she had a very rude attitude! That was the hardest chicken I ever bite into. That means the sandwich was lying for over a long time, which can cause food poisoning. I would hate for you guys to go through the health department inspection, and they found out you guys are serving well over due food to your customers and getting them sick.

Wendy's you gotta do better. Food cost too much to not get what yiu are paying for. If this is a Baconator and what they show in the commercials no wonder people are suing fast food restaurants. Make your food cost by increasing sales and adding plus ups not skimping from your guest.

This one star is meant to be a minus 100!!! I Visited this establishment 7/11/25 around 5:40 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags. I specifically told the lady in the drive thru no cheese three times. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home, I saw that there was cheese on all burgers and the meat was burned, hard, dry and cold. The fries were old and cold too. I went back asked for the manager. A guy came to the register. This guy, spoke limited English. He was rude, refused to refund me my money, never took accountability for serving me disgustingly old food. He couldn't care less. My total was $17.97, and he finally decides to refund me- $9.30!!! I told him, that I would be reporting him to the GM, he said okay and again refused to give me all of my money back. I didn't eat any of the food, I brought it back to Wendy's. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and to think this was from the manager. I've also attached his photo and as you can see, he didn't care one bit. This is not over you can best belive that. They have basically stole from me! This is why so many people refuse to eat out anymore, especially fas food, the service is horrible and the food should have never been served to anyone.
