This one star is meant to be a minus 100!!! I Visited this establishment 7/11/25 around 5:40 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags. I specifically told the lady in the drive thru no cheese three times. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home, I saw that there was cheese on all burgers and the meat was burned, hard, dry and cold. The fries were old and cold too.
I went back asked for the manager. A guy came to the register. This guy, spoke limited English. He was rude, refused to refund me my money, never took accountability for serving me disgustingly old food. He couldn't care less. My total was $17.97, and he finally decides to refund me- $9.30!!! I told him, that I would be reporting him to the GM, he said okay and again refused to give me all of my money back. I didn't eat any of the food, I brought it back to Wendy's. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and to think this was from the manager. I've also attached his photo and as you can see, he didn't care one bit. This is not over you can best belive that. They have basically stole from me! This is why so many people refuse to eat out anymore, especially fas food, the service is horrible and the food should have never been served to anyone.
