Decided to give them a shot instead of McDonald's next door and I will never be back. 10 piece nugget meal and the fries were who knows how many hours old along with the chicken nuggets. The nuggets so small they fit inside the sauce container. Barely edible; you can tell they have been sitting out for hours. What a waste of money.

If I could give this place no stars I would I asked for fresh food and I heard the guy taking my order state that the last order which was my order was to be all fresh everything. I live five minutes away. I went home. Everything was still hot besides the burger, which tells me that the burger was not fresh. Also didn’t put the extra pickles on my burger that I asked for I called back and asked for the manager, the guy was very rude. He over talk to me. I asked for someone above him. He told me that there’s no one above him and that I am gonna be having to talk with him. He still has not given me my money back and I still have not received the fresh food instead of Listening to understand my complications. He’s kept on stating how the food was fresh and he knew that it was fresh, but it indeed was not fresh. I eat this all the time just not this location and I will never be back to this location ever again!

This store is very rude! I had a dispute about my food price and asked a general question. The smog it rude with me! The manager came out abd was rude and disrespectful. That evening not helpful and very argumentative; unprofessional and totally disrespectful. I will never eat there again. Employee’s and managers should never argue with paying customers, just apologize and make it right. A sastifyid customer is a return customer that tells their friend of the great service. Maybe they should take some classes in customer satisfaction.

for anyone who is not aware, Eduardo is the General Manager of this location. i have never met a GM who treats everyone in his path with the level of disrespect he displays. while worrying about times is 100% a real concern, ensuring customer satisfaction is also important. rushing people to finish ordering and being short tempered with customers is insanely unprofessional. i personally witnessed a number of times, this man belittling his employees in clear shot of customers for mistakes that were out of their control. i wouldn’t suggest wasting your time, and HR really needs to get ahold of their manager because i see why their drive thru is rarely ever packed when i drive by. sickening.

See any cheese on that cheeseburger? Neither do I. And whoever it was who took my order, says Eduardo on the receipt, has the personality and demeanor of a cardboard box pulled from the dumpster. I would think you would clarify the order with the customer to ensure you got it correct. I wish I'd had time to check it before I left the drive thru. Will NOT be back to this location, and I'm filling out the customer survey on the receipt.

We stopped by to get a burger yesterday. While we were ordering, our kids wanted to have some ice cream. We said NO as we had a Sports event to attend right after that...anyway, the staff overheard our conversation. When It was our turn to pick up the food, they surprised us with special ice cream cups. We didn't even know what to even react to the kindness. Lol The kids were SUPER HAPPY with this nice gesture! We don't live close by this location, but will definitely stop by to visit if we were ever back in town again! Your staffs just MADE our day! THANK YOU!

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and was given the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. To top it off, they were both raw!! Don’t go to this location or just order the burgers. So disappointed and hoping we don’t get sick.

Absolute bullshit. Tried to charge me 8 something for a $7 item. When asked why the manager? (A jerk) said they changed the buttons so now they add $1.40. Corporate had no response. Only that they would note it. How many people have been defrauded by this dishonest company. Will not return and truly hope they suffer from the dishonesty.

OMG this place is absolutely filthy!!!! Everywhere you touch is disgusting! Doors, handles, counters, soda machine, seriously guys everywhere!. Plus lol bullet casings on the patio and trash all over the patio staff could care less about the overflowing garbage and that I got bit by a bee because of all the trash. Not to mention they couldn't get our order right and the gal cooking says, we'll I don't speak English so I just make what the menu calls for.... In ENGLISH! WTF how hard is ketchup only! Mind blowing!!!

I just want to add that one of the people that used to do the drive through would always comment on my vehicle in a not so assuring complimenting manner and would always try to sneak a couple hate words in about it which I didn't care about but would always be interesting. The closing worker that has taken my order the last couple times I went there deserves a raise and the food has been dank. Except the couple times y'all forgot my ghost pepper ranch. I'd say it's a 4/5 but I'll give it a 5 star

My best friend and I are huge Wendy's girlys and last night we decided to go to Wendy's and get some food and we got 2 five for five biggie bags, two chocolate Frosty and order of the baconator fries and a chicken and ranch wrap the entire time we were ordering your food who I assume is the manager was Hella disrespectful , once we get to the window we barely pay before. She tells us to pull up. We sit there for solid 10 minutes waiting for food. Finally, somebody was not even in a Wendy's uniform is apparently her boyfriend Food, and then tells us he does not work for the company and he should his girls the manager, horrible experience fast food, but still. Once we finally get our food and we're trying it my big bags were cold. We didn't get any of our sauces. My chicken and ranch wrap had no ranch on it. Honestly the worst service I've gotten from a fast food restaurant ever and I've worked in fast food before so I get it but at the same time that's not acceptable. And all of this happened when they were not even busy there was no other cars..

I have Celiac Disease, and I politely asked what was gluten free here. They asked me to "go away and never come back". The Wendy's website clearly says that you can ask the restaurant staff about food allergies.

Wow I can only rate on my first impressions as I did not eat there Walked in for a quick burger on way to airport Only person in the place, I stepped up (have not been in a Wendy's in years and likely won't be back) I asked if one of the burgers was a double or single patty She said, and I quote "I have no idea, I just started working here" I said ok, and left. Can't believe anyone would think that is an appropriate response. Drove across to Street to McDonald's

Well, I was hungry so I decided I'd go to Wendy's because I usually go to McDonald's. This blue hair, fat ass bitch, was so rude and tried to overcharge me. The food was decent, but there was a hair on my tray and it was BLUE AS hell. I know it was her. but the restaurant was over all nice, but pretty dirty. First of all, I'm a fan of Wendy's in general. I happen to live about a half-mile south of this one, so I was happy when a location opened up so close nearby. The novelty soon wore off. Go inside. Look at the waste receptacles near the soda and lids are located. There's still dried ketchup there, maybe from when they first opened. The trash cans are always full. The presentation of cleanliness in the customer area isn't important to them. One can only imagine what goes on where the customers can't see. Go through the drive-thru. Ask for ketchup, and be told that they don't have any ketchup. A burger place that can't be bothered to stock ketchup doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the about-to-be-eaten sandwich. It's always something. I once went in and the guy in front of me received the wrong order. The cashier simply disappeared. After at least 5 minutes of no employee/manager appearing, I cut my losses and went to McDonald's - blah. This last visit, though, will be the end for us. A woman ahead of us was complaining that her burger was cold. And that the last time her burger was cold from there, she got sick. Fast forward four hours later, and my burger-eating-daughter, who was the only one of us to get a burger, has finally stopped throwing up. The staff is untrained and uncaring. It all starts at the top. This location's owner should be ashamed. The general manager should move on. TL;DR do yourself a favor and go a bit further north to the Wendy's on Barry Road, or anywhere else, really. Just don't eat here.

If you like long lines and your order being wrong you'll love this location. I was the only car in line and the woman taking my order took her sweet time with the order. I finally pulled up to the window only to see her eating a burger behind the counter. Health code anyone? I get my single item after 10 minutes pull 5 feet forward and of course she got it wrong! I go to walk inside and the door was locked and there were already 7-8 cars in the drive thru line. I get that restaurants are having staffing issues but this level of service is absolutely pathetic!!!

I understand people are struggling during COVID but serving raw chicken is beyond inexcusable. I received two raw chicken sandwiches tonight and they were the wrong chicken sandwiches too! I hope we don't get sick.

I went in around 1:45 PM to eat inside and went up to the counter to order. I was the only one at the counter and there were only a couple other people inside the dining area. I ordered and went to use the men's room and discovered the sink was inoperable. You could not get a drop of water out of it and I'm curious how the employees are washing their hands. Then I went back outside to get my food and noticed how the entire dining area was totally disgusting. I took pictures and notified the local health department. I think there needs to be some personnel changes at this location.

Avoid. Not worth the hassle. I pulled through the drive through at 1:30 on a Sunday and there was no one there. The place was empty. There were 5+ cars in line for a drive through at a closed place and there was ZERO signage telling us that it was closed. Cars were literally sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes before just giving up. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to be closed, how hard is it to put a sign on the door and on the drive through??

The dining room was closed so we went thru the drive thru. The attendant taking orders said "I'm not taking orders right now". So I asked "what does that mean",and her response was "I'm not taking orders right now". Wasn't sure if that meant they were closed completely or just closed for a minute so we drove off. A little more explanation would have been helpful. We would have waited a while if we knew how long they weren't taking orders. Not sure what the three cars behind us did.

Went yesterday through the driveway. My order came to $15. I handed them a $50 bill. The girl at the register went to get the manager who came back and said they couldn't accept the $50 bill at the window because they didn't have the cash. Really you don't have $25 dollars in the drawer for change? The manager then told me I had to come up with another form of payment. My other form of payment was going to Sonic where my order was again $15. Handed them the same $50 and not only did I get my food but also the change from that same $50 bill.

I love Wendy's in general.. but this Store employs the worst of the worst. Every time I go though the drive-thru my order has been incorrect. Tonight (5/15/19) at around 9:15pm I went inside to place my order only to experience an employee and a manager fighting in the middle of the restaurant. After standing and waiting for several minutes while the incident was happening.. we were then told that they "have no till" for the cash register in the restaurant and will not be taking orders for 45min. Horrible management and horrible employees.

I ran through the drive through. Ash was very nice. They were having some staffing issues and she apologized for my wait even though I didn't think it was that long. She was doing her best to make sure the order was right and everyone was happy.

Every time I've visited this location, I have had to wait a very long time. My most recent trip was about a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru with 6 cars ahead of me. I keep returning to this location because it's convenient, but I will go to the location on Barry Road instead from now on.

I typically love Wendy, it's one of the few places you can get a salad fast that is decent. However, this location is the WORST.WENDY's.EVER. No joke. Call me a fool, but I continued going back after multiple screwed up orders and extremely poor quality food at this location. I chalked it up to them being new, but they have only gotten worse with each visit. Today was my final attempt at giving them another shot and they left me and a line of customers waiting in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes with no movement. When I finally made it to the speaker to order, they said "just a minute". 10 minutes later I'm still there there are no cars ahead of me at all just a long line behind. I said "hello?" and the same voice said "just a minute". Fast forward five more minutes, I said "hello? I need to get back to work can you take my order soon?" The gentleman said "yeah in five minutes". I said "five minutes before you'll take my order?" No response...Crickets. Needless to say I pulled off and learned a very valuable lesson..NEVER AGAIN. I sure hope the poor people behind me are not still waiting..Corporate where are you??

If I could give this place zero stars I would. How can a restaurant that sells baked potatoes only ever have ONE?! I have gone there on 3 different occasions to order 2 potatoes and I'm always told they only have one. Seriously? And then let's talk about when all I ordered was a frosty. I get to the window and was not given a spoon. When I asked for one, she said they were out and shut the window! And the 2inch curly nails of the rude workers is disgusting. Never attempting to get food here again. Corporate Wendy's needs to wake up and pull this franchise license.

It's a shame because I was so excited I was getting a Wendy's in my neighborhood. But this is the worst place I have been too. The people are rude . The manager just stood around . While I was waiting for someone to wait on me a worker came up and just stood there and walked back to cooking area . The girl that finally waited on me just stood there. I sent a review to Wendy's.com they didn't even have the courtesy to respond back. The tables were filthy and there was trash outside the building. It was horrible.

Absolutely the worst service of any fast food restaurant to which I've ever been. 40 minutes from back of the drive through line to the window, watched at least 3 cars join the back of the line but leave. If I was a lunatic with a weapon, there'd have been a new phrase to describe "going Wendy on them". Unbelievably bad attitude from people visibly not even trying to move fast enough inside the restaurant to handle the business. I'm rating a big fat ZERO (although it won't let me rate less than a one) and will never, ever, ever set foot in or drive through a Wendy's restaurant again. I'm hoping the owner somehow gets wind of this and for the few who HAVE to have their wendy "fix" that they don't have the misfortune to be waited on by the trash that passes for help who was working tonight. Pissed off is an understatement for how I feel after that lousy trip to get my kids some burgers. I ordered nothing, nor will I. EVER. AGAIN.

Very disappointed. We went to eat late at about 12:45 am. Originally we were heading to McDonalds because we've had negative experiences at this location before, but McDonalds were only excepting cash at the time. (Which seems like it happens a lot so I feel like this would be a good marking tactic for this specific location.. meaning your quality needs to be in point to retain customers) anyways yes I understand we were closer to close, but we ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and baconator fries. They asked if the 6 minute wait was okay for the chicken... we said yes. After we pulled up and paid, shortly after got our food. As soon as we got the bag in the car we handed out the fries. These were Ice cold ( there was no way these were fresh) and so heavily salted they were Inedible. This was really irritating because the employees were just messing around laughing and carrying on first priority should be your customers, you don't get paid to just mess around......Now the chicken was hot. So thanks for that.
