I had ordered the 10 piece spicy nuggets. I was told it would take a couple of minutes because they were just making them. This wasn't a problem but when I received them, I could tell they were a bit older. Very hard and chewy.

Got here and the speaker says has a sign "not working speak loud." I hear the girl to take my order and tells me to hold. I keep hearing noises I say hello, no one response. I wait and nothing. I pull up to the window. After a minute a girl with the nasties vibe open the window I tell her why I pulled up and rudely she says I have to go around... I that point I left. I waited for like 5 minutes for that? That customer service was the worst!

This is my lunch time go to when I dont pack. Foods always hot and kinda decent for fast food. An the driver ladies are always super nice. Wish they kept the ghost pepper ranch sauce though.

We have ordered online via the app several times and selected drive-thru for pickup. We have also ordered in drive thru, only to wait 20 plus minutes most times regardless of ordering method for food...at a FAST food establishment. Today, however, was the worst experience yet. Order via the app and did carry out pick up since drive thru is always so bad. Still waited about 15 min for food. When we opened it up, there was ketchup literally all over both double stacks to the point you wouldn't want to pick them up, let alone eat them. Then, instead of 2 Crispy Chicken BLTs, we get cheeseburgers with lettuce, mayo and onion. We take them in and they give us 2 new Crispy Chicken BLTs while they get other double stacks...when we open them up...there was no bacon and no tomato but there was onion so no B or T in a BLT. 6 sandwiches all made wrong. What a waste of food. The Manager says everyone makes mistakes, taking no ownership that this is not just missing pickles. We are talking about complete negligence in reading a screen and preparing food according to proper procedures. This is careless, wasteful and unacceptable. The manager did prepare a whole new order, properly, however, it took 30+minutes to leave with the correct food order.

Every table was dirty. We couldn't walk around the trash on the floor and had to hose off our sticky shoes after. Most of the soda flavors were out of stock. The condiment counter had food and sticky soda. It was the dirtiest place I've ever saw. Out of ketchup. Food wasn't what I ordered but the Spanish counter guy was so rude I wasn't going back up. I've never written a bad review since in the business but it was so gross we didn't even eat the food.

They forgot my sandwich from my biggie bag order and when I asked for a receipt, it took (no lie) 10 extra mins in the drive through line after I got my food. Then I tried to call them about messing up my order...and guess what..... the phone number was disconnected.

Drove up after a long shift on a rainy Saturday. Missed the spot where you're supposed to order and drove up to the window, where they were still happy to serve me; after pulling forwards I was delivered my food by an employee who stepped out into the rain with a smile. Food was good but the night shift staff were the highlight.

If you get any modifications to a sandwich, they will get it wrong. They got mine wrong last time not once but twice!! The place had so many other customers waiting for their food, I threw the burger away and took the loss. They are awful!
