So thankful that Wendy's came back to town. It's a brand new building. It's conveniently located in the Plover Business area. Parking is limited. When the establishment first opened, I had to park on the side road and walked in.
FIrst off, the space is kind of cramped. I was standing behind what I thought was a line but a group of mothers and their small children were sitting on the tall side tables. I was standing there for 10 minutes until they noticed my presence and told me there were no line. They also had two monitors in the front that were broken, so don't even think about ordering from there. It's old school and you'll have to speak with a live person at the counter.
The space between the ordering counter and pick up was tight. I had to squeeze through the counter and another person waiting for their food, to the soda machine. They only had one machine; the 1000 flavor combo one. The person standing at the machine took forever to choose their drink however it only took a few minutes to get the order.
The food came out in good temperature except for the chili. It always comes out warm so the cheese isn't completely melted. I don't eat in because the dining area is tiny. So by the time I'm home, the chili is cooler and I have to reheat it. Twice now. The buns of the burgers always come out wet. No matter which Wendy's I go to.
The employees are nice. They repeat my order back. They ask if I want toppings for my chili and sauce for the nuggets. They haven't messed up my order. Yet, at least. I can't even tell you if the establishment has a bathroom. Since it is the only Wendy's in town and it's new, the establishment is well kept. Even the self-serving area with the ketchup and eating utensils.
