Literally the worst place you can go now. You’re greeted by an ai robot through the whole process and finally when it understood I simply wanted a number 1 plain they gave me a burger no cheese and half fries. I had to tell the robot I was done ordering for like 30 seconds straight it was terrible… Cool. Zero customer service skills at the window as well. $14.. Shame ):

Tried to give another chance over doordash and now have waited over 10 minutes twice for an order I tried to place ahead of time to prevent that, was ignored by the staff and they fulfilled later doordash orders before mine. When I finally did receive my food it was covered in grease. If I was waiting in line for service and hadn't already paid I would have left. This Wendy's is not a good one.

Went through drive-through today ordered the breakfast burrito, Cinnabon side and orange juice. The breakfast burrito was cold. It had old potatoes that were hard. The cinnamon was so hard. My fork would not even go into it. It was old and stale. I called to speak to the manager. Mike told him about the problem and he said come back and get something. I said I don’t want something new. He did not apologize. I asked for the corporate number he did not give it to me. He only said 1888 I asked for a refund and he said he would give that I told him I’d be leaving a group review and he’s hung up on me. do not eat here they do not have good food quality they will serve do old stale cold food.

This could not have been a worse experience. You an AI voice taking your order. For $15 I got the oldest fries I've ever tasted, a baconator with 3 small half-pieces of bacons. I recieved no receipt. And when I asked for sauce, I was told it was an extra charge. For even 1 sauce.

A very clean dining room and restroom, with very attentive service. The location is right next to I-80 and it is in Sugarhouse, so they have combo locks on the restrooms, if you know what I mean.

We spent over $40. I remember when I would crave going to Wendy's. Now, the burger patties are dry, the chicken is dry, we got 3 extra fries.. not sure why, at least we didn't pay for them. The lettuce in my apple pecan salad should have been thrown out 2 days ago!! Very nice people.. never going back. I work in the food industry.. some people just don't care anymore.. it's sad. The big bacon double cheeseburger was $8.89!! If other places had been open on a Sunday.. we wouldn't have ended up here .

Wendy's hamburgers are the songs on an album from your 9th favorite band, but the songs you typically skip. Yeah, some days you might be in the mood, but you know there are far better options out there, and yet you still go. But why? Why as Americans do we support mediocre hamburgers? And remember, this is the cuisine that defines us. The rest of the world, when they think of Americans, they think of fast food hamburgers. It's shameful. I weep for our past and future. Conspiracy theories aside, Wendy's delivers a slightly above ok burger as far as fast food is concerned. Grilled frozen meat is a poor start to things, but the goal of a mega corporation isn't taste, it's return on investment, and minimizing expenses with questionable meats we collectively stuff our faces with is a solid path to profitably. Good job MBAs of Wendy's. Got back on conspiracy thinking, so sorry reader. We'd better change subjects before I tell you about Wendy's stealing your brainwaves through the wifi in the french fries. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a sprite, and ended up with an inedible deep-fried hockey puck they must've had left over from a few days ago. I don't expect it to look like the commercial, but this was ridiculous. I had to throw it away, Wasn't worth driving back through the construction to tell them.

I'd like to start by thanking the (32 yrs young FM) cashier that took our order. I was afraid of ordering the Tendys based off the breading because they are a bit pricey so I asked the cashier if she could explain the type of breading wether it were a thick or thin coating and if they were on the soft or hard side. She wasn't 100% sure how to explain it so she grabbed a tendy, broke it in half to show it to me and then handed me half to check the hardness of the bread, WHICH IM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL SHE DID. If I ordered these I would not have been able to eat them and would've just wasted my money. I ordered chicken nuggets instead to avoid wasting my money or having any complaints. What frustrated me most was the (17 yrs young FM) line cook from the kitchen watching crossing her arms and then blantly calling out to her coworker rudely stating " Your not allowed to do that!" Well little girl you as the so called cook aren't allowed to use the restroom without washing your hands, BUT YOU DID THAT! The attitude coming from the kitchen was absolutely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. During my boyfriend ordering his food the line cook and her little buddy smirking and whispering just to send disrespectful facial expressions the whole time in our direction was just asking for a bad review. The cashier stated she would use her free employee meal to cover that one tendy that already looked like it had been sitting in hot hold way too long so even if I did want to order them I would've asked for freshly cooked ones. I feel this was inappropriate behavior from the employees and the cashier was doing her job to ensure great customer service and should not be faulted for ONE BADLY COOKED TENDY IN THE FIRST PLACE.! The two cooks need to learn they aren't managers and if there were a problem to take it up to management privately rather than putting their coworker on blast in front of customers. The cashier ensured the food we were served was all fresh and not old food, which the so called line cooks should've been doing instead of turning it into a bad experience. For anyone wondering the Tendys have a thick coating of bread more thick than usual tenders from other fast food restaurants. The meat to bread ratio isn't worth the price in my opinion. My boyfriend ended up ordering them and even he wasn't impressed, but his double baconator made up for it. The restaurant was clean, but also doesn't look like it gets enough business for it to even get dirty. Drink machines either didn't have the soda or ice wasn't working. The bathrooms require a code, but cleanliness is cleaner than a gas station.

This Wendy's is struggling: - Dining room closed due to lack of staff. - Cash only - no cards. I know this all could be due to circumstances outside their control, but from reading other reviews, it looks like the dining room has been closed for months. So I wish they could alert you to this before you order online. My burger tasted fine albeit somewhat cold. I removed a star from my review because I asked to customize my order (add Mayo) and that request was ignored. But Wendy's social media game is still .

The past 4 times I've gone through the drive threw my order is wrong or I am missing something. I feel like there is either miscommunication with the women who takes my order (she has been the same the past 4 times), or she just misses the drinks entirely. I know it's fast food and we shouldn't except much, but I just want my order to be in the bag in its entirety. It's a really simple meal, I promise. Also first world problem, but I've noticed that she is now taping the bags shut before handing them to us. Which is fine and dandy, but now I don't trust my order will be right and it just takes more time to have to open the bag to verify. ‍

Every time I've come to this Wendy's since it's reopening, I've never had my order fulfilled correctly. Even when returning multiple times to have my order remade, it's always incorrect. Don't usually like leaving negative reviews for places but I used to come here all the time and have been disappointed every time since trying to give it a chance since reopening. I understand getting a few orders wrong throughout the day and remaking them correctly, but every time I've come here a major part of my order has always been wrong, even when I see the order being put in correctly on the screen. Incredible.

I stood at an empty counter without being acknowledged by the staff, despite them walking past me multiple times. It was not busy. There was a single customer in the restaurant who was already seated and the drive through was empty. I gave up after a few minutes and left without ordering. I would say it was terrible service but that would imply there was service.

My partner and I usually love this Wendy's but tonight we were a little bit disappointed. We ordered our food, a Dave's double meal - medium, 10 piece chicken nugget meal - large, bacon croissant sandwich, a honey chicken biscuit sandwich (for later and since they offer breakfast 24/7) and a junior vanilla frosty. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food and i understand waiting 5 minutes, even 10 minutes for our order since we did order a bit but we ended up waiting 20 minutes, 4-6 cars left the drive-thru, passing us as they got their food. Once we got our food, the 10 piece nugget meal was a medium, we were missing the fry to the Dave's double meal. The frosty was a small instead of a junior and we didn't even get the honey chicken biscuit sandwich. We were a bit disappointed with our service tonight and normally we would understand a small mistake but when so much of our order was messed up, we weren't happy. We probably will be taking a break from this Wendy's for a bit just so they can get their shit figured out.

Don't go here unless you only speak Spanish because the workers will fake not being able to speak English so that you will leave. Also, all of their food is disgusting and overcooked or old as hell. I strongly urge everybody to stay far away from this place the workers are disgusting and have their hands in their pants. This place needs to be closed down and I'm gonna have to keep reporting this business every single day. The smell is awful, and nothing works inside. This place needs to be shut down immediately and everybody else fired.

Damn, I probably could have made my food faster. I know I'm eating at Wendy's. I don't have high expectations but Jesus man, this is one for he worst locations that I have been to. Service is tolerable and speed doesn't exist here. Lunch rush is no rush at all. I'm mean, food is food so if you're looking for something cheap you've come to the right spot. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they almost not give me my card back, they gave us the wrong food. They also didn't give us cheese on one of the sandwiches. The food was cold, whoever made my sandwich? Must have something going for butter. Not only did they put a glorious amount of butter on one side, there was more than enough butter for a whole family on the whole sandwich. Mind you, there is supposed to be cheese not butter. Overall, they need to shut this place down. They don't have enough workers. The food is bad. The service is bad. At this point, it's embarrassing.

My girlfriend and I sat for about 45 seconds after saying we needed a minute to decide what we wanted for him to come over the intercom saying he didn't have all day for us to decide what we wanted.

I asked for ketchup and mayo three times at drive-thru. I was assured they were in the bag with the food. They weren't. Luckily I checked while at the window before driving off. Do your job!!! This drive-thru can only be accessed west of 1300 east, not directly. My hamburger wasn't cooked well, so I didn't finish it. I got sick within an hour of eating here.

Already saw another man have to walk back to the drive through window to correct his order. And of course I get my order back to the hotel and no jr bacon cheeseburgers. Just some kids burgers. Used to work at this wendys. I know how different chicken that is fresh, vs 10 mins old, vs 30, etc. so i always ask "please make that fresh" which was responded with "absolutely!" Chicken is not frsh. Its not juicy at all. Its more like a eating a dish sponge with chicken flavoring. Glad i ordered the large chili to get one thats only %60 full. Cause ya know. Its nice getting a lot less than what i spend my hard earned money on. Chili is barely warm. Mixing cheese didnt even melt. Ya'll want $15 an hour but cant even make fresh chicken, fill the chili bowl, nor make sure the chili is hot. SMH.

I ordered today in the drive thru 09/03/2021 and the girl that took my order was very unwelcoming. Then I got my food... 2 fries and a drink. The drink had soda all over the top of the lid, and down the side. I had to ask for napkins to clean the cup and get it dry. Then my fries had been burnt, the others soggy, and floppy. I couldn't even eat them. The restaurant, it's employees don't care how the food or drinks are served... so this is also a reflection of management. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

As we got to the area where you place your order, the computer froze, so they wanted us to come inside to order. When we went inside, the place was packed! NO FACE MASKS by many of the customers! NO SOCIAL DISTANCING WHATSOEVER!! The worst part.. WORKERS not wearing face masks properly. A smorgasbord of disease waiting to happen! This is in a city where there are many Covid cases, and a mandatory mask mandate is in effect for the City. Will NOT chance going into this business again! EVER! One point on one star is too much of a review for this Wendy's!

Disappointed beyond belief! They don't answer their phone and there is no answer machine. You have to travel back to the restaurant to solve the issue. 2 large french fires and 2 classic with cheese. I didn't receive a receipt first of all. The french fries were stale and there was any lettuce in the burger. Dave Thomas would be stirring in his grave for what you ( Wendy's) have done to this legendary place. Go back and relearn the basic of customer service. This particular location used to be a 5 star place. What happened? I am willing to give you a second chance for not to ever give away stale fries. Let alone 2 large ones. By the way, the speaker is way too loud when we are so close to it.

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Typically Wendy's is the best and fastest way to grab a quick bite but not this one by any means. I went in the other day and they completely screwed up my order AND never gave me my card back. I came in a few days later to get my card and it took them over 30 minutes to "find it". Then today I tried to go again and they're not accepting anything but cash. Maybe fix your card machine? The people here are obnoxious and rude. The food isn't prepared right or served right. The only good thing is it's in a convenient location, but now that's even unfortunate because I will not be returning and will have to go even farther out of my way if I want Wendy's.

Worst Wendy's of all time. Every time we go here they mess up our order. We go to the 300 W/Target Wendy's or Foothill drive Wendy's because they're so inconsistent at the Sugarhouse location. I try to come back here every few months or so to give them another chance and they screw up ALWAYS. Today. They gave us one sandwich when we ordered two. We called them ,Susan and Tammy said they can't refund the difference unless we come back. I'm not coming back, ever again. - You've forgotten our burgers. - Last time you forgot fries. - The time before you didn't do Wendy's app pickup and couldn't give me my order or refund it. - One Sunday the doors were locked at 3pm. I ordered 3 double bacinators yesterday after noon. All of the patties were dry and crispy, burnt. They struggled filling the order correctly also. I kept having to ask many questions about what they were giving me like 2 large drinks when I only wanted one and a large frost. I got a small frosty and a free drink. They were out of drink carrier's. That too a few minuets to come back empty handed. To also ordered a large chili with cheese and onions with chili sauce. They forgot the cheese and onions, also out of chili sauce. It's getting harder to go back. There is some issue or and other every time I go there. Way to many under trained employees. To the a-hole employee who thought it would be "funny" to put spicy nuggets in my toddlers kids meal. I'd say hearing that you put him in tears as the spice burned his mouth would bother you, but I'm sure you're heartless enough that such a statement makes no impact. This is the most poorly managed Wendy's I've ever been to. It's also the closest to my house, so I keep going back,hoping they'll get better and they keep finding new ways of disappointing me. Tonight they were *completely* out of spoons. I had to go out to the car and dig through the console for a Dairy Queen spoon so my husband could eat his chili. I can understand that the truck didn't show up with the spoons on it, but when that happens, I expect the manager to run to the store and buy some to carry the restaurant over until the truck arrives. Last week I ordered a fish sandwich and they said it would be a six minute wait. I was fine with that. 15 minutes later, they STILL hadn't dropped the fillet in the fryer. My entire family had finished eating before I even got my food. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to the next one.

Horrible customer service. Our order was missing a hamburger from a kids meal, utensils, a drink, and a kids meal toy. Server was incredibly rude to my mom after she drove all the way back to the restaurant to ask for the correct items. They threw utensils across the counter at her and insisted they had already put the correct utensils in the bag (they hadn't). Then they gave her a water instead of a sprite and a hamburger loaded with Mayo, cheese, pickles and the works instead of my kid's plain hamburger that we ordered. He wouldn't eat it. Our apple and pecan salads were nothing but plain lettuce and chicken. That's the last time we'll eat at Wendy's.

Possibly the worst run/staffed Wendy's ever. Aside from the homeless person sleeping in the dining area and the filthy everything (even the napkin holder), the food was decent. This place was disgusting and grossly understaffed. Understand that it happens - someone calls in sick etc. - but "Kelsi" made me lose my appetite and my temper. No greeting, barely acknowledged me or any other customers, handling food and money indiscriminately without gloves or washing hands, and when every other customer asked for the items missed from their orders you would think she had been asked to give them a kidney. I asked for my salad dressing (omitted from my order, not extra) and after rolling her eyes she coughed into the fridge with a disgusting smoker cough that turned my stomach. She may have coughed into her arm but I lost it and asked her to please wash her hands (after coughing into them) before handling my food. She argued with me and said she didn't cough into her hands. Whatever. They still needed to be washed after handling money. The back office manager said her name in a tone that said this wasn't the first time. I get it - fast food jobs suck. I worked several growing up. I had crappy customers that pissed me off, but I took a break and went back to it. Then I worked hard and got a better job. If you are better than a fast food job, you should go work somewhere else. Otherwise, you work at Wendy's. Come to grips with it and do a half-decent job. This place is an embarrassment to the brand.

They do not know the difference between spicy and non-spicy. I have gone there multiple time and each time they screw up the order. I know its hard to find good help but they have always have had bad service and bad food. I'm sorry to put this review but I was so irritated about this place. Especially since it happened on multiple occasions over long period of time.

I usually stop here on my way to archery practice and I've never had a bad experience. The parking lot is awkward and it's not the easiest Wendy's to get in and out of, but I've always had good, fast service. My order has never been wrong and the food always meets my expectations.

Ahhh, Wendy's. Purveyors and slingers of some of the most sub-standard food (they have the dubious distinction of trying to introduce their cheap Frosty's as a fry condiment) to every "grace" a backlit menu board. We all know what we're getting into if we choose fast food, so I'm going to leave off commenting on the (mostly absent) level of quality there, other than to say if you view it as anything other than pick your poison, you may want to schedule yourself in for an attitude adjustment pronto. No, this location I can count on, time and again, for one thing and that's consistency. If I go in, I can be assured they will screw up my order. In living in the area for 4+ years and giving them numerous chances, about a year ago, I finally threw in the towel and gave up on them completely as a lost cause. This held until the siren song of their new pulled pork product lured me in. As a quick aside, look, I knew what I was going in for and I suppose part of it was just to see how bad it would actually be. So, to wit, this is as equally noxious as the version scraped out by the ubiquitous Subway chains, though for entirely different reasons. If you're wondering about this, let me save you $7 per sandwich and tell you that freezing and re-heating meat until it has the texture of those crappy noodles in the red and white Campbell's soup conas is just an absurd waste of everyone's time and for what you get, you'd be better off just driving to an actual BBQ joint. Their smokey BBQ sauce is passable, though...I will give them that. Back to the main thing, though...of 5 menu items I ordered, nothing difficult, no substitutions, just straight off the menu, they screwed up 2 of them. This place continues to be hopeless and it's once again crossed off the list entirely...or at least until I'm bewildered by the next new food offering.

Well this is a disappointment. I placed my order, specifically asked that NO CHEESE be on anything I order. I said it for each item, I said it again for the whole order and I asked when I got to the window. Three out of four items had cheese, one item was left off all together. Granted that I should have checked everything before driving off but I did not want to take the time of the other customers and I trusted what the window person said was accurate. I think I will leave the house again and ask them to fix this. And as an update, I went back and they were apologetic and fixed my order. Upgrading to three stars.

I waited approximately four minutes for my order at a early dinner time meal. Tables were not cleaned. There is trash on the floor. Workers were talking and distracted by flirting with each other. In their downtime they were talking rather than cleaning the lobby. Trash cans needed to be emptied.
