Nothing super memorable but I’d like to say that this place was convenient in terms of me wanting to buy cheap and safe food. It was about $9 for a breakfast combo and good enough to satisfy my hunger. I didn’t experience long wait but this was because I got it at 4:30am and there were barely any people there.

If I could put zero stars I would. This is a poor excuse for an establishment and the individuals running it along with the workers should be mortified to say they work here or run it. After our order $65 was wrong 2 separate times I went up and kindly explained. I was first interrupted by the worker I was talking to so he could talk to what seemed to be a friend passing by. I then explained 4 separate times what I ordered and what it was wrong only to have 3 separate employees laugh at the situation. In this case, all of you should quit your day job.

I had an interesting experience while waiting for our flight. We ordered a combo meal from Wendy's that included a Dave's Cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade for $12.49, as well as a Baconator Double without mayo. Despite Wendy's being busy and having plenty of staff, the two counter servers seemed more interested in talking than helping customers. I remember one of the servers by face but not by name. I found it amusing that one of the servers admitted to not liking lemonade, even though it's a popular drink option there. I am very curious about which lemonade option was better, everything lemonade or strawberry lemonade, so I decided to try it myself. Despite considering asking the servers about the food, I chose not to. You noticed that the staff seemed to take more precautions for other customers, which you found noteworthy.

I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. And then I ordered a small frosty But the touch pad ordered a large frosty. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my frosty..but the frosty was completely melted. And they didn't have any napkins or spoons. What a waste of time and money.

Horrible horrible customer service. My order is seldom correct and so today I tried to order from the counter. Nope, only from the kiosk. Dude let me stand there for 5 minutes before he told me. I walked and normally I’m quiet. Normally I only give 5 star reviews or I don’t bother. I walked away this time speaking my mind in a polite manner. They have 3 people standing around, my order is always wrong and they can’t take the time to take my order? Yah, the next restaurant sure did.

The food is terrible the patties were black, and the Sprite tasted weird, and after my family finished the meal, we all had stomach pain lasting for a week, and it's happening while I'm writing this review. THIS PLACE IS NOT Excellent, it is horrible! THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I think I might have gotten food poisoning from this burger. FDA SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Absolute buffoons to allow you to wait 20 minutes in line to put in an order for a frostie on their self service kiosk just for some jerk to come yell your name after waiting an additional 10 minutes and tell you they are all out of frosties. This place died with Dave- I'm completely exhausted of all excuses for this chain to still be around taking up places where good restaurants could exist

Staff couldn't be bothered. Zero customer service skills. Waited 15 minutes for a junior frosty. There were at least a dozen screwed up orders in that amount of time. I asked about my Frosty. Waited for another few minutes, then left without it.

We were between flights, hungry but without much time. Wendy's was by far the best option. Didn't have to wait long to order at the kiosk, and we got our order, filled correctly, without waiting very long. Well done, Wendy's.

Solid spot for breakfast at SeaTac at 6am. Breakfast sandwiches ranged from $2-5. We ordered at the kiosk on the side of the store. No line, and service was very quick. There were ~6 orders in front of us and we got our sandwiches in less than 5 min. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was pretty okay. Standard fast food quality. Although it was a little smaller than I thought.

Seriously poor service considering the prices. Why put the options on the kiosk if not going to fill the order with them. No less than 3 employees looked directly at me before I finally had to call out and ask for things they forgot. The hot part of the spicy nuggets was simply in the spices. The nuggets themselves, not so much. Of course, I had to wait to get the ordered dip. Glad this was a one time thing. Tables were all filthy as well.

This Wendy's SUCKS. I work at the airport and every time I order something they always mess something up. The wrong drink, no bbq sauce when I specified that I wanted some, the completely wrong burger. There's always something incorrect with my order.

Honestly one of the top ten worst fast food experiences I've had in my life. All I ordered was French fries. The person I placed my order with stared at me like I was from space, as some of the other reviewers noted. I'm serious when I say I waited 15 minutes for these fries. All the employees there are in their 30s-40s yet act incredibly childish. Most are on their phones or having side conversations. Bagging the simplest of orders takes ages because four women were standing around nonstop laughing and talking. There's usually about 20-40 people waiting for their orders to be filled and these aren't complex orders. The reason it takes so long is because no one is working, they're too busy socializing. The worst offense came from one of the employees reading the order number. Instead of reading the correct one "Order 202" the employee shouted "Number 2" to which multiple people burst into laughter like school children. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting for bagged French fries I couldn't stomach them. They tasted stale and cold. And after reading other reviews of reheated stale food I was scared I was going to get sick. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was here last time around and after I ordered the food came fast, and this time they were pretty fast as well and of course it was delicious. Service was pretty decent, no huge issues here. Of course I'm used to the super slow wendys in Alaska so this is a nice change of pace! Will be back next time I'm in Seattle probably!

Brutally bad. The two breakfast sandwiches we had were so stale they may have been made days ago and reheated. Same with the seasoned fries. Reheated and dry. I'm not going to complain about the prices because it's an airport. But you'll want to starve before ordering anything at this Wendy's. Trust me!

Said open till 10pm. Approached at 9:50 and they said they were closed. Came back again 8 days later and they were already closed again and counting the til at 9:39pm. When asked why they are closing early every time I got a shoulder shrug with no audible response. Making Seattle look worse than it already is.

This review is for today, monday (June 26). I came to the store at 9:43pm. There was like 3 of us who wasnt taken an order because the lady said they are close. Im an airport employee so I know that they close at 10pm. That time theres alot more customers coimng, so I didnt leave the place. Just like what I am expecting, after 10 mins, theres a guy whos complaining why they close early, the lady in front cant explain it and took few more customers order, I just didnt approach again dont want any arguments, decided to wrote a review instead. Wendys airport has the worst customer service.

Service was awful and the 3 employees stared at me like I was from space. In App deals and rewards are not honored at the register. I was told they can't scan the barcodes, when they have 2 scanners. All rewards and coupons have to be done with card or Apple Pay at the self mobile order kiosk! When doing the mobile order, items are constantly forgotten! Do better Wendy's!

Awful service! After waiting in line 20 minutes we noticed nobody at the front counter was doing anything. Finally, the person ahead of me asked what was going on. The cashier said that she was told my the kitchen to stop taking orders. WTH!? The cashier should have loudly announced this to the whole line instead of one by one.

Great service, staff helped the line move by super quick and didn't take long to prepare orders. However, what is up with not having a vanilla frosty flavor? That is an original flavor and should be offered over mediocre strawberry!

Had to bail on my order because it took almost 40 minutes and i couldnt wait anymore without missing my plane. Extra annoying because they marked my order as ready on the screen when i dont even think they had started bagging it. I was really hoping to try the pretzel bacon pub burger but now i am just so angry at the money i wasted on their slow and dishonest service. Makes me never want to eat wendys again

Seemed like a normal wendy's. I ordered a #7 breakfast baconator before my flight because it was the largest thing on menu. It costs around $5.00 before taxes. They didn't make it right. Only had 1/3 of the bacon. The sandwich was smaller than the biscuit. To top it off, the manager on duty looked at me like i was crazy when i sent it back to have it fixed. Would not recommend and wont be going back.

Dirty. The top of my frosty had hairs on it. The employees are incompetent and it's so overpriced. You can get better food almost anywhere in the airport. The burger was over cooked and had no flavor. I wish we went somewhere else.

Super fast service here at N gate Wendy's. Helped me customize my sandwich, unfortunently they were out if one of the ingredients I wanted, but the manager helped me right away and got me a great comparable option. A+ service and staff. Baconater was awesome btw, haven't had one in years.

Soda didn't taste totally fresh, but my food was correct and hot. I didn't have to wait long for my food and they were busy. I waited longer to order my food than it took to get it! I wish they served the lunch/dinner menu all day.
