Went there last night had a really nice person at the drive-through food taste good as normal but when you pay for something, it’s pretty awful when you don’t get what you pay for supposed to get three things of fries only got two.

Drive through customer service was non-existent, newer employee on the drive-thru Miss rang the order. Manager corrected the order with two over rings on it to overcharge the order again. Would not fix the problem. Demanded the money from me. Just very poor experience overall. Locations building got an overhaul but it seems like the staff did not

Unfortunately I received bad customer service at the drive through today around 3:16 pm. She said "thank you for choosing Wendy's" and I asked if she was ready for me to order, she said one moment. A few minutes later she repeated the same phrase, so I wasn't sure if she was ready for me or not. Just a couple seconds later she said it again but louder and in a blatantly rude tone which honestly shocked me a bit. She did not give me a receipt, either. I work in retail and got off a chaotic shift before coming here so I understand how hard it is, but nothing about this situation justified her reaction. She could have said "What can I get for you" and that would've solved it. Really unpleasant experience.

First we received an order that wasn't anywhere similar to ours. We had to wait more for our correct order, then we received burgers with no fries, (we had combo meals) then we received fries and the wrong burgers. What a disorganized chaotic mess. The gentleman that served us, was so sweet and kind, a rarity these days, but they got it wrong three times in a row!

Ordered Cinnabon Pull Aparts and it came with no frosting. So they were Cinnamon Dry Clumps instead. Edit: 3/4/25: Placed a mobile order for a large frosty at 10:40am. They didn't set the machine up, but parked me after already waiting in line for 15 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes, then went inside. Only when they noticed me did they START setting up the machine. Total wait time: 58 minutes before I requested a refund. I waited patiently, but this is silly. If you know lunch starts at 10:30am, why not prepare for lunch to start at 10:30am? Then you wouldn't have to wait for the machine to freeze up when it could have been freezing up for an entire hour+ prior to lunch service if it had been set up during breakfast. I was polite and way more than patient, but I'm not happy. I even left to pick up food elsewhere and came back and it still wasn't ready. And I got zero offers for a refund before I asked for one or anything else to make up for my wait, and the manager made it seem like I was bothering HIM when he shorted me $1.26 on the refund and I asked for the rest of it back. Horrible customer service here. I was going to let it go until I got what felt like annoyance/attitude, so I went ahead and called Wendy's Customer Care.

Meh…it gets the job done but honestly I would not go out of my way to eat here unless they have some promotion, etc. The vibe inside is …well…somewhere between high school cafeteria and detention hall. The staff looked like they didn’t enjoy anything about being there…neither did I so the feeling was mutual. The food was luke (not your father) warm and kind of mushy, I would be nervous ordering from delivery and letting it sit any longer, might be as soggy as a leftover TV dinner. Listen…don’t let this review be the deciding factor, if you must ..go on down to the big W.

Not a great location to eat at. Came inside to place an order around 7pm and didn't see anyone inside behind the counter for a few minutes. Food quality was awful. Fries tasted like fish. They need to change their oil in the fryers more often.

James the GM was amazing, as well as the staff! They were friendly and very efficient. Got our orders in no time! They could use more seating on the inside, my only complaint.

This location is just bad. The service is soooo slow every time and there is always at least one mistake. The traffic flow is terrible, which they can't control, but still affects the experience. Be prepared to wait 10 min to get out of the parking lot and back to Broad or Pouncey. Today, I had all of the above - slow service, several mistakes (how do you make several in one $20 order), and traffic. I think it took me 25 min to go through the drive through. The food is hit or miss. Fries were fresh and tasty and nuggets were good. The small burger and chicken sandwich were meh. They often are out of potatoes at this location, but had one today (yay!) Quality control is questionable. Today, I pulled the bacon off at home and chopped it up, before giving back to my daughter. She still enjoyed it.

All you had to do to get my money Wendy's was take my order. After waiting at the register for 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment, I left. There were no other customers inside and only one car going through the drive-thru.

The worker Ashley at the window is very rude. She used profanity and scream and me scaring my daughter. She should not be aloud to work with that type of behavior she was the most disrespectful person I have ever meet getting fast food and I will never go back.

Went through the Drive Thru to get nuggets and fries and noticed all the staff including a manager were wearing their masks below their chin and noses. I didn't see anyone using gloves. I asked to cancel my order and notified the manger (who had her mask below her chin until she noticed me looking at her) that my reason for canceling my order was due to them not wearing mask. She then blamed her staff as if she herself wasn't doing the same. Will never visit this location again.

Never in my life have I been mad over fast food...today that changed. It was such a bad service from the start. I order at the drive thru, asked for sometime to look at the menu (there was no one in the parking lot but me and imagine the workers), immediately I was asked again for my order by another worker who was rude. I asked again politely and then they asked again (this all happened within seconds) finally in a rush I order. And then I WAIT! And then the order wasn't complete, so I have to come back in, only for more rudeness. For a job that requires some hospitality there was absolutely none!

Passed by here last night and used the drive thru and I don't know why I don't eat here more often. This location is a pretty solid bet that you'll get good service and good fast food. Everything tasted great and was nice and warm.

This was one of the worst experiences I've head in some time. Upon arriving to the drive thru there weren't any cars in line waiting ahead of me. I sat at the drive thru window for 3 minutes before acknowledged. Upon being acknowledged, the guy opens up and says "What can I get you?" I informed him of the items I needed and some of them had ingredients removed from them due to my kids allergies. While reviewing the orders on the screen provided at the window, I noticed that the ingredients weren't removed. I asked the guy if heard me when I said plain and he said "I already heard you." I explained to him that the screen doesn't reflect what I'm requesting. He immediately stated, what else. I shared with him that I didn't want anything else and he said come up to the window. Upon pulling up the window I was greeted, but told the price of $19.79 by another guy (Nathan). He took my card and handed it back without the receipt. Meanwhile the young guy Oscar who initially took the order came back to the window and I tried to confirmed the accuracy of my order. He began to over talk me and became very combative. I stopped by here around 1:30 pm I ordered a small chili a a 4 piece nugget and a medium frosty-she said you want sauce for your nuggets I said barbecue so I get my food I get chili with noth in it but water and 2 beans no crackers the nuggets were old no barbeeque the only thing that was worth anything was the frosty I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's they all should be looking for another job somwher else

Super slow service. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Just about every time it is messed up or missing something. Ask for no ice, gets ice. No tomatoes, gets tomatoes. Fortunately I don't have food allergies. The food is not up to typical Wendy's quality.

Today I got in my first accident in Their drive through. A car backs into me and the lady in the drive through first comment is to tell us to move when there no cars she then proceeds to act unprofessional with her tone the entire time causing further stress. After everything is wrapped up she continues to be rude even after I try to place in order. Do not come here they have no class no professionalism. No one asked if I was ok or hurt nothing. She only cared about the man's tone to her and responded incorrectly with the same rude tone to him and the victim of the accident which was myself. I'm never going to Wendy's again.

I just started working at Best Buy and I love Wendy's so I was glad there was one a mile away that I could walk to for lunch. When I got it line, it was a pretty slow wait time. I went there at 4:30 and was waiting for about 20-30 minutes for the people in front of me to order and receive their orders. Although once I ordered, I received my order pretty quickly. I ordered a baconator combo with a small chocolate frosty (for dipping those fries in ;). The food was definitely fresh once I made it back to work after my 20 minute walk. It's and overall good franchise here.

I've never been inside, always done the drive thru, but the food has always tasted good. French fries are tasty enough to be stuffed into my mouth while I'm driving away. I always get a chicken sandwich, either the fancy $5 bacon ranch one or the $1 chicken patty one, depending on how poor I feel that day. My food has always come out correctly, just like I ordered it, and the employees seem nice enough. I've never had a problem so I've never tested their customer service skills. I will say that getting out of this location is a pain in the ass. For some reason the surrounding area is always so busy, and you usually have to wait for a while at the light to get back on W. Broad. I'm always there at lunchtime though, so maybe its just my timing.

Ungodly slow service at this location. I was in the drive thru for nearly half an hour with only 2 cars ahead of me. Received the wrong change back after paying. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold, mushy, and tasteless. I love Wendys, but I avoid this location like the plague.

I was here via drive thru today at 10.35. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, combo meal #1, kids meal combo with nuggets, and spicy chicken go wrap. Total comes to $19I was told to wait at the parking lot "because we're waiting on the chicken." After 15 minutes at the parking, I decided to walk into the restaurant to check on my order. It was an empty restaurant with at least 8 staff. Two sitting and eating. I received no apologies to my order being late in a "Fast Food Restaurant." That's fine! With my wife, an infant and a toddler waiting in my car crying I grab my order as soon as it's complete (after another 15 minutes of waiting inside). Passed the food to my wife and started driving and my wife told me they messed up our order." I had to make a U turn and drive all the way back. Again I waited for another 10 minutes WITHOUT AN APOLOGY. If you had at least decency to APOLOGIZE to your customer for A MISTAKE, I would have forgiven you. I will never come back to your restaurant again. You're not only missing my business. I'm reassuring you that my complaint will go all the way to your corporate office!

Worst fast food experience ever unless you think fast food is about sitting in drive thru for 20+ minutes with only 3 cars in front of you, getting not only cold food but when opened after driving off getting the wrong food( and yes I checked what was in the bag but the wrapped sandwiches should have been chicken and were cheeseburgers). So after waiting forever we couldn't even eat.

Seriously I've wasted lunch breaks here. Not only are they way slower than any other fast food place in the area (let alone, anywhere I've ever been), but they often get my order wrong. These guys are just terrible at their job, and they've been bad for years, DO NOT GO HERE. And I should add that this is the only Wendy's I know of that is this miserably bad. Most of the time, its only me and one or two other people in the drive through, and the inside is far from busy, and they still are slow. One time, there was a shift change, during my lunch break, and they, for whatever reason, couldn't take my order unless I came inside. I had already waited for a while just sitting at the menu, so I was fairly pissed. These guys suck, I made a yelp to tell people they suck, do not buy food here, hopefully they can lose enough money so they can't stay in business and get replaced with something actually good. Like a Cook Out, that would be dope.

Horrible! It's always tough when you get the taste for Wendy's and your in the short pump area. They are slow and 1 out of 3 times get your order wrong. Today I ordered a double with cheese on my lunch break, get back to work and have a single I think but no lettuce an tomato. I called the number on the receipt to complain 804-360-3174 only to receive a voice mail saying they were no taking calls at the time. So I guess they know the service is terrible!
