We actually went there twice in 3 days, by happenstance, the first time was fantastic. Christian was our server, and he was kind and genuine. He gets a 5-star review. The last time we went early on Sunday, it was good they just seemed a little extra stressed. It sounded like there were a lot of previous big orders, but all in all, it's not too bad. Food was great!

This was probably the busiest Wendy's of ever been to. They held it down though! We tucked ourselves into a little corner near the door and I put our order in on a self serve screen, the wait was a little longer than normal but like I said, they were BUSY! The woman that bagged the food was so nice and apologized for our wait (which I told her not to worry about at all I understand busy) the food was fresh and tasted good. They had some higher-ups there that was putting people on edge, heck they put me on edge. They were not friendly seeming at all. But the workers were all very nice, and professional, and whatever the higher ups were there for I hope they were nice to the workers cause they worked their butts off and that deserves praise! Was a little put off by the homeless population around the location but there's nothing Wendy's can do about that. But they really need an office for higher ups to hang out in. Sitting in the lobby making everyone uncomfortable is unacceptable.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s. The service was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When I asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, the person at the window snapped at me that it was already in the bag, even though there was only one. They slammed the window in my face, which was extremely disrespectful. On top of that, the manager Nicole was even worse. Instead of helping or showing any professionalism, she had an attitude that honestly scared me. The way she spoke to me and carried herself was hostile and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. No customer should be treated this way. This experience made me feel disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome, and I won’t be returning to this location again.

Horrible service they got my order wrong . I didn’t figure that out until I got home and served my kids . I asked for all plain burgers on the biggy bags 4 of them . They were all sauced up with lettuce and tomato. I called them and explained I had already gotten home after a long day at work . And they said no problem. On your next visit we will make it right . Well I just left from there and they have no record of the mistake and the manager Nicole was extremely rude to my husband and I . After a long day at work and just wanting to feed our kids . Anyways check your food before you leave long story short !!!!!

Went to Wendy’s tonight at about 10-10:15pm, the woman taking our order at the drive through was quite rude. When I first pulled up I informed the server-cashier we’d be a minute so we could figure out what we were going to order and as I was ready to order the said “Order already!” I was not able to order everything we wanted due to her horrific attitude. When we pulled up to the window to pay she took my card, processed it and asked if I would like a receipt, i replied with a simple “no thank you.” Just for her to slam and lock the window. Entirely unnecessary. I work in food as well and have for a hot minute, I’d understand if we’re very busy but at no point would I speak to a customer like that rushing them and being flat out rude. She was a bigger girl, I did not catch her name. The young lady at the pickup window was very nice but the cashier was shocking to say the least. Please at the very least have a conversation with her and maybe have a corrective action plan bc that customer service was appalling. Food was fine as always but that woman’s attitude was not ok especially when you work in the service industry.

Ordered than sat down the first table the booth was broken pulled away from the wall had a dead bug underneath only noticed because my one year old don't sit still was letting him run around the table while we waited for our food was no one else on that side of the restaurant. Second table we sat at had crumbs everywhere. After our order was done went back up to ask for a spoon and the cashier/drive thru lady was rude acted like I was interrupting an important conversation.

Very busy drive through, I have had difficulty getting what I order & being charged for "extras " that I didn't order. I finally gave up on this location.
