It's not often I give a review as critical as this one; but it's warranted. When I first walked in, I felt as though I'd just should turn around and go somewhere else. It looked as though everything behind the counter was in disarray and confusion. The young man who took my order appeared to be new -- at least I hope that would explain it. While waiting for my medium Frostys, to accompany my warm (at best), fries and my warm (at best) burgers, a young man came up, asking for an employee. The young girl who was working behind the counter and trying to multi-task tried to explain to him, whoever he was asking for was in the back talking with someone. Rather than have the intelligence (and courtesy to those customers waiting to order, behind him), to say, "Please tell him I'll be sitting over here.", he continued to stand at the counter. He pressed the young lady, who again told him whoever he was asking for was currently busy. Didn't phase him. One waiting customer asked, "Have you guys ordered, yet?" He was justifiably becoming annoyed and impatient. It was 2:30 PM, MST when I left Wendy's. When I got home, the Frostys were as thin as the sodas. I put them in the freezer to try to make them thicker. I just checked on them. It is now almost 2 hours later and they still aren't thick. They are just beginning to get thicker on the very top. The kid was still standing at the counter, holding up everyone when I left. With the exception of the young lady, it appeared it was everyone's first day on the job. I'd recommend new management to come in and try to straighten the place out. But that's just me.
