So I have a couple problems with this establishment. 1️⃣I noticed when we pulled up there was a black guy in the car ahead of us and he was told to pull up and wait for his food. We pulled up for our food and were also told to park and wait for our food. There were several cars behind us that pulled in (not black or brown people inside them) that got their food and left while we were still waiting for our food. The black guy finally received his food and left. We waited maybe 5 minutes and then decided to go inside to see what the problem was… 2️⃣We pulled in to pick up a mobile order. We were given the frosty and the drink and told to park in a parking spot because the order wasn’t ready; we parked and waited for awhile; no one came out so my goddaughter went it; the guy behind the counter asked for her name and said “I’ll make the remaining food for the order now”; she waits longer while they make the food; she gets the food and we leave. ❓WHY ARE CERTAIN PEOPLE BEING TOLD TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR THE SIMPLEST ORDERS? WHILE OTHERS ARE GETTING THEIR ORDERS? ❓WHY DO YOU TELL PEOPLE TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR THEIR FOOD AND THEN YOU’RE NOT EVEN MAKING THEIR FOOD. THEY’RE JUST SITTING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR NOTHING? I know the response is going to be it had nothing to do with race… so if that’s true then you’re just hiring lazy workers who don’t give two freckles about the customers. Both excuses are BAD‼️ The mobile order was for a biggie bag, frosty, two 4 piece nuggets and a drink (11/20/25 @4:30pm order #9010018 if mgmt wants to verify)

It looks like it’s not very busy, but you can see between DoorDash and the drive thru that they have their hands full. It took a little for us to get our food, but they gave us free frosties for our wait. Even though they were busy, they were attentive to us and I appreciated that. Food was good, service was friendly, and the place is clean.

Came here on Tuesday 8/16 after 9pm went through the drive thru and the service was just trash. Cold but yet burnt hamburgers???? , un salted and cold fries. By far worst wendys I've been to. Had to throw it away and just got get food somewhere else, wasn't edible. Don't come here, just go to a different Wendy's. Or literally anywhere else.

My daughter wanted nuggets a burger and fries so I stopped by here to get her a biggie bag and me a soda. The guy at the window was super friendly.😁 Added August 24th 2024 A picture of what we normally get in the biggie bag. We really do like it it's nice and convenient and a good deal for the money. I also got a Cobb salad this time. Unfortunately the tomato in the cobb salad was all end peaces which means basically all skin and very little fleshy part of the tomato. Added November 1st 2024 Decided to try the Krabby Patty meal along with some cookies and a sour cream and chive baked potato. The oatmeal cookie was burnt and my sour cream and chive potato had no sour cream😔. There is also no sour cream or butter in the to go bag. Other than that the fries, sandwiches, and pineapple frosties were good. Update Dec 03, 2024 Decided to get the cinnabon Pull-A-Part thing and it wasn't even warm enough to try and pretend to melt the frosting. So disappointing 🫤

I recently hit the drive thru here, the staff acted annoyed with my presence. Overpriced and under performing products. A serious injection of self pride could truly go far here. I get it, my bad for choosing to support my local Wendy's, but I'm still questioning why my food was deliberately haphazardly assembled and thrown into my bag like garbage, no pride in what the staff does and no shame in what they pawned off as acceptable. My money spends anywhere and if you want to mistreat me for having the audacity in supporting your business, l can take the hint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Multiple times I’ve ordered from here and they somehow get the order wrong Everytime and still charge me for my correct order. Ordered 2 biggie bags and got 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Missing nuggets on both orders. Didn’t give us our baked potato but still charged for it. Dont order here. They don’t care to get orders right or give refunds after they screw up.

Not very busy when I arrived, except for them remaking two people's orders. 16 minutes after I order i received my Biggie Bag - after I asked for my money back. Fries were warm & over cooked. The rest of the food was okay. McDonald's with their McDouble meal has nothing to worry about. This store didn't serve the 4 for $4.

Came here for the meal of misfortune of Wednesday Addams and Netflix and it was so good. The sauces were very interesting not my favorite, but the nuggets and cherry sundae was good! Customer service and ambience was great. The location was clean and even tough it was busy afternoon the we didn't wait long for our food.

Drug addicts all over. Frosty machine not ready. No coffee brewed. No customers and very slow to get food. The manager had no personality and lacked enthusiasm. Terrible experience.

Although I did get almost twice the amount of nuggets that I ordered, which were tasty, the beef patties were really dry and I received pickles that I requested not to. I work in a restaurant too, and we will never make a customer feel rushed to make their order. I question their management's leadership and standards. Considering if I'll be back to this location or not.

As fast food goes its about average. Really went in for the pumpkin frosty and oh man it did not disappoint. The service was slow but they were real busy with the drive through and door dash orders. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for an order of cheese fries and plain fries. They were hot and fresh though. Don't miss out on the pumpkin frosty.....

EXCUSE ME? even if diff ppl were ordering from one car in drive thru bc INSIDE IS CLSOED then we should be able to order all together or wtvr it is or how we much we needed to feed us all... they were out of tomato, lettuce, sauce, i also ordered a state berry sprite and they gave me regular then offed red a diff drink instead bc it wasn't strawberry like what'?, and it was so upsetting . won't be going back to this locations, as well my friends didn't get the correct order the nuggets were very dry and hard! fry's were cold..

The weird awkward cashier guy up front with glasses was being odd and creepy and very weird to me he even called me an inappropriate name they messed up another ladies order too, this place is a nightmare avoid it. Better places and Wendy's locations in Tucson, this ones horrible mainly cuz of the awkward cashier they hired

Very pleasant experience here during the lunch time rush. My wait in the drive thru was short. My order was made fresh & accurate. The staff were helpful, friendly & professional. The food was delish I can definitely recommend this Wendy's location to all. I also earned points from using the APP!

Made me sit and wait for 10 minutes for my food to be done. When I was ordering, I specifically asked for multiple sauces on each individual meal (I had 3 meals) and I only got 3 sauces for 3 separate nugget meals.

Well, second bad review from me for this, obviously the worst Wendy's in Tucson. You'd think I would learn. The order is ALWAYS messed up. This time minor, but none the less, not correct. Ordered large chili with cheese and onions. Asked a second time when I received my food if it had cheese and onions. I was assured it did. Well you guessed it. No onions. But you can be assured that I was charged for them. If you feel like Wendy's go to another location. This one has always been terrible.

Went there for a measly little cheeseburger and french fries took them 30 minutes to get it to me and by the time I got it everything was cold so I politely said I want hot french fries and a hot burger. I waited 15 minutes for everything over again I got a cold burger and hot fries. That place needs seriously help.

yeah no... this is not it! Either i went there at the wrong time or the workers did not care but i am def not pleased. my Salad left a whole piece of chicken, not cut up and my food was cold. smh disappointed. Never Again 22nd Street Wendy's

This was truly the worst burger and fries I've had. Burger was smashed, including the bun. The other burger was burnt. Fries were cold and didnt seemed fully cooked. My dogs didnt even want the fries. I'm guessing they dont have a manager or they really dont care.

Just came from there right now, the meat was old, make that very old, the cheese it seems, Was put on the burgers long before I ordered it, it was old and crusty. The fries were ice cold and extremely hard. The only thing that was any good was the Diet Coke. Highly recommend that you never, ever, under any circumstances, go to this restaurant

The line outside was 10 cars long so I decided to go inside and order. This was around 7:30pm. Decided to eat inside. Well I sat watching the employees and to my dismay the waitress was sweeping the floor near her with her gloves on, then she was serving food into the bags, wiping counters and never changed her gloves once. Serving fries and eating some while serving and no gloves. Manager came out twice and never even noticed. Do they have a shortage on gloves? That's the last time you see me in Wendy's.

Wooooorst! The wooooorst! 45 mins later! They need a manager, they have a manager but someone who acts like a manager. The cashier did great and was very apologetic. The whole time the manager stood in the back watching the whole thing and wasn't very helpful. The line was piling up and she just stood there. Do something lady! When we got the food. It was the saddest burgers I've seen. Never again!

went by 8 pm to pick up mobile order through drive thru. 3 cars in front of me and no one was helping them in a timely manner...they all drove off. there was one car at pick up window and no one in lobby but i was to hold on; waited 3 minutes before i got help. while picking up order the next car at the window was told to wait. wait for what i have no idea not like they were taking any orders with an empty lobby and they are just bagging my order. why is this place still open...good grief.

Wendy's is my absolute favorite fast food joint. Let me tell you about my shit experience today. The drive through speaker is trash and the volume is awful, change it out and update your restaurant a little come on it's 2018! The person at the drive through repeatedly asked me "anything else" after every word I said!!! She didn't ask me what drinks I wanted nor did she ask what I wanted in the kids meals, she was obviously preoccupied and didn't give a shit about any customers considering I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. My fries tasted like cardboard and they were super old. The meat on my baconator looked like the chick in the drive thru shit it out onto a bun. Avoid this trashy "restaurant" at all costs don't waste your time or money.

Just wanted to share that the staff is here is very professional, greeted me as soon as I came in the door!! I came in for a Frosty while waiting for my vehicle, and decided to have a bite...let me just say this, NEVER have I received a burger that looked SO much like the picture, and it was cooked perfectly! I just wanted the management to know that they have an excellent staff that does their jobs well!! Thanks!!

Wendy's didn't return my credit card! I had to take time off work and drive back to retrieve it the next morning. Manager Justin's attitude was, "oh well, sorry." Meanwhile, the order was wrong and now I'm left to monitor my account for fraudulent charges made by an incompetent Wendy's employee. I am furious. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Whataburger. Their employees are friendly and efficient, the food is great and you don't have to feel like you're putting you credit rating in jeopardy by going there!

The food is good when they don't forget anything. But the staff needs training when it come to their attitudes. No matter how polite & patient you are they are rude & disrespectful. If you ask for something THEY forgot they act like it's your fault. Never once has a cashier greeted me kindly at the window. And forget about asking for a drink carrier it's apparently too much trouble. If you're in a good mood don't go here they'll ruin in. Also this review isn't based on one visit but many. The male manager is exempt from this he was very kind.

It's not often I give a review as critical as this one; but it's warranted. When I first walked in, I felt as though I'd just should turn around and go somewhere else. It looked as though everything behind the counter was in disarray and confusion. The young man who took my order appeared to be new -- at least I hope that would explain it. While waiting for my medium Frostys, to accompany my warm (at best), fries and my warm (at best) burgers, a young man came up, asking for an employee. The young girl who was working behind the counter and trying to multi-task tried to explain to him, whoever he was asking for was in the back talking with someone. Rather than have the intelligence (and courtesy to those customers waiting to order, behind him), to say, "Please tell him I'll be sitting over here.", he continued to stand at the counter. He pressed the young lady, who again told him whoever he was asking for was currently busy. Didn't phase him. One waiting customer asked, "Have you guys ordered, yet?" He was justifiably becoming annoyed and impatient. It was 2:30 PM, MST when I left Wendy's. When I got home, the Frostys were as thin as the sodas. I put them in the freezer to try to make them thicker. I just checked on them. It is now almost 2 hours later and they still aren't thick. They are just beginning to get thicker on the very top. The kid was still standing at the counter, holding up everyone when I left. With the exception of the young lady, it appeared it was everyone's first day on the job. I'd recommend new management to come in and try to straighten the place out. But that's just me.

Worst experience ever for a wendy's. Waited for over 10 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window the works were standing around. I left without getting my food. If there customer service is that bad, imagine how bad the food would have been.

The cashier was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The frosties were on sale for half price!!! Which was TOTALLY AWESOME in the middle of one of the worst heat waves Tucson has seen since the 90s! The frosties came out quick and cool dust down and they're clean air conditioned lobby.

This Wendy's is my go to! I work across the street,so I'm here often. Manager Chris, and associate Justin are usually the one that help place my order. They almost have it memorized. I've NEVER had a problem here. The staff is always helpful! I've been through the drive threw once, and they were also polite. See you soon!

When I was a kid, we used to go to Wendy's specifically for the Frosty... I am not sure what they have done to it, but it is no longer the thick milkshake that I remember. The one I got at this location was more like chocolate milk.... is it possible they were having an off night? I think I prefer the Oreo Sundae Shake at Burger King...

I came here every so often. Sometimes the experience is ok, but for the past couple of weeks the service has been awful. The server who took my order repeated back to me what I had said, indicating to me that she understood my order (which was by no means complicated, several plain burgers). However after what was about a 15 minute wait, I finally got my order, but none of the burgers were plain (I end up storing them to eat later because I work long hours). I did not say anything because I was running late for work and did not have time to set it right, but my receipt doesn't even say plain which tells me the server said my order but didn't punch it in. This has happened several times in the past week and I don't think I'll be returning. The incompetence at this location is staggering. She repeated what I had order back to me but didn't put it down on the receipt which tells me she didn't intend on giving me my order. This isn't the first time (with the SAME server). So I'm skipping this restaurant for future orders.
