Terry Ann and Josh are all terribleeeeeeeeee when I say terrible I mean terrible. No type of professionalism. I came in as a door dasher and someone else came in before me and stole the order. A $30 order keep in mind so that is not a lot of money to a multi million dollar company. I showed them the order I called the customer and the customer said the door dasher (me) is still waiting for the order. So Josh said he will remake it then double downed because he is lazyyyyy and called Terry Ann and she said that they are not going to make it anymore. It was complete BS because the order got stolen because they did not have the person that stole it confirm the order and the manager Josh was the one that said he “saw the name on the phone”. The saying the customers are always right DOES NOT apply here. Do not go here if you want terrible service and a restaurant that smells like a bathroom. I will say that the NEW employee at that his name is Nathan was absolutely considerate, understanding, and accommodating to this. He went out of his way to go against the grain of what Josh was saying and took initiative and was like I will remake it and was remaking it and Josh told him to stop. The 2 men employees at the fry station and the sandwich making station were also as rude and lazy as Josh was making snarky comments to me. I’ve worked at Wendy’s before so I know the policy of the customer is always right and they did not follow this policy very disappointed that I had to take time out of my day to write this -sincerely an innocent door dasher

Let me preface by saying that I don't mind having a little wait if the food is going to be fresh. I got up to the window and was promptly handed my frosties. Then I was asked to go wait in a parking spot for the rest of my food. I waited several minutes before it was brought out. By that time, my frosties were completely melted. To top it off, I get home with my overpriced food, and none of the sauces were in the bag. The fries and nuggets didn't seem to be fresh and hot either, so I'm not sure what the wait was for. I only came to Wendy's to get my kids the current kids meal toy, but I won't be back. The person working the window was really nice, but it was, overall, a negative experience.

Tried to use the $1 topped fries app coupon in the restaurant. I showed them the coupon. Clicked the coupon in front of them she scanned the code but never put the item in the computer. The manager came over and said she didn't know what topped fries are and the coupon already went away like I used it. Really shouldn't be difficult to use a coupon.

Didn’t make my order right. One of the employees was coughing without covering his mouth then touching food. They don’t use the ice scoop they just scoop the ice with the cups. It looks like ghetto ran. Will not b back to this one. Management needs to do better. Disappointed

I ordered a double cheeseburger plain, but it arrived with toppings. I asked for the order to be corrected, but after 15 minutes, I still didn’t receive the plain burger. When I asked to speak with a manager, she dismissed me by putting her hand up, signaling that she was too busy to help. Fortunately, another manager eventually came to the counter, listened to my concern, and made the order correctly.

It was a very strange experience here today. First of all we went inside to get food and the manager screamed at the employees to come up and help the counter. Then it was noticed that they weren't even wearing gloves to make the food. Which this is super gross considering everyone went outside to have a smoke circle then back inside to make food without gloves (who knows if hands were even washed) Overall, don't think I want to go back to this location.

The managers always have a attitude if you want any changes to your order (no tomatoes, no pickles, no onions). This is the third time I asked for those changes and they still put it on the burger. Will drive to a further location from now on.

Tried the lettuce wrap baconater. It came with a small piece of lettuce on each side, definitely NOT a wrap. The bacon was precooked. I asked for mayo, mustard, and ketchup. They put it on the side. I discovered why, because condiments won't stick to a small piece of lettuce. The drink was good. The chili was good, it actually had beef and beans this time. I ordered a chocolate frosty and they gave me triple berry. The floors were in need of sweeping and mopping. Sigh. You can do a lot better Wendy's! Made a simple order tonight. Sour cream baked potatoe, 6 piece spicy nuggets. Nuggets were cold potato looked like someone had already eaten half and zero sour cream or butter in the bag! They can't get ANYTHING right at this location! Done with Wendys!! ​​

Placed a DT order on Sunday morning. They pulled me up, don't know why. I waited 10 min for my food. Didn't get a thank you or anything. Some Kid in a stocking cap and a good Brought it out, no uniform at all. One double stack had one patty, bun was dry. WHAT HAPPENED TO WENDYS. Garlic Briochei Not good

BUYER BEWARE: PRICES in the registers DO NOT MATCH their coupons. No napkins out front, no tissue in the bathroom, out of Coke, & only 3 employees on duty including the window staff. They intentional overcharge & will not correct or refund the overcharge. The police should shut this place for stealing the customers money. Maybe the worst fast food restaurant I've been in. Horribly owned & managed.

My dead grandma moves faster than this place! They aren't short staffed as there is over 6 people back there and they are talking and laughing. There was no cars in drive thru and no one in lobby. Almost 10 min. For a #1.

Wendy's is one of my favorite hamburgers to have when I go out.I go through the Drive - Thru when ordering,the past two times I've been there @ "81st & Sheridan.Now I don't know if this is intentional or just lack of common sense.But my previous "2" trips ended with me not getting my full order.And it was a noticeable mistake that cost me nearly $12.00.I ordered "buy 1 get free hamburger,which I paid for "4" get "8".I only received "4".Also the "2" medium fries were half full.The staff were nice,the service was good.I just didn't get what I ordered Will I return? I'm not sure....

Every time I come here it takes forever to even order at the drive through. I waited at the speaker for almost 10 minutes and then was asked to pull over and wait another 10 minutes. And then my burger "no cheese" came out with cheese. Never again!!!

This Wendy's location gets higher ratings than the other ones in Tulsa get. Came by to check out the lemonade (highly recommended by a friend). It was good. Also got lucky and came during 50¢ frosty week. Fast service. Takes credit cards. Hubby gets the 4 for $4.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. They're a bunch of slow pokes and so UNSANITARY that it's disgusting to watch em. They think they're wearing gloves so they can touch anything and everything while handling food. Disgusting and slow. And they fucking take their time. DONT COME HERE! Most rude drive thru person I have encountered in a long time. I will not be coming back to this location. The lady in the drive thru was actually upset that we ordered a bunch of food. After we ordered the $40 in fast food we were met with a hostile attitude because we paid with a $100. It was cold and snowy so maybe that's why she was upset but regardless maybe the hospitality service is not for her.

Ordered breakfast on the app, about 8 sandwiches. Only three were meals. Thankfully I got to wait thirty minutes for the food to cook, after I arrived. But to top it all off, I'm so happy to have cold food after waiting :)

I've never in my life experienced food poisoning until eating here. I ate the chicken nuggets and baconator fries. I still feel like crap and will never eat here or any other Wendy at that.

I asked for two things, fresh nuggets and no pickle on a sandwich. Guess what I get. Cold nuggets after waiting for them to be " dropped" fresh and pickles on my double stack. I get it , it's a minimum wage job but did these idiots not graduate elementary where you learn basic listening skills? I tried those nuggets immediately after receiving the bag and cold. Not even luke warm. Here's what they did I know for a fact. They put the nuggets pre made in the bin and made me sit there to pretend like they dropped it when in reality they did not. This place needs a boot camp on discipline because It's always lacking in quality. Pathetic experience once again I got so mad I made a yelp just to comment.

The food was fine, but how are you gonna leave me sitting at the drive-through speaker for upwards of five minutes after asking me to wait, and then when I say hello into the speaker, I just get "hi, what can I get for you?" Forgetting the drive thru isn't cool y'all.

Being from California I'm used to a Wendy's on every corner practically. Since moving to Oklahoma 9 months ago I haven't been to Wendy's. On one of our hottest days of the summer I passed by this one and figured I'd stop by for a meal and frosty. There was no line, just one guy who was already ordering. The store manager was running the register and when I walked up to place my order I was greeted with "It's gonna be a minute." No hi, no please, just wait. Ok fine, a little rude but it's fast food. This guy then just walked away from the register and started doing other things, no asking an employee to ring me up, no letting me know he'll be right back, just left. I know it's fast food but this is basic customer service, needless to say a was a little put off. After a couple minutes a young girl asked if I had ordered and promptly took my ordered. She grumbled something about the manager being an ass but I couldn't really hear her. I ordered the bacon mozzarella promo burger, fries and a vanilla frosty. Of course the frosty was on point. The fries were cold and a bit soggy. The burger I wasn't a fan of. I should've stuck with the spicy chicken. The cheese wasn't melted and the garlic brioche bun was salty, like really salty. The customer service was the real review killer but I still love Wendy's so I'll likely be back at some point.

Very unhappy with my experience.. lobby was closed so went through the drive-thru. They then missed up my order with the wrong frosties, fries, no straws and spoons For our three drinks we received. Then asked for buffalo sauce three times and received a different sauce. Staff was rude and got angry when asked for our corrected orders. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst Wendy's location in Tulsa, if not Oklahoma. You have a staff that has less than a week of restaurant experience and you have them fend for themselves on a Saturday night. We spent over an hour and a half waiting for our food. First because the inexperienced cashier deleted our order so nobody knew to make it. Then it took forever to make it. The only silver lining is that the manager (who only had 3 days on the job) did refund our entire meal. Next time we plan on spending an hour on "fast food" we will go somewhere else though

Incorrect orders 99% of the time Had a bad experience in the drive-through about 6 months ago and haven't since returned. Beware, you can get trapped in the drive through with no way to escape. We got stuck in drive through for 20 minutes on a weekday evening around 730 pm, the food was incorrect and so was my large unsweet tea. Too bad because I'm near this restaurant on a regular basis but they won't get any of my money :)

Only good part was the food. I waited at the front for 5 minutes, watched 3 employees clock out and leave while I stood there, in an empty queue, waiting for SOMEONE to take my order. And when I was finally attended to, the taking of my order took another 5 minutes because the man taking it couldn't had been slower. When I eventually got seated with my food, I realized I was missing my side. So the overall experience was a bust, but the food was warm and to liking.

Walked in and there wasn't a line, yet it still took 5 minutes standing at the counter for anyone to acknowledge my presence. On top of that, their drink machine was pretty much out of everything, and mentioning that to them got me an "Okay". So I finally got my food and sat down to a cup of water, soggy fries, and a half-assed burger. No really, the patty was halfway off the bun. Should've known better than to get anything but ice cream here.

Just went through the drive thru and had to wait for awhile to order and there was no line. When we finally ordered and the guy got the order wrong. We told him 3 Sugar cookie frosties and he read it back but we got 3 Sugar Cookie Sundaes instead......so disappointed.

You really have to give it to Wendy's. Since Dave died, the marketing has been hard, but they still offer some of the best fast food you can get. Never frozen beef, sea salt on the fries, and the best spicy chicken nuggets ever made. I'd like to see a direct comparison between those and the McNugget. But McDonald's wouldn't, because 99% of people would pick Wendy's. Dave Thomas' legacy is safe if they continue serving food the way he intended: fresh and with a smile.

For a long time I was very pleased with Wendy's at 81st & Memorial. The past few months they have been terrible. They mess up on orders, the pretzel bread chicken sandwich I got tonight was hard as a rock. And my husband ordered 2 large caramel frosty shakes and got small ones but still paid for large. Ricky the man that answered the phone and I explained my problem to ended up yelling at me. Yes yelling.. I'm going to be calling the district manager to inform him of Ricky's behavior. He doesn't need to be working there because he's giving that Wendy's a bad reputation!
