Wendy's

Second time my burger wasn't fresh. I order online. Looked like they pull my patty off another slapped on one piece if onion, the end of a tomato n a wilted piece of lettuce. My patty didn't have a cheese slice just some random cheese here n there. I order single w/cheese, lettuce, tomato n xtra onions. You shud not be able to mess up an on line order, so I assume, the employee's nor mgmt cares about quality or correctness of orders. I wont be visiting this store again.

10:26p.m. only customer at the store. Ordered the mushroom bacon burger. Waited 10 minutes for cold burger with no mushrooms on it. Not sure how that happens, but sort of ridiculous.

This place needs a complete staffing Overhaul. 3 cars in line and over a 17 minute wait. I got home and my order was completely wrong, drove back, and waited for over 25 minutes with 4 vehicles in the drive through, after receiving attitude from the girl in the drive through I was just ready to leave, come home, and eat. BIG MISTAKE !!! Sat down with my family to eat again, and once again....THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. I could see all the staff inside just talking to each other, having casual conversations with one another, with not a care in the world, I didn't say anything because I didn't want anyone to spit in my food, but I will NOT return to this particular Wendy's. I just wanted a quick, decent meal after a long day of working but it was too much to ask for from this particular establishment. The employees tonight apparently didn’t come to work. I, myself, am a food service professional and have dealt with every aspect of the kitchen. I say that to say that I understand being frustrated when you get in the weeds but your unkind remarks over the intercom devalue WENDY’S reputation. And come to find out, it was management. Food was tossed around by her . Very nasty attitude. I swear if I had not been working all night….I wouldn’t even eat this…

Great value for your money, but I feel as though the food is not made consistently at all locations. The food is being served either overcooked, or warm instead of hot. That is fine if I'm going home, but not when I am on the go. Also, why did I get 4 spicy + 2 regular nuggets for a 6-piece at one location and only 4 spicy + 1 regular (the 6th was missing!) nuggets at another? And get this... One location, tried to short my change by $5.00. Out of 5 nearby locations in Virginia Beach, VA... I will not be going back to 4 of them, ever. The Haygood location in Va Beach has been solid for years. Rating is 3 star for average of all local Wendy's. Haygood location alone gets a 5 star and my loyal service.

The fries container was not fully filled, my drink order was mess up and they never give you napkins. This is not the first time. The first time this happen I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but since this a Continuous thing I can't any more. Waste of money and time if you are not getting what you order

Put bacon on my order(that doesn't include it), I'm ALLERGIC. After a 16hr work day, I was too tired and hungry to cook. Having not eaten all day, I figured I'd spend some of that hard earned money on a Dave's Double meal. Got all the way home and there was bacon all over it. THANK GOD I spotted a piece of bacon sticking out, or I might be dead or in the hospital. So I had fries for dinner, about $10 wasted.

Due to all registers being down there was no service and no service during a dinner rush , disappointing so that that as it may.
