Mobile order, with a reward applied, of three different biscuits and coffee with 3 creamers and 2 creamers was perfect, so fresh it was almost too hot to eat. Ordering was quick and pleasant. All good.

Was disrespected by employee that said what's this cracker want ,then told me Noone could take my order it was drive threw only unless I was using cash. And these people are making food for all types of people makes you wonder. I and all my family may never go to Wendy's again...

Picked up a door dash order today. Witnessed the girl at the cashier be extremely rude to a disabled employee. You could see the reaction on his face that he was upset. I was the first person in line, the only white person, and 4 people behind me, got called on before i was, and she barely looked at me and was extremely rude that i had a door dash order. She rolled her eyes and threw the bag down and walked away. If you're that miserable about your job, maybe you should just quit. Disabled or not, being that noticeably disrespectful to your coworkers is uncalled for and should be handled immediately. Tired of these rude ass people in the world thinking they can talk to who ever how ever they want.

Took 20 customers at drive thru after my order was in .put fries in bag 15 minutes later put burgers in bag had to tell him to replace fries we wanted warm fries not cold.

I hope corporate close this store down, horrible customer service today. The younger immature kids working here, are disrespectful and rude. Always laughing at everything, eyeballing me. The girl at the cash register was very angry and rude, they don't need a job. This store needs to go.

Nice overall,but the employees were so occupied with their drive through,that they didn't look at the order for dine in customer. beans weren't in a container but thrown on our salads.

This place needs a complete staffing Overhaul. 3 cars in line and over a 17 minute wait. I got home and my order was completely wrong, drove back, and waited for over 25 minutes with 4 vehicles in the drive through, after receiving attitude from the girl in the drive through I was just ready to leave, come home, and eat. BIG MISTAKE !!! Sat down with my family to eat again, and once again....THE ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. I could see all the staff inside just talking to each other, having casual conversations with one another, with not a care in the world, I didn't say anything because I didn't want anyone to spit in my food, but I will NOT return to this particular Wendy's. I just wanted a quick, decent meal after a long day of working but it was too much to ask for from this particular establishment. Usually don't expect much from fast food places. However I'd expect decent customer service. This place when I visited on the 29th of March at around 1030 pm was awful. They were rude on the drive through speaker and then rude at the window. They need to be supervised and retrained here. Glad I don't live near by.

Have never met a staff more rude than the people here. The food is sometimes cold or they give you the wrong order. The workers are also very slow at doing their job.

Dinner at Wendy's was quite the disappointment tonight. Had to wait almost 25 minutes before getting through the line. The one bright shining star was the attitude of the gentleman at the register, you could tell he enjoys his job. Other than that I did not get a receipt. The fries were cold and look like they were cooked in old oil. And my 10-piece nugget meal only came with nine nuggets. For almost 20 bucks it was quite a disappointment.

The young girl in drive thru didn't even have the courtesy of waiting talking shit about me until after I had left because I asked about a diet cream soda if y'all want to be treated bad and get crap service with subpar food, this is the place to go. I will never go back to this location. But that's what I get for stopping to try and get home to my family quicker.

WORST Wendy's location. Don't go to 961 Chimney Hill Shopping Center. Got there at 9:20 saturday october 6, 2018 and the lobby was closed. Went through the drive-thru and was treated like I bothered them by using the Wendy's app. I requested 2 chicken sandwiches (bogo) hot out of the fryer. The cashier told them I wanted them fresh and the manager came right away with my bag but assured me they just came up. I checked and bit one at the window and was happy. But when i got home 3 minutes away, the other one was old and cold. this is worse than poor customer service. This was just mean!! I refused to go back. and never will!! I specifically requested fresh and told them I had no problem waiting. They didn't care what the customer wanted. You have mean spirited rotten souls working for you...

My friend and I ordered a coffee, and there was a LIVE fly floating in it. The employees and the managers are also extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend. Something needs to be changed.

They didn't respond at the drive thru so I pulled around and got ignored at the window. It took them 2 minutes at the window to acknowledge me and take my order. They were closing down early and ignoring customers coming to the restaurant. Their drive thru headset was off as well.

This Wendy's has always been terrible. It was recently torn down and rebuilt with a brand new face lift and fancy new interior, but it's plagued by the same problems as always. Even in the middle of rush lunch time they have one line open. Drive-thru similarly wrapped around the building. What's crazy is their food isn't even as good as the other Wendy's in the area. Drive the extra couple miles and go to the one at Princess One, because this one is awful.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I walked in and was attacked by fruit flies. I asked for a salad and she wanted to show me how bad the lettuce was before I ordered it. This place is disgusting totally infested with flies and expired food. Here's a tip Wendy's: a small bowl of vinegar and a few drops of dish soap will get rid of the flies. You might need a few bowls because of the amount of fruit flies you have. So gross!! Health department stat!

Upon coming here and having to order from a rude employee and listening to I don't want to work, etc..etc... we will never come to this particular Wendys again. Food tossed on the tray and just down right horrible employees and service. If these people working don't want a job here find another and allow someone else who really needs a job and would welcome work. Lazy a## people who think the world owes them something and treat customers who help make their paycheck like pooh.. I would have fired the entire crew for such behavior and professionalism.

I was actually surprised at all the negative reviews about this location! I work five minutes form this location so I usually come here for lunch a few times a month. I have never experienced any issues. Their fries are hit or miss, but that is at EVERY Wendy's I have been to. I haven't experienced rude customer service and I haven't noticed a fly issue. I am always SHOCKED by how quickly I am served too! It is a Wendy's, not a gourmet burger place. You aren't going to get food that looks like the commercial, but you will get what you paid for and it will taste a lot better than McDonalds!

Hands down the worst drive through restaurant in Virginia Beach. We have been coming to this location since late winter/spring after COVID hit and McDonalds stopped serving salads. I was surprised at how good their food was for fast food--salads, baked potatoes, at least some alternatives to yucky burgers ( for the record I LOVE burgers--just no fast food folk do them very well--try Red Robin which is burger heaven) BUT THEN their is their service. We have complained for over 6 months--and I have started frequenting the VB Blvd. location for comparison --and there is no comparison: Blvd. store 5 stars--this location 1 star only for the food --if you get it right. We get our orders right about 1 out of every 10 visits. Ridiculous. I have real fights with family members over this!!! My time is valuable and I have driven here over and over to return with wrong items, things we didn't order, missing things we did pay for, etc. All fast food places make mistakes--but a mistake is a once in awhile thing--their ratio of inaccuracy is astronomical. SAD because I was never a Mcdonalds fan ( hence the sad little salads) or a fan of ChikFilAs which has so much sodium in a typical meal it can send you to the ER on one bite, so it is either ordering in or cooking at home. Well I guess this is my chance to get healthy and eat at home more--now if my family doesn't drive me crazy. Said it before --I AM DONE --today and a 21+ minute wait because they not only had a long line--but of course they got it wrong and I had to wait while they "fixed" it---again. DONE

This photo of fruit flies is very disturbing! I have never actually been inside of this Wendy's, but I have never had an issue with their food, and I've never seen a fruit fly (at least in the drive thru). It could be because I visit this place at night or something, but all has been good when I've come thru. I will admit, that picture does make me pay special attention to what's going on inside the store and check my food before I eat it. So far, so good. The only issue I have with this particular Wendy's is the the forgetfulness. There has been 2 occasions where they forgot my fries. How do you forget the fries in 1 combo?!?!? Other than this, I'm pleased, but I don't know if I really want to go back until I get some more positive reviews.

They have fast service at the drive-thru. Eaten inside once before and it was okay. Not the worst Wendy's I've been to, but definitively not the best. The staff is ok, not the cheeriest of workers, they aren't mean but they aren't juiced about their job, that of which I can understand.

I give this place zero stars! Everytime I go I get bad service, drive thru closed early...or they tell you they ran out of beef...I assume theyve cleaned the grill for the night. Soggy fries undercooked meat, long lines...bad service. Do yourself a favor and drive past this joint

My rating would be a 0 as well.....Went to this location at 6pm dinner service on a Friday night 11/11/11. Staff was very rushed. Food order was wrong. Had to go inside and order was remade as per manager. When we got home and opened up burgers to start to eat they actually smelled so bad we threw them away. Fries were cooked in old oil and tasted bad as well. We will not be returning to this Wendy's again....maybe the day staff and food is better but as for this customer I am done...

To the last person who wrote a review: zero stars? Really? Because you went after hours? How is that fair? I went during lunch time and was totally satisfied, The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was served quickly and with an incredibly positive attitiude, The restaurant was very clean and worth a visit if you're hungry.

IF EATING WHERE THE SHEER VOLUME OF FRUIT FLIES OUTWEIGHS THE PEOPLE, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. For everyone else who is normal, avoid this Wendy's at all cost. I was a huge fan of this place until I walked inside (I am always on the go). The first trigger was when the cashier moved the bucket of floor water and it set off a chain of fruit flies scattering upwards. Following the flies brought my attention to the menu, the freaking menu! It was so covered in fruit flies it looked like the was splattered with black paint. Next my eyes where drawn to the frier, THAT WAS EVEN COVERED! If that is just what I am seeing, what the heck am I eating??!! Stay away, and if you are the owner and reading this, please clean this up and then I might think about coming back until then Chik-fil-a is the only fast food joint on my list.
