Cool thing is that you can see a retro Wendy’s place, but that also says that they haven’t even tried to renew at all… The atmosphere feels old, there is no screen counter and every time you go get your order at the counter, it seems like you’re bothering them. But in the end it’s a Wendy’s, so food is good!

Wendy’s was easy grab and go for lunch today As professionals, I understand that they were busy, maybe short staff I don’t know picked up my order and it was a hot mess went back to work. The order was completely wrong. I was overcharge $40 is not a big deal to me but when my order is not right, I’m getting overcharge its a problem so I speak to a manager that wasn’t there at a time but she or he was not very helpful ! to keep customers you need to deal with your customers Differently it doesn’t matter if I spent $40 or $2000. I’m still a customer.! My order was wrong. There was stuff missing from my order. That’s my point.!!

We went through the drive through, they were very kind. Our dog was happily at the window, we joke about him “putting in his order” they were so sweet and made us feel very welcome! Definitely a new favorite Wendy’s!

Very Clean fast food establishment. Great breakfast choices on the menu. Along with a very cozy dining in atmosphere. And the staff was very efficiently and friendly. And most of all the food was delicious.

Baconator and chili. That is all you really need to know. But service is fast, kitchen is kept very clean as well as the dining area. Lots of parking,yes it has a drive through. Handicap access too. Of all the fast food places I have been to, their park street location is the only one that has never screwed up any of my orders in over a decade. Personal thank you to the managers and staff that have served me over the years. And yes there is a larger menu than what I mentioned.

Baconator meal $15 plus after taxes, add a spicy chicken sandwich your talking over $20 is it good not really. Kinda bland comparitivly and y'all know I like to eat. Bacon was crisp but no flavor, burger tasted like it was reheated rather then cooked. Bread and fixings were fresh thou. Spicy chicken sandwich with the save on this meal, almost $7 by it self and worth it. Good amount of kick crunchy and tasty sauce complimented it well. Gotta give the it the fries tasted home made scarfed them down. But for the cost not my first choice. This is a company issue not a store issue. The staff were friendly.

Paid for a fry and a bottle of water but just left in irritation before grabbing the water. Not too many good choices in the area in terms of "decent" fast food but this is by far consistently the worst in terms of freshness and customer service. Everyone's just rude, it's not hard to greet or acknowledge someone, or mainly complain about your issues in the back where people can't hear it. Keep the two extra dollars not sure why I gave it to this location in the first place but never again.

very unprofessional, very rude and when i said thank you the girl just "mhm" i asked for extra sauce with a please and thank you and the girl at the drive thru acted like she didn't hear me not good customer service it's just food if you don't like your job don't work there there's a million jobs in the world . have a nice night won't be eating there again

The two younger boys who work the drive thru at night never engage with customers and clearly have their minds set on getting home. The one with the pink hair presents himself very slobby, unprofessional, and is always out of uniform. Orders are often missing condiments or even entrees. And usually either no or one napkin is provided. And service drive thru or not is always pretty slow.

They are slow, can't tell diet soda from root beer. At the drive thru, They took my money and dropped the chane on the ground - I had to get out of my car to get it! And now I am waiting 10 minutes and counting. Fast food, it definitely is not!

I can't believe how the customer service was it was super terrible. The cashier was on her phone and I heard someone say I don't care about any orders I work only for money. The furniture of the restraint was really nice but the food was something else I ordered a French fry and a Icecream the French fry's came very uncooked it was barely fried. The furniture was very good looking it gave a pretty nice ambiance.

At night, there needs to be better management. These workers are way tooo slow. Had my man waiting over 20 minutes for a biggie bag order. Ridiculous. Then when the food is received, the sandwich is disgustingly dry. Bacon was BURNT. Nothing is ever fresh. Something needs to be done, it's annoying.

Took about 40 minutes to get my food from the drive through at 12am on a Tuesday night. Line was backed up like crazy as well. The line was pretty long when I got there, so maybe it was just busier than usual. At least that's what I thought until I got to the speaker to order, was told to wait, and wasn't able to order for almost 10 minutes. Watched three cars in front of me get their orders and leave, and a fourth one still waiting. Still haven't ordered... I finally get to order, and am told it's another 6 minute wait for grilled chicken. Could they not have taken my order 10 minutes ago? Or any time in between, as cars were driving off with their orders? When I get handed my order, no words from the girl working. Nothing. No "sorry about the wait" or anything like that. I'm not sure what happened here. Maybe the previous shift screwed these guys over. But somewhere along the line, someone F'd up. 40 minutes? No reason for service to be this slow.

I have frequented Westfield and west Springfield park st locations off and on for over 10 yrs. I'd like to say that at times their very poor customer service improved to good, but honestly I am just happy to receive a correct order from time to time. I would stop going for long stretches of time because of these overcharging of orders (pay to add cheese and never get the cheese) and mistakes (missing major components of the order). And increased wait times in the drive thru. Due to a friend's recommendation I used the online order app. I thought, if it is in writing, in advance, they would get the order right, and maybe less of a wait. now, not only was I stuck waiting for them to 'get fresh chicken', the order was wrong. Missing the bacon. Yea. So I called to let them know. Did not care and hung up on me.

There were 3 people in the drive thru window when i pulled up, i asked for ketchup when i handed the girl at the window my card. I received my food, my drink, my card. No receipt, and no words exchanged from the girl. Then she walked away from the window. I waited patiently for her to return with ketchup. And she stood over on the far side talking with the other two women. At one point she looked my way and I repeated my request for ketchup and she looked right through me. Another girl said to her something about the lady with the fish sandwich which was me and asked the girl if she had gotten it and then that girl came over to the window to check on me and I repeated my requests for ketchup. Thank goodness that I waited for ketchup because the fries were cold the soda had no ice and the fish sandwich the fish Patty was over cooked. Very disappointing, not only poor customer service, but poor food quality control on the part of the employees and managers, which reflects on the owners.

Well. When I have to actually call the store from the drive thru order taker. To get someone to take my order. Really kills the vibe. Then when someone answers. Says it's a shift change and hangs up. Yea. Really welcoming. Then a huff an puff when I go to the window. Totally unacceptable. Especially from a manager. Can not believe the experience last night. Definitely will start taking the extra few minutes drive to the other location.

Do not go here unless you want your money stolen by employees. I went through the drive through on Sat 8/5. On Monday I was checking my bank account and noticed that there were 2 separate charges on the same day from this Wendy's. It was not a double transaction which happens sometimes. My order was only 17 and there was another charge for 28. When I called and spoke with the manager he asked if I had already come in to complain about this because he had someone else say the same thing happened to them over the weekend at that location. I explained it was the first time I was reaching out. He offered to have me come in and get another order which I declined. I didn't want food, I wanted my money back for food I never ordered! I called corporate to let them know they had some shady employees at this location and that they should probably look into this. Still waiting to hear back and still waiting for my bank to refund me because I reported this as fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Throw the whole place away. 30 minute wait in the Drive thru and no matter how many times you repeat your order at the terminal and to the person at the window just to make sure they never fail to get it wrong. Sometimes it's extra things on your sandwich you didn't order. Sometimes there's things missing. Majority of the time it's something completely different than what you ordered. Don't bother calling to see if you can bring it back because they never answer the phone!

This Wendy's in West Springfield should either shut down or terminate the entire crew. They are serving anything but "fast food". The first time I went there, I decided to order inside thinking it would be faster than the drive thru. The kids that work there have absolutely no sense of time. They slowly shuffle around and have no interest in their job duties or the customers. The second time I went there, I tried the drive thru on a Sunday at 8 pm. There were 2 cars in front of me. The first car took five minutes before it could move forward and I have no idea how long they were waiting before I arrived. The car that was immediately ahead of me sat for 5 minutes and no one had taken his order. I decided to park and go inside. The young "lady" stuck her head out of the drive thru window and yelled "the dining room is closed!" I asked her what they were doing in there and she slammed the window shut. Forget hiring new staff. Just shut this pathetic place down.

So West Springfield has completely ended their mask mandate. I just went to pick up my mobile order, Like you could at say, any Dunkin Donuts or McDonald's but I noticed that they lock the lobby, weird. I know you're not allowed to have customers to dine in under company staffing policy. but lock the doors so nobody can pick up an order the app says we already paid for? So this wendy's store basically went full drive thru mode without an option for any local walking customer to be served? I live nearby, am elderly/ and cannot drive due to medical reasons (vision). Could probably get $$ in civil ourt for ADA violations if I wanted to. All I wanted was lunch!! At least I never was charged on my Wendy's app, they knew I was some scum Poor neighbor who should get a car at 73 for them!?

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Sat in a drive through Lane for 15 mins. Then when I get to the order window the guy says. " Our card machine is broken and we're only taking cash so you can come inside to use your card." Then laughs. Then I get my food and of course I have no straw and when I lift the lid to drink there's hair in the cup. Avoid this Wendy's like the plague, take the extra 2-5 min drive to another one. Lesson learned.

I went to West Springfiekd Park St Wendy's today. Bill was $2.34. Gave the girl $20.34. She gave me back a ten,a five and 4 quarters. I said she short changed me, should give me $18. Her response... I don't have any dollars in my register. And that is a good reason to shortchange a customer?????

This place was dangerously close to getting 1 star from me but I'll be nice. Ever since this Wendy's has been under new management it has gone downhill at a steady pace. Usually every aspect of my experience whenever I go is negative. I can't even say the employees are polite. I'm not usually greeted with a "hello" or anything of the sort. The food is just awful. The fries are always and I mean ALWAYS stale. The burgers are gross and have lots of little bone pieces in them. The service is the worst. There is always a SUPER long line and it takes FOREVER for people to receive their orders. It's ridiculous. I can no longer stop there unless I have a considerable amount of free time to waste. I haven't been there in months and as long as nothing changes, it's gonna stay that way.

This place is a piece of S---! Placed a door dash order at 12:10am. Says they close at 1:00am. Driver gets there at 12:40am and the place is closed and the employee inside looks at the driver and walks away. Based on the other reviews I see here, this place should be closed down!

It is the best place I've ever ate at, because I hate McDonalds because they never ever have their "things" fixed. The most favorite thing I liked about Wendy's is that they always got fresh and ready to go. The chicken nuggets are great with the fries. Also the Frosty is top quality because it is the only restaurant that has my favorite Frosty. From my perspective I feel like Wendy's did their best to raise from hell and become awesome restaurant to eat and enjoy!!!

A BONE IN MY NUGGET. Everyone knows how gross Wendy's is. But i don't know why I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I bit into my nugget and I almost broke my front tooth. There was a bone... please stop feeding your kids trash food that has zero integrity. Their nuggets are just paste and pulverized meat. I am Disgusted with the food chain industry in America. Never will I step foot in a Wendy's everrr again same goes for McDonald's. Respect your body what you put in is what you get out. If you're eating trash you're going to feel like it.

I am a hard of hearing person and the person at the drivethru window just walked away from me on disgust when I asked her to repeat what she said more slowly. I had explained 2 to 3 times that I was hard of hearing and I needed her to speak slowly. She just hissed and walked away as if I was inconveniencing her. Someone else came to the window and attempts to complete my order, but I decided to just cancel. I would encourage anyone with hearing loss or other disabilities to report incidents of poor service or denial of service publicly.

What happened to the dollar menu, it's online but when you actually visit the store it becomes $1.49. also with the price increase the portions have decreased. Good for business and profits. There are always lines at the takeout window, what's going on. Did I miss something? Makes ya think looking from both sides. I'll add Wendy's to my list of not worth it!

Consistently disappoints us. We use the drive thru 95% of the time. If its not old fries, its a wrong order. Today marks the LAST time I go to this location. Ive contacted them directly before about issues. And while told 'sorry' multiple times, it doesn't cut it. It doesn't pay for my time or my gas to return or my frustration. Today I went to the drive thru, the board was missing an ad. The outside monitor (so I can see what they are putting in) wasn't showing anything but an ad. I wasn't addressed with anything other than "What would you like". Not a hello, not welcome to Wendys. Ordered 10 nuggets with sweet n sour, 3 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and a large fry. Get to the window, she takes my card (white female), runs it, hands it back and then the food. No receipt. Another constant, no receipt. Oh, and not told thank you or anything else. Tried a fry before I left, but didn't look in the bag. Get home, open it and immediately see it came with BBQ sauce. I'd asked for Sweet n Sour with the 10 nuggets. I get BBQ. Asked for 3 burgers get two. Return to the store and they reprint my ticket. Find only 2 burgers were put on it, but it def states Sweet n Sour. They were the last fast food place we ate from, not anymore. All done. Fast food isn't worth the frustration.

I ordered two chicken sandwich meals, I was asked to pull over and wait while my food was cooked fresh. Both sandwiches were undercooked, when I tried to call the phone is out of order. We both ate some before realized, I hope we don't get sick!

Sunday afternoon 2pm - slow as molasses - 3 people in line and Gloria - was moving extremely slow. 6 people taking care of the drive thru and 1 person taking care of the dine in customers - more customers filed in - people leaving as the service was very slow. Even the cars in the drive thru were backing up - I've been here many times and seriously have no idea why I come back - it's always slow.
