Great Wendy's stays open until midnight for those late night food runs, my go to is the Dave's double with no pickles or ketchup and a 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce. Try it you'll like it like the saying goes. Drive thru is pretty fast, thru close indoor seating at 10pm. Thanks for reading

I was hungry and wanted a burger, nuggets and fries. When I was placing mobile order, I thought I am spending too much for lunch so, I just ordered Burger and 4 piece Nuggets. But I actually wanted fries too. I picked up, came to my car and checked, I saw my burger plus 7 piece nuggets and a large fries too. It’s not a big deal but that small gesture made me incredibly happy. And I kept wondering how he knew I actually wanted fries too. Anyway, meant a lot. Thank you brother. Besides that, I love this Wendy’s. Always nice and clean, very nice people (an understatement). When I bring my 5 year old boy to this place, a staff gives him some toys or coloring stuffs. Food is always good. Best ever experience among any fast food restaurants around. I wish I could give this place 100 stars.

Garbage bins were full. Also, Put in a mobile order thru the drive-thru just to receive the wrong order. The manager/ supervisor (Elizabeth) aka Liz.😍 refused to correct my order due to the sandwich station being short-Staffed which led no choice but the manger/ supervisor to hop on sandwiches instead of correcting wrong order briskly that was received in the drive-thru. However, the fries operator corrected the order accurately and the drink station supervisor found the receipt which the manager/ supervisor refused to print out when this complaint was initiated. Food right temperature. Correct Sauces in the bag. 🙂 Highly recommended during the other supervisor/ manager shift. The fry operator and drink station person deserves a promotion.

I am pregnant and was desperately craving a simple baked potato with chili, my mouth was watering just thinking of satisfying my craving but I was quickly disappointed when I found MULTIPLE black strands of hair in my potato! To top it off there was even hair in the salad I ordered. Completely disgusted and lost for words

This Wendy's is not it. I rarely leave bad reviews, especially a one star but I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but three times is too many. If I have the time to order ahead, I like to do it especially because the drive thru line here gets crazy. The THREE times I placed a mobile order here with a specific pick up time.. my order was not ready or even worked on. How does that happen on three different occasions? Months apart too? If it has happened to me every time I do a mobile order, it has to be happening to everyone else too. I'll give it to them that the online orders (Uber, DoorDash, etc) are very hectic at this location. Everytime I have to stand there and wait for my order, there is a long line of pick ups waiting but that still doesn't make it ok. I place those mobile orders for convenience and so that I'm in and out of there but every time I've done so, I have to stand there and wait for 20+ minutes so I might have well just stepped inside or gone through the drive thru. Probably would have been quicker. I don't fault the workers because they always do look overwhelmed and like their hands are way to full but they deff need a better system or more staff to help with just the mobile orders since that location is so busy in that department.

The Wendy's seems to be new or updated. Spacious, parking and had a drive they. They establishment is clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Our order was correct. It was busy but they serviced quickly.

Came in on a Friday afternoon for lunch maybe around 2 pm. Wasn't crowded at all, only a few tables were taken, and the drive through wasn't terrible. Food was okay, chicken didn't taste like it was fully cooked though which isn't good. The inside however was absolutely disgusting! The floors were extremely sticky to the point it was pulling your shoes off your feet. The tables were dirty with left over residue on them and the leather cushions all had rips in them. We chose to sit by the window, big mistake there. The window sills are very dusty and covered with dead bugs! Clearly there is no cleaning people in this establishment to take care of the place and it's a shame because they recently renovated it. Shows that the workers do not care about where they work. The girl that was helping us was more concerned with her cell phone then taking our order. That's one of the things that annoys me the most! Don't try to hide your phone by the keyboard and browse social media while a paying customer is in front of you. Management should speak with their employees!

Food is always good and fresh. Staff is a hit or miss including managers. See the pictures, managers get alerted and they do nothing, staff gets alerted, guess what, same. Cleaning crew shows up 30 minutes later and looks and goes to lunch, then comes back and cleans up the vomit leaving all the other soda, food mess on the table and does not even put the wet floor sign. That frustrates me. Lack of care for your job or patrons. What if there was an older person or pregnant and had fallen because of your negligence.

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION!! They can never manage to get all the items right or are missing more than 2 items. When there is a "No Salt" on fries, actually do not put any salt on the fries. It's on there for a reason, but they'll still give you fries with salt. They will forget to give you sauces. They will forget to give your delivery driver all the bags or forget to give them your drinks. You can go to the drive through, give them your order one by one, and they'll still manage to forget SOMETHING. Do better. This is getting ridiculous with the trend going on for the past 2-3 years.

I stopped by for lunch today. The service was good. The food quality was average at best from when I last went there a few years back before the renovations. The seating was uncomfortable, the seat was lumpy. I prob will not be returning.

Second time they messed up my order. Went a couple weeks ago for a baconator burger. Asked for no mayo and sure enough the bun was dripping with mayo. Today I went back and ordered on the app for a crispy chicken sandwich with just ketchup. They put a spicy chicken sandwich in with lettuce and mayo. They also put the saddest amount of cheese on the baconator fries. Avoid this Wendy's and the Arby's nearby

So this might be the greatest Wendy's I've ever been to. Drive thru is usually packed so I went in for my order and was pleasantly surprised how clean and productive it was in there. The employees knew how to spell my name! It's frustrating when they don't even try. Only reason they get dropped from 5 to 4 stars is because they got my burger wrong. Gave me a double stack thing instead of my beloved Jr bacon cheeseburger. The Mayo dallop on the chicken sandwich was utter perfection tho. Fire fries as usual. Oh and they have a fireplace inside.

There's worse Wendys you could go to. The tables are regularly cleaned, the managers are understanding of customer complaints and fries are often warm. The food is never bad, at worst it's things like bacon bits in fries is not cut up as usual or sandwich meat can be very misaligned, this mostly happens during rush hours. The cashiers will sometimes remind customers to show their rewards QR code. Decent place overall.

Been waiting 25 minutes for one meal. There are about 7 meals sitting here that aren't for anyone, and there are 15 people standing here who have all been waiting at least as long as me. This place is the opposite of fast food.

I understand a lot of businesses need help! I don't want to talk bad about the people who work hard there. But they definitely need better management. Friday 9/10/21 I ordered Door Dash only to get a text stating my order was canceled. Lucky for me I have a car to drive to the location. The line wrapped around the building, only to find out they closed the lobby due to lack of help. Although I understand it should have been handled differently.

While I firmly believe Wendy's is way better than McDonald's or BK, I used to always avoid this location because of their incompetent workers and flagrant sanitation violations. However they recently renovated the old building and put up a shiny new one. So one day I decided to walk there after the gym (I know, don't look at me like that) for some dinner. It's clean, modern, spacious, the menu is on digital screens now, and they also replaced the soda machine to the newer model with all the flavors. Oh and there are much more seats too. It all LOOKS good, but how's the staff? Pretty okay, not bad. You're still gonna get eyes rolled at you, you're still going to get teeth sucked at in front of you, you're still going to wait 15+ minutes for the simplest of orders, and there's still a 1 in 3 chance your order will have something missing or mixed up. That comes with the territory of fast food restaurants, unfortunately. As for how the quality of the food. It's standard Wendy's, which is indeed a good thing.

You would think that such a newly renovated space would have the tap-to-pay/contactless pay for its customers especially during a time like this. Waited in line just to be denied service because of the lack of technology. Went back to the car, got my wallet, and had to wait in line all over again. Just for the food to be as cold as ice. Thanks Wendy's...u suck!!

Place is only good one out of the 10 times you go. They ask you what sauce you want, but then don't put it in the bag. The worst part is when you ask for large fries, they fill up 2/5 of the french fry box and that's ridiculous. It looks like they gave me small fries in a large box.

Service is getting really bad, maybe they're overwhelmed but it's no excuse for food to be prepared sloppy. Management needs to step up already, require hairnets and demand food be prepared properly. The garbages are usually overflowing and soda stickies the floor from the machines to the door.

Slooooooow. Real slow. No one seemed to care. And why should they? 8.50 an hour. I seriously doubt I'd care. So I waited. Waited. Then waited some more. Finally I got to order. Then the real wait began. I actually watched it turn dark outside. On a positive note, the background music was good.

Expect the slowest drive through service of any fast food restaurant from this Wendy's location you will wait online for 20 minutes for four cars in front of you I'm writing this review with three cars in front of me I've been sitting here for 35 minutes I guess I'm the idiot for not going around the line and getting out of here

Recently reopened. They knocked down the old one and built it from scratch. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Service was a little slow but the food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be a regular here.

I usually come here at least once a week. The way to buy here is to download the Wendy's Application. You can get (1) Dave's Deluxe which is a double cheeseburger & all toppings, large soda and fries for $5.00 plus tax. How could anyone complain about this price-point? Their salads are fantastic but again, load that application on your smart phone and save $2.00 and yes, the drive in window is designed wrong. I waited 25 minutes with 8 cars in front of me. Also their problem here is the fact that cars/SUV's try backing out of their spaces too. Wendy's management please note....it's ridiculous.

Our office ordered Wendy's through Door Dash. The delivery driver was good. However, Wendy's was horrific. Not only did they forget to send half of our order, but there was hair found buried inside both orders of baconator fries. When we tried calling the store directly for at least half an hour, the phone line was busy. We finally had to call the direct customer service department to file our complaint. We will never place an order or visit this place again!

Cheap. Tasty. What else do you want? Typical Wendy's joint with your usual menu. This place could definitely use a makeover. The drive thru talk speaker has not worked well in the longest time. The person taking your order can never hear your order and you have to yell back at them repeating it. Behind the counter looks outdated and when looking up, I noticed the ceilings looked leaky and crusty; I couldnt help but imagine some paint chips or drippings falling into my all time fav Baja Salad. Eek. They even have one of those folding doors on the side which probably leads to their break room or something. The employees look like they just came out of jail. Seriously. Who does the hiring here? Oh, and the other day, they totally screwed my order. I asked for no pickles and ofcourse they gave me pickles. I asked for a half a salad and they gave me a full AND (of course) they didnt give us any ketchup or napkins. Boo.

Everything at this place is just as you may expect. The food is good, fresh, and prepared quickly. Actually one of the better Wendy's I have gone to. The only problem I have with this location is the drive thru. They always get the order correct, but there is always a long wait. If there are four cars in front of you expect a 20 minute wait. You may just prefer to go inside and order instead of waiting.

Tampering, tampering with your food has many different levels, I was in the restaurant in 2019 I left after paying I was appalled, I was lucky the drive-through was not closed that's when the tricks really begin their all youth very young people, inner city types, they don't have respect for your health they make a joke out of it they'll tamper with your food do not let them , Tampering with food it's gonna be a major problem coming up now and in the future tampering with your food at the fast food I walked out I would not trust These people, this is very very very serious you put in the food in your body or your family this sneaky deceitful you need to be very careful and do not trust them do not trust them especially at this location Central Avenue Wendy's

Whoe ever was on the drive thru today around 12:20 was rude as hell . We had forgotten to say the frosty at the voice machine but we made her aware at the window my man then told her chocolate and she told us we was suppose to order over there gives us our food then says u said vanilla and my man didn't hear her ask so I continue and said no chocolate and at the end of everything we still got vanilla . U do not like to work call out . You people need to realize not everyone passive if I was to notice we still got vanilla I woulda went inside and said something. Why be nasty to someone u only see for 5 mins not even .. next time listen bitch! And most the time the food great and sometimes it's not .. know the people u highering

My fries were overcooked. The man who took my order and my cash also turned around to serve my food. NO! He didn't hit the hand sanitizer either. My order was wrong the 2nd time I came. I came in on Thursday November 6, 2014 about 1:30 pm. Management is very good. Staff should NEVER serve food AND handle money. Rest room was cleaned lobby and counters were clean. Asmothesphere is nice and a good place to have a quiet lunch with no frills. The food preparers need improvement and should check orders for accuracy and napkins.

this wendys on central ave in yonkers is very famous or infamous for having the longest lines waiting for the drive thru which is not helped by the uneven design of the drive thru so be careful if you are walking from parking lot to inside which i always do cause it's hardly any folks ordering inside . a few years ago this wendy was totally knocked down and a modern more spacious customer friendly wendys was built . the full wendys menu is available with the 4 for 4 a popular poor folks deal which i could hear almost all the drive thru folks ordering . yeah the workers are not the most upbeat types but who can really blame them so i will give them a pass .i ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches no sauce with a large diet coke and grabbed a seat , damn only 3 other people inside which is fine by me .

Stopped by Wendy's burgers today. I was surprised at how delicious the sandwich and the service turn out to be. The fries were perfectly crisp as was the waitstaff. I had no idea lunch could be so fast and filling. Would love to see this restaurant expand into a national chain.

Horrible horrible customer service. I asked for no lettuce in my meal, which I am allergic to, I had found lettuce in my wrap. Honest mistake so I took it inside to see if I can get it fixed. Sure they said. Then asked the other girl to make her a wrap with no lettuce. Me watching the cook, she puts lettuce AGAIN. I refused to take it. The lady asked her once again to make it without lettuce and she gave an attitude. First of all, this is ur job serving people, don't like it quit. Second of all you do not speak to upper management like that. However, I saw the transaction of the wrap, where they scrapped off the lettuce after it touching my food. I use to go there all the time cause the food is amazing but I am not going anymore because I don't need negative energy making my food.

Used to eat here frequently in student days. It was a good location. But I recently used the drive-through twice. First time I ordered onions on my burger. I got two little loops of onion that didn't add anything to the flavor. Second time I ordered cookies -- but they were not included. I complained to the national chain, got an apology, but no compensation paying for food not delivered. Skip this place.

This particular location reopened sometime in the fall of 2015. It has great decor and a pleasant atmosphere. The food is good too--it came out quickly, about five minutes, and it was fresh and hot. I had the 4 for $4 meal. The jr. baconator had crispy bacon, which is rare for a fast food joint, and all of the other food (4 pc chicken nuggets, small fries) I tried was great. FIVE ALL DAY.
