My wife, son and I had Easter Brunch at West & Co., and we had an excellent time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the ambiance was peaceful and elegant. The brunch included an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny (which my son loved). This was our first time visiting West & Co., and we are looking forward to going back soon.

This is located inside Hilton Hotel Calver City on the ground floor. I had the All American early breakfast here. The eggs and potatoes were cooked to perfection. Bacon and vegan sausages were also great. All in all it was a high quality breakfast at $30. Service was great. I also recommend the sourdough bread and butter which were tasty. I also tried their vegetable fritatta which was also delish! I asked them to add the vegan sausages inside the fritatta and that worked well. Service was great as usual.

We got the pan roasted salmon (highly recommend) and roasted chicken (don’t recommend). The Oreo cheesecake was amazing! We went on a Thursday around 7pm and it was pretty busy. There was only 2 servers and it was clear they needed help and were being overworked but they did their best. Our server was Temo and he was great! If you’re not staying in the hotel i don’t think it’s worth it with all the other amazing restaurants in the area, but if your already staying in the hotel it’s just convenient.

The desserts were divine. Prime rib was cold and literally half fat and half meat. The tables were a little too close together. Service was excellent, everyone was great. Definitely come here for dessert. The couple next to us said their steaks were tasty and well seasoned, but small

Nice restaurant inside the Hilton, super convenient location close to the airport and the mall. The food was good and the restaurant has a good clean bright vibe which makes it a relaxing experience

Google
Got the burger to go and it wasn't good at all especially for the cost so it went unfinished in the hallway. Besides waiting 30mins for it when no one was in the restaurant and no one was eating at the bar. It made me not even want to try their kitchen again and just let my daily credit go to waste instead.

Modern decor and elegant setting. Claudia the server is friendly, funny, and helpful. Service can be slow at times when the lounge gets crowded and they are understaffed. The food is decent for a hotel restaurant. Bartenders are friendly and the cocktails are excellent.

Yelp
Excellent food - one of the best breakfasts I've had in my life. From quality to taste to presentation to feel after - all 10's on a scale of 5. The lobster benedict was excellent. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the English Muffin crisp but not hard, just the right amount of lobster and spinach which actually tasted like lobster and spinach. The Hollandaise Sauce could be slightly improved. Bella got the fruit plate which was devoured. Both presentations were forms of art and appreciated. I feel badly for the chef, but he has a terrible serving staff. They were literally no where to be found. I literally got up, went behind the counter to pour myself a coffee. That was just one incident.

Yelp
Thanksgiving day breakfast in this hotel restaurant was a disaster and in the end comped by the server. Insufficient staffing was the problem. Only two servers to cover the large room, but the problem seemed to be in the kitchen. His eggs came out overdone, long before my breakfast burrito was served, loaded with the item I had specified to be left out. His eggs were replaced and I was offered a complimentary buffet, nothing appealed to me except some fresh fruit

Yelp
This review is for the misleading breakfast menu and mediocre food. We came here for the free yoga Saturday and was told that we get a glass of mimosa afterwards if we eat at their "newly renovated" restaurant. We did. There was no one to seat us until I had to flag the valet guys over. We were asked what we want to drink and we said the free mimosa after yoga. I ordered the "vanilla pancakes" which was described as with "banana compote, warm syrup, and whipped butter". Delicious right? Ehhh .. not quite. What I got was 3 pancakes from their continental breakfast, 2 packaged butter, a little tin of room temp syrup, and some misc berries on top. There were NO BANANA COMPOTE, NO WHIPPED BUTTER, and the syrup was definitely NOT WARMED. Taste is just mediocre, like your typical continental breakfast. If they labeled it as just regular pancakes with berries, this wouldn't be an issue. However the fact that they advertised it as something fancier, and then bait and switch to some basic ass pancakes is where it's shady af. Then when the bill comes, of course they charged us for the 2 glasses of mimosa ($16 each lol). I told them we came for the free mimosa that was part of their advertisement of "stretch and sip". Our server was nice enough and said he would check for us but he said he "never heard of it before". Hmmm... very strange. They do validate parking (across the street from the hotel), but there is also free street parking just a block away on Arizona. Overall, would I come back to this restaurant - NOPE. Yoga, maybe. Yoga was a whole other issue - on the west lawn - aka the dogs potty area. Yuck. There was dried shit around the yoga mats. Let's just say it was not very namaste. More like nahimout.

Yelp
Ordered some late night room service as I was staying in the hotel which it sits in. Had some chicken strips and it was fresh and for delivery, the fries were still crispy.

Yelp
Ambiance is great. Open space with couches and near lounge. The carpet on the lounge area needs to be cleaned. It's very dirty and soiled. They have happy hour 3-6. Had a short rib slider. It was horribly salty. Couldn't eat after one bite. Told server and they removed from the bill thankfully. French fries were good. Also enjoyed the chipotle mango wings. Good flavor and very crispy. Server was friendly.

Yelp
Surprisingly good food for a Hotel restaurant, I ordered the All American Breakfast and my partner ordered the Crab Cake Benedict. The All American Breakfast was very solid with all the food tasting pretty fresh, albeit pretty expensive for what it was but after all it's what you expect in a hotel. The crab cakes which I did not have the chance to snap a picture of were really solid which I was very pleasantly surprised by. Good stop if you're staying here.

Yelp
Ok so this review is for the related experience and restaurant. Went to free Sat yoga...very cool! Online it said free mimosa with entree and free valet parking. Did get the free mimosa but service took forever. The food was good but just regular could've made that breakfast myself good. The hotel would've give valet free even though I could pull up where it said free. So the food wasn't worth the money to me with having to pay for parking though they did say I could've self parked for free (really, thanks for telling me after the fact when it shouldn't have mattered bc valet was advertised as free).

Yelp
We had dinner last evening at West & Co as a business group. Service was extremely friendly and responsive. The food was decent but we only had salads. Great for a quick eat without having to leave the hotel.

Yelp
Stayed at hotel. Went to get a light bite. Charcuterie board was day old bread, one cheese that tasted as through it sat out too long and the meat looked like it came out of an Oscar Meyer package. No fruit or nuts just a pile of olives. Hummus plate at least was fresh but had no flavor. Left hotel to eat the rest of the stay.

Yelp
Breakfast service was slow. Buffet was sparse and it seemed like they were either out of condiments or too lazy to restock. Wait staff was nice but seemed understaffed with other staff just standing around and not helping out.

Yelp
Food tasted fresh but NO flavor in any dish - and we tried at least 6. Thankful for some salt and pepper on the table. Lol Staff was friendly. They do not validate for parking but street parking about 2-3 blocks away was easy.

Yelp
I recently had my 45th birthday party at this restaurant in the Hilton Hotel. It is not an overstatement when I say I was overwhelmed by the beautifully designed decor and ambiance. Additionally, the entire staff that serviced my party as well as other staff that I and my guests happened to encounter all made us feel so welcome and at home. My sister told me they made her feel like she was in someone's home, so comfortable and welcome. The food was so delicious, everyone was silent during dinner! Always a great sign they are enjoying the food. The Director of Food and Beverage, Anatasia Staley was so attentive. The Restaurant Manager, Antjonette Jones kept everything flowing so seamlessly. Anytime we needed anything, she and her team were a step ahead. They made my birthday so special. I am now a forever patron. Thank you so much for having a professional staff with such high standards for hospitality. Cheers, Rae

Yelp
BM was the best waiter! He was so attentive to our girl's night. The food was delish and the drinks menu was perfect. As a local, I was not pumped to go to hotel restaurant, but it exceeded expectations thanks to BM!

Yelp
The service is extremely slow when we were here and the food was either decent or horrible, no middle ground. But most concerning was while at the bar last night we ordered a few drinks and received attitude from the bar tender telling us "we were lucky the bar wasn't busy", I'm assuming otherwise she would have refused to make our drinks. I did not know when your job title is a bartender that asking for drink service was such an imposition. If you're stuck staying here walk up the street to other bars near by.

Lilith G.

Yelp
Hotel is really nice, but the restaurant was not the best experience. It's too overpriced for the kind of food they serve, truly not worth it & the service there not the greatest. Tried talking to the manager at the time with blonde hair I believe her name was Anastasia? But she looked bothered the whole time. I get that at the time I was there it was really busy so everyone was kind of stressed out but not even a manager out on the floor trying to help. Don't know who gave a title to any of these people. Hopefully corporate puts them on check. It's so bad I wish I could give it a zero but I can't so I give a 1 star.

Yelp
Decided to come give West & Co a shot because they appeared at Taste of Culver City and their "bite" was incredible. In the lobby of a Hilton hotel off Centinela just west of Sepulveda. Valet parking, restaurant validates. Sign at the hostess stand said take a menu and seat yourself so we did. Someone came to greet us, took our drink order within a few minutes. Iced tea and a Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin (on tap!). Drinks took a minute but then our order was taken. Started with clam chowder, crispy fish tacos, and tuna tartare. The tartare was featured at Taste so I had to try it again. Food took a few mins to come out, soup and tacos first, tartare shortly thereafter. Tacos: delish. Crispy, light, spicy mayo, double corn tortilla. Soup: interesting flavors, not quite the bright cream-and-clam taste, feels like theres a worcestershire or something else in it making the base a little darker than usual and changing the flavor. Reasonable amount of clams, potatoes cooked through, not amazing but if i want chowder it will do. Tartare: taro chips it came with looked epic. Tartare itself not so great. Some of the fish was gray-colored, and the avocado was not bright green. Fish also didn't smell good. Sent it back, asked for the short rib flatbread instead. And it was worth it. Short rib is delicious, melted cheese, mushroom, fresh arugula, sweet glaze (balsamic maybe?). Hit the spot. Overall, 4 out of 5. Service was alright, the way they handled the food issue was spot on. I will be back. PS noticed they have a happy hour menu. Bomb.

Yelp
The shrimp cocktail comes with the vain (digestive tract). The order comes with 3 shrimp for 20 dollars. I couldn't eat it and left it there since I was too grossed out. I tried a sandwich the following day and got it heated up, it was soggy as if thrown in a microwave. I attempted to eat the filling which was still cold.

Lynne S.

Yelp
Our waiter BM is best in LA. What a sweetie. Food ok. Ambiance and service out of this world. Bartenders like a clown car but BM made it allll worth it.

Al G.

Yelp
The food is OK. I've been there several times. There has always been only one waiter. So, depending on who's serving you and how many tables are busy, good luck getting any service.

Violet G.

Yelp
Service was horrible. Waited 25min to order. Cups were dirty, food tasted oily. I expected better service for a Hilton restaurant and food. Also, they overcharged us. This place is unbelievable.

Thomas B.

Yelp
We walked into the restaurant on a Saturday morning to a sign that said grab a menu and take a seat, someone will help you. The problem was nobody ever came to help. There was only 4 tables seated approximately 8-9 people total in the restaurant. We happened to walk in at the same time as two other families. All of us sat for 15 minutes and were never acknowledged by the two women working. We finally left. I would recommend walking across the street to Dinah's. They have a great breakfast and way better service. Hilton should do better!
