The worst store I have ever set my foot into. The mess in the store is unbelievable. I came for curtains and I will attach a video of how I found bedding and window treatments. In huge boxes, no tags, all just shoved in there. I asked a worker to help, he said there is nothing he can do, and to just go through everything if I want. Huge mountains of bedding and curtains in rhe box! Wow and this is supposed to be a high end store and although it's an outlet, the prices are still stip. I counted at least 8 or 9 employees just standing around, including managers. Not helping or organizing, but just walking around aimlessly. Dusgusting.

I came to look for curtains for the third time. While there are tons of ppl walking around doing absolutely nothing, the mess in the store is beyond believe. All the bedding shoved in huge carton boxes and you can not find a thing. No one wants to hekp or has any information. Video is attached. Disgusting

I had the best experience this past week at this location. The sales associate Peter was great and very helpful. He had even helped me on the phone a few times when I called to See what was available as I was looking for something in particular. They ended up having a larger version to what I wanted, in a different color. Which ended up working out much better and for 40% off. The item was not on sale online for the size I got. I’m very pleased. I ended up using one the delivery service that is separate from west elm but the company leaves their contact info. I purchased on a Saturday and by this morning Tuesday the piece was delivered without any problems. I priced out getting a task rabbit instead but it was around the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. Overall a 10/10 experience all around! Things to know…they only hold purchased pieces for 48 hours.

Great store and super nice people who work there. I went twice in past couple of weeks cause just moved to new place and got couple things. Peter helped me both times and he was super nice and helpful. They have IG page for this store so you can see weekly reductions. It’s an outlet so you def have to look for stuff and stock changes every week, but overall I think it’s a great store to get things if you need it right away.

Bring measurements!! I did get a great couch and it barely could fit into the apartment. We got it in tho. Just wanted to say it will take you few times to visit since they bring new stuff on certain days and it’s sold very fast. Pricing is a bit confusing sometimes.

Peter has been super helpful with us. We were interested in a lamp shade but without knowing the tag/price. He helped us figure out the exact item and most importantly, if this can be added to our lamp. Very nice and patient staff.

Great spot to shop for discounted furniture. Check back often because they get new products at least once a week. The sales associates are very helpful

Incorrect hours posted. It says open until 6pm on the door and in google maps and I arrived at 5.40pm and was turned away by a surly employee. It takes seconds to update your hours on Google - do it out of respect for your customers.
