Beautiful furniture and home goods store. Lots of mid-century modern options. This location was in Tulsa. It was nice to see things in person. I liked the display set ups. There are lots of fragile, breakable items here and tight corners so it's not a good place to bring toddlers and strollers, in my opinion.

Unhelpful and hateful. I asked all working employees to help me replace a globe from my West Elm chandelier. Most ignored me right from the start. The one who did say she would help said, “I’ll find you when I can help.” After waiting 30 minutes and watching her move on to multiple other customers, I gave up.

While I haven’t actually been inside the west elm store on Utica, I recently purchased multiple pieces online from them and I’m very happy with the purchase. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the services from the delivery team and customer service have been top notch.

We do not recommend ordering any furniture from west elm. In September, we spent 2200+ on two custom accent chairs. The original delivery date was December 18th. We were excited, right in time for Christmas. A week before the original delivery date, we received an email, stating the delivery date would be pushed back. We received MANY more emails, the date getting pushed back. We finally received our chairs mid March. After the chairs were delivered, we rearranged our living room, so excited, the chairs were beautiful. In the sun, I noticed a scratch in the chairs. I ran my fingers a long the scratch and it was deep, ON BOTH CHAIRS. My husband immediately called customer service. They told us they would replace the chairs with brand new chairs, but they won’t be delivered until August. We didn’t mind waiting until August but they wouldn’t allow us to keep the chairs that were damaged, due to company policy. We were not going to wait another 5 months for chairs, so we took the refund. First, my husband was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes. That Monday, we received another email stating we would like a replacement. Umm no! He was on the phone for an hour, trying to get this issue resolved. A week later, we received a gift card in the mail for 233 and some change. We assumed the gift card was sent by west elm for our troubles. I was like, “wow! West elm’s customer service is top notch and was blown away!” (I ordered a planter) then a couple of days later, we received another gift card in the mail for 2,000. My husband called again, confused. The employee said that was our refund! NO! We didn’t want “gift cards” for our refund, I was LIVID! Our “refund” came in two separate gift cards. They refunded our 2,000 but was out 233 because I already bought a planter with that gift card. We will never do business with west elm again.

This store is about to lose a lot of customers. I was driving there for 30 minutes just to find out that I have to make an appointment to shop. Also they are requiring to wear a mask the whole time in the store, like are you serious?!?! there is an empty store and why do I have to wear a mask? I was about to spend a lot of money there but no thank you with all this madness.

Customer service for Williams Sonoma/West Elm is the worst I have ever dealt with. For 7 months now we have received broken consoles....5 to be exact that show up on the truck broken. They don't even look. One had a QC sticker on the box that it was inspected that day and it was in 3 pieces when it arrived! This isn't a review of the tulsa store, but I wanted to warn people that if you buy something online or order from the store, you will deal with customer service and you will wait forever and they will never fix it. We also never received the hardware for the console either. RIDICULOUS. I can't describe all the things I hate about this company because they have 100% lost all credibility in my books. Worst customer service of any large company. And I LOVE their style, but will not support a company that can't support their customers who pay their bills.

When you go to West Elm (Utica Square) to shop...expect to be pleasantly surprised. (No shopper stalkers here!!) Anything and everything you need for your home, you'll find. Whether you just need a pillow or two (which is why I initially stopped in), wonderful bedding, furniture and most everything for your kitchen. I found West Elm to have beautiful, functional and well constructed furniture and products! I love the store. The staff is wonderful and know their product. Chelsea is excellent in helping you with home decor and design. I greatly appreciated her expertise and eye for putting everything together for me.

So very happy with my West Elm experience, thanks to the amazing customer service of Tracey Miller. But prior to the experience in Tulsa...before I was in the store, I made a West Elm purchase online. I selected several things, always picking the least expensive shipping option. When I place my order, I noticed the overall cost was so much higher. Turns out their system defaulted to "white glove" which added so much to the bill. I immediately called them and the customer service rep said there was nothing that could be done. I am very frugal so I was really sad about this. Several months later I was in Tulsa, still trying to furnish our new home, and decided to walk through the store. So glad I did. Tracey completely salvaged the customer relationship. She was cheerful, helpful, and went above and beyond. I am not good at design and she made me feel as though I was. And she took some of my ideas and made recommendations that made everything so much better. This was an outstanding experience and Tracey's professionalism earned West Elm a customer for life, offsetting the prior experience which was so negative. Thanks Tracey!

I'm so happy to have a West Elm here in town so I can make my online returns easily. Recently, I had an annoying encounter at my local store. I needed new throw pillows for the couch. I wanted these gold brocade ones. There were 8 on the shelf. At the register, they refused to sell them to me! Said they needed all the pillows to display in the store? Offered to order them online. Since then, it has been over a month. They have been backordered 3 times. They were right there; in my hands. Why couldn't I take just one home? What is the point of living near an actual store when I cannot just pop in and buy things right away?

The store has a little bit of everything, good-looking modern furniture, décor, and my best find here was a brand of candles and room spray that I hadn't heard of before. The candles smell wonderful, but they are not cheap so I have to wait for company to come to impress guests, or take one to the office for all to enjoy. They are soy candles which will always give better scent and throw in my opinion.

Called the store due to difficulties getting an item online. Spoke with Libby who helped me find wedding registry item that was on back order and could not be ordered on line. She called around and found the item at a store in Milwaukee. She also helped me with an online promo code that was supposed to be emailed to me. She called ahead to the Milwaukee branch and took care of most everything until I called with payment info. Very grateful I got the item my friend requested! The store has great items at a reasonable cost!

I was out on a mission to spend a nice amount on my nieces wedding present and went to west elm, could see people in the show room but the doors were locked. Finally someone comes to the door with a mask on - ok I get workers wearing mask but then she says you have to call and make an appointment AND wear a mask, oh for the love of all that is good in this world ! Enough already!! Either open for business or close your doors for good, I won't be going back regardless-they've lost my business for good.. make an appointment?? Please

From the outside it looks like a fancier Pier 1, but it is more furniture oriented. They had lots of pillows and bedding too. Much of the wood furniture didn't look like more than particle board. They had some nice things.

I love this store, but the lack of customer service we received when we visited the store today was ridiculous. We went in looking for a bedroom suit at 6pm. Store closes at 7pm. Everyone was more interested in getting the store ready to close than helping us. We walked in ready to buy and walked out 30 mins later ready to spend money elsewhere. Highly disappointed.

My husband and I have bought many pieces of furniture from this store and we loved it. Until, our latest experience. We ordered a sectional and a recliner in August 2016 through the Utica Square store. We were told at the time, that the order would be delivered by the 16th of September to our new house that we have just moved into. Well, it is now mid-October and we have been living couch-less in our new house for over a month with no sign of our furniture being delivered any time soon. Every time we call customer service they tell us something different. Last week, we got transferred through to corporate because we refused to let them just transfer us to 'furniture' and sit waiting on the phone while it rang for up to 30 minutes with no answer (as had happened 5 times prior). Corporate assured us that someone would call us within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date and our order would be set to 'high priority'. We never got a call. So today, my husband called them up again to find out what was going on and they said that 'most of the furniture is ready for delivery'. The recliner, and one half of the sectional are ready. What can one do with half a sectional? So, the recliner is apparently being delivered this Thursday and the whole sectional will be delivered on the 28th of this month (A month and a half after the initial promised delivery date). This service is unacceptable and even though we love their style of furniture, we will not be buying from them again. The customer service is absolutely intolerable and if the furniture (that we have already paid for in full) ever arrives, I will be entirely surprised.

This is a chain store so not necessarily unique. I believe it is under the pottery barn umbrella like williams sonoma. They do have a decent selection of modern home decor items but furniture does have to be ordered. They just opened but seem to have the bugs worked out already and are friendly.
