Fantastic party venue! I recently hosted an event at West end and it exceeded all expectations. The space is stylish and versatile, the staff was professional and attentive. Monica was able to get me in touch with the managers and facilitated the process!

They always keep trash containers open next to their back door. We see rats come out of those containers and run into their building. I do not recommend to party or eat at this place.

I feel so disappointed writing this review west end party hall is a great size hall can house many people but omg how rundown is the party hall looks old and dirty, carpets look so old and tired the main area for dancing is dirty with no shine, wax is barely holding on. The Hall is made of lots of mirrors and I found some mirrors broken. The owner and management of west end party hall should be shame families rent your location to create memories your only job is to provide a clean and safe location invest some new money your place is looking horrible.

Horrible party hall maintenance. Very big hall to cater to a lot of people but they do not clean up before events even when stating and promising they will. Will charge you fees without advance notice on the day of event. They just try to extort people start looking for other party halls at this point. West end used to be a top party hall in Brooklyn boy how bad they have fallen. Roach feces all over the catering section and run down carpets just disgusting.

Sidewalk is very dirty! These people have no respect for the community.

Bathrooms are a mess. The whole time, it smells like a dirty carpet. Needs new management.

Unfortunately I ended up in this place to see some friends. Worst experience ever. This is so dirty it should be closed.
