"Highlights include veggies from Kent, a Greek stand with plump olives, the Wild Country Organics lettuce stand with a variety of all-organic greens like mustard, rocket, and others you've never heard of, plus a Celtic baker with a really nice variety of breads and baked goods."

Great market on Saturdays for local produce. We get most of greens from here, along with some fruits and milk. Its always has a decent amount of crowded browsing and buying things. The market is located literally next to a Thameslink station.

An incredible little market right outside west Hempstead Thameslink station. A huge range of independent brands selling a range of foods, from organic vegetables and purple carrots, to cheeses, to tomatoes and pastes, welsh sparkling wine, eggs and so much more. A great opportunity to grab a treat and support local and independent farmers. Highly recommend. Open until 2pm every Saturday

Farmers Market every Saturday starting at 10am. Stalls change every week but range from florists, greengrocers, bakers, cheesemongers and butchers. Plenty to choose from and usually great quality!

I have been going to West Hampstead since it first opened as I love the fact it is on a Saturday. Before that I used to regularly attend Marylebone and do go there occasionally. Whilst quite small, it has everything you need and a big plus, it is dog friendly. Tim, on the organic grocery stand even has treats for Lottie! I am a regular of Fossey Meadows and a fan of the delicious sour dough. Malcolm really understands British fruit and yipee! asparagus are back. I love shopping seasonally, looking forward to produce becoming available. I am eagerly awaiting the return to summer tomatoes arriving and summer fruit. Sometimes, if I am luckly, on a cold weekend, I buy some beef cheek for long slow cooking. West Hampstead is one of my weekend rituals. The one downside and it's not the farmer's market fault, is the difficulty in parking. The council have taken away spaces in an area which is limited anyway.

Cozy neighbourhood farmer’s market with 10-12 Booths but selling good varieties of products, from meat, vegetable, fruits, dairy, to bread and pastries. Got a nice sourdough bread and a nice big piece of brownies from one of the place. Will visit again.

Yelp
It's a really good not so big neighborhood market, open every Saturday from 10 am to 2pm - don't try and go there before 10am, even if all the food is out it can't be sold before 10am. Everything is bio / organic. The apple merchant at the very beginning is amazingly good - you just fill up a basket with all kind of apples. I loooved the chicken burgers and eggs and beef burgers as well. I've found some really good fresh spinach leaves and some amazing italian rock salad. Definitely have to try the Bath cheeses and the dumplings....and why not, the crabs for 6£ each. Overall it is not that cheap but it's still really cool, useful, healthy and good!

Yelp
Great farmers market, open every Saturday from 10am until 2, on the new forecourt outside W Hampstead Thameslink station, and only a few minutes from the Overground / Jubilee. Generally around 20 stalls - from pasta to burgers, veg to oysters. It's not all bio / organic as one reviewer has stated, but don't let that detract you - generally the quality of the produce is exceptional. Highlights include - the 'gyoza' man - when he turns up - well worth queuing for and sampling. - fish stall - gary's fresh fish - always ready to help with suggestions and ideas for cooking - the apple stall (generally closer to the station entrance) - awesome selection of fruit and worth trying a variety V difficult to park nearby as the local streets get filled up with traders' vans. Still, it's so close to public transport, why bother!

Yelp
Great little market outside of the Thameslink station in West Hampstead. Variety of products including baked goods, fresh fruits and vegetables as well as some food stands at a reasonable price.
