New Orleans Hospital Gives Employees $1 Million to Spend at Restaurants | Eater New Orleans

"As one of the hospitals in LCMC Health, West Jefferson Medical Center is among those whose staff will receive restaurant-only gift cards through Operation Bon Appetit—$100 for full-time employees and $50 for part-time and contract staff—to support local restaurants affected by the pandemic." - Clair Lorell

The nurses and aides on the 5th floor are wonderful. I could always get updates regarding my husband's health journey. The aides were attentive to his physical needs. I couldn't ask for more.

I had such a positive experience at West Jefferson ER. The staff was caring, prompt, and very informative throughout my visit. The wait time was short, and everyone made sure I felt comfortable. Truly a pleasant visit, thank you to the whole team!

Thanks to Rhiana and Erica for the amazing experience they gave me. They made me feel very calm and welcomed before my surgery. Also with my discharge process, i was quite loopy but they made feel safe and in good hands.

This review is for Post-Op Labor & Delivery. My nurses were awesome, Bea, Michelle, Millie. I’m sure I forgot some people! I was in the hospital for almost a week after my c-section. My nurses & doctors were amazing. They made sure I had everything I needed for the baby before they sent me home. They took great care of me. 10/10 Also the NICU/Nursery staff took great care of my baby.

The staff was nice but acted like they didn't know anything about port catheters in the emergency room..If you need a new needle put back in, do not go there. I'm not even kidding. They wasted 3 hours of our time and it could've ended up really bad because my daughters needle came out and we needed to heprin lock her line..It could've ended up clogged up if they would've taken any longer and if we wouldn't have left there to go to another hospital. The nurses hadn't accessed in 3 years and they did not have the right size port needles there. If anybody knows about having a port catheter, before you take your needle out, you have to Heparin lock your line so that your port does not clot up. These people made us wait 3 hours before telling us that they didn't have the right size needle and that they didn't have anyone that knew how to access... Ridiculous because they have a cancer center right there by their hospital.. What do they expect their cancer patients to do in an emergency needing a needle change..Ridiculous. We left there and went to children's hospital and they took us immediately and it only took 5 minutes for them to do it cause it was an emergency. The staff at West Jeff are all nice but these hospitals around here are definitely lacking .. They definitely need more experienced nurses there for sure. And they definitely need the right medical equipment for emergencies like we had .. We'll never go there again though... Not wasting time going there anymore for an emergency..

Yelp
Dr Ponce did not speak to me after surgery. Hospital did not give discharge paperwork. He did a different surgery than was discussed and scheduled, didnt do what was discussed, and changed it all in my chart. Wrote in my notes the surgery was elective when I was told it was necessary to determine I wasn't at risk for a stroke. Completely abusive and medically negligent. Do not trust this man or this care team with any of your care. Oh, and, the nurses talked about how the hospital only did things for money and didnt care about patients the ENTIRE TIME THEY PREPPED me for surgery.

Yelp
I would like to thank West Jeff and their staff for the care that they took of my mom, when she arrived, she was already brain dead, and on a ventilator, they let us sit with her for a while before the vent was removed, and they gave her back her dignity that TGMC took from her. They let us stay as long as we needed after she passed away. Her nurse (Alicia) was an angel on Earth, thank you from the family of Sandra Doss of Houma, Louisiana

Yelp
CAT SCAN Excellent Care Easy Check-in My mother had to have a CAT scan done and she was terrified of the machine. When I explained this to the lady at the check-in desk, she assured my mom that they would take excellent care of her during her test. That put me at ease because I was nervous my mother wouldn't get the test done. Everyone was patient and they listened to my mother concerns. I was so happy the test went well, and my mom was at ease.

Yelp
My mother recently had to stay at West Jeff Hospital due to a ruptured appendix. I would first like to say that in the ER she was roomed very quickly and didn't have to wait. Dr. Dehart was amazing and his test quickly showed appendicitis and told her she would need surgery. Dr. Baker was her surgeon and explained all of the possible scenarios and how she would deal with them. She had a pleasant bedside manner and was very confident in every question that we had. After the surgery she explained that her appendix did rupture and how she handled it. My mom spent 5 days in the hospital on 5 south which she said she received the best care ever. Her nurse Ron was amazing and the rest of the staff were also just wonderful. The room was clean and had a great healing environment. I would recommend West Jeff to everyone!

Mary M.

Yelp
Never been afraid to leave my love one's in hospital. The 8th floor made me think twice about ever trusting my family members to ever to a health care facility. ER was great. The Dr took his time explaining everything to her. Even though my mom is old but she is sharp as a tack. All that love and care, respect was all gone. So disappointed , so so so disappointed

Virginia D.

Yelp
Efficient quality care. Staff were respectful and showed compassion. Rooms were clean. No wait time, I was immediately placed in a bed.

Yelp
my sister went to this hospital during september was diganosed with cancer the nurses and doctors had no idea what they were doing they gave her feeding tubes and unnecessary surgerys a doctor pulled her feeding tube out that had just been put in that day and was trying to blame my sister i would not recommend this hospital if you actually care about your loved ones and want to get them the help and care they need !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are suing this hospital for neglect my sister was a sitting duck in this hospital and it was filthy !!!!!!! she unfortunately passed away this hospital need to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!

Yelp
My pre op RN Michaela was the sweetest! To the best of her abilities she made me so comfortable!

Yelp
excellent care provided to my family member during their time of need. Nurses were compassionate and service was great.

Yelp
I love my doctors at West Jeff. They take the time to answer all my questions and are thorough in their assessments. The staff in the clinics and at the hospital are always helpful. The hospital is also looking beautiful with all the remodeling.

Yelp
I wish there was a zero here! after my son took a fall at dialysis and factured his shin on one foot and sprain the other. they were awful with him, they never even gave him a pain shot! cruel and unusual punishment is how we feel thuis was. I had to leave because I couldn't bare hearing my son scream in agony! they sent him home with no wheelchair or anything . we had to call fire dept when we got home form emergency room just to get him out of the car and in the house. this was the worse hospital experience! and the rudeness of the staff was like nothing I have ever seen! the care received here was horrible!

Yelp
West Jeff is the biggest hospital on the westbank. Located on the well named Medical Center Blvd., West Jeff houses an ER, full service hospital and medical offices. There are even meeting rooms where the occasional public meeting or presentation is held. The ER is busy. Plan to wait if you aren't critical. Once you get brought to a room you still should plan on a lengthy wait. I don't think the waiting is unique to WJ, but is worth mentioning. On my most recent ER visit, the nurses were friendly and caring. The doctor was no-nonsense and knowledgeable, but not super personable. In the hospital pediatric area, the nurses are truly wonderful. While I fortunately have not had much experience with them, the experiences I have had were really great. The hospital is old, and feels old. It is kept clean, but its age shows. Parking is a nightmare. Because the hospital is so busy the outside parking is very difficult. There is a parking garage, but it is on the opposite side from the ER and main entrance. This hospital does have a heliport. If you're on the westbank and need something fixed, chances are, you'll end up here.

Yelp
Hmmm, what to say what to say... Well I been very blessed that I have not needed to be here in the case of an emergency. I have had two children delivered here without issues and I come here for regular check ups and refills of my crazy pills. Lotsa parking. Don't even bother with the original parking lot on the street level unless you are really lazy or like circling for hours. Head straight to the parking garage and try and get on the 2nd level. Take the stairs, not elevator and do your thang. Im happy that there is a place like this close by my home and hope I never need to come here because something bad has happened to me. Thank you

Yelp
Going on 4 Hrs waiting on being seen. While the male nurse that checked us in was as nice as can be. The wait is unacceptable. Lady across from me is saying she has been here 6 hrs waiting. I brought my mother in because she fell. She is 85 years old and keeps asking to go home. She is hungry, thirsty and tired. I had to take my husband to Ochsner ER the other night, with 5 people in waiting room and we were in the back in 15 min. What is their problem Here???? I am given no stars.

Yelp
Came into the emergency room for another issue, but while registering with one of the nurses I sat directly in front of her and in the trash directly in front of me was a shirt covered in blood. The only question in my mind was "I wonder how many people have seen this". I am no medical professional by all means but I wash my own behind. I know this is not sanitary.

Paulette R.

Yelp
(8/17/2022). one can clean up the hospital but the staff still treat you like crap. I sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours with with a blood pressure of 188/118. I never saw a doctor or a treatment room during that time. I left went to oschner er and within 10 minutes I was talking to a doctor. y'all really have to do better.

Yelp
I got really ill while sitting outside on my porch on the evening of August 14th. I began sweating and vomiting. My husband called 911 and an ambulance from LCMC responded, stabilized me, and asked my husband where do you want me take her. My husband thought that since we live the Westbank that it would be closer. Well when I got dumped off at infamous West Jefferson hospital, I remember laying out in the hallway. I had just had a cardiac pacemaker placed in on August 13. Well when I'm finally in a room this dr walks in slamming the door rudely. I told him I wanted to file a complaint. The Dr in the room threatened to throw me out if I didn't just leave. So he goes onto call this other dr mind you there was another dr in the room already, And what happens next is the real sinister act of the security guard, the nurse, and the Dr. A tall, rude doctor (if you wanna call him that) grabs me manhandling me and slams my body in a wheelchair all the while the robo cop is laughing and I'm crying because I was post op with the cardiac pacemaker and he injured it. My husband was waiting outside in parking lot because pandemic not allowing any family. So as I'm being manhandled out to parking lot, my husband is clueless to what had just transpired. I felt traumatized and I already suffer with PTSD. My husband then took me to Ochsner hospital on Jefferson HWY. I was stabilized at Ochsner and then once admitted I called the police. THE POLICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. THEY DIDNT CARE EITHER. HEY BUT THERES A GOD ABOVE.

Yelp
Anyone can have a different experience in the hospital in which it can host many things, from surgeries, to MD visits, to having babies, and even enjoying the cafeteria. WJMC has maintained their right to be the best hospital on the West Bank since there aren't many others around. I have been here for almost everything and have never had a bad experience thus far. I have had many family members give birth, enjoyed many items prepared in the cafeteria and even had MD visits for check ups or blood work. You will always find workers cleaning the halls or waiting areas. The ER usually stays busy which many people may write negative things about due to bad experiences. Hospitals will always have its ups and downs, but so far WJMC has been providing me with more ups!

Yelp
While I understand that we are in a national crisis, my husband had a stroke yesterday while we were in Mississippi. I asked for him to be transferred to West Jefferson. I have not seen my husband since we left Hancock Hospital yesterday. They have not allowed me to see him or ask the doctors any questions. I was not allowed to tell him goodbye yet, the people behind me (more than one) was allowed to walk right in. I'm losing it not knowing what is happening. No one from the hospital has spoken to me. Absolutely no compassion for family members at this hospital.
google avatar

Yelp
Worse than a miltary or charity hospital. The lack of parking will make you late to appointments and the staff treat people like they are less than human.

Yelp
It's always strange reviewing something like a hospital. Quite often, hospitals are personal places that people choose because their doctor works there or simply because it's close to home. In the last few months, I had two family members admitted here for two different reasons. I'm not going to go into vivid detail about our experience with West Jeff. What I will say is that my loved ones ended up here because we were told that this is where they would receive the best treatment, and I didn't always find this to be the case. We've had experience with both West Jeff and Ochsner, and all the way around we preferred Ochsner. Things just seems to be run better over there. I will say this- when a 95 year old woman is discharged at 6 pm, it is inexcusable for an ambulance to not become available until 9 pm and leave her waiting that entire time. That MIGHT be fine for a 30 year old who is admitted for a broken leg, but when a woman has been admitted for dehydration and just being 95, there is really no excuse. Elderly people depend on a schedule in order to keep them functioning. Meals and sleep must happen at a certain time, and when you feel like the hospital doesn't respect that, it's a little off putting.

Yelp
Probably the worst Hospital, wait is unbelievable. Finally left after waiting three hours and the only thing they did was take blood pressure and made sure that had my insurance. Oh and I love that when you talk to the staff it seems that they are doing me a favor. Between life and death I would rather die at my house than go there. At least at home I would get better attention from my dog than the hospital staff at this hospital.
google avatar

Danon H.

Yelp
I usually dread going to the doctors office, but this place wasn't half bad. The wait time in the lobby wasn't very long at all. Which is really surprising given the fact that most times waiting can take forever. The staff members were very friendly, and knowledgeable. My visit to the hospital went way better than expected. The next time I am in need of medical care I will keep this place open as an option. In short not a bad hospital at all.

Yelp
I have been here several times to visit patients in the ER. Reasons to go: 1) Triage staff actually care. It is like any other ER in the fact that once you step in there, it will be a minimum of 6 hours. 2) They have TVs in the lobby. Reasons to avoid: 1) Cleanliness. ERs even if they are on the westbank should be pretty clean, right? *QUEASY STOMACHS SKIP TO #2* Found a bloody, pus-crusted gauze patch on the floor of the ER and I dared my buddy $5 to tongue-drag it. He did not. 2) The ER doctors are overworked, tired, and their attitudes are not the best (arrogance mixed with sarcasm) affects the patients' and nurses' demeanors. Get a better rotation? 3) Their system at midnight to 6am needs some fine tuning. They were double-tapping on blood work and not efficient on priorities. Better management or maybe people on the bottom-end of the scale to understand what they are to do next?

Yelp
Kind of weird to write a review of a hospital instead of complaining to the actual hospital.... Anyway... A family member of mine (don;t want to mention the name) had to get surgery here and stayed here post op 4 days instead of the estimated 2 days... The bad: The day nurses are terrible. They only came into the room whenever they need to give meds, or doing something that was ordered. I'm gonna be a nurse in 6 months and let me tell you, being the type of nurse that only gives you the orders is BAD. Nurses need to be attentive and they need to assess the patient. The day nurse we had for 3 days probably never assessed, I know this bc I spent the night and was at the hospital everyday. During shift change on Monday morning, the day nurse (same nurse) never went in the room to assess the patient. Umm.. after surgery especially if its an older patient, assessment is very important!!!!! The other bad thing was that during surgery something happened that caused the stay at the hospital to be 4 days and not 2. It also made the surgery 2 or 3 hours longer. So instead of updating the orders for discharge after the surgery, the doctor or whoever was in charge of this put in discharge orders before surgery. So when physical therapy came to the house to do therapy I had expressed my concerns on the exercises that he was doing and he actually took my concerns seriously and called the office of the doctor. The next day he came back and told me what happened and that it was a good thing that i was paying attention. They never updated the orders! So whatever they had put in the EMR is what he received! Really bad.... Oh another bad thing, when the day nurse needed to straight cath the patient, she DID NOT USE ASEPTIC TECHNIQUE. SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS! I should have said something knowing she was not doing her job right, but I wasn't going to tell her how to do her job. She couldve given the patient an infection. Thank goodness the patient doesnt have any current infections... Even the patient tech said the nurse we had was LAZY and the nurses she worked with are LAZY. ITS TERRIBLE! she said they are lazy because they dont care and they are leaving soon to a better PAYING JOB. UGHH The good: The night nurse we had for 3 days was very attentive. When I say very she came in at 3am to make sure the patient was peeing. She measured the urine output to make sure the kidney was functioning, since the patient had trouble urinating after the foley was taken out. I told the nurse that the day nurse never measured the urine or was this attentive, she apologized on behalf of the day nurse. Everyone else who came into the room that wasnt a nurse was more attentive and actually asked us if we needed anything. If you are every in a hospital or a love one is here, please pay attention and write down anything that you might need for later. More often than not, you will run into a bad nurse or any other health professionals that is caring for you or your love ones!!

Yelp
I've had the unfortunate luck of having to visit the ER at West Jeff twice. On both visits, it took an excessively long time to see a doctor. I get that they need to prioritize, but when other hospitals (ie Ochsner) post their ER wait times online and West Jeff doesn't, I have a feeling it's because they KNOW they are slow. I went in once, being the patient myself, and waited 6 hours in the waiting room. I then waited another hour in the room to even have a nurse come in and check on me. It was just short of 8 hours total before I saw a doctor. When he finally arrived, he was thorough, kind, and efficient. This is the only reason West Jeff gets 2 stars. It was a similar experience this most recent time, about a week ago. My almost 2 year old daughter injured her arm, so we took her to the ER. It was a Saturday night so the pediatrician wasn't an option. We waited quite a while (not nearly as long as the 8 hour trip) to see a doctor. Once again, the doctor on duty was wonderful. Next time, I'll go online first and check out the ER wait times at other metro area hospitals. It may just be worth a trip across the river to the Eastbank, rather than waiting in West Jeff's waiting room.

Yelp
I am quite disappointed at the comment made by the claimed medical professional Dr. LINDSEY YORK. My sister took my one year old nephew there today, 06/27/19 due to a few concerns with his stomach virus, he was prescribed medicine. However, the medicine did not have much of an effect on relieving the issue. As she was making an observation, she made a remark: "This child is a walking advertisement of child abuse." My sister was left in awe at what was said. What I am more concerned about is the why behind the comment. The child is NOT malnourished, abused, or isolated away from loved ones. She made this comment based on a few scratches that he got from playing around with other children his age. He's a happy child who loves to play, learn, eat, and share. This was very unprofessional and I do hope that West Jeff makes an advancement on fixing this issue.

Yelp
Overall it is a major facility in the making. They currently have Cerner as their EHR which is severely limiting them in the aspect of documentation. I heard many of the nurses complain that there was no way to back chart and that they had to be 'on time' for all med administration. Sigh and welcome to a subpar EHR. My baby brother is a patient here and has been for sometime. Over the years he has been an inpatient for various and sundry ailments and continued to choose this hospital when he called an ambulance. I am pleased with the care they provide him and he is most difficult patient there is known to man. He is a major complainant. The staff has been very up front with me concerning his care and I am pleased with their professionalism and acumen of the system. I hope to work with this hospital as they start their segue to EPIC. For the right fees of course.

Yelp
This is an easy review to write. My entire experience was great. Well as great as it can be when you're getting cut open. Pre-op went smoothly. Got checked in on Monday. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Did some blood work and got my surgery day instructions. The nurse was very clear on everything and answered all my questions in a manor that made me comfortable to ask everything I wanted to know. Thursday was cutting day. I had carpal tunnel release done by Dr. Wax. I was informed to show up at 6:00 am. I had a feeling I'd be waiting a while. I was wrong. They checked me in right away and sent me to the surgical floor. When I got there they showed me right to my room and started doing everything to prepare me. I've never really been a fan of nursing assistants. They always seem to be angry with the world. This day both my CNAs were super nice and caring, along with both of my nurses. The guy who transported me was super nice and made sure to tell me good luck as well. Once I got in the surgery room, already under some anesthesia, I informed the nurse that I was feeling nauseous and she immediately began to give me meds to help that. After it was all done I was woken up and given a little time to get myself together. I was given juice and a snack and allowed to head home. The next day I received a call from the hospital to see how I was doing. In the event that I would need surgery or to be hospitalized again, I do believe I would feel very good in choosing West Jeff!

Yelp
I've been a guest her on several occasions. For surgeries, and several ER visits. Unlike some of the other reviewers I've never had to experience a 6 hour wait in the emergency room. But I did make sure to have my insurance card available. The nurses and the Drs in the ER were caring enough to want to relieve my pain while I waited for admission. However there is a big difference in nursing staff. As mentioned by other reviewers some nurses are lazy and in my opinion undertrained. There needs to be more supervision by Sr. Nurses. Hand washing is an issue. I saw several instances of this before my dressing change. Several times they forgot to flush out the pic line in my arm after drawing blood, thus it got clogged. This is not pleasant. And I had to beg for the pic line to be inserted, to keep the blood drawing techs away from me. The blood techs are grossly undertrained. Straight out of nursing school and haw no clue on how and where to draw blood that's beneficial to the patient. I actually refused for one of the techs to take blood from me. It was that bad. I ended up leaving the hospital with my arms so bruised and battered my friends thought I had been in a car wreck. But thru it all there were nurses and Staff that did go above and beyond to help me. They even liked coming in my room and talking to me to get to know me and I appreciated their company.

Yelp
After diagnosis of Basal Cell Carcinoma a Surgery was schedule. The people I encountered in what for most of us is an unnerving situation, did their very best to comfort me as they moved me through the process. All said and done the procedure was a success! But more-so than my story is the story of my late wife who had contracted pancreatic cancer. I literally lived in that building for 5 months before my wife was sent home on hospice. What I have to say is that given the medical system we live with, the doctors and the hospital renewed my faith in the hypocritical oath. You see my wife was one that fell through the cracks as it pertains to insurance, so between the doctors and hospital they still found a way to give her excellent care. In the end my wife lost her battle with cancer but I am grateful for all parties involved for giving their best to explore every avenue and give her dignity as she face her demise

Michael H.

Yelp
Don't use this hospital's "Outpatient Lab." They literally charge twice as much as Quest or the other outside labs, despite telling you they are the same. They are also slower to get results to the doctors than Quest even though they are in the same building. I have been hugely disappointed with them. I asked why the prices for identical services were more than twice as much and the only explanation was that the hospital's board set the prices at that amount because people will pay it. Quest is literally less than half the price $260 versus $570 for IDENTICAL tests. Beware!

Yelp
Just tell me, how does an emergency room nurse treat a broken nose besides patching it up?? Hmm?? Well some ice could reduce that swelling ya know... Maybe they don't realize that down in Louisiana hmm?? I had to ask for it myself for the injured person I was with.

Herm G.

Yelp
My wife was hospitalized last month. Had an operation, ran low grade fever for five days after the operation. Returned to hospital emergency room, catscan showed infection. Looked up surgeon that did operation found out he has a high rate of infection. Look up your doctor before any operation. Now the Hospital! West Jefferson Hospital is not the good hospital it was years ago. My wife and I, our opinion. Staff slow at everything from asking them to get you water... to checking out of the hospital. One thing that showed right away WJ was not the same hosp. No welcome package, like bath soap, toothpaste, shampoo and other things you normally get at hospitals. When she did get those things, it was not sealed. We had to ask the hospital for these things. It may seem that I'm being petty but when we are paying THOUSANDS of dollars everyone should expect a good hospital stay. The good part my wife is doing well.

Kevin P.

Yelp
WORST ER EVER!!! The nurses are very sweet, but some can't put an IV in to save their life. I have the worst bruises I've ever had on both my arms from being stuck four times. I was nauseous and in horrible pain. If that wasn't bad enough, they never even used the IV because the doctor said I was fine and sent me home. He didn't explain anything to me. I saw him MAYBE a total of 3 minutes. Go anywhere else!! I will never trust this place again. I thought it was just that one doctor, but this has happened not once, not twice, but three times. I'm done!

Celia R.

Yelp
I went for my woman annual physical with Dr Spears Rachel and she wouldn't address any of mine questions. I always get answers to these questions during this visit. For her, the money was more important that the patient's health and I will never be ok with a doctor like this. I didn't want her to do a procedure with out getting pay but just like the other 20 anual physical that I've done before in my life..... it ok to answer basic questions during a visit specially when she is getting paid for it I AM PAYING through my insurance. Disgusting!

Guess my review was deleted because it wasn't a fantasized load of crap! Treatment was horrible. Wish I could post pictures of what the incompetent staff left me looking like. Waiting for my fever to get up to 103, so I can go get treated at a real hospital. Didn't go in with an infection, sepsis or cellulitis, but have it now thanks to WJ!! And BTW, administrators won't even speak to me!https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863178999844&set=p.10202863178999844&type=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863179879866&set=p.10202863179879866&type=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863180959893&set=p.10202863180959893&type=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863182199924&set=p.10202863182199924&type=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863185640010&set=p.10202863185640010&type=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202863190000119&set=p.10202863190000119&type=1 Not to mention my ex PCP came to the nurse'a station and talked about me so loud that I could hear him. The same one that told me he takes his cat's Valium and drinks bottles of Robotussin so he can "robo" trip! Great Dr, huh? 2 hours ago · Like The links are all pictures of all the damage they did to me. Also, had a gran mal seizure in the ER, witnessed by my husband who has seen many of my seizures (including in front of a Dr that told him I was the real deal), and was told by one of the neurologist that I absolutely did not have a seizure. This was hours later and he was not present in the ER! 2 hours ago · Like Domina Bowman Hayes Received this message after posting my pics and review: Hi Domina, WJ will be contacting you about your care. We will be happy to discuss your care with you. An administrator will call you. Is there a number we can contact you? Meantime, would you be so kind to remove your comments from the review of the WJ page? I'll be happy to make sure an administrator contacts you ASAP. Thank you. -Taslin (Social Media Manager) I stopped in to talk to an administrator today. They were all TOO busy to come out of their offices and talk to me. The women in that office couldn't keep their eyes off how swollen an bruised I was everywhere. They took my phone number down, swore that somebody would CALL ME TODAY!! Didn't happen. What a bunch of cowards and liars. I will keep spreading the word about how horribly I was treated here. My first review was mysteriously deleted, then I got this message in my in box. NO!! I'm not deleting my review. This is not the first time I have been treated like a piece of sh*t by WJ. Getting all the records I can from this establishment, and going from there! God forbid there is any gross negligence charted. When I went to the ER it was for chest pain, vomiting and severe back pain. My EKG was abnormal. Other than that they didn't give me any of my test results. I can't wait to review my chart. This is sickening. I am still having chest pain, still vomiting, I can barely walk because of the back pain and I have to deal with all the damage they did to me. Seeing one of my other doctors tomorrow that is not affiliated with this terrible place and will be reporting to him everything that happened here.

This is the place if you or someone you care about has an aneurysm. Dr Cullichia's team is the BEST. Drive the extra miles, it's worth it
