Wish I could give negative stars. On hold for an hour b4 I hung up. Im pretty sure it would've been a lot longer. I called back after hanging up and the guy tries to say they were busy.. uhm no you weren't I was listening the whole time. Maybe 3 or 4 people came in that whole time. The guy I talked to after calling back laughed at me with a poor excuse of sorry. Then I told him I was doing this Google review and said he didn't care. I would have been a customer there if they answered my simple question i was originally calling about but since I get laughed at and told they don't care. To me that only means they probably won't care about fixing your stuff. I hope this helps anyone that plans on using this place and if you have used this place and had a bad experience please respond. Here's the screenshots to show it was on hold. How ridiculous

They were quick, polite reasonable with the cost. Fastest service ever! They were helpful with letting me leave my ride on mower a little longer to be picked up, so I could get my trailer instead of putting it in the bed of my truck.

You couldn’t find nicer people. I just knew my lawn mower was done. He was checking it out and did some kind of slight of hand and within 30 seconds my mower was running again; good as new. Turns out It wasn’t the lawn mower. It was us. My BF and I. “Bob” , the owner, told me what it was. A very simple thing. Cable line came unhooked. He just hooked it up and wasn’t going to charge us anything. You know he could have said “sorry we are going to have to keep her for awhile” then charge me some 200 bucks to get it back after 3 weeks fix n. I would have been none the wiser and would have just gone ahead with whatever. He was honest nice warm easy going etc. I will become a regular customer for whatever small engine repair needs I have. As a matter of fact I was so impressed with him that I left my lawnmower there to have the cable line replaced and do some blade sharpening. All of which would have been functional for quite awhile yet , but hell, since I was there and I liked his service, why not ? I d highly recommended Mesa Forestry for your lawn mower maintenance needs. “Amy” an ,admin / customer service / mechanic aide , has a great sense of humor and will take care of you too. I just can t say enough about my positive experience with every single body there, even their dog was sweet.

You know your in the right place when the owner diagnosis's your small engine problem in literally 2 minutes. Knowledgeable staff. This place is honest. They worked on a generator for two weeks. They could not solve the problem. The honest part. They told me the truth. The only charge was for the original service. Thank you guys.

I had a very different experience at Mesa Forestry than many of the other reviewers. Bottom line: This place is an unorganized mess. I took a power washer in for routine maintenance. I was told it would be 2-2.5 weeks. No problem. I wasn't in a big hurry. After 3 weeks passed, I called for an update. I was told it was next up on the bench and it would be ready the following week. I asked for something a little more specific. This put me on hold for about 10 minutes before another person got on the line and said it would be Tuesday and they would call me. Tuesday comes and goes. I call on Wednesday, left a message and never hear back. I stop by on Saturday morning since they are open in the AM and they are closed for the Memorial Day weekend (no biggie i should have called). I stop by today, hand over my claim ticket and the guy tells me they just finished it on Wednesday. So that's 2 weeks later than the original date and over a week later than the second promised date. I let them know that I was disappointed in there poor customer service and I didn't even get an apology. Oh well, it's not like this is the only place to get small engine work done. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I took in a Generac generator for warranty work since the pull rope failed in 3 weeks. They never called me to say the work wasn't covered instead they just fixed it and I had to pay for the repair. The part was around $35 dollars but the labor made it over $100. I could have bought the part and fixed it myself but I assumed the warranty would cover it. I wasn't given the opportunity so, I don't believe they did the right thing. I told them I would be writing a review so here it is!!
