Friend went in looking for a vape pen, didn't know much about them. Clerk was informative, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Everything we wanted was in stock. Prices seem decent. Would def go back.

i’ve gone here quite a few times and i’ve always had really good service, but my thing is being closed during “open hours” with no explanation. this is probably the 4th time i’ve gone by here and it’s just closed and locked, during working hours, no updates on the facebook page or anything (nothing since 2017 yikes lol). not really good for business to not be open when you are supposed to be open- and if you leave a note at the very least, people will understand. it just creates a confusing dynamic of “well i’ll head to the smoke shop and HOPE it’s open”, and that alone is going to have people not wanting to chance wasting their time. i know this place has been seeing far more than their fair share of BS especially with people robbing them on multiple occasions, idk if this has caused staffing shortages (completely understandable) or what is happening. just know the community does want to patronize you, we just need consistency in operating hours! 🫶🏻

I only gave it 1 star so I could review. I WISH I would have had a good first experience, but unfortunately due to Drama that the employee brought into the store I was locked outside for a half hour so he could argue with someone. Then once he got the ridiculous customer out...still refused service. Leave your drama outside of the workplace.

Had a great experience with Chris. He was extremely helpful, super compassionate, understanding and made the experience so chill. I had been having a hard day and he made it better. Thank you Chris! You rock!❤️

Loved the friendly evening shift staff that was there up until a few months ago. Apparently they did some house cleaning and let them all go except for 1, who happens to be the least friendly and personable out of the bunch. I loved coming in here and looked forward to it whenever it was on the agenda for my evening but now it feels very sterile and uninviting when I walk in. Have had multiple conversations with one of the guys that now works evenings and he never remembers me and seems like he has more important things to do, like inventory or making sure the music is playing. That, paired with the fact that they never have any selection of basic items like butane or baggies, etc and have a very limited inventory of damb near everything actually....has made me start shopping at cigarland, which I hated at first but they have a great selection and have warmed up a lot and its never out of what I need. Sorry WSSC, I was loyal for as long as I could be, when you stopped being loyal too, is when I had to go. Best of luck.

Never actually open ugh it's 550 and whole stores just closed, this isn't the first time. Generally happens more in the winter

I am a frequent customer of WSSC, I just tried to go to the store and even though the open sign was on and all websites say they're open til 9:00. The door was locked when I got there a few minutes after 8:00, The guy at the counter waved at me and then went to the back. If the hours have changed it would be nice to update online.

0 star this is a scam I bought a puff bar that is supposed to be 1600 and the next day it's not working I brought it to the store and they told me that they can't do anything about it you get what you get no refund no exchange non of that !!!! Do not buy Puff bars from them they are scammers !!!!!!!

Wow. Never again. The last two times I've been in there the employees were vaping some HORRIBLE flavored nasty. There was a cloud so thick tonight it filled the shop. I have chemical sensitivities so it was absolute hell. But I imagine even a normal person would have a hard time with it. The lady who checked me out was rude when I mentioned it and seemed irritated I dare bring it up at all. I had to cover my face to finish transaction. I will not go back.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I was recommended a strawberry cheesecake puff bar. I don't remember who helped me but he said he loved the flavor and that it was a best seller. I trusted his word and bought one. When I got in to the car and tried it, I IMMEDIATELY regretted my decision. The flavor is awful and it made me feel sick to my stomach. Not to mention the color is really unappealing. Don't even ask me what I was thinking. Moral of the story, go with your instincts, not their poor recommendations.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said about this place? Terrible customer service...the last time we went in we asked a question which was answered in a patronizing and dismissive way. Gave it another chance today and had to ask for help in an empty store- the employees were too busy watching tv under a cloud of smoke. The manager (i only assume this due to her misplaced air of apparent authority) is rude. The guy who helped us was nice enough but even if it is a smoke shop, how unprofessional it is to huff your vape and expel a huge puff of smoke as you are running our card. When you go in there it's as if they are doing you a favor by existing and possibly if they feel charitable they might help you purchase something. I despise this store. So uninviting. So rude. So trendy. So stereotypical. I would rather support stores that at least ACT like they like me shopping there.

They were out of nic salts when I went and wouldn't have more for a week. They do open before most smoke shops so giving them a bonus star for that. Otherwise looked pretty basic and they were out of what I went there for.

Been going there for two years, but after one of the worst customer service experiences of my life I highly doubt I'll be going back. Guy treated me with utter disregard and disrespect. I asked him if he could please just talk to me like a fellow human being and he turned around to walk away and just said 'Whatever' and to come back when Stephenie the manager is in. I seriously can't remember the last time I've left a business and felt that disrespected as a customer.

Don't buy an electronic cigarette unit at this store. It'll work for 7 days. Then if you try to fix it and can't get it to work THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!!! If you then say " go ahead and just take all these parts and pieces " they respond with " I don't want that shit dude ". If you attempt to throw away the broken device they will then tell you to "throw it away outside and away from the store."! So if you want overpriced vapor supplies that break then get rediculed at the same time MAKE SURE TO GO HERE ^^^^^

West Seattle Smoke Co is my favorite place to go for all my smoking needs. The employees are helpful, friendly and know a lot about the products they sell. I initially went into WS Smoke Co looking for vape juice. I was surprised to find their selection of vape products was enormous! I was able to find a new juice that I love called Pink Drink. It's delicious. One of the employees, Keivan, also helped me find a gorgeous glass bong. He was knowledgeable about all the different types of bongs and pipes. He knew what he was talking about and helped me find the right size for me. I love WSSC!!

The prices for vaporizers at West Seattle Smoke Shop are HIGH. Kanger top box mini for example has an MSRP of $92. Most stores sell them for $75 or less. West Seattle smoke shop wants $117 PLUS sales tax! Yikes, what a rip off. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Fast tech sells the exact same vaporizer for $35. Yes, $85 less for the EXACT same vaporizer. Kanger top Box Mini. Don't be a sucker. Even plain old Camel cigarettes are much cheaper at your local gas station. I'm all for supporting local business but local business needs to competitive and not gouge it's patrons.

This place made me so angry I had to sign up and write my first ever review. I needed a new tank for my e-cig and my girlfriend works next to this place so I asked her if she could pick me one up after work. It closes before I normally get off and really needed a new one. I don't need it to be fancy or anything so I just told her to show them a pic of mine and get a new one. She says they very nice assured her its universal and great. Well, first off, it takes a special atomizer for it to work. I did t realize that and when I filled it up it leaked everywhere and made a huge mess. I put in o e of my old ones and stopped bleeding. Whenever you take a drag though, juice gets into the middle of it, causing a gurgle. Its annoying as hell and to top it off it'll periodically leak too. So I go back today to exchange it. The people there seemed really nice and the guy tried several ways to remedy it. He agreed it was not working after trying several batteries, the gurgling persisted and it barely pulled anything through. He shows me some other options and I tell him I'll pay the difference for one of them after I return this one. He tells me he can't do that. Says no returns. What? Its been less than 24 hours and they sold me a piece of crap that was broken out of the gate and didn't even come with all the parts. He said he can give me 15 percent off but he's not even supposed to do that. How kind! Yes, lets spend more money here! I ask him when a manager will be in. He says he comes and goes, no way to tell when he'll be here. I ask him if I leave a message, will the manager get back to me. He says "I'm not him, I don't know." Even though the location is great, I will go far out of my way to avoid this place in the future.

Sells knock off products as the real thing, very disappointed... Initially I thought this was a great place with friendly knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a pen style vaporizer and the clerk suggested I try the cloud pens vaporizer. After a long speech on how he uses it daily and it's the best value for the price in the store, I bought it. Foolishly I didn't check the companies (cloudpens) website in the store. Having just looked on their site, it is clear to me I bought a KNOCK OFF as the button turns green when pressed and not blue: cloudvapes.com/store/how... Q: Why does my Cloud button illuminate different color? A: All authentic Cloud Vaporizers illuminate blue. Contact us if you experience this issue. Very disappointed as the knock off product barely works and I was looking forward to being a regular at the store... :( Edit: Vaporizer works decently if not well, I still would have appreciated buying the actual product and not the knockoff as they are the same price.

Huzzah for being the first review! I have to say how much I like this place. I smoke 1 or 2 cigars a week, and I go in here every few weeks to check out their new stock. Omar (the owner) and Eddie (the one employee) always have some good cigar suggestions, and they are super friendly, to boot. This place is bright, clean, and not at all sleazy. Unlike many other smoke shops I've been to, I don't feel like I need to wear sunglasses and a overcoat when I enter. Omar and Eddie greet people with enthusiasm. As you might expect from an independent store, the prices are not as good as some of the online mega stores, but their prices are extremely competitive for a local cigar shop. On top of that, they offer their own line of pipe tobaccos with flavors named after West Seattle locations. Additionally, they occasionally have some cigar industry reps conduct special events there. The Oliveros event was great, and when I picked up a box of King Havano Maduro Fuertes I received 5 free Oliveros cigars and a t-shirt. Awesome, right? I'm going to continue to go in there every few weeks and see what's new.

Getting back into pipe tobacco since stopping in college, i was pleasantly greeted by John (I think that's his name? The big bearded guy?) and another employee. Great guys, great atmosphere, great cigar humidors (not just shelves of boxes as in seedy head shops), beautiful glass pipes, some great Briars (although he had only one Briar left, a Savinelli. Good place to buy a briar outside of Downtown or Tacoma, i guess), cigarettes, good RYO tobacco, papers, Djarums, drugstore cigarillos and pipe tobacco .... Everything you'd want is here! Their highlights are their special custom pipe tobacco blends. They concoct their blends by hand, and they are named for familiar West Seattle locales. "42nd street", "Fauntleroy blend", etc. I chose the "Morgan Junction Amaretto", and for just a little 4 bucks an ounce, thats a great price for pipe tobacco. Some online tobacco dealers will not deliver pipe tobacco to Washington due to our laws, and this place is a welcome gaurantee that West Seattle Pipers arent stuck with only Captain Black or Prince Albert. (which i happen to like, but anyway....) John gave me great advice on starting out with English blends (in college I preferred aromatics and still do, but looking to broaden my palate), and offered to set aside some "Nightcap" for me when his orders get shipped, and willing to order my preferred tins as well . Great guy.... And he even knows the gal at the Tobacconist near house in Kent as well! Small world. Needless to say, I'm VERY pleased with West Seattle Smoke Company. I'll be a regular, for sure

This is my go to eliquid shop. They are the only shop I know of that carries St. Augustine Organic eliquid, by far the best vape juice I've ever had. They even took the time to take down my number and call me when the order came in because it's so popular. Also they do a buy 3 bottles of juice get a 4th free which is really cool of them. Not a lot of shops care for each individual customer like these guys do! Go check em out and try some great flavors!

The employees vape so heavily here that sometimes you can't see to the back of the store. Literally. You can walk in, grab stuff off the counter and turn around and walk out and they would never see you. I mentioned that fact to an employee and what I got back was an eye roll, whatever, another big hit off the vape, and what can I get you. I can't understand how management is not on top of this.

Used to come here all the time but havent been in a while, always had a great experience. I got my first hookah from these guys and it was super chill, they helped me set it up, taught me about coals and of course hooked me up with some bomb shish. Im not into smokin anymore but these guys take their glass seriously, and always have a dope collection. Never bought any of their pieces but ive hit a number of them and they are always bomb diggidy. Very resilient too. The other day my friend dropped a cheaper piece, maybe 40$ down multiple boulders, no scratches cracks or chips. When i was a cigarette man i always got lucky strikes from these guys too. All in all , everything you can want and need from a smoke shop, will be back soon to check out their vape/mod/ e juice collection which is pretty dope on instagram .

I was sold a defective product by this store, and upon trying to exchange it a couple of days later, was told that they do not exchange, and do not care that it is defective. I was also told that the owner takes returns out of employees paychecks, and that he does not care about customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

I don't smoke cigarettes anymore and have gone to the trend of e-cigs and vaping. Everywhere I've been other than specialized e-cig stores have no idea what they are selling and sell cheap products that either damage your e-cig or don't work at all. This place is the exception. The guys here know their products. Not only do they know their products, they sell quality products at reasonable prices. They also know how to educate people on what e-cigs work best with what components and e-liquid and I am impressed with their customer service. As long as I work up here in West Seattle, I will be a customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

"Smell that? You smell that?...There's nothing like the smell of napalm in the morning." Add to that pipe tobacco Kilgore, yes, pipe tobacco. Why can't cigarettes smell like pipe tobacco? Seriously, well- I'm not gonna get in a whole this smoke is better than that smoke debate. I smoke a pipe and cigars every once in awhile and I enjoy them immensely when I do. Moderation folks, moderation- and kids, you be responsible and stay off of drugs...ANYHOO... Great selection, nice home-style blends- and very helpful. What more could you ask for? Victory.

Only Dopes Do Dope. Stopped in to get some solution for my cigar box. I don't smoke, but did enjoy checking out some of the other smoking paraphernalia. Seemed a little expensive for me, but then I guess I don't have much to compare it to.

Let me start by saying that the only thing I smoke is hookah, and even then, I don't smoke on a daily, or even weekly basis. I finally gave in to my urge to purchase my own hookah once the West Seattle Smoke Company opened up shop in the Junction late last year. I had delayed purchasing one because I wanted to make sure I got one from a trustworthy person who ran a trustworthy shop... and that's what you'll find here. Class, expertise, good selection, and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet in a smoke shop make this place a treasure. Not to be prejudiced against smokers, but before WSSC opened up, I didn't know that tiny smoke shops like this could be so cozy and warm! That warmth is largely due to the store's owner, Omar. He is delightful and very knowledgeable. My husband enjoys smoking a pipe and cigars, and Omar always has interesting and informative things to tell him and good recommendations. He always greets us so kindly whenever we come in, and he took the time to learn our names from the first day we visited (which was during an extremely busy time, the West Seattle Street Fair in the summertime). I never knew I'd have a friend at a smoke shop, but now I do, and I love that! Ed, another employee at the store, is just as friendly and really knows his cigars. I think he and my husband could talk about cigars all day, if they both had the time! We purchased a lovely little hookah for a very fair price, and it's a quality hookah- not some cheap piece of equipment. As to be expected, there is a lot of paraphernalia for smoking... a certain type of, er, smokeable. I'm really not into that, and the sheer amount of supplies and pipes for that particular purpose is a bit disconcerting to me, but I just don't venture over to that area of the shop. My husband can attest, though, that this is a place that stocks quality merchandise as far as cigars, hookah, and tobacco products are concerned. He loves their cigar selection and purchases a new one to try almost every time we're in. Even better is the selection of locally produced- and locally named- tobacco that you'll find only at WSSC (as far as I know). I love to pop open the jars and smell the wonderful aromas inside of each one. Try the Luna Park Cherry! We love to stop in and get new flavors to try for our hookah, hubby will get a new type of cigar from time to time, and no matter who's working when we're in, we always get to have good conversation. West Seattle Smoke Company is a perfect fit for the Junction area of West Seattle. I may only be a part-time hookah smoker, but I'm happy to have it in my neighborhood!

Worst store, of any kind, I've been to in a long time. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, expect to not see any action taken. I bought a scale and tested it in the car outside the shop, only to find that it did not work. The clerk and manager told me, "No refunds or exchanges". Disgusted I left the non working scale on the counter exited the store. I watched from across the street and saw them repackage the scale and put it back in the sale case, ready to foist on some other non suspecting sucker.

My wife went in to get me an e cig coil and some liquid. She specifically asked them for non drip liquid what they gave her was drip liquid and an older model coil that aspire doesn't even make anymore. These two items cost $21 far and away the most I've ever spent on a single coil and a small amount of liquid I can't even use.. I've only been into the shop once personally and was quite impressed with the product selection, the staff seemed relatively knowledgeable on the things I asked them about. But when someone asks for non drip liquid you can't sell them drip and tell them it'll work the same because it does not. I have to buy a new coil and more liquid now, and guess where I'm not buying it!?

Good selection and for the most part good help to. One of the employees who is usually in there is a douche bag. His preferred method of salesmanship is the your a dumb ass if you do not follow his advice. You will recognise him by his very horrible teeth and within 10 seconds of interacting with him you will know what I am talking about. I don't like giving such a poor review for one individual, but he is the reason I will not be returning.

Honestly, I received the best help ever. Decided to quit smoking, and I wish I remembered her name. But she explained everything I needed to know about vaping. I highly recommend this place. Highly...

I bought my first setup here and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel like I asked any "stupid" questions and left feeling very satisfied. These guys are my absolute first choice for anything smoke or vape related. Love coming here!

These guys are always super friendly. Good hours. Normally just get coals and some shisha if I'm too lazy to go to rain city but they have good prices and a decent selection.

I am not sure why this place has ANY poor reviews. Maybe the people writing them are generally malcontent because i went in there today and had a wonderful experience. I should have gotten the name of the young man who helped because i would like to call him out personally he had braces and a ponytail and was kinda cute. If you see him seek him out he will hook you up! He let me ask 47 stupid questions and was super patient with me. Helped me trouble shoot my problem and worked with my budget to help me replace some broken parts on my vape. I will only ever go to this place from now on. Also that dude deserves a big raise because he didn't even get annoyed when i came back a 3rd time to ask more stupid questions. A+ for service selection and price.

I called about 30 minutes ago and specifically asked if they sold pipe tobacco. Not hookah tobacco and not cigarette tobacco, but pipe tobacco. The guy that answered said yes! And asked me what I was looking for. High price, low price, etc.. then he said they had a great selection and I should stop in. So I just stopped in and they had only ONE type of pipe tobacco and it's the same s÷=T you can buy at a gas station. Pretty disappointed that I was lied to and drove completely out of my way for it.

I love coming here Bryce and Steph are awesome. I will only trust them working on everything I bring in. I will only come here when they are working. Ive delt with alot of other smoke shops and people. And I will not go anywhere else!

This place is reasonably priced, has a wide selection, and is run by super laid-back dudes. They hooked me up with a new piece, a hard case for it, screen buddy, AND a travel piece for under $40. Quite pleased!

The smoke shop team helped me quit smoking after 20 years. They helped me ween off the cigs buy using the electric cig or vaporizer. I know it's not FDA assessed but I've seen the actual respiratory diseases & they create a poor quality of life. Thanks for helping me get off cigs & taper the nicotine down from 25 to 4! I am a hookah/shisha kind of guy. Haven't even looked at their cigars, e-cigs, vapes, bongs, or any other herbal products there. That being said, I think this place is clean, professional and friendly. As for helpful I can only chuckle a bit. I went to buy an Herba Diffuser from them. No price market - so they gave it a price of $2.99 (on my favorite website, hookahshisha.com, it is $6.99). Suffice to say I bought three! They don't seem to know much about hookahs. If memory serves all they have are Sahara Hookahs. I am an adamant Mya (especially The smaller Myas - Bambino is the best). I have not tried Sahara so I can't say anything bad about it. As for their shisha I have only been there once and it is cheaper than the shisha you get from the smoke shop in Cap Hill (the one by Urban Outfitters, past Dick's, and inside the complex with the tattoo parlor on top). White gummi bear (Fumari shisha) was literally the best shisha I have ever had. I started Al Fakher and then went to Starbuzz, but now I am an almost zealous Fumari man. Juicy, but not too much juice. More so than AF and Starbuzz. As for the ambiance - it's a well set up shop. Nothing bad I can say about it! Certainly the best place in the West Side for shisha.

WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES! Went in to by some E-juice and asked about getting another tank so the guy grabs an unsealed box off the shelf and shows me the tank. I like the tank and say I will take it (part of this is my fault for not noticing the missing part and not insisting on a sealed box) when I get home to fill the tank I notice it missing a part and call them up. They say they will call back (they never did) so I go back to the store and ask for a replacement they say they have none. So I ask for a refund They quickly point to a "no refund policy" sign. (how convenient) then the guy says "I am pretty sure that was there when I gave it to you" Now he is calling me a liar and a thief. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF ESTABLISHMENT. If they see you coming you will be screwed. needless to say All my future purchases will be online Hope this place goes under .

This is by far one of the best smoke shop around. They have so much stock on e-cig stuff, kratom, cool bongs, and more. The service I received here is amazing! They will also price match as well. Love this place...

Nina (spelling could be wrong--but she's the the young woman who works the counter) is AMAZINGLY informative, approachable and goes the extra mile to help the customer out. She's a rock star! We came in knowing nothing about vaping and wanted answers to help us quit smoking. Nina has spent so much time with us, on our various visits to the shop, laying out the intricacies of vaping. Working to fix mechanical issues, and mostly user-related fumbles (as we were still new to vaporizers), even replacing broken items with no conflict. She never once got annoyed by our incessant questions, or attempted to up-sell us. Instead, she gave us the facts and info we needed to make an informed decision. Thanks to her and the help from other stellar vapor shops around town, my mom and I are now two months cigarette-free (after 30+ years of heavy smoking)! We owe it to Nina! The only negative, was that the shop is often out-of-stock on some key items. But it soon gets replenished and other than that, go there just for Nina. She's honestly amazing!

I love the staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. They recently helped with purchashing a vape. I was impressed with all the information they gave me. I was kind of overwhelmed, actually. Lol. But they slowed it down so, I could understand what I was purchasing. For such a small store i was surprised on how much of a variety they had. Great place, go for it.

I came in to look at their selection of e-cigs and ask a lot of novice questions. The staff were really helpful, and more importantly, nonjudgemental! It's a little bit of a drive to West Seattle for me so I've gone to a few other b&m e-cig dealers in the Seattle area, but I'll continue to go back to WSSC because of their selection and their staff. They should expand their selection, and range of e-liquid, mount baker vapor liquid would be appreciated, to truly become a great e-cig dealer. Thanks!

Today I went and purchased and new down stem for my bong. I returned home finding out it was the wrong size. I quickly went back and exchanged my stem. I went home finding out again that it was the wrong size. I called speaking with the female that sold me the last two. She said sorry but she wouldn't be able to exchange it again. I asked what should I do? She replied saying I could come back for a third time and buy another. Ive been going here for years and this has never happened. Unfortunately I will never shop here again, due to the poor customer service.

Sold me a fake vapor atomizer for 50$, it leaks everywhere.. when I went in I asked about them and told them I was having issues with my last ones shorting out (they were cheap disposable ones) and they suggested the Nautilus Mini going on about how it never leaks, when I got it home it instantly was leaking after a few puffs. I look up reviews, its literally just a bunch of people saying it leaks everywhere, googles only suggestion when you typed the name of the product in was "flooding"..... I normally dont mind getting a defective product but these people just lie to your face because they have a no return policy. If you buy from here stick to tobacco, they dont have real vaporizors just cheap knock offs (mine had a serial number you can verify, its fake and worth about 15$ not 50$)
