I just moved into Westbound at The Works and I’m already really happy with my experience! The location is very convenient — plenty to do nearby. My unit is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the amenities are great. I had some questions and concerns at the beginning, but the staff was very fast to resolve them and made the process smooth. I’ve worked with Geri, Austin, and Brandon, and they’ve been great to work with.

I just moved a few weeks ago and everything’s been great so far. While I initially choose the location primarily based on proximity to work, I’ve absolutely lucked out with everything else. The Apartment’s been great, neighbors are nice, and parking’s just fine. Being next to the Works is also an awesome plus, there’s a lot of stuff to do. The team also takes great care of the property, things are kept clean and organized, and I’ve felt very safe with the security measures in place. Both Austin and Brandon at the property were also very helpful with getting everything set up for the initial move in process. If you’re looking to move to Atlanta, check this place out.

Westbound at the works had been nothing less than amazing to me . The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially Brandon in the leasing office whom helped me with my moving process . brandon made my experience fantastic from start to finish. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile — whether it was answering questions late in the day or helping me understand lease terms. I’m am very happy and satisfied with my Decision.

Leasing staff are all helpful. Great property to live in! I moved the beginning of the month and so far I haven't had any problems.

Scheduled a tour for 5pm online, was shown a one bedroom model that's in the same space as the leasing office...interesting that other reviews say people were able to take a full tour and there are hard hats present in the leasing office, indicating that tours of the complex are taking place. Austin (the leasing agent) did not offer to allow me to see the pool or the gym even though i asked about what amenities were offered. Just interesting that i wasn't able to tour the entire complex, and actually never stepped foot out of the leasing office for the entirety of the "tour." i even had to ask for a pamphlet because Austin never offered that at least detailed what amenities..what a 2 bedroom would look like (because i very clearly stated that i would like to see both 1 & 2 bedrooms). Won't be back to tour again, no longer interested in living here. Maybe a better place to call home for other people who are the same color as Austin. i couldn't just leave without trying to figure out why there were reviews of people saying they saw the amenities and i didn't. so i went back to ask Austin why the reviews said so. before i walked back to the leasing office i asked one of the workers that were working on the complex and he said they'd been doing plenty of hard hat tours. Austin said we didn't get to tour the complex because my partner was wearing shorts...do with that info what you will but i won't be back.
