First time in Chicago and this mall was the first place we went. Got a nice simple red bag and a book. The nature was so beautiful and they had so many stores.

Sameer Ahmed

Google
Amazing brands, walk through the mall, a lot of variety, ample amount of parking space. Excellent customer service and quality of products.it will take an entire day to just walk through all the stores. Would be tough in the winters, but worth the place to visit and shop. In a few stores there was only 1 attendee which made it long to get checked out with my stuff.

Google
Iv traveled for work n pleasure this is ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IV STAYED IN FOR THE PRICE in a long time. I'll keep it simple if your in area stay hear YOU WONT REGRET it. Everything is like a Hilton without the price

Google
Fantastic outdoor shopping center with great selection of stores and brands to choose from. Very nice and romantic environment to have a walk with someone or on your own. Kids have a playground to keep them distracted and entertained. I’m impressed with the upkeep and the attractiveness that those place has carried throughout the years

Google
Old Orchard Mall is one of the most amazing shopping destinations ever. The stores are fantastic, offering high-end clothing and items that make it a fashionable and delightful place to shop. If you’re looking for trendy and beautiful pieces, this is the place to be. The mall is especially enjoyable from May to November. During these months, you can spend the day strolling around, admiring the beautiful stores and their gorgeous window displays. It’s not just about shopping; it’s an experience you can enjoy even without buying anything. However, during winter, it can get quite chilly, cold, and windy, which makes it less ideal. But in the warmer months, Old Orchard Mall is a beautiful and special place to visit, always adding extra touches to enhance your shopping experience.

Google
Really neat and organized during the weekday. It gets hectic over the weekend and during holidays. Great customer service. Fast check out even in what you may think is an incredibly long line. Absolutely awesome deals. I keep going back.

Google
Still one of my favorite outdoor malls. Love just walking around and wandering on a nice day. The playground is great for little kids. Lots of food options. They still seem to be renovating and keep it updated.

David Britton

Google
Really nice mall with a great atmosphere and great scenery. It’s not your everyday mall. It mostly contains the higher end stores. You most definitely will not find a Five Below or McDonald’s anywhere near here.

Yelp
08/07/24 - If you've never been there Westfield Old Orchard is an outdoor mall. Today it was 75 degrees & Sunny. Absolutely gorgeous day to be outside. Over the years this mall has gone over a number of over hauls bringing in new tenants along w/the old anchor tenants. They have also gone through a variety of restaurants from middle range to some finer food restaurants. Restaurants like Roka Akor, Cheesecake Factory, Nando Peri Peri, Uncle Julio's, Hampton Social & Bar Siena to mention a few. To go along w/these they have a a great selection of stores from their anchor tenants like Macy's, Nordstroms, Apple, a brand new Zara store along w/many other stores. The exterior spaces are beautifully designed w/seating and areas for kids to play. Over all the size isn't huge but it's got a great location w/a large varieties of stores, restaurants & outdoor spaces (during the warmer months). I have been coming here on and off for many years & I feel like they have done a marvelous job on this mall. Beautifully landscaped areas w/shaded areas, trees, flowered areas & seating

Yelp
Going to Westfield mall is always a good time. They have a ton of stores to shop at. Whenever I go, I always feel as if I am out of state shopping somewhere. It's my favorite outdoor mall. They also have plenty of dining restaurants to visit after a long day of shopping. I love the common area where there is seating snd the pond with coy fish. What a nice added touch.

Cheryl T.

Yelp
Being an outdoor mall expect that the parking is going to be difficult on good weather days. The mall seems to turn over a lot of stores, but it does seem to be improving it's retail and restaurant choices. There are a lot of high end stores, and a lot of stores that are up and coming (ex. Vuori, Fabletics, ALO) that don't have any other easy to get to Northwest Suburban locations. So the selection is definitely there. The service needs to be judged separately for each of store. However the additional 1% mall tax on an already high tax area is what is contributing to the lower rating. You can generally find similar stores at other Northwest Illinois shopping areas and you may already get a 5% savings due to lower overall taxes.

Karyn M.

Yelp
I've walked every inch of this mall hundreds of times over and I'm really impressed that it continues to thrive, even as other local malls are dying. Maybe it's proximity but I think it's the mix of familiar stores and new. Trendy restaurants, high end luxury boutiques, one-of-a-kind places, pop-ups...Old Orchard--who are you???? Since this is open-air, you'll get your steps even in inclement weather. I recently went to the Downton Abbey exhibit and now there is a Titanic exhibit, I'm glad to see you taking chances and expanding your horizons, OO. New place Puttshack opening soon? Happy fore you!

Laurynn B.

Yelp
Originally, I had thought that this was your run of the mill suburban mall. However, to my shock it presents itself like a suburban outlets. The stores are separated by beautiful paths with ample sitting room to just enjoy the day. When we went, it was a bright and sunny day and it was nice to meander around the mall. There was a beautiful umbrella art installation that made for a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't visit during the cold winter months, but I'd definitely come back during the spring.

Farzeen

Yelp
The most legendary mall ever simply because it has only improved as time went on. There is now a Louis Vuitton, Arc'teryx, and a couple of other major brands. It's also got a variety of food options. And it's an open campus!

H. P.

Yelp
Great place for shopping, movies, eating and relaxing outdoors if weather permits. Family friendly.

Vuyelwa W.

Yelp
WESTFIELD MALLS - I have always been a fan of Westfield and this was no different! Amazing outdoor mall that pretty much has everything you need! They have great parking and a variety of stores and it's a relaxing atmosphere because you are in the suburbs! They keep it clean and updated! Worth every moment !!

Paul S.

Yelp
The food here is excellent and the service is usually very good. The reason for the 3 star review is the frequent diner program. I dine here frequently and save my points up for my birthday every year do we can ho and use the points for our dinner on my day. But this time, they tell me that I can't use my points on a Saturday. What good are the points if I can't use them when I want. I've earned the points and it shouldn't matter when i use them. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this. I feel this is a very bad policy and terrible customer service. If this is their policy, they should make it clear, not some small print that I still haven't been able to find. I was not happy with my visit.

Sherwin C.

Yelp
With a similar setup to Oakbrook Center, I love the look, feel, and selection available at this shopping center. In recent years, I've been quite impressed with how many more upscale options that are available here. Bar Siena, Roka Akor, The Hampton Social, and Molly's Cupcakes are some of the great dining options available here now with The Capital Grille coming soon as well. On the mid-end there's Shake Shack, Pie Five Pizza, Potbellys, Uncle Julio's Maggiano's, Nando's Peri-Peri, The Cheesecake Factory, and other restaurants available. Though the majority of the shops are fashion centered, there's still other great options for things to do like CMX Luxury Cinema for movies, The Apple Store for Tech, Blank Mason Candle Bar for a fun candle experience, Barnes & Noble for Books, and Crate & Barrel to get all your top quality home goods. Overall, with a mix of everything from luxury retailers down to places to get a good bargain (on nice items), there's something for everyone at Old Orchard.

Barb C.

Yelp
Service was terrible. Empty restaurant but we had to ask for a drink. When we enquired about happy hour the waitress didn't know, had to ask someone else. No one asked if we wanted food. So we had to ask for our check and left.

Araceli C.

Yelp
I just do cardio and window shopping here I don't like the stores lol to expensive for my pocket I just bought coffee maybe forever xx1 but that's it......

Marlin B.

Yelp
DO NOT take photos with the Easter bunny at this mall! It's a scam. They sent me home with a USB with NO pictures in it. When I called and asked what happened they sent me an email with an extremely blurry photo! The worst!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason G.

Yelp
Westfield Malls - amazing outdoor mall. Great parking. Spend a day shopping. I love this shopping center. Really recommend.

Rose Ann M.

Yelp
Came here with my husband and I love the place my sister love that also told him my brother and my mother we will definitely be coming back again. Replace a great atmosphere.

Hilary B.

Yelp
This mall isn't that bad at all. I like the restaurant options. The grounds are kept very clean. High end stores and affordable stores. It is outside and not stuffy. It seems to be filling up with businesses again. It needs some renovations but it isn't overwhelming. There is a large selection of merchandise for a person to shop for at this mall. I have had mostly great customer service experiences. The guests in the mall can be a bit demanding and loud but that is what headphones are for right? I don't do a lot of mall shopping anymore but I do head to Old Orchard for dinner and a few of the popular shops. Starbucks is there and they are usually pretty busy. There is also a medical/professional building within the mall. Parking is ample with covered and an uncovered garage. A bus stop is there as form of transportation for those with no vehicle. They also hold seasonal exhibits which can be fun. I just currently went to the Titanic exhibit they had. It was well staffed and enjoyable.

Kenya H.

Yelp
Nice luxury upscale mall near Chicago. Went by the Luis Vuitton just to see the real thing. The staff was really nice even though they knew our party was just sight seeing. Also browsed Lush, Starbucks and Macy''s. Overall, nice atmosphere and selection of stores for the rich and not rich.

Yelp
Wow, it was such a fun night! I still can't believe that I had won the tickets to go to this Craft Cocktail Festival! It was held in the Westfield Mall in Old Orchard by the cube! I checked in with my guest and we received a punch card with 10 punches for our craft cocktails, a black bracelet to put on our wrists and one raffle ticket for the drawings! There were plenty of cocktails that you can choose from, after you order your drink, you give them the punch card and some vendors didn't even care if you had one or not! There's also a few food vendors like Frontera fresco, Cacao 70, Roka, Nando's, Corner Bakery and Nude Dude Food! These food vendors gave us a small sample to taste and provided menus so you can go to their place! There was the Hampton Rooftop too, I had a chance to go up to the restaurant rooftop and just to check it out, it's right across from Macy's! The Organic Gardener was there too, since they had a huge garden full of flowers, herbs and vegetables right there next to the cube, we got to make a card with dry flowers, it was pretty cool! If you have kids, they have a program for them every Friday at 11:30 until Halloween! So go and check it out! The best part was seeing two chefs (Chef Paul Caravelli and Chef Levatino Harris) competing! They both had one hour to make their dish and everyone get to try it and vote for their favorite chef! At the end of the festival, they had a drawing for 7 huge baskets from different stores, you have to be present to win of course! Thank you again for a very fun evening!

Yelp
Tons of great shops though not a lot of restaurants and bars. Parking can be challenging.

Brian T.

Yelp
Outdoor mall that's always adding the latest and more popular shops. Dog friendly for the most part since it is outside. 2 update movie theaters, small areas for the kids to play and restaurants with patios. This place has it all. They used to have a VR arena but unfortunately they closed. Still they have pretty much everything you could be looking for in onw spot

Rhonda F.

Yelp
I LOVE this shopping center! Coming from downtown Chicago, this shopping experience was so relaxing. Everything was spacious and comfortable. I did not experience a tight squeeze anywhere. Walking from store to store was aesthetically pleasing. Beautifully paved walkways were wide and winding. It was so easy to access the storefronts and the larger departments stores were nicely spread apart. The Koi Pond looks great in all seasons. Right now it is decorated for Christmas with a nice tree and huge ornaments. Parking options are super easy. Street level parking on the east side allows easy access. There is also a parking structure on that side. On the west side there are several levels of parking all along the shopping center. All parking is complimentary which is always nice. So many traditional stores are represented at this mall. But there are also many specialty and designer shops as well. The Nespresso store had everything I needed which was fantastic. I also stopped into Bath & Body Works to buy tons of hand soap and candles. There are a great variety of restaurants to choose from when you want to take a break from shopping or if you want to visit specifically for dining. There are casual, smaller spots and larger places too. Hampton Social even has a rooftop! Sip 22 Coffee Lounge is super convenient for a quick coffee. They offer tasty crepes as well. Overall, I found Old Orchard Shopping Center to be easily accessible with plenty of stores to choose from. The staff that assisted me at various stores were all very professional and personable. I highly recommend visiting for so many reasons.

Yelp
Be aware ... Village of Skokie raised the sales tax on retail to 11.25%. Restaurant tax is 13.25% Insane taxation is you asked me. I'll shop and eat elsewhere.

Linda B.

Yelp
Looking for things to do during Covid we decided to take a ride to Skokie Illinois today. And, I am sure glad we did! This Hass to be one of my favorite malls in the Midwest. Water fountains, vegetation, wide variety of boutiques and excellent restaurants. What more is there to want? I am so glad they added water to one of the fountains as I've always imagined how much more beautiful it would be with running water. The pond with the coy fish is also a classy touch. Nespresso boutique? They've got it Bloomingdale's? It's there. Sur La Tab awesome since we lost ours in town due to the virus.

Chris L.

Yelp
I went to the food court here and bought some food to eat. There are a lot of people and there are only a few vacant tables and chairs to sit in. I bought a slice of cheesecake, pasta, chicken burger, milktea, bottle water and chocolate muffle. I put my books on my table so no one sits there. Cheese was totally lit. It was soft, cheesy and sweet. I like it. I can't get enough of it. Pasta was cooked nicely. It was saucy and it had a great taste. Chicken burger was also good. The chicken was juicy and a little bit crunchy. The bun was not oily so it did a good job. I bought milk tea and it tastes sweet since I ordered Taro milk tea. I choose 100% sugar level. Chocolate muffle was my favorite. It was soft and also chocolatey. I love it. Overall I enjoy eating the food.

LeShonne S.

Yelp
I don't do malls, but when I do, I'll make the trip out to the Old Orchard Mall. Westfield is an open-air mall with lots of stores. The restaurants make an effort to provide outdoor seating. This spot also has amenities for the kiddos. Clean bathrooms and lots of flowers and trees too.

Otto V.

Yelp
Dating back to the 1950s, this is one of the oldest shopping malls in the Chicago area. And the country. Nevertheless, over the years, this mall has found a way to reinvent itself, and remain current and relevant, by expansion and renovation. With about 140 stores, most major chain retailers can be found here; including anchors like Macy's, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. This is really a one stop mall, among the amenities includes: Movie theaters, hair salons. Sit down restaurants, optometrists, and a medical center. They don't have the average food court, with the generic fare found in most malls; instead, restaurants are sprinkled like pixie dust throughout the mall. Off the street and garage parking is plentiful, and surround the mall, which makes it convenient when you are just visiting a particular store. But what I like the most is that this an outdoor mall, where promenade style corridors are decorated with gardens, art, playgrounds and changing exhibits or occasional art fairs. I particularly enjoy it during the Christmas season; the holiday decorations, the Christmas lights, people rushing from store to store; it's magic!

Stacy K.

Yelp
I love this mall, it has almost any store you can think of plus places to eat. They even have an area called the cube where you can relax, stay warm and charge your phone. This mall is amazing and I love visiting it every chance I get. They have a Sephora, Nordstrom's, Tiffany & Co, almost any store you can imagine is here. Every employee I have come across here has been extremely helpful and courteous. This is a great mall for families with children as well as single adults looking to get out and have some fun. Defintely check this mall out if you're ever in the area, you won't regret it.

Kim S.

Yelp
My friend and I went to this shopping center yesterday. She's with her daughter and I came with my son. We only used one car so it would not be a hassle to drive and park. We took so long to park our car since there was no space in their parking lot. We just waited for about 15 minutes before one car left. After we park our car we get out of the car. Our kids were so excited since there is a play area outside. We came here in the afternoon so we expected that there would be a lot of people here. At first we planned to eat first but our kids wanted to play. There are restaurants near the play area. We will choose a restaurant that has a dining area outside so we can have a view of our kids who played. After an hour, we went to a restaurant and ate our orders. Our kids did not enjoy the food in the restaurant but they enjoyed playing in the play area.

Neola C.

Yelp
I invited my friend out to chill and we went to Westfield Old Orchard. When I arrive it's too crowded because it's already afternoon. After a couple of minutes he arrived. She was with her daughter because her husband was at work. There is a food stall outside and a table for dining. We ordered some pork and chicken tacos, jester juice, bread, pasta and salad. While waiting in our order her daughter enjoyed playing in the kids play area. They also have a train ride for kids and big legos. While her daughter was enjoying it, we went to a stall that sold different kinds of flowers and plants. It's near the kids play area so we still keep an eye on her child. The flowers are fresh and well taken care of. They also have some herbs. It's already night but the atmosphere was peaceful. They have a huge Christmas tree and the trees there were full of light. It's perfect for a date. We enjoyed it a lot and her daughter was so happy and enjoyed it. I highly recommend this mall.

Angela S.

Yelp
It's summer summer summertime when the Monday night car show comes to town. Finally the weather was beyond amazing and we made it out so my hubby could revisit his past and celebrate muscle car madness. What a great collection of cars...I was impressed! I'm not much of a muscle car fanatic, but these cars were pretty, fabulously loud, and I love the smell of a revved up engine. Food trucks onsite, so we grabbed tacos at Riobamba (separate taco review to come) and Jester Juice lemonade. Live music, raffle prizes, and just a super chill time. Each week has a different car theme. Can't wait to go back.

Slim M.

Yelp
Fading a bit like all malls, but great selection of stores and restaurants. I wish they would do more winter dining outside, add plastic-sided tents for 1-4 tables each, add strings of Italian lights for romantic aura, have catering or delivery by all mall restaurants who want to participate and take advance reservations. Dress code like "black tie Fridays" or something. I'm tired of cooking

Jessica S.

Yelp
I seriously love this mall so much. I don't even love all of the stores here, but I personally love the area, the decoration, the idea of it being outdoors, and the aesthetic. This seems to be a more upscale mall, and it is gorgeous, especially during the holiday season when they put a beautiful light-up Christmas tree near Forever 21. I have been coming here since I was young, but because it is not the closest mall to me, I do not come here as often as I would love to. The mall has some great stores, specifically Lush, Clark Street Sports, Free People, Nordstrom, Macy's, Timberland, North Face; this mall also has some pretty good restaurants (like Uncle Julio's, though they normally have terrible service). The mall is decently-sized and there are some cool amenities, such as a movie theater in here, as well as a place where you can take cooking classes. They have plenty of parking here, though sometimes it gets confusing with some of the parking garages, so I normally try to find parking near Uncle Julio's or Buffalo Wild Wings.

Bradley W.

Yelp
I had a bad day yesterday so I decided to come here. Since I'm too lazy to cook in the morning , I planned to eat my breakfast in the food court. Foodcourt has a cheaper price compared to restaurants. I ate sandwiches and pancakes and for my drinks was hot coffee and a bottle of drink. I enjoyed the food that I ordered. After that I decided to watch some movies so I bought a ticket. The movie was a comedy so I found myself laughing and enjoying the movie. It was already lunch and I'm not starving yet so I went to the arcade. I bought a token and played every game they had. I'm having fun here. After that I went again to the food court and ate. Overall I enjoy being here and my bad mood turns into a good mood.

Howard L.

Yelp
First time coming to this mall. Originally I wanted to visit a local dead mall just because they've somewhat become my hobby but we came here instead because I've never been here before and I just love visiting malls. This place is really beautiful! It's a shame that I came here on an ugly snowy day. This mall is outdoor which I never knew (because I never bothered to look up the mall beforehand) which was really cool, it's all one floor besides going into the big box retail outlets which may have multiple floors. Firstly this is one of the largest malls that I have ever been too which in my opinion is good Because I love going in and exploring stores I've never heard of. It's got a cheesecake factory too. It's got great wall art from that rising well know street artist from Chicago that draws yellow bears (can't think of his name). it's got a great variety of stores. 90% of the stores are occupied which is awesome. The only things that I didn't like about this place was parking for one. Don't ever bother going to the first floor. It's always more easier to just go to the second floor and park near the elevator. The walkway was super slick and slippery because of the snow and Ice that was accumulating throughout the day. It's convenient that the yellow line is near by and you can have access to CTA and PACE busses as well. Definitely recommend this mall

Ethan T.

Yelp
This is my favorite outdoor shopping center based solely on my preferences. It's not horrendously big. I can walk around, window shop and get some exercise. There have been many changes over the years so it's kind of a mystery coming here. I never know what store has closed and what has opened in it's place. It's an interesting place to people watch if that's your thing. Very clean and well-maintained outdoor area. Lots of lights and seating areas. Food and drink available if you need to grab a quick bite. The common areas are so beautifully decorated. Highly recommended spot for holiday shopping. Love the variety of stores and the cleanliness and visual appeal of the surroundings. As someone who doesn't live in the area and only goes there on rare occasions it would be helpful to have more maps of the layout available. The outside mall is still amazing as it was 40 years ago when me and friends rode are Schwinn bicycles threw the outside mall and visit.Doctors there are today the best on the planet after my wife had a tooth pulled. I would say they should update the bathrooms but otherwise great. The main fountain has a great vibe with the repurpose to be a huge planter (see pic I submitted). Lots of fresh shops for eating and the parking garages on each side of the mall make it really easy to access the shops you desire quickly without long walks from a huge parking lot. It was nice, but the number of shops is quite limited. Go there if you know where you want to go, but if you're casually shopping it will go quick.

Lisa L.

Yelp
Really liked this mall. Lots of high end stores. We went to chill bubble tea and had the Thai tea with tapioca and Also had a lemonlicious with lychee jelly while walking around. Social distancing was easy since there is decent space between all stores. We did notice a few stores were still closed when we went. Easy parking.

Karma M.

Yelp
Lots of walking to do here, and on the weekends 2022 it seems there are lots of live performers and musicians. It's cool! Yeah for music. I love the malls of America

Becca D.

Yelp
This is a solid mall. It has some good anchor stores ( Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Macy's) and great specialty stores (apple, lulu lemon, tiffany's, llbean, and tumi to name a few). The stores are all a pretty decent size and you have the luxury of everything being in one place. It's pretty big so you may have to walk a little. My only qualms are that it's outdoors and lack of a central food court. They used to have a food court back in the day (we are talking early 2000s) but they now have smaller fast casual places scattered throughout (like shake shack and frontera). We went here the other day and walked from one end of the mall to the other. It was a pretty unpleasant stroll because of the wind. We had to pop in and out of stores to take a break from the elements, but hey maybe that is what they are going for.

J-Whit W.

Yelp
We had not been at the Uncle Julio's at Old Orchard in some time. My wife and I stopped in after some shopping. The table side guacamole was fabulous and customized exactly how we wanted it. I order the chicken fajitas with mesquite. With out a doubt the best I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant. My with enjoyed delicious fish tacos. We both enjoyed a very unique margarita called El Jafe ( limit 2 for a reason). The dash of Ancho Reyes-ancho Chile liqueur makes it extraordinary without being overly spicy. We had the good fortune to meet Mike Sellmeyer as our waiter. He did a excellent job connecting the back of the restaurant experience (real from scratch fresh only Ingredients) with the front-end (overall customer experience) It won't be long before he's running the place. He's a seasoned professional and gets the essential combination of a complete customer experience. I'll bet he runs the place at some point.

Eli M.

Yelp
We came here to buy new clothes and shoes for my baby. She's getting bigger and bigger day by day. And her shoes, sandals and clothes do not fit anymore to her. My grandma will take care of our baby as of now while we buy her new clothes. We came here early to get home early. We buy our first sandals and shoes here. It looks cute to her and perfectly fits her since my wife knows her size. Then we went to the selection of clothes for kids to buy dresses, shirts and blouses. We bought a lot with a different design. It is also cute to her. Then we buy a skirt, shorts and pants. We choose cute and cool designs. By 3 pm we came home and we bought everything we needed for our baby.

Doug S.

Yelp
Beautiful shopping center with plentiful parking... awesome stores for everyone...really landscaped and designed beautifully. Great security too. Fun n relaxing experience every time I'm there.

Liam J.

Yelp
This is Formerly Old Orchard Shopping Center. The place was very comfortable, clean and had many decorations. This is a nice shopping mall, a really nice outdoor mall with upscale shops and brands. They also have play space for the kids. Old Orchard is constantly reinventing itself. The security roams the mall as well as local police to keep the place safe. It is fun to see children enjoying playing in the playground at the mall. They have gardens and wonderful fountains to enjoy in the summer. There's a short train ride for children using railroad cars on wheels. There is much to explore at the rooftop dining place. This place is the best place for your family. You will definitely admire this, you will never regret it if you want to go to this mall.

Dayanna B.

Yelp
One of the best outdoor malls I've ever been too. Great stores, spacious sidewalks, lots of eateries, clean, and well-kept. Parking can be a challenge! Stores include Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, Forever 21, Gap, Nordstrom's, LL Bean, Crate and Barrel, and over 140 more.

Gosia C.

Yelp
Last night I came here with my friends to have a dinner. The view outside are so chilling and amazing. They have a full light in their trees and a big Christmas trees filled with decorations and light. The atmosphere and view is perfect for the romantic date. They have many tables and chair outside to dine in. Lot of stall are selling different kinds of foods. We sit outside to enjoy the view. While waiting to our order, some of my friends are playing in the playground. I didn't get along with them playing leggo and go on slides because I'm busy taking picture to them. I'm so happy that they enjoy a lot here in this mall. About the food that we ordered it was so good and they like it so much. We planned to dinner again here next next week.

Lori W.

Yelp
I was a bit late to meet up with my friends. Last week we planned to come here and yesterday we were here. They were all at the restaurant and waited for me before they ordered. We ordered food that was good for 5 people. Our order came for about 15 minutes. The rood was totally good. We enjoy our food and our lunch. The price was totally expensive since the restaurant was high class and elegant. After we ate our lunch we went shopping. They bought a lot while I only bought a blouse and pants since it is the only thing that I need. I saved enough money since those two were at a discount and on sale. We spend more hours before we go home. I can say that we enjoy staying here.

Yelp
All right, I've been to a lot of malls in my day. This is a really strange mall. I've been to some outdoor malls before but this layout didn't make sense at all. Someone mentioned it was like a snake, and I'm inclined to agree. Also, Chicago weather is... not suitable for outdoor malls. It's pretty hot and muggy in the summer at times, and in the winter it's like the Arctic. I am not sure what the developers were thinking. Anyway there's an interesting mix of stores here. I was surprised to see a Lord and Taylor since I usually don't see these outside of New York. They also have a Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom here. There is no central food court, but there are random (but few) eateries scattered throughout. I spent some time browsing stores like Gap, Forever 21, Zara, etc. but didn't buy anything.

Yelp
My brother is a top student in their section. He is also one of the students that get a dean list to their school. I'm so very proud of him so I just wanna give him a simple present. And I decided to go to this mall to look for some shoes to bought. I know his size so Im easy to buy his shoes. I found cool shoes on one of the store. It has a color of gray, white and black. The combination was really good that can make it looks pretty cool. It has a lightweight not compare to shoes that he have. It also looks durable. Im sure my brother will like this since he loves shoes. The price of it was little bit expensive but you will not be disappointed to this shoes.

Yelp
Old Orchard used to be 'my' mall. It was literally right across from my high school. It was where me and my friends went after school, on ditch days, to see films, have a nice dinner out, where my family went shopping or went for a quick bite-- it was THE place to be. As time has passed, I've seen Old Orchard change and not solely for the better. Old Orchard is still a pretty solid place to go if you're looking for a nice walk around an outdoor mall. On a sunny day with little humidity, it can make for a good break in your day. Old Orchard prides itself on luxury stores and brands, which is why you'll see a lot of them while walking the mall. They have stores like Anthropologie, Apple, Rolex, Tiffany's, Coach, Dry Goods, Francesca's, Lush, White/Black, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, Pandora, Michael Kors and Sur La Table, to name a few. (All stores I'd love to be able to afford, but can't!) There are also mall staples, like Bath and Bodyworks, Auntie Anne's, Barnes and Noble (reviewed here on Yelp) and Claires, of course, but many of the stores are more high end than you may expect. There's also a movie theater (because no mall is complete without one). For the hungry, there are a lot of options. Cacao 70 Sweet House looks pretty divine and I wouldn't mind hitting up Chill Bubble Tea on a warm day! I would highly recommend Shake Shack. Shake Shack is delicious, albeit a little expensive. (I've reviewed it here on Yelp!) You can't go wrong with Potbelly's, either, or sit down restaurant Uncle Julio's. Here's a few of the things that knocked this mall from 5 stars to 3. First, it's basically clothing/fashion accessory stores. I'd love to see some stores that play on pop culture, toys or more 'fun' products. (I miss when they had The Museum Store, Warner Bros and FAO!) Second, the area is getting a bit troubling. I can't say I'd wander around the mall alone at night, myself, because of the crime rates going up in and around the mall. Always lock your car when you're in the parking lot and be watchful of who's around you when you are in/around the mall. That's basically all I have to say about Old Orchard. I hope you enjoy your visit to this outdoor mall!

Yelp
Great atmosphere & several retail/ restaurant options! Has healthy food options, as well as some good old chicken wings at Buffalo Wild Wings! The mall has probably over 100 stores to shop at, many of which I haven't been able to find at other malls. The mall is catered to all audiences, including kids, as there are play areas around the mall as well.
