I went here after getting off of work and was able to find exactly what I was looking for for a great price! I also was able to get a great manicure at the nail shop that’s at the entrance! Overall, I like how organize clean and for the most part quiet the mall was. I’m definitely gonna be going back.

Westfield Wheaton – Westfield Wheaton is one of the most convenient and well-rounded shopping centers in the D.C.–Maryland area. It has an excellent mix of major retailers, smaller boutiques, restaurants, and essential services, all under one roof. The mall is spacious, clean, and well maintained, with wide walkways and plenty of seating areas that make it comfortable to spend time in. The parking situation is surprisingly easy compared to many other malls in the region — there’s always space available, and the garages are well lit and clearly marked. The variety of stores is impressive: from Macy’s and Target to Best Buy and H&M, plus a solid food court offering everything from quick snacks to full meals. I especially appreciate how the management has kept the mall lively with seasonal decorations, events, and small pop-up shops that add character. Security presence is visible, which makes the atmosphere feel safe even during busy weekends. Overall, Westfield Wheaton offers a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience without the overcrowded chaos of larger malls. I had a great shopping experience at Macy's in Wheaton Plaza. The store is all decorated in Holiday cheer & great selection of anything you might want as a holiday gift or just in general. The atmosphere in the store in all departments I went in where definitely in the Christmas Spirit. Lots of things on sale, & helpful staff. Macy's is a one Stop shopping experience. So I am certain you will find something for yourself or others & don't forget the after Christmas sales/ mark downs too. Happy Shopping to all & Happy Holidays 😀.

Huge place to get anything you want in one stop. Lots of restaurants to choose over. Good location. Huge parking spot.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Like other reviewers have stated, over half of stores are closed with their gates down. The mall was supposed to had open well over two hours ago and a lot of the stores are still closed. Four of them were actual stores I wanted to go to, and it was a complete waste of my time and gas. One guy inside of the gate lying saying they had a flood in their store when it’s probably due to workers not showing up just like all the other stores with their gates down and closed. Then a third of the mall is empty, with stores that used to be here. This mall is so unprofessional and one of the worst places I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. They don’t ever have to worry about me coming back. I should’ve gone to Montgomery Mall, which is right down the street or even Tysons. Both of them are metro accessible for those who don’t drive. Much better stores and much more professional. This mall has become an absolute disgrace.

It felt so nice to be in a mall that still has open stores. So many meals feel like they're dying out but this was thriving. Great day at Westfield!

This is my Favorite mall and that Costco store there is a top tier Costco outlet. The employees go above and beyond to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and fun. They always try to go an extra mile to help you find the items that you are looking for. If you have money, please buy Costco stocks. They will never go bankrupt. ❤️

Westfield Wheaton Mall is a lively shopping destination with a great mix of stores, dining options, and entertainment. All and all, this is a decent mall to visit if you kind of want to do all your shopping all at once. With that, this is the first mall I have been to that I have ever seen a Costco as an anchor store. Having a Costco really helps make this mall an all in one shopping destinations. What sticks out most to me here was the parking. Specifically the parking garage. I was lost when I pulled into the garage portion and ended up parking near what looks like a storage area for construction needs. What compounded this was that where I parked, I was kind of like between two entrances. I know, I could have chose to not park here, but listen, it was raining and I was being extra. Once I figured out which way in this maze I wanted to go, I ended up inside and on my way to some retail therapy. I really didn't need to come here and spend money, but I did it anyway. I took my time making my laps here to view all the stores inside. I went one way and then changed floors and continued. It was a few hours before I finished roaming around here and it was a pleasant way to spend a portion of my day.

Just your local big mall. They have a huge food court, JCPenny, Costco, Macys, Target, and other smaller stores like Footlocker, Windsor, Aeropostale, and much more. The stores here are all affordable compared to Tysons mall and Montgomery mall in which these malls have high-end expensive stores and expensive brands. They have an amazing perfume section at Macys. The store is clean, however, the bathrooms could always use some work cause they stink and are messy. A diverse mall but has more Hispanics and Black people. They have a CVS near by. Wheaton train station is also very close by. Lots of deals all the time as well

So I like this place I go hear a bunch of times because it's near my house I went to this soccer store I have never seen it and great clothing! Overall 5 stars

Standard mall. Nothing glamorous or exciting. Back in the day, this was maybe a step up from City Place (I'm a MOCO girl from long time). Would occasionally hear about a stabbing here so my mom would forbid me from coming here. I think since they've added the Costco, the traffic here has increased and that's good for business. This isn't my go to mall, but there are a few stores I like here if I need a cheap party dress or accessories (Forever 21, Olive Ole, and Charlotte Russe). I like that the movie theater was renovated and they added the Bar Louie. This isn't my go to mall, but it gets the job done.

I was excited to see a new restaurant that had Japanese food across the aisle from Costco yesterday. I noticed they were promoting dishes with teriyaki, but I don't eat that much sugar so I asked if they had something else and then looked through the menu and did not know that the shrimp I chose was going to have teriyaki sauce. I also asked for no rice, because I eat mostly low-carb. I was given a very generous portion of vegetable mix as the bed for the seafood the mix contained mostly cabbage plus broccoli, and maybe some other things in it as I watched, they squirted oil on it a few times, and I don't like to eat seed oils, such as canola sunflower, Soy or Other vegetable oils, because they are inflammatory. I prefer avocado, olive or coconut oil. I ended up taking it home instead of eating there, and washing in a colander, and then reheating it in my own wok and I added my own generic Asian sauce to give it some flavor. It was fresh and good, but I don't think it was worth the effort of trying to avoid their seed oils by washing and reheating it myself. Next time I may try something different. If I can't avoid the oil, I will just skip this restaurant. I was really hoping for more authentic Japanese food, but this was the kind of food you could get almost anywhere. I wrote this review for the new Japanese restaurant Sarku, but it's more difficult to use Yelp on the phone so it ended up somehow in the generic Wheaton mall topic. I will try to move it later.

I wish Wheaton Mall better monitored the practices of its kiosks. I visited the "Phone Repair Shop" kiosk at Wheaton Mall on 8/27/23 and I had the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced and I purchased a cell phone case and a charging cable. I later found out that these items/services were grossly overpriced and that I was cheated by the man at this kiosk. I was chaged $60 to change the battery in my iPhone 6 (this was not even an Apple brand battery) when it should have cost $45 or less, I was charged $25 for a iPhone 6 case when this should have cost less then $5 and I was charged $30 (yes $30!) for a charging cord (that wasn't even an Apple brand cord) that should have cost less than $3. The man at the kiosk has manipulative selling tactics and he refused to give me a refund for the cable and case even after I pointed out how he charged me 10x the price for some of the items. He refused to give me his name or anything. Please do not visit this kiosk. I wish Wheaton Mall would better monitor who it allows to have kiosks. It seems that the kiosks can charge whatever they want and treat customers however they want without any consequences or oversight.

Has it come to this... I'm reviewing a mall... not one particular store... but a mall in general. That's kinda like reviewing humans as a species... they're pretty unique and special individually... but as a collective whole... we're kinda stupid. Does that make sense? No. Well... I don't know where I'm going with this. This mall is pretty basic as it comes btw. It had a target and a Costco which is what i usually come here for. The Sarku is pretty good here. Surprisingly, Spencer's is still around. This hasn't been upgraded as much as Montgomery Mall and seems like a memory trip back to the late 90s. 3 stars. Ain't bad... but it's also nothing special...

Revisited the mall yesterday just to run in and grab my birthday gift from JCPenny's Sephora! It wasn't very busy at all after the New Year's like I had thought it would be with all the huge discounts and sales going on after the holidays. Still, everyone is doing a great job social distancing and wearing masks.

This was my first time coming to Wheaton. I'm typically a Tyson's type of gal. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure it was crowded but it was a Sunday afternoon. There were ample stores that I could actually find affordable clothing in. The H&M here is amazing! Everything is so organized and it's very large in comparison to Lake Forest. I was able to navigate the aisles freely and purchase my clothes with no problem. The Olive Ole here is HUGE! This is more of a trendy fashion nova type store. I used to frequent the one off of Little River Turnpike in VA so I was sooo happy to see one in a mall! Most of their clothes I would never wear but if you look hard enough you can find some gems at a very low price. The Macy's also shocked me. Usually they are small with frumpy dress clothing but I actually found some seriously cute work clothes here. If you're looking for a new bag, Michael Kors, is an designed as it gets. I didn't have time to check the other department stores. Parking was a pain and a little confusing. I ended up parking by Macy's & Target. How great that a mall also has a Target? Love it! I'll definitely be back to check out more stores! This may end up being my go to mall.

We were loyal customers to JCP. My wife and my daughter (5 years old) went to JCP to buy Fathers' day stuffs at the Wheaton MD location on last Friday and in between my daughter ranaway into the food court and her mom tried to get her at the gate but the alarm made a sound. The security guard disrespectfully hold my wife and daughter. My wife tried to explain the situation, but they disrespectfully mistreated my wife and 5yrs old daughter, SAD! We decided to return back the JCP credit card and cancel our membership with JCP, Costco & LA fitness!!!

Since moving to Silver Spring MD in August of 2021 this mall has probably become my most frequent retail destination. This mall is a very busy place because of all of the popular stores on the malls 2 floors and the anchor stores that are attached to it. For starters there is Target & Costco. My daughter & son-in-law have a Costco membership. Their brand is called Kirkland. We have tried a lot of their large and prepackaged multi pack healthy meats including the sausage, hamburger & chicken. The price of the sausage is very good and the flavor is great. Their pizzas with cauliflower crust were smaller, not as tasty & a bit more expensive. My daughter often buys large containers of fresh berries at Costco & yet they still seem to disappear fast. They are very popular with my 2 grandchildren. And we can't forget the Kirkland toilet paper. Two other anchor stores I like here is Target and Dicks! It was at Dicks that I found myself a good quality pair of swim goggles for under $20 when everywhere else they were almost gone & $40 in the middle of August. As for Target I find almost everything I use on a daily basis here and at very good prices from produce, dairy, Homegoods & snacks to clothing! They have a lot of great sales also in addition to the Circle discounts and the 5 percent Target card discount! Macy's is another anchor store. At the T-Mobile store I had friendly & fast service when going there for a T-Mobile Tuesday promo event. The food court has a great variety of fast food options including Popeyes. With a separate entrance from the parking lot your order pickup can be quick & easy when your on the the go! My The grandchildren age 3 and 5 have enjoyed the mall play area when the weather is rainy and cold! There is a total of 183 stores here in all including a covid 19 vaccination and testing station, DSW Shoes, Claire's, GameStop, Finish Line, JC Penney and a Hershey's Ice Cream store. Target opens early at 8 am but the other stores don't open until 10 am. There are several parking lots so parking is usually not difficult but recently they put a row of truck trailers in a section of the Costco/Target lot which is the busiest one making the parking more complicated. Not my favorite mall, but it is improving. I mainly come just for Target. Last week On a Sunday afternoon, I actually walked around inside the mall. There are some stores worth perusing, but I prefer Westfield Montgomery. There are some major safety concerns here. I've come for the Costco pizza slices (no membership needed!) and Auntie Anne's pretzels (my Achilles heel). The food court doesn't really wow me. There is ample parking, except near Costco. I usually park outside Target which has entry into the mall.

Pretty standard mall. Wheaton's shopping center is more likely to have deals and cheaper prices compared to the other malls in the area. I don't like coming here that often because it is just so crowded. They have a Target, JCPennys, Macy's, and Costco here. There's a chipotle, Nandos, and Panera to eat at. One perk is that you can eat at the Costco food court even if you do not have a membership. If you are not coming to shop in Costco make sure you park by JCPennys it is less of a mess there.

I worked through out the mall and was impress to see that many of the major stores are still in operation. It's great to still have a full function mall.

3/7/21 Time to explore the possibilities at Wheaton Mall. From what I have seen, the mall is fairly crowded with lots of teenagers dressing how I remember seeing some kids back in my day. Mask coverings were enforced, but every so often people like Donald Trump did not wish to wear their masks at all or wear them correctly. For the most part the mall fine and it felt a little strange to be around so many of my brothers and sister. Guess you could say I am use to being one the few and the proud (I am not talking about the Marines ) black men in mostly white areas. Guess part of my up bring has stayed with me. I did notice a lot if jewelry places in this mall. Most of the jewelry was flashy and unwanted to me. Still I admire the work that went into these pieces of jewelry. There is one section of the mall I did not see, because the mall was closing. It was where the target area is. I will check it out next time I visit. Maybe see the movie theater too. Finally on three separate occasions people seemed to thing I was an employee or a manager of the stores I visited. Guess wearing all back and carrying yourself well makes a difference. I did help the people who had questions to the best of my abilities.

This was not my first visit to Westfield Wheaton. We usually stop by on the way to some other mall or restaurant. There is one specific store that my daughter likes, so we usually stop by to see if they have anything new and appealing. The mall appeared visually clean. However, I find this mall very interesting. I have been to other Westfield locations, but this one is kind of basic. The first time we walked around and saw people pushing Target shopping carts within the mall was different. I found that kind of different because that is not what I am used to. As we neared the store, there was a horrible smell in the vicinity. The open space smelled like a dirty mall bathroom. We all smelled it. It was not pleasant and considering that the food court is only a short distance away made the thought of the odor even worse. I am certainly in no hurry to return.

This mall is pretty basic. It has a Macy's and JC Penney, as well as a Costco and Target attached to it. It's a good mall to get the basic things you need, but you wouldn't come here for high end stores like Bloomingdales or Nordstrom. They used to have a Filipino restaurant in the mall, but that closed down and so I don't come here often anymore. Now, I'm not sure why, but it seem to be the case that whenever I go to Wheaton the prices seem a tad cheaper than the same items in other stores across town. That said, I like going to this mall for formal wear that I'll only use one time. There are several stores here that sell gowns for fairly inexpensive. I also go to Wheaton for Costco. It is a little bit of a pain because it seems to always be more crowded than other Costco's. It might be due to the fact that you have to fight for parking in a parking garage and then still trek inside the mall to get to the Costco. I would rate Wheaton mall a solid three stars.

One of the many slowly dying shopping malls barely struggling to survive. Place is kind of nasty tbh. Very small and lots of empty store fronts. Only reason to come here would be Target or Costco which are attached. Otherwise I'd recommend steering clear.

Wheaton mall... this is like my childhood mall. Literally been coming to this mall for over 15 years (and I'm only 24!). Compared to most malls, it's not the fanciest (there's currently barbed wire fence wrapped around JC Penney!) or the largest, the bathrooms are pretty filthy too. but this mall is convenient, there's typically always parking, lots of restaurants located at the mall. There's a Costco, Giant, and target as well. I love that they have a lot of affordable clothing stores such as Charlotte Russe, h&m, forever 21, papaya and olive ole. I wish they had a Nordstrom unfortunately. There's 2 levels, everything is pretty easy to find! There's a about 2 food courts which i really like. One by the JCP upstairs and another by the Costco upstairs. This mall is an OG and i will continue to visit here for any quick needs.

Suburban shopping malls are somewhat of an anachronism at this point. Wheaton is old school, with a bunch of generic chains. It's pretty accessible with a Metro stop nearby as well as abundant parking. I've come here a few times over the years hunting for various things, but I've rarely found them, including this last time when I came looking for a phone-even checking online inventory beforehand-to find my carrier was out of stock. The food here isn't much and it's a bit of a depressing place, really. I wouldn't go here by choice.

Local mall in my area. Westfield's offers a variety of shopping and dining options. Costco, DSW, and Bar Louie are amongst the options available to you.

WARNING: Fruitflies the Size of Helicopters. The entire food court and Panera bread is infested with huge fruitflies hovering over your eating air space. Drinks or food with dark specs is not a good sign. The cleaning staff that change out the trash bins do their best, but's there not much they can do. The huge flies hang around the back of cooking areas and soda fountains. Yet, its the Westfield mall management that allows this infestation, since each restaurant can not eradicate this alone. So disgusting. Westfield management should eat at the food court and see how many times they have to swat flies like the rest of the patrons.

This place is ok! Not super interesting. The stores are not that good but it's a ok place to hang out with your family

This is the nearest mall to me love the Costco and that there bringing back the theatre and improved, however the family bathroom is discussing!!! There are small children using this bathroom a they should clean more often and most of the sinks don't even work. The chairs for breastfeeding are the most hardest chairs in the world, so uncomfortable. You should really think more about us mommys.

(I'm going to talk about the mall overall, not individual stores b/c this is the Yelp page for the whole mall.) {TL;DR version: Good variety of restaurants and affordable stores; "atmosphere" is not the best} - Convenient because the variety of store types allows me to do several errands in one place, it's Metro accessible, and free public WiFi is available - Lots of choices for food and cheap women's clothes. - Mostly sells low-end to mid-range products. If you want to buy high-end products, you'll have better luck at Montgomery Mall or Tyson's. - I enjoy looking at the art by kids in local schools that's often on display. - Kiosk workers, especially Barbizon, are particularly annoying and aggressive IMO compared to other malls - There's a problem of individuals soliciting money/business within stores. (ex. In a clothing store someone, tried to get me to pay for a palm reading... ) - In my experience, there are many employees will leave you alone unless *you* come to *them* (not a negative for me but I know it is for some), some that are more outgoing, and none that are actively rude. - Many families come here w/ small kids and a lot (not all!) let their kids run amok. These kids almost collide w/ others b/c they run wild through the aisles/halls w/o paying attention to their surroundings. - The mall train and "Animal Riders" are in an annoying location IMO because they block aisles/halls that people are trying to walk through. Overall, despite its problems, this mall still gets 3 stars for having a Dippin' Dots and for being a reliable place to get different types of things in one stop. When I am looking for the most basic version of something for cheap I can count on this mall.

This mall has come a long way! It has great anchor stores here. Macy's, Target, Costco (yes, in a mall!), DSW, and JC Penney. This mall literally gets a higher rating from me because I can run more errands at once than just getting a new outfit. The food court here is pretty decent, but the food options go way beyond that. There is a Panera, Nandos (yesss... that is a whole separate review of yum!), Chipolte, and more. And to make things even better, you can get Costco food without having to step into Costco. The food area is outside the store, no card required. The play area does get over crowded....and yeah... it kind of smells like feet some days. Second thought, the whole mall gets crowded some days. The parking can also be a bit of a joke (Dont park by Costco unless you need to). Other than that, it's everything you need all in one place. So yeah, I'll take the extra five minutes to find a parking spot. And I don't mind the extra people walking around, because I just knocked out half of my errands in one trip and even had a decent lunch.

Kinda dry but has my favorite stores in it and food so I come here to shop! What happened to the forever 21 though? I was shock they took it away but other than that I like this mall it's boogie but it has my favorite stores!

It's alright. I go here for the Target and young clothing stores. It's madness during the weekend with every family bringing their rugrat kids who scream and run around the stores. The crowd is mostly families, teenagers, and 20s.

This Westfield is so different from the other Westfields. Most of the outlets here didn't even look sufficiently interesting to walk in. We came on a Friday evening -- the parking lot was jam-packed, and mall was super crowded. The only store we ended up going to was a Target and the Starbucks in the Target. The food court, however, is huge with a wide range of options.

this Mall brings many many memories for me. I've seen so many changes over the last 30 years. I used to hang out with the employees running that old music store... The original one back in the 90s. I've been going here since 1992. Yeah. Some of the stores and employees are nasty *ahem* SEPHORA - but mostly good place here at the mall.

Wheaton mall is the closest fairly big mall to where I live, they have a decent food court, some big stores and brands like Costco, j. Penny, Macy, target and many more. Depends where you have entered entered from the parking sometimes can be challenging. If you're looking to hangout somewhere and have fun this is not the place but if you're shopping you'll definitely find something.

So this is one of my favorite malls in the DMV area. I really liked the setup, the stores, the cleanliness of the restrooms and the total experience. I also enjoy that it is directly on a train line so I don't have to drive up here. But even so, they have plenty of parking nearby with multiple garages including one at the train station.

I can't even use the restroom in peace without one of these janitors banging on the door telling me to hurry up like i don't understand y they do that it's really annoying

Simon Malls keeps all of their malls in great condition! There are more than enough stores to choose from for most of your shopping needs. They have most of the basic clothing stores, plenty of mobile phone stores and kiosks, a large food court with a few new stores, and of course classics like Spencer Gifts and Hot Topic. For those into sports, they also have a Dick's Sporting Goods.

After a very long day, we needed some food and we weren't going to be picky about it. This mall is pretty close to where we were, so we decided to eat here. I hate malls. Can't stand them. The unifomity repulses me. Everything is the same and there is no variety. This is one of the many reasons as to why I can't live in Maryland anymore. It was nice as a kid, but as an adult, it blows. But beggars can't be choosers, and we were famished. I ate at the Greene Leaf Grille. They serve up decent salads. I was able to make a salad with romaine greens, carrots, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, shaved parmiggiano, olives, mushrooms, raisins and walnuts. It was a great salad and I felt very satisfied. Veggies always make me happy, so I am grateful I had this option. Now if only I could find a decent slice of carrot cake...

*****3.5 starts***** With the addition of more stores (DSW, H&M, Elevation Burger), I find myself coming here more frequently. The mall has gotten a little busier, but it's still never crowded or super busy. Works for me! FYI-The tiny lot near Target/Macy's fills up fast. It's better to park else where.

What can you do on a rainy day? But to go to one of the biggest shopping mall with all the stores you need and a few big store like Macy's, JC Penney, Target & Dick's Sports Goods and also Costco and Stop&Shop for your convenience. Clothes & food shopping together. What more can your asked for..... After a day of shopping, time to fill up my tummy... Off to the food court I go with my family tagging along. Quite a lot to choose from. We decided on Famous Rotisserie & Grill after sampling their samples. It's a fill the container and pay one price. So you can actually stuff up the container. I notice they keep on refilling the varieties of chicken, vegetables , plantains, Mac & cheese, noodle, rice ( white & yellow) and potatoes. There are also salad & cheesecake for dessert. We filled in two boxes for four .... , that's cost effective. The orange spicy chicken tasted good as well as the BBQ ribs. Will come back for more if I shop here again.

Mall itself is clean and easy to navigate. I go to this mall for particular stores but I wouldn't plan to spend my day here or plan a big shopping spree as there are limited stores I enjoy. I love that there is Costco and target there for grocery as well. Sometimes I just come to the mall to walk when the weather is bad outside. :)

Quite with a medium crowd, but still standing. I like that this mall was not too crowded. It has familiar stores. It's nice to stroll around.

I remember this place when it was an open air market of sorts. Back when they had Hechts lol boy have times changed. Now it's not that bad. Remember the music store? Pet shop? People drug aka now cvs? Lol

The Westfield Wheaton Mall offers a strong mix of anchor stores, shopping, and food options. Highlights of the anchor stores include Target, Costco, and JC Penney. The food court is clean and expansive with options ranging from fast food to fast casual. Additionally, there is a smattering of mall dining options throughout (Panera, Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's, etc.). Non-anchor shopping is okay. There's a good mix of shoes and some clothing. However, you're not going to find much high-end retail or any sort of outlets (just be aware). The mall is well kept, offers good parking, and is close to metro for those like my wife and I who do not have a car.

I am very happy a Westfield mall is so close to where I live. This mall literally has everything you need. Any mall that has a Costco and a wine and beer store is alright with me. The only cons is that it's always crowded but its probably because the mall is popular. Also the there isn't a Costco has station which is a bummer. Sometimes it's hard to find parking so I recommended the property managers build more parking structures. Another plus about the mall is it proximity to Giants grocery store. This mall is literally a one stop mall!!!!!

I visit this mall at least once a week, usually for the Target, Costco, the food court, and occasionally some smaller stores like fye. It has a past reputation for being unsafe, but I've never had a problem here. It seems to target young adults and families with young kids - lots of clothing stores for children, teens and early 20s. A ton of shoe stores. The Costco is a great addition that really boosts the value of this mall. The Dick's is also extensive and well-stocked...wish I needed more sporting goods. I like the food court in particular - currently, there is a KPS (a plant-based pizza and sub shop), a kabob place, a Mediterranean place, isushi, plus the standard McD's, Taco Bell, etc. There are tons of families and kids in the mall - in the food court, around the play area on the first floor, etc - don't come if you can't stand kids.

If I had to sum up this mall in one word, it would be "eclectic". There is a range of stores to serve a wide range of needs, from Macy's to Target to Penney's to a dollar store, restaurants from Ruby Tuesday to Hollywood East (Chinese with some ethnic specialties and dim sum) and Lumpia, Pansit, Atbp (Philippino), a train ride, and a Proactive vending machine. And yes, a *$$, but it's out on a pad site. A fine example of new American diversity.

This review is for the play area. Please please please shampoo the carpet and wipe it down. It smells like funky feet and old dirty wet clothes. It's horrible. I took my son here and left only after a few minutes. The stench is really bad and this is where kids play. C'mon.

I shouldn't go to a mall and expect panhandlers approaching me and asking for money when I'm in the food court. With no security around in sight. Especially when you're with special needs students on a school trip to teach them some life skills. I emailed Westfield Corp. and Westfield Wheaton on urging them to improve their security measures. I haven't receive a response. If promptly addressing security issues isn't one of your priorities, then I have no reason to go to your mall. I was really looking forward to that new Costco too.

Lost track of a package w newly purchased make-up and one of my kids' dolls. Realized about an hour later we' d left it near the kiddie rides outside Target. Zipped back there and discovered the doll was there but my other stuff was gone, as in, stolen. Really disappointed and most likely, I won't go back to this mall.

I give it a 10 I been going there since 1981 & seen all the changes! Bless all the employees there! Happy Holidays to all!

I like his mall. It was my first time here and I was able to find what I needed. I went to Spencer's to find some things and found the store promptly. The food court has a lot of different food choices which I love. I hate going to malls and seeing the same food in the food court. But this mall was worth the trip.
