"I actually came to Firewall in Westview to try out their pizza, and this Flying V sandwich was an impulse purchase that completely stole the show. The pita bread is cooked in the same wood-fired oven they make the pizzas in, so you get that subtle smoky flavor in the bread. Then, it’s stuffed with Israeli-style hummus, seasoned roasted cauliflower, pecans, and pickled vegetables, which give the sandwich a pleasant tang with each bite. There are good instructors, and there are great instructors. Fabricio at WestFlying stands among the elite greats. Having started with WestFlying as a zero hours student, I have had the pleasure to work with 5 different CFI. Fabricio takes a vested interest in each of his students, meets the minimum lesson plan, but also steps up to the next level to pepper in scenario based training and adds real world experience based on the students abilities and needs in order to gently push them to get better and better and maximize each lesson. All while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor. If I were were to sum it up "some programs make people who fly airplanes, WestFlying makes pilots." 10/10 recommended
