Amazing BBQ set up delivers amazing food.
What a set up with these large smokers, burnt with real cherry wood logs. All smokers are running at different temperatures, to get the best beef brisket, pork shoulder, or pork ribs.
The owner Mateo showed us his "plant". Proudly, and rightfully so. Everything around the bbq pit is super clean. No spot on the pavement around it, notwithstanding cooking hundreds of pounds of meat every day.
The staff is also very nice. What a great find!
