This is the real deal. I got there and ordered the beef brisket sandwich, good service and it didn't take long to get my food (3-5 minutes). After I got the good I tried it without any bbq sauce and the brisket was tender, had a good flavor, and a good amount of fat to it. Honestly it didn't need any sauce in my opinion. The sandwich was great and the best part is the give such large portions! Would recommend to anyone and this place is definitely my favorite bbq spot in Ann Arbor.

Delicious! The meat was so soft and juicy, and literally melted in your mouth. The mac and cheese was good too, and tasted even better with a little BBQ sauce in it. The cole slaw was dry and not worth getting. There is some indoor seating available at a large communal table, and there are picnic tables outside also. The staff were all very friendly and service was quick. Would recommend!

Amazing BBQ set up delivers amazing food. What a set up with these large smokers, burnt with real cherry wood logs. All smokers are running at different temperatures, to get the best beef brisket, pork shoulder, or pork ribs. The owner Mateo showed us his "plant". Proudly, and rightfully so. Everything around the bbq pit is super clean. No spot on the pavement around it, notwithstanding cooking hundreds of pounds of meat every day. The staff is also very nice. What a great find!

Great service and great food. We got the dirty rice with kielbasa, brisket and chicken and macaroni and a brisket sandwich. The meat was really flavorful, tender and juicy. The barbecue sauce was very good too, I can't wait to go back.

Best BBQ I have found in Ann Arbor. It's not the best BBQ I've ever had, but it was really good. We got the beef ribs and cheesy potatoes. I really prefer pork ribs, but the beef ribs were tender and well seasoned. I will definitely be going again soon.

First came across this place 3yrs ago during a visit to A2 completely by accident when I caught a wiff of woodsmoke in the air and followed my nose to this small nondescript building...was reading the menu board placed outside when the proprietor Mateo emerged and explained he had mostly sold out but offered us some samples of what was left...to me the lightly smoked meats go we'll with the sides as neither over powers the other.

Just went here today and it’s sooo good! The flavor of the food is great, the beef brisket is SOOO tender/juicy/flavorful and the Mac and cheese was lovely. Excellent and quick customer service, prices reasonable, atmosphere and decorations are great. Would recommended it to everyone, and so far it’s the best BBQ place in Ann Arbor for me.

Recommend by a friend, went there to eat pork ribs, but sad couldn't get them that day. Then we decided to go for lamb chops that are the best till date. Will visit again, hope will get to have pork ribs.....
