"The former Redbird space in Westside Provisions District in West Midtown now houses Paya Thai, opening on October 8. The restaurant comes from Alex Kinjo, who owns MF Sushi, Yakitori Kona, and Kinjo Room, and the team behind Osha Thai Sushi Galleria.
