We were vacationing in DC for the week and stopped here for beers and quick food - SO glad we did because the beer selection was great, the patio was super chill, and the food was fantastic. Would absolutely come back here if I'm ever in DC again!

Google
I love this bar - great atmosphere, exceptional service, great neighborhood, and very good selection of beer. Highly recommend. Unfortunately, and this is a big deal, the attention to sanitation is very concerning. There is almost ZERO attention given to their bathrooms. I know it’s a bar with young people, BUT it’s unacceptable - and should be inspected by DC Health - because the bathrooms are disgusting, never cleaned, and have no hand soap.

I passed Wet Dog Tavern on the way to dinner the other night and told my husband we should stop by after for a drink and see what the vibe was like. It is a small tavern, but definitely has a cool converted industrial building atmosphere. The outdoor patio provides for additional space to hang out and play corn hole or watch sports on there large wall projection. It was chilly that night and they did have several gas heat lamps going, which you could see groups of folks huddled around. I like the wrap around bar setup, as it allows the bartenders to serve both inside and outside guests simultaneously. The beer selection was pretty good. If you like IPAs, then you will like their beer selection more than I did, but I did try a cider and my husband ordered a stout...both were in cans. We generally prefer darker beer, such as ambers, porters and stouts; though I do also dabble in ciders and sours. The large canvas outside was the highlight for me. I loved the ode to Michelangelo's "The Creation of Adam," from a canine perspective. Just awesome. All in all, we had fun; so if you are looking for a nice little meet up spot for friends with or without dogs, this is a great option. Thanks for a good experience!

Google
What a cool place. Great prices for happy hour and such a welcoming environment. The tacos at the food truck out back were NEXT LEVEL! 10/10, wished we lived closer to come back!

Continues to be my favorite tacos in the DMV. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Food is amazing. The sauces are fantastic heat and flavor wise. The green is especially flavorful.

Google
Hands down my favorite bar in DC. Dogs allowed to roam as long as leashed. Taco truck there. Superrrrr chill. Whats not to love

Google
Great little establishment that allows dogs. They had a very good beer selection and the bar tenders were fast and friendly. Other patrons let you pet their dogs and it made the stop in enjoyable. Great hip and trendy area with some new pop up’s… the walk to/from metro gets a little rougher later in the evening so be aware.

Google
I visited five bars in U St on Saturday night and Wet Dog was by far my favorite. I loved the quick outdoor bar service, ample seating options and bar games (Connect Four and Cornhole). Everyone seemed to be having a good time and the music wasn't too loud. The drink selection and prices were reasonable. I would definitely consider going back to Wet Dog the next time I go out in the U St area.

Yelp
Simple, unpretentious hangout. Popular IPA options on tap, full-service bar, and a very large list of bottled and canned options. Large, as in two columns that stretch from ceiling to counter. If you like beer Wet Dog certainly has something you like. A decent amount of seating inside and a nice private patio out back with bar service at both. Service was fast and friendly. Bring your dog and have a beer!

Yelp
Love wet dog! Great place to hang out for a great beer at a reasonable price. Service is friendly and accommodating. Obviously being dog friendly is a plus! You can sit outside with a big group or inside at the bar.

Yelp
Great neighborhood bar with easygoing staff. It has a strong community vibe where customers know one another and bring their dogs to play. Suitable for special events like holiday parties, birthday gatherings, key sporting event watches, etc. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available, good for a sunny day or rainy day if you at least want to get out of the house.

Yelp
Worst customer service. bad vibe, bad menu selection. overpriced. spend money somewhere else! First of all they don't pick up phone. tje bartender was rude and bossy. Also, I left a bag and came back to get it. I tried to speak to the bartender (by saying "HI") but he was busy so I waited. I had the weirdest and rudest interaction ever: When I finally got his attention I said "Sorry sir, I left my bag here.." Before I finish my sentence demanded I say greetings "first you have to say hi and then how are you" before I ask him a question which I thought was so bossy but I proceeded to say "sorry". He told me to start over again and speak to him the way he told me to. I told him that was all I have to say because I believe I was not the one being rude and I am a middle age woman, not a child. I told him I did say hi and he said he didn't hear it but proceeded to stare at me in a very rude way. He gave me my bag and I said thank you and never got a response. hear me out. It is normal having a bad day at work but please be professional. why dump it on *the only Asian person in the room*. Funny he was so friendly with other guests who wasn't asking how his day was. Also it's normal wanting to be respected but respect is earned and it goes both ways.

Yelp
Came here for an event my new apartment building was having and absolutely loved it. The event was a get together with a few drinks, so nothing special in terms of set up, but it was most definitely a great location to have it at. The weather was warm-ish so we could easily mingle inside and outside. To drink, I HAD to go with one of their beers, so many lit options. First, I had the "3 stars never say never lager" which was ABSOLUTELY tasty. For my second drink I had the "troegs troegenator double bock" - darker, AWESOME as well! I always go for the highest alcohol content in beers and rarely ever disappointed. These two are definitely going on my go-to list. The bar wasn't very crowded so great atmosphere for a weekday. I was feeling some FOMO when people mentioned they'd been here multiple times before. Guess I've been missing out. But I'll be back for sure!! Can't wait

Yelp
Wet Dog Tavern is a pet friendly bar that serves drinks (e.g., beer, wine, cocktails, hard liquor, and non alcoholic beverages) and burgers. It has both indoor and outdoor seating options. For outdoor seating, you could sit in the patio in the front, bar in the back, or the beer garden. In the beer garden, you could relax and converse with your party over games of corn hole or life size connect four. During the week, they offer happy hour from 4pm to 7pm that provides discount off beer on draught, $5 rail liquors, $6 house red or white wine, and $8 hard lemonades. After a day of moving, my family and I walked over to Wet Dog Tavern to catch the last 5-minutes of happy hour. Upon entering the bar, expect to take out your IDs to verify that you are of legal drinking age. We ordered two glasses of house white wine (which was Sauvignon Blanc) and an Evolution Day Crush Session Sour (which was light, smooth, and tart but not too sour).

Yelp
Came in around 7pm on a Tuesday and it was empty, which was awesome. The back patio decor is on point! Super cozy with nice and comfy pillows while the heat lamp is turned all the way up. I saw blankets everywhere for people to use and they seemed super fluffy and clean (not that you would even need it since it's so nicely heated). I really do love this place and would recommend if you want a quieter bar to catch up! When we were leaving, I did see the bar filling up so it's definitely a lively place yet but not crazily busy and loud! Can't wait to come back in the summer to see the different decor!

Yelp
Just what it says, great tavern for you to sit outside with your pups and have a beer or two. Super simple yet community. No food, so need to sort that if hungry.

Yelp
This space has really nice outdoor seating, a pretty good draft list and delicious burgers. Although I don't have a dog, I love that it's dog friendly and seeing all the dogs. I came here while waiting to go to a show at the 9:30 Club While the burgers are good (it's actually a separate business inside Wet Dog) it's definitely a bit limited. They have pretzels you can snack on in the mean time. Service isn't unfriendly, but they did seem somewhat preoccupied with each other while I was waiting for a drink. They are super attentive to the dogs though. Overall a good place for a few drinks if you want to sit outside.

Yelp
WET DOG IS FANTASTIC! Been here twice now since Covid and ONLY ventured out because of the great reviews my friends had of this place. 1. Their contact tracing and speech at the front is truly amazing! Kudos to the front door guy! KUDOS x2 for requiring reservations! NOONE in the city has come even remotely close to being as thorough as they have. It was so refreshing to feel that they are taking this pandemic seriously and doing their part to be socially responsible and keep us patrons safe, instead of just trying to scrape in every penny... like so many of the other places in the area. Don't get me wrong, most people are desperate, but these guys are 100% doing it right. 2. Menu. from the QR code. (thank you for NOT making me download another pdf and or make me give my email so you can collect my info for spam emails, ugh!) Pretty decent selection of beer, limited on wine and great liquor selection. I've read that others say its kind of pricey but for a Tito's girl here... less than $8 for a Tito's soda is unheard of in the area. My friends were all celebrating the Deschutes, being from Oregon and all. Food was limited but the burgers we had the 1st time were amazing and hands down the best in the city. 2nd time we came they nix'd the burgers and had an awesome gooey grilled cheese and chili combo.... I'm still dreaming about it. 3. Ambiance. This place is cute AF! Wood benches, little tables, string lights, plants. We appreciated that they actually measured the SEATING to at least 6ft. Not like most places that give you 2 ft of separation because they're measuring from the middle of each table so they can maximize they're seating and risk peoples safety so they can squeeze in an extra table or 2! 4. Overall. From the moment we came in to the moment we left we just felt safe and cared for. It was just enough service, everything we needed to fill our itch to get out and honestly just an amazing feeling to be here. I highly recommend stopping by! 5. To others reading this: please be conscious of where you go, how you act and the reviews you leave. Every restaurant and bar is struggling and as a 15 year restaurant vet, I implore you to be honest but kind in your reviews. You're directly hurting people and their families when you walk in feeling entitled, demand what you were used to before and then go out and leave idiotic reviews because your feelings were hurt or you think you have the knowledge capacity of our industry to make "educated" comments when in fact you just look like a little whiny betch. If everything was so horrible then call or send an email, don't be a douche and leave Yelp reviews. You are the problem at the end of the day. Karen's and Kens is a social issue for a reason. Be safe, Be kind.

Yelp
Yay! a local, neighborhood bar that has a non-pretentious (no way!) bar-feel in D.C (and I can say that b/c I was born in D.C.) I am not saying that this is the ONLY 1980s show "Cheers: hey, come in my friend" attitude, but I will say that they are dwarfed by ones that lack that almost southern- hospitality and lack of "sheen" Not only is this place dog-friendly in the garden area and has a great story behind the pup who inspired the name, but the place has a chill, "hey let's hang out" style that is refreshing away from the movers n' shakers, power-mad city , transient customer, political vibe that over the last 20 years, has detracted from the D.C. pride that once stood. If you don't believe me, watch a Pro Washington Football game and you will see as many "away" fans as the home team fans. So- this bar shakes that pretext and delivers a limited food menu: burgers! That's all but there are 3 choices and 2 have meat (psssst, one is a shroom...) A modest beer list is offered (tap and bottle) but it's the dark amber liquor that has the mightiest share of the menu: bourbon, scotch, whiskey... followed by a close 2nd of vodka, rum, tequila and mezcale. Marry all that with the holiday lighting exterior, coupled with a cool inside/outside design and friendly bar staff and you have the spices to make you want to come back for more and become a regular. I came and met some friends in the bar area located just as you enter, then moved out to the patio to enjoy the breeze (and a classic burger) and then ended back inside. They have comfortable seating and heaters so you can enjoy the outdoors all year long ;) It can get raucous as the night progresses so unless you came in when it was early and quiet and then slowly became part of that group that says "my voice will now compete with the growing sound around me" then you may find the bar about noisy if your aim was to chat at a normal speaking volume. It IS a bar with ONE food choice offered so be forewarned, most folks there are there to drink and let the chips fall where they may... If all that sounds like you'd warm to that environment, then what are you waiting for-- GO!

Yelp
I came here to find a quiet space to meet with a big group...by quiet I mean like you can actually hear your friends talk. We liked the vibe right off the bat- tons of dogs, cool outdoor patio that had heating for the winter, and a homey vibe inside. The bartenders were cool and gave some good recommendations. They have both hot cider and a kick ass canned (non sweet) cider. That's the good stuff. Bad stuff: No food..oh well. The bathrooms legit do smell like someone peed all over the floor, even though the bathroom itself was clean. The smell was really off putting. And of course, like all the other reviewers here, one of the bouncers was top 5 biggest a**hole you ever seen. My friend left to go pick up a friend 5 minutes away, after she was already inside, and when she tried to come back in, he said she was too drunk...When I asked him, what brought him to that conclusion, he was extremely rude and acted like I was a 2 year old who could not have an adult conversation. Guy needs to be fired or get the chip off his shoulder.

Yelp
Really cute "drinks & drinks" bar in the Shaw district that sort of welcomes dogs. Here's the dirty: Good: * cute front patio, with benches, tables and a huge connect four board. dogs are welcome in the front patio. * back patio has other games like cornhole. * they have a burger guy show up at 3 p.m. This may be a weekend-only occurrence (we had it on Sunday). he has veggie mushroom to substitute for the meat. they were v. good. * everyone (bartenders, burger guy) was very friendly with the exception of the bouncer. * very relaxed vibe, I was expecting it to be a little more bro-ish. Bad: * bouncer had a bad 'tude. in the 2 hours or so that we were there, it did not disappear. * use plastic cups =/ I'm going to guess they are not being recycled. we tried to take our plastic cups home to recycle and the bouncer chimed in that we can't take empty plastic cups with us. Please consider recycling bins. * no food availability, with the exception of those little hard pretzels, until the burger guy shows up around 3 p.m. and it took him about 40 minutes to set up. if you show up super hungry, you'll have to wait. * dogs are not welcome in the back patio (even though it would be possible to access it without going through the tavern if the gates were open).

Yelp
Great drinks, lots of outdoor space, a set of cornhole boards. Not bad for a group of friends grabbing drinks!
google avatar

TC W.

Yelp
The guy at the door was so incredibly rude.... it was a miserable experience... additionally the health department should look into their dirty kitchen.
google avatar

Hall W.

Yelp
There are many awesome things about this place: 1. Awesome ambiance - not stuffy - very fun vibe 2. So many fun games - Jenga, connect four, corn hole 3. Amazing drinks! - salty dog to begin with! 4. standard DC pricing - but nothing crazy! Why this place didn't get 5 stars: 1. They need to get their processes together because waiting for a long time to get a drink is simply not fun! Bottom line: This is a great place to do a casual birthday party drinks, 2nd date (though not a first date), and people watch 20 somethings try to find dates a bar.
google avatar

Yelp
I parked my Harley in a private lot and on the way back to my destination it was hot so I decided this would be a great spot to grab a drink and figure out the next move . The staff was great and the outside patio area was perfect. They have a good selection for most anybody's taste and I bet if this was not Rona season this place would normally be packed. Stop in and grab a drink or a burger you'll be happy .

Yelp
I was enjoying my time at wet dog tavern until a worker demanded that he have my stool by the bar, because his cell phone was by it and that he was on his break. I complied and gave him my seat. I ordered a burger and pulled up another seat when he stated "do you want to play games or what" and took another chair when I was patiently waiting for my order. I am very disappointed in the service here and the level of disrespect that I experienced while here. I would not recommend eating here or drinking here unless you plan on having your stool taken. Multiple staff members refused to tell me his name other than mention him as "the great". I've never been more disappointed as a paying customer in a dc bar.
google avatar

Reid S.

Yelp
I believe that if Wet Dog wasn't located where it is it wouldn't be nearly as popular as it is. The outdoor spaces are its only saving grace. The beer selection is decent but nothing beyond that. I wouldn't think about ordering a cocktail here; definitely a mixed drink type place. I don't know if I've ever seen anyone that works there smile. If I could describe it in one word: fratty.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our day here. We were visiting friends from out of town and needed a chill spot with cold beer to watch the Rangers playoff game. The Wet Dog more than fit the bill. We got there early and snagged a table inside big enough for all six of us with a clear view of the television. The bouncer and the bartenders were all really nice (so unlike what I'm used to in the NYC area) and they didn't even yell at me for eating about 7 bowls of the free pretzels. The beer selection is great but I'm boring and sipped on mountain lagers all day. We didn't venture outside (god forbid we miss 40 seconds of the game) but they have a ton of outdoor space with games to play when the weather cooperates. I would definitely come back to this spot!
google avatar

Monica G.

Yelp
I found that place on yelp with no reviews but decided to give it a try anyways. The surfrider burger is really good and the flatbread is to die for.
google avatar

Ann L.

Yelp
We came here on a very quiet Sunday night. The bar was pretty empty so the service was really quick. I thought the drink menu wasn't super special, and the drinks that we got were pretty basic. HOWEVER. The burgers at this place are hands down the best burgers I've had in DC. I remember asking for ketchup when they arrived and the chef told me to try it without since he added a lot of flavors in the onions and toppings and he couldn't be more right. I was ashamed that I even asked for ketchup after taking the first bite. The only option for sides was home made chips. I personally love home made chips as the sides for burgers, but I know some people always like to have fries. We tried both the classic and Italian and both were amazing. I hope they expand the burger menu a little, but you can't go wrong with either option.
google avatar

Vincent G.

Yelp
This place has 8 tables open but won't seat any walk ups. The justification was they only take reservations. So I guess that's fine. It's their business. They get to operate however they like. From my perspective, this practice is causing them and their staff to lose a lot of money.
google avatar

Paul N.

Yelp
~~Happy Hour Review~~ Pretty solid happy hour experience! I came here with some friends to grab a drink before we went out to see a movie. I loved the look of the building from the outside - could tell there is a lot of patio space and it was decorated/set-up well. The happy hour prices were pretty good for the area. Definitely wouldn't come for drinks not during happy hour as they're a bit pricey. We had the Puppy Love cocktails and they were really good!! Don't really like all the plastic cups, they could definitely move away from being that wasteful. I appreciated the pretzels that are up for grabs. The bar tender was nice enough and made great drinks. The back patio looked fun - they had cornhole, but we stayed on the front patio and played Connect 4. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the other clientele that frequent this place, but if you're able to grab a table in your own part of the patio, it's fine. It was a great place to chat and have a casual drink with friends!

Jacob K.

Yelp
Echo previous comments about the rude bouncer. Too bad, as it ruins an otherwise promising experience

Aldo C.

Yelp
Dogs aren't allowed inside. Dogs are only allowed in the patio that is off the street. You need to go inside to order. This is a huge bummer for someone like me, who went alone with my dog. I trust my dog, but I'm not about to leave him alone in a patio off a busy street.
google avatar

Ethan D.

Yelp
The outside is fun.... But... I witnessed the staff being very rude to other folks there. -Not my party but a few other people. Folks will show you who they are when they think no one is watching.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
I came here recently with a girlfriend to catch up along with our doggies and we had a blast! They have a wide selection on beers & cocktails at decent prices. I guess the only downfall is they market themselves as a dog bar but don't really provide much for dogs besides the average water bowl & treats. Not complaining but I have been to some dog friendly bars that sell dog biscuits, ice creams, and etc. Overall, I had a great time and would come back. In terms of COVID-19, I dig the fact they are doing reservations only since it helps with following social guidelines and you never know what to expect when bringing your furry friend especially with my impatient pittie!
google avatar

Andrew O.

Yelp
Place has a chill vibe. About 7 beers on tap manned by one fairly friendly bartender. The place doesn't have a kitchen but instead the back patio has a grill manned by a separate entity. The beer choices weren't bad, except lacked a stout or porter. The burgers were a limited selection of 3. No temperature was taken. Burgers came out well done but weren't dry. Overall they were decent but not up to the 14 dollar price tag.

Michael R.

Yelp
The guy at the front was an absolute jerk! Terrible hospitality... I will NEVER return to this establishment.
google avatar

Jade V.

Yelp
Super hipster and fun place. Limited seating when the weather is cold but they expand the outdoor patio with a tent and heaters to accommodate. Weekends are busy and it can be hard to come by seating so plan accordingly. If you can find seating, they have comfy couches outside and the inside are high top tables and chairs. Overall a fun vibe and a great starting or ending point if you are at the 9:30 club across the street.
google avatar

Marissa S.

Yelp
Sunday Funday was busy here but not overly crowded - we still were able to get seats and order drinks quickly. They have a nice beer selection and a nice outdoor area too for when it's nice. Free pretzels for the all day drinkers, too. Overall, it's your average bar hangout.
google avatar

Molly H.

Yelp
I hate to leave bad reviews but would like to inform other yelpers not to waste their time going to this bar with their dog UNLESS you ONLY want to stay on the FRONT patio. As we approached Wet Dog Tavern today with our small dog, the door was instantly opened by a worker aggressively stating "No dogs are allowed inside. Only on the front porch." Meanwhile there is a small sticker on the door stating "We love your pets!" The entire situation seemed contradictory to the bars overarching theme of "dog friendly." We did not feel welcome at all. Needless to say we left to go elsewhere and will not be returning.

Sonia J.

Yelp
Disappointed with this place despite the nice reviews we read. We got in just last 4 and the guy said they don't open till 5. Then he corrected they open at 4pm and asked us to come back even though it was past 4 at this time. Eventually after he went in and talked to someone they let us sit down. Despite their website saying happy hour between 4-7, they still charged us full price for drinks. Bad service and not the most friendly people working here either
google avatar

Donna Y.

Yelp
Pretty cool place! Came here on a weekend and it's spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The drink options are plentiful and they offer something for everyone. Beers, wines....mixed drinks. They also have pretzels for those who have munchies. Also a friendly dog establishment (in case you couldn't tell from the name). In the back you'll find a burger stand.... Get it! It's aged beef and it's absolutely delicious!
google avatar

Shelby W.

Yelp
Beautiful outdoor patio with a great beer selection! The burgers served out on the patio are also amazing.
google avatar

Erin B.

Yelp
We came here to wind down after a show at 9:30 club. Loved the lights outside and look forward to going back to sit outside. The server was very friendly and walked through the menu and concept with me despite the fact that we weren't staying to eat. Planning to go back for some food. I saw a comment about referring to Mexico as "south of the wall" on the menu that I'll check out next time I go... if that is on the menu I'd hope it was a well-intentioned joke and still recommend that they take that off.
google avatar

Allison W.

Yelp
Wet Dog is great, and definitely serves a need in the area for a casual, spacious patio to enjoy burgers and beer. I split one of the burgers on special, and it was good enough to convince me to come back just for dinner. The back patio is spacious and has a convenient window to the indoor bar for easy drink ordering in between games of cornhole. We happened to run into no less than 5 friends within our first 30 minutes of being there, so this may become our new watering hole. Proximity to the 9:30 club is also clutch, so I know we'll be back.

Yelp
Wet Dog is a great addition to U Street/Shaw neighborhood! The interior of the bar itself isn't extremely huge, but they have two outdoor spaces on either side of the bar, the front one, which allows dogs! The bar itself has a mid 20s vibe and is a mix between a sports bar and a good all around hang out spot. The back / side patio is very large, with an 2 outdoor bars, a lot of seating, and cornhole boards and other games. It a good bar bar, with the same vibe as many nearby rooftops without the silly rooftop hype, lines or stairs. It is also evolving and constantly making improvements. Pretty typical DC prices for beers, such as 5$ tall boy natty boh's and 7$ for non domestic drafts that are not bud lights. They do not have a kitchen, but they have a separate business that makes AMAZING burgers on the back patio Menage or something fancy sounding like that. The bartenders and staff are always very friendly unless someone is being Memotional from too many brunch drinks and cannot handle themselves. Definitely a good spot worth stopping by, especially during the saturday or sunday fun days. Lots of light, beers and good people. Can be bro ey at times, but lets face it, that's DC. Thanks Wet Dog!

Yelp
Really enjoyed this bar during the summer months. Great outside back patio area. The front patio is dog friendly. There always have a solid beer selection. They have a really cool Christmas setup now. 3 TVs.

Yelp
Not Dog Friendly. I went one evening and experienced and exceedingly rude bouncer. I wrote directly to Wet Dog Tavern about it and never heard back. Disappointing as they are all about dogs, until they actually show up. WDT has the opportunity to be the most sought after dog spot in the city, and they are beyond unwelcoming. Seems like a contradiction considering the name of the bar and their precious Lily Sophia they dedicate the bar too. I found the bartenders to be nice but that bouncer needs an attitude check.

Yelp
Great HH. I gotta say though that I am writing this review because I am now obsessed with their burger pop-up!!! Melange DC Classic Burger was the best I have had in the city... I could have eaten 3!!!!!

Yelp
Very arrogant hostess. Just speaks to people with contempt. No one will enjoy the place after speaking to her!

Yelp
Don't come here. They have extremely strick rules. They don't let dogs interact with each other and they don't let people talk to anyone else. They tell you that you cannot go to the bar or go inside, but the waiter never comes to the table to check on you or ask if you want anything. There isn't any music and it's overall a boring bar. Wouldn't come here ever again.

Yelp
We went here on a Thursday night to check out this place. Bad choice from the beginning: after 15 minutes we were finally recognized (place was empty at 8 pm). We asked about the beer choices and the lady behind the bar answer was: "here's the menu, let me know what you want." We moved to the other side of the bar, where the couch and other seating availability were. We wanted to order a neat whiskey, again we asked for the selection and the answer "what do you mean whiskey?" We decided to just leave. For the fame and promoting this place makes on social media and others, it disappoints greatly.

Yelp
So happy this bar opened in the area! Wet dog comes through with a wide variety of beers and liquors. While I dont drink beer, there was plenty for me to chose from while my friends were quite pleased with their beer choices. We were lucky to go on the one nice day DC has managed to have so far and the patio was great. Packed with a good crowd and vibe. We went during the day but I can only imagine how nice it would be to come here after a show at 9:30 club around the corner.

Yelp
We bar hop in Shaw all the time and this was just another night. The place is well, nice and cute but the service is just awful. The restrooms smell like a walking urinal and the beers are just so so. It's sad Bc it's nice out but I just can't with those restrooms

Yelp
Stopped by with my husband and 2 year old. There were a couple other kids and then lots of other adults meeting up for happy hour and enjoying the nice weather. Not too crowded, jumbo Connect Four boards and delicious mushroom and regular burgers. $5 good beer for happy hour was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Plus 4 stars for the friendly service, tasty burgers, and great layout. (Outdoor patio is great w/ some games) Minus 1 star for plastic cups. Great spot to catch a sports game and chow down on a beer and burger. FYI. all they have is burgers. $13-$15
