Who doesn’t love pretzels and we always stop at this Disney location. The staff is super friendly and they take your order and get you out as quickly as they can. This time the pretzels were super oily and you needed several napkins. The cheese sauce is also salty and a bit too thick for my liking. Also the lemonade has an after taste and is not freshly squeezed. These pretzel bites are gonna cost you a little over $11 😬

My only problem is that the food is more expensive than if you're going to any location that's not on Disney property. But ! can't help myself and enjoy this delicious food! Tiny store and long lines but line moves quick enough. Not much to say about the ambiance, I'm just there for Wetzel's Pretzels products!

My children loved this place. Super buttery and delicious. The service was quick 3 out of our 4 visits and while the 4th took longer, they offered two free drinks in Lou of our "inconvenience." Clean store front with friendly staff.

Great spot to make a pit stop if you’re visiting Disney Land. The pretzel with a dog dog in the centre was especially scrumptious. I highly recommend getting the jalepino cheese dip (it’s not spicy and had a really nice flavour). They are open late so a decent grab and go option for the end of the day.

Of all the places my kids missed during Covid, this place tops the list of places they begged to stop when visiting Downtown Disney. Even when crowded it doesn't seem as bad with all the double doors open. Buttery, doughy, salty goodness!

I Want to warn other family's who carry cash and want to order more than 4 pretzels along with sides from the pretzel stand outside World of Disney that they do not accepting bills larger than $20. I had an issue with the pretzel stand outside of World of Disney on August 28 around 1:40pm. I was trying to purchase pretzels for the 8hr drive home for the family I ordered 5 pretzels , 3 cheese dips and a drink. The amount came out around $45. I was going to pay with a $50 bill because i had run out of money on my cards and only had cash on hand. The guy told me they don't accept $50 bills or anything larger than $20 there at the stand only in the main store. No where on the cart is it posted they don't take bills larger than $20. He told me I had to pay with card or bills smaller than $20. I of course couldn't purchase anything because I only had 1 $20 bill and my total was 40 something. The only other cash i had was $50s and $100s. So i canceled my order and went to the corn dog stand instead where the rest of my family was waiting for me and my toddler.

Rip off! They will not charge you what ever they feel like. Ordered 3 Wetzel dogs. The person said there was only 1 left and the rest are with cheese (more money). As soon as she went to bag my order. Out came the regular dogs. She didn't offer to change my order just went ahead and stuffed with the 1 regular and 2 cheese. I had to ask her for all regular. She did and then took out my receipt and threw it away. A whole lot of NOPE the next time.
