The (new) owner was incredibly accommodating! We walked in at closing time & they were sold out, but she made more dough and pretzels for our kids. She was next level kind while we waited. And the fresh pretzels were delicious! Highly recommend this place!

The new owner is fantastic. Incredibly great hospitality for a Wetzel’s Pretzel. My friends and I went in about 30 mins before closing. He gave us great deals on the pretzels and free samples. I would come back simply based on the owner’s hospitality.

Wetzels Pretzels literally just made my day! I had 3 classes and a hard appointment so I knew i was going to stop by and grab a pretzel after. I am glad i did so as the guy behind the counter was SO NICE it made my whole day! I wish i got his name but he deserves a raise and thank you to the SLO wetzels pretzels for never disappointing me!!

New ownership and it shows! Liz was very welcoming and helpful. Had a regular pretzel with jalapeño cheese and the frozen strawberry lemonade. Delicious! Can’t wait wait to go back.
