just to inform muslim sisters and brothers these places use the same brush to put butter pork ingredients with the rest of the pretzels everywhere. mashallahh the young lady is educated and let me know beforehand and she offered fresh safe pretzels for me to eat. i was impressed she said she is not muslim so this showed they care for customers like me. places that are not halal usually dont show this kind of treatment towards me as muslim population is not alot here and were often brushed aside and dont let us know about food risks. i dont see this service alot sadly. i thought this place wouldnt be a problem but i never thought about the contamination of pork. alhamdulillah this girl was very educated kind and attentive thank you so much i was very happy with this service .

Staff were friendly but I spent $14 for rock hard pretzels and a drink. I use to love coming to the mall for Wetzel’s. But now, every time I come it’s a waste of money if I can only eat one or two out of the bag.

They have 4 people making pretzels and no one selling the ones that were already made for 15 minutes. The manager needs to train them in multitasking and planning. Waited 25 minutes for a pretzel that was already made and old. Grrr. The do have the quality cheese, unlike the other pretzel place in the mall. Photo of unnecessary line.

The portion size was decent, pretzels were overcooked and barely any salt. Refused to pay the $2.16 for the cup of cheese after paying $7.60 for the pretzel bites.

Nothing wrong with the service personally but the frozen hot chocolate is butt I payed 8 dollars for it and it wasn't even good not even mediocre it was just nothing. straight butt I'll think about what I could've done with those 8 dollars for 3 weeks

It all started well when I went to buy the pizza bites. They soon tried to force me in to buying twice as much as I asked. Once I sat down to eat them I immediately sensed sim strange. While each bite was only 1/8 pound I feel like I gained 18 pounds. I don’t know what to do I feel so sick. I am writing this review on the toilet and I don’t know how this will end but probably don’t come here if you like your body intact.

I'll give one star this time. I always stop by when I come to town and visit my fam. I was very disappointed with customer service. The staff were very rude (cashier) ill say far from good customer service. Gal touched my pretzel 🥨 bag right before giving my change, not wearing gloves, very disturbing. Not coming back.

Don't ever go here half an hour before they close they will never have pretzels ready. They stop making them early so they can clean the machines and leave right at 6. But, yet there on company time getting paid but there's nothing to sell. Well it isn't their business so why should they care. I made a special trip today got there at 5:25 and was told they had no more pretzels made and could no longer make any because the machines were already clean not only that the employee told me this all while eating ice cream like I said before on company time. Wow

I usually prefer Auntie Anne's pretzels, but in a pinch, Wetzel's provides the same delicious giant pretzels. They just don't have as many topping or seasoning options. However, they do offer pretzel bites (salted or unsalted), which is what my husband opted for. He said they were good but a small bag of them costs $6! That seems a bit steep for the amount you get. The lady behind the counter was kind enough to give us some cheese dip for free. I think usually it costs a little extra for those. All in all, if you're at Tucson Mall and want a big pretzel, this will do. But it is a tad on the expensive side. The pretzel bites are somewhat greasy, too. I'm not sure why, but it made the dough seem underdone.

Well I guess someone has to pay for the new and improved location. Pretzels are not that great and $5.64 each. I've had pretzels at other locations and they were better.

i paid $30 just for them to tell me i had to pay $2 to get sauce. there dough is raw and i had to eat my pretzel bites dry. they are also very rude.

Pretzels are good service was fine but the price of a smaller than standard cup of icing is ridiculous

This is a typical Wetzel's Pretzels location, in that they they have some very unhealthy snacks for a high price. However, I happen to love them, as they are a treat. I rarely leave a mall without getting one.This location however, needs some work. While the customer service here is standard, the food was not. First, I ordered pretzel dogs that seemed to have spent an inordinate amount of time underneath the heating light, because they were overdone, and difficult to chew. Next, the lemonade tasted funky. There was something wrong with it. Finally, the ketchup packets I received for the hot dogs were all stuck together with ketchup glue. When I went to complain to the server, she quickly apologized and said that it would take about 15 minutes to make a new batch of pretzel rolls, and offered to give me a new drink. I declined the pretzel rolls, but got a new drink since I needed to get going to my next appointment. I probably will go to the other location down the hall next time.

Such a terrible place, never going again, first of all the manager was rude she should not be working there, extremely poor costumer service, if I could rate this 0 stars I would, + they need to replace the whole Staff, especially the manager, get someone that actually knows how to do the Job.

$11 for one pretzel and medium plain lemonade. Ballpark prices. Total ripoff. Total joke.

The pretzels are good! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, but the prices are TERRIBLE!!!! $6 for a pretzel and some cheese sauce? Wow! I won't be back, even though I did enjoy the pretzel-the value for the money is more than not worth it. I do not like that they charge extra for sauce! That should be given when you buy a pretzel for $4.99, cheese sauce comes with it-but it doesn't and in fact it's $1.50 more. Total rip off, great product, but they will rob you!

The workers are nice but usually there are a couple of them standing around on their phones or something like that. I usually only get Wetzel Bits but they are SO overpriced. I guess that's how they can justify having so many people on staff... The service and food there has always been consistently good for me, except last time the dipping cheese sauce I got was cold...

The prices do not leave you feeling like it is a good value for the money. They will quickly slip a dipping sauce with your order without telling you it is an extra charge. I would not recommend this place at the Simon Outlet mall in Marana.

Super addicting pretzels that will make you question your sanity after spending 8/9$ on a pretzel, lemonade, and cheese dipping sauce that will more often then not leave you still hungry. The employees are hardly ever friendly or working hard, but once in a while you will get a nice one! I decided to branch out last time and get the weenie pretzel wrapped thingy topped with jalapeños. It was good I just wish I had gotten more for my money! I have to bribe my sister with wetzels pretzels once a month to come to the mall with me, so I know I will be back again soon!

I use to love wetzels pretzels but now I hate them one time I went there and I had only pretzel bits and a small lemonade that was around 15 dollars and this was before all the raising prices mumbo jumbo and that's ridiculous if I went to pretzel maker for 15 dollars I can get probably double that or even triple and I'm not bias I've been eating wetzels pretzels all my life but now I like pretzel maker and besides they have more fresher pretzels goodbye wetzels pretzels for good

My sons like the pretzels here but EVERY TIME we come they ALWAYS want to sale you extra like drinks or cheese. I get it but the cashier asked us like at least 5 TIMES for those. They will give you extra $1 discount but I found it was Very ANNOYING!!!

Very yummy but completely overpriced for what youre getting. I got the dog bites and I guess I was expecting for my 5+$ .. I dont understand why they charge you extra for the cheese. That stuff should automatically come with your pretzel or whatever. I will most likely spend my money on getting something to actually satisfy my hunger next time im at the mall.

Caught fresh made "bitz" and were they good! As long as the pretzels are fresh this is definjtely a winner!

Bought some over-priced pretzel bitz the other day and handed them my Frequent Buyer Card for them to punch. Was informed they don't take it anymore. Umm, they gave me this card, it's half punched and now they won't honor it. Bad customer service! They said they switched to an online punchcard thing. Well, I don't have a smart phone. I have a punch card that THEY GAVE ME. Not sure if I'll be going back there.

Visited the location in the food court to get a pretzel. When I noticed them putting pretzels in the oven, a couple minutes after I had already ordered and paid. I asked how long it would be. 10 minutes! I was in a rush to work and they didn't even tell me that it would take so long until I asked. They should have told me before I ordered. Very dissapointed.
