When we signed our lease in 2017, things were up in order. We enjoyed the tap, fruit water, and coffee/tea. Colony Square is a great location and has a monthly parking fee in addition.
Since the start if 2023, please forget about fruit water prepandemic (it has never returned), and replenishments of coffee on every floor. Conference rooms began closing for reasons unbeknownst to us, thus us tenants not being able to booked them with conference room credits. If you need to discuss the lease, you would NOT be able to get in touch with anyone. The property management with WeWork as a whole was problematic for us causing us to find alternatives.
There was an advertisement for $299 for one person office space recently. Ironically, none were available for locations in Atlanta. After bring there for almost 6 years, there is a lot of empty spaces. One person office spaces are almost all empty at this location compared to almost 100% full prepandemic. If you can get a stellar price and deal with all the inconveniences, don't need conference spaces, deal with constant short staff excuses, etc. This is good value. However, NEVER pay their marker price. Otherwise it is not good value. When possibly renting, see how many conference rooms are in working order on the floor you plan to move in.
Do better by borrowing at study room at your local library for free or joining a business club.
