Brand new, great city views, all the perks of a WeWork. Photos taken on 7th floor.

This is one of my favorite WeWorks in the country. Kind staff, incredible views, great vibes, easy (paid) parking. I like the music they play (90s & indie)/don’t think it’s too loud (also - noise cancelling headphones work just fine). DoorDash is easy if you want lunch or Terry Blacks is right down the street. Albeit, I’m at extrovert and work at WeWorks because having that energy is helpful. It does get loud if you take a meeting in a common space and everyone around is chatting or in meetings, but there are plenty of phone booths or other spaces to go to if you need to take a meeting.

The place is very loud and strange people constantly walking around. The whole office has glass walls which aren’t sound proof which means I can hear all the conference calls. They tried to save on the office space. Hated it being there and very uncomfortable place to get work done. Views are good. Coffee is good. That’s it. I just got tired working there. WeWork doesn’t work for me anymore. It’s just a hyped up place. Sorry. Don’t waste your time with this place.

My favorite WeWork in Austin. 5/5 staff, 5/5 location, and 5/5 amenities. New building. Great view.

I was charged $300 even though my commitment term ended. What's the point of a "commitment term" if I am going to keep getting charged after it? Also, very loud music blasting constantly and the management does not care. Noise-cancelling headphones do not work. Quiet areas--when they are available--have horrible phone reception. You're better off saving your money and going to a coffee shop.

I can only share my experience with this location - we were tenants last year for about 4-5 months and things were typically what I would expect with such a large, shared environment. Where they really shined, though, is when I accidentally had several packages shipped to that address... despite not being a tenant they were very helpful in making sure that they held the packages until I could swing by to pick them up, saving me from what could have otherwise been a major catastrophe! Hannah's the best, she always was and continues to be super helpful. So thanks!!!

I come here often to "network" but I'm sure I'll be found out soon.

I love working at WeWork Barton Springs! The location is convenient to downtown without being north of the river. The view is spectacular and the team is all super attentive and friendly. We have noticed a much better energy at our company since moving here and the team's morale has been much improved by the space.

Yelp
I love close to this location, so can walk to it, which I do every morning. Honestly the monthly fee (about $250) is less than what is spend on coffees if I was working in coffee shops every day. The free coffee pays for my monthly fee. Pet friendly. Lots of space. They regular do free breakfast food and other little things. Great staff.

Yelp
My favorite WeWork in town because it's the only one that allows pups and also have a calm and bright vibe to it. All the free drinks and random mimosa happy hours don't hurt either.

Yelp
This review is for the new cafe and bagel shop that opened inside on the first floor of the WeWork building. It's Tiny House Coffee and Rosen's Bagels. Overall, solid options for a decent price. You can get a bagel with a simple schmear for $4. A nitro cold brew is also $4 for a small. I really like the bagels and the schmears available. The bagels are chewy and have a good flavor. The coffee shop should add more condiment options. Agave and simple syrup would be nice--or even Splenda. They currently only have normal sugar, raw sugar and honey. Plenty of seating but it does get a little warm since there are floor-to-ceiling windows.

Yelp
Like every WeWork, it's beautifully designed -- but this particular location has glaring functional issues. The walls are THIN. I found it impossible to take calls here. Even in a dedicated phone booth and when I booked a conference room, you could not escape the sound of other people having in-person group meetings. In one conference room, there was a group right above us that sounded like we were all in the same room, AND the sound of other meetings on the same floor. Even the sound of people closing doors nearby echoed throughout the floor. Never had this problem at any other location. I also found the WiFi to be surprisingly slow for a coworking space in a major city. Such a shame!

Yelp
I've been coming here since mid-September and am generally a fan. The space is clean, tidy, and sparsely decorated with a chic minimalist vibe. The staff are relatively friendly: Jane held my hand walking through the app onboarding process and folks at the front desk have gone out of their way to introduce themselves and be positive. Added bonuses is that the space is dog-friendly (dog park behind the building for mutts to poop on) and the people who use the WeWork are generally pleasant and nice. Plus, there's a rumor we'll soon get wine on tap to join the current beer offerings! There's also a shower on the sixth floor for those of us who bicycle in. The price is pretty high for the small offices (our four person office basically fits four office chairs) and the parking situation is in high demand. But there's loads of community engagement from the staff and I generally feel more youthful and caffeinated when I come. I'd recommend trying it out on the monthly pass to divine if this space is right for you.

Yelp
Great office place to work. All the amenities they have listed are great. Good staffing as well.

Yelp
I love this location. The space has always been pleasant and helpful. The view of downtown Austin is stunning. The cold brew is always flowing, and the space is gorgeous and well kept. I wish the people sharing the space were a little more outgoing and not so stuck in their own circles, it would be nice to have more of a sense of a community beyond the WeWork staff members and building maintenance crew.

Yelp
Easy to find and free adjacent parking. Great space and meeting rooms were affordable to rent.

Yelp
I wanted to look at the Barton Springs space but they hounded me to go to their downtown spot instead. I got two phone calls, a voice message and two emails encouraging me not to join the Barton Springs location. When I finally took a tour at Barton Springs I felt like I was an inconvenience to the woman giving the tour. The culture here is not friendly. They seem more concerned with what they want than what the client needs. Impact hub was a great alternative.
