I work from home, but sometimes I just need to be around other people, and that is where WeWork comes in. I don’t rent an office because the workstations are fine by me. When I need to do a video call there are usually plenty of “phone booths”(small sound proof rooms with a desktop table and seating for one). They also have coffee, snacks, a refrigerator for your food and other little amenities that make it enjoyable. Reasonable rates as well.

Worst customer service! :(( Having me sit downstairs in the lobby and not letting me come up to have my questions answered! Only communicating over the phone while I'm in the same building??! She wouldn't let me up unless I sign up online on my own! Can't answer any questions, doesn't seem to wanna work and is very unfriendly!!!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Lindsey and Debbie! Their service was absolutely top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine and professional people who truly care about their customers. I can’t recommend them highly enough—5 stars all the way!

Staff here are so thoughtful and always ready to help (thanks for all you do, Lindsey and Payton!). The kitchen is always clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms offer better-than-average privacy and products. The food/treats have been life-saving at times. I'd have starved otherwise. Furniture is stylish, and the location in the heart of Old Town Pas -- with easy, reasonably priced garage parking -- just cannot be beat. I'm a very satisfied we-worker.

The WeWork space is in a prime location in Pasadena. They have a wonderful staff: Dominic, Heran, and Laney, whom all have been so accommodating with me. Everyone has such a great attitude. I send my highest regards to them, they know how to get things done in an efficient and timely manner. I have had such a pleasant experience here and it gives me a space to be productive. The space holds a large enough common area that's clean and peaceful with beautiful views. Definitely check out this location!

I am now in my 5th year here at the Pasadena WeWorks and it continues to be a fabulous place to conduct business. The staff is ridiculously friendly, the common areas are spotlessly clean and the coffee is fresh and delicious every day. And we never get tired of getting e-mails telling us there are doughnuts or pizza or snacks or margaritas to come on down and enjoy them. Just a great overall envirnment!

Great alternative to my “wfh” nightmare! The staff is all really great here. Forgot my keycard twice and Dom at the front desk gladly helped me both times thanks again dude! The space is very clean and inviting. It’s been great to kind of work “in-between” the old office and my dark bedroom desk. If you need a change of scenery this is the spot!

Came here to work with another friend and it was a really great experience. The space was nice and open, with enough room to distance from others. There were conference rooms if you really wanted to stay away from others. The amenities were great and it felt like you were at a really comfy workspace or at home. Lets start off with the location. Getting to the WeWork was kind of a mess. You can't see the sign from any angle of the building, except in the front so at that point I had to assume I was going to the right place. I parked in the parking garage right behind it and it was a bit pricey for parking but, which was a hefty $15 for staying for around a whole day. I parked on what seemed to be the 6th floor, which lead to the first floor of the building. WeWork is just on the second floor which was an elevator ride away. Walking into the WeWork was like walking into a beautiful office for the first time. You are just taking everything in, looking at how beautiful and aesthetic the place is and of course, being greeted by nice people check you in. Once we were checked in, we went to the conference room that we reserved and went to check out the kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional, with essential appliances, like a stove, microwave, several fridges, and some complimentary cold brew and seltzer. The "main" room, which I assume is kinda like the first come first serve room where anyone can sit, was nice and spacious and there were several couches, independents desks, a bar, as well as other sets of benches and tables. I wasn't able to look at the entire floor, but I believe those were for other patrons of businesses renting out larger sections of the officespaces. Overall, I had a great time here. It was a change of pace for my work from home set up and the customer service was great. Although there isn't a view since youre only on the second floor, the space itself was already breathtaking enough. I would definitely come back because of how comfortable I felt there and how close it is to other lunch and coffee places in case your tired of the cold brew.

Yelp
WeWork Pasadena has been a great place to work at. It's quiet and clean, and the staff is friendly. Parking for $7.00 is off Union but it's cash only and 1min walk to the space. You can also park at the School House Lot off Raymond/Fair Oaks for $6.00-$10) (all day) it's about a 5-minute walk and they take credit cards. They also have a lot onsite for $15 a day. Printing Stations, Wifi, Coffee, Water, and Vending Machines, are available, and its pet friendly!

Yelp
Nice location, situated in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Food options are a short walking distance and plenty of parking. Too bad this location is not open 24/7! Plenty of offices and desk space to work from. The staff are nice and informative. Too bad they don't allow pets. (Building management).

Yelp
Overall an awesome experience especially since I was pleasantly surprised by the LA Food Fest walking in during typical Happy Hours with samples of heaven- sweet and savory. Staff is quite friendly, plenty of space for a Wednesday, common area is slightly more captivating than the individual offices but that's just a personal opinion - as a guest. Perm or Semi Perm "WeWorkers" might disagree. It's a great alternative option to the traditional office space, likely more expensive than Regus but different atmosphere. If choosing membership common area access only, definitely WeWork over Regus. See photos for additional comments

Yelp
Wework Pasadena is the best coworking space Worked here for a week and I love this place Great are the managers of this community Michael, Heran, and Kristen are the wework pasadena trinity This space is hip this place is cool Only thing they're missing is me playing pool The music is great, and so is the vibe Come here and work and learn to thrive I checked out two co-working spaces and found this to be the best. My wife and I love we work as it gives a great vibe, clean, well put together, and it's just a place you just want to work at. We're in a private office, the ethernet cable speed is blazing fast, and the wireless ain't bad. There's free coffee/beer, and the people are cool.

Yelp
So far, so good! I've been a WeWork hot desk member for about two weeks now and I'm liking it. It's a little pricy for a shared spot at a table, wifi, and drip coffee ($350 per month), but I appreciate the structure it provides for my work day. The interior is really gorgeous with lots of natural light and plants. The location is also fantastic--take a break with a little stroll through Old Town or grab lunch at one of the awesome nearby restaurants (Root & Rye is my favorite as of late). It can tend to get noisy in the hot desk area especially later in the afternoon, so if you're someone who needs or appreciates a super quiet place to work, that's worth taking into account. My one little complaint was that the booking process could've been easier. I scheduled a walkthrough by calling the location and was told onsite that I could hold the spot and start the next day if I wanted. When I went to book my membership online, it notified me that all hot desks were full. As an apology for the inconvenience they comped me one day and let me know I could set up my membership then. When I arrived, however, I was told that I still needed to book online and that they would free up at midnight on August 1st. I decided to give it a try around 9 pm on July 31st and it worked--glad I didn't just take their word for it and stay up until midnight. Anywho, seems like a lot of hoops to pay them for a spot at the table, no? Still enjoying my time with them and now that I'm in, hoping it's smooth sailing from here.

Yelp
I am not a member. I have used the WeWork Pasadena facility at the invitation of current members for meetings. The office space is modern, with a convenient parking structure, and there is coffee and water easily available in the lobby. I am leaving this review to thank the building staff and the WeWork staff for going all out to assist me. I was recently in a late meeting and forgot a personal item in the men's restroom. Online, I found the information to contact the general manager and tenant coordinator. They both responded even thought it was late in their evening and contacted the appropriate WeWork staff. By the next morning, WeWork had found my wedding band and stored it safely for me. Note that after hours, you need a member to escort you from the lobby to the WeWork offices.

Yelp
This is wWwork's new Pasadena location. The decor is classic WeWork fashion. It has a mix of open and closed office space, a kitchen a WeWork market and plenty of light. There's also the patented WeWork chill playlist playing in the common area. Having worked in numerous coworking locations I can say WeWork ranks by far at the top of the list for a variety of reasons (wifi speed, plug and play printer, staff friendliness and responsiveness, ambiance). And the Pasadena location in particular is another great WeWork location. The WeWork office is located in the second floor of the AT&T building on Colorado Blvd. There's a dedicated parking structure for the building with entrances off Arroyo parkway and Marengo Ave.

Yelp
Since writing this review I have cancelled my membership and moved on. It's sad because I loved WeWork and would have been a member for life. As a business owner myself I would have tried harder to resolve an issue with a dissatisfied client. These guys don't care about their members. I was a member for over 5 years.

Yelp
Worst place ever, they never listen to the customer and are really rude. I use to have lot of respect for this place, until I started to see how toxic the environment actually is, I will never recommend we work to anyone I know, this isnt the only location I have had a terrible experience at.

Yelp
It's a great space to get work done and conduct interviews, etc. The staff if friendly and the space is inviting and relaxing so you don't feel like you're working. There are conference rooms to book and also a common area to work in. It's right near Old Town so if you need to step out for lunch or something you're close to almost anything you could want to eat or drink.

Yelp
Pro's: -Bathrooms are extremely clean -They refill the fruit water station constantly(this itself is a huge perk) -All lunch utensils are properly stocked Con's: -The third floor seems to be the redheaded stepchild and I'd recommend you get an office on the 2nd floor instead. We always run out of normal creamer on the third floor making you have to go down to the 2nd floor to get some for your coffee. 2nd floor also gets refills faster on everything. -They initially had beer on tap and now it's been switched to kombucha which ran out 1-2 hours after the morning opened with no refill? -We were moved into a corner office that didn't have adequate power for all the desks so we had to run extension cords on extensions cords making a fire hazard -Our corner office also has shades but the shades have gaps in between allowing light to get in and glare everyone's monitors. -Lunch area on 3rd floor doesn't have enough seating compared to the 2nd floor which makes it inconvenient. -Should be more than two microwaves for the lunch rush. Summary: Not a bad place to have an office, just make sure you pick one on the 2nd floor and not the third floor. Also be ready to be disappointed if things aren't restocked fast enough when you want something.

Yelp
I visited for a tour. After checking at the front desk, I waited for 15 minutes without anyone helping me. They did not seem ready for me, and it was a very chaotic environment. If they can't prepare for a tour, they must not need the business. So full disclosure, I left after 15 minutes and never took a tour. As far as the space, it was "trendy" looking but the comfortable lobby seating is more ornamental than anything. The tables and chairs on the site that appear to be for co-working were comfortable (I tried the chairs because that matters to me). If that seating area is the main co-working space, it was far too loud in there for me to ever work well, it was busy & chaotic & very noisy. 2 stars = "Meh, I've experienced better" - There are much quieter and more professional places in the area.

Stock G.

Yelp
I'll give it two stars for the trendy decor. Walked in couple years ago, must have been one of the owners or manager, told the front desk I was interested in possibly renting, before she could respond the other person immediately asked "What do you do??" Rude and felt like an interrogation. Needless to say, I haven't looked back. Seriously overpriced.
