WeWork Spear Street

Among all the WeWork locations I’ve visited, this one is by far the best. The staff is incredibly friendly, there are new community events every week, and the spaces are truly beautiful. The coworking area offers a stunning view of Rincon Park, where you can work while looking out at the Cupid’s Span sculpture. And the cherry on top is the gorgeous rooftop on the 18th floor, accessible to members with a private office.

Needed to take a few calls between my in person meetings today. I did not have enough time to get back to the office, so I dropped into the closest coworking space… and accidentally discovered my ideal workspace. Some people need a big height adjustable desk with four monitors. Apparently my perfect environment is a cozy day bed by a window with natural light and a quiet corner to think.

One of my favorite WeWork locations in SF! The space is well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. AJ, the community lead, does a fantastic job creating a welcoming environment and is always available to help members with whatever they need. I also love the waterfront views of the Bay Bridge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive workspace in the area.

We have a private office here and love it!! The location is perfect and the views are amazing. There’s a lot of communal space and the other tenants are all respectful. Our favorite part of this WeWork is the amazing staff. They are always warm and friendly and quick to resolve any questions or concerns. They also plan fun events, happy hours, etc multiple times a week and go out of their way to create a welcoming environment. AJ, Sarah, and the rest of the crew really are the best.

I’ve visited quite a few coworking spaces across the Bay Area, and WeWork at 201 Spear stands out every single time. The energy is great the moment you walk in…. modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Financial District with easy access to transit, coffee shops, and the waterfront for those refreshing afternoon walks. The guy and girl at the front desk are phenomenal. They’re super friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about creating a productive and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re booking rooms, grabbing a beverage, or joining one of their fun community events, they make sure everything feels seamless. The amenities are top-tier: fast Wi-Fi, comfortable lounges, conference rooms with reliable A/V, and a wellness room that’s perfect for a quick reset. They keep the kitchen stocked with great options and the entire space spotless throughout the day. This is exactly what a coworking space should be.. professional yet warm, polished yet personal. If you’re looking for a place that boosts your mood and your productivity, 201 Spear is the spot! Highly recommend.

The team here is truly phenomenal. I’ve been around since the days when Adam and another team member were here, but the current team is exceptional and incredibly responsive. Sarah does an amazing job with events….Insomnia Cookies was such a thoughtful and unexpected treat. AJ brings such great energy and has an impressive knowledge of the WeWork brand, which really stands out. I used to see Ashley and Jessica regularly, but haven’t seen them in a while and hope they’re still with the company.

Renting a private office in this WeWork has been an excellent experience. The location is conveniently located, and the view of the Bay Bridge never gets old. The staff is amazing to work with. AJ Gutter and crew are super accommodating, quick to help, and always organizing events that make it easy to connect with others in the building. The space itself is quiet, well-kept, and easy to focus in, with plenty of phone booths, offices, and shared areas to work from. If you’re looking for a long-term workspace in San Francisco, this location makes it easy to settle in and actually enjoy coming to work.

I really enjoy working here! The vibe is friendly and inspiring, and it feels like a real community. The space is bright, modern, and always spotless. AJ and Sarah deserve a shout-out! They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and supported, with daily notifications and a great effort of make everyone comfortable! Here you will feel like at home and for the first time more comfortable that working remotely!
