Everyone was really nice and caring and they didn't get mad if you had to wait for you to order. The honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich is a must.

Never again this place is terrible. Employee trying to sweep at our feet while we eat and then proceeds to dump water all over the floor the flung water on us as he was mopping exits were blocked with water. The “manager” was very argumentative when we complained. No diet drinks at all. Biscuits were hard as rocks.

Do not! And I repeat Do not eat at this What-A-Burger in Arlington,TN. My wife and I found a piece of reddish/purple weave/hair in our food. Whomever was making the sandwiches it was their hair. I am going to officially file a complaint with Corporate and I will return tomorrow morning to speak with a manager. I cannot believe I found a piece of purple/red color hair/weave in my food! How disgusting. I drove across town to come to this specific What-A-Burger because it always seem to have great food and service. Tonight was awful. Furthermore, the fries were stale. I asked for fresh fries and the young man with the afro said loudly, "these fries are not stale, I'm cooking all the fries fresh". That was true, but the lady at the front counter and I both agreed it was probably old grease. I am just in disbelief as this What-A-Burger is located in the subrbuan part of Memphis. Will not return. Again, Whomever hair it is should be easy to identify.

Ordered a salad and a burge,r meat and cheese only and have been waiting over 20 minutes was asked to pull up just for the cars behind me get there food and go. Then after 20 minutes brought me the wrong order outside so still waiting. Do not come here u have somewhere to be. Also was here the day before yesterday just to wait some more

The initial transaction went a little awry, I asked for the Promotional Chili Cheese Burger which I didn't even know was an option until I saw it on the menu sign, then was told they don't have the Chili on hand. Cool, back to what I usually grab. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo. Then the Cashier didn't know how to put an extra party on and at this point I wished I'd used the app UNTIL a beautiful lead by the name of Mariah swooped in and got the order input correctly. When the food arrived it was presented by a polite gentleman that reached the table before I was able to get to my feet and meet him half way. The burger itself was well made cheesy, greasy goodness with plump bacon that fully reflects the Whataburger name. Combine that with a prepacked Brownie that was surprisingly good I left fat and happy.

Food is always good and staff inside is very friendly and kind. They go above and beyond what most fast food places do in terms of both quality and service. The only thing I can say negative is that at night their drive through is very slow.

Burger was decent and the onion rings were pretty good. They advertise a limited edition banana pudding shake. I ordered it and they said they only had vanilla. I asked politely for a refund and they went to the back and tried to make a vanilla shake with the banana pudding syrup mix, I think.... It was terrible. Half of the drink machine had the nozzles soaking in a metal bin right next to the drink machine. The selections that had no nozzles would spray in all directions if you tried to use it. I think someone likely started cleaning it and then walked away.

I went through the drive thru to get a couple of shakes and Elijah was over the top kind to us and made our experience great. Thanks so much Elijah! 👍🏻

This Whataburger location is Great!! To all the employee's AWESOME job!! I've been eating at Whataburger's for 53 years and this is the best location or at least one of the best!! Thank you Lakayla and Lloyd ya'll are Great!!

We had such a lovely experience today! The employees were so kind and sweet. My order was more than 2 hands and one of them offered to walk with me to my car so I didn't have to make two trips. Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was very clean.

Okay for years now, I have been subjected to endless options of the rabid fan base of this chain. Many are seemingly willing to fight to death about how good this place is. We are talking generational feuds over lets face it fast food. In and Out vs. Whataburger? It is not even close and at best this was Meh.... Newish location in TN, that was agreeable close to the freeway as I was in a moving truck. Lots of parking. The employees were on point and the place and its bathrooms were clean. That alone kept this from being one star The food on the other hand was simply not up snuff and a better comparison would be McDonald's or the King. Bacon and Cheese Whataburger: Oy vey where to start. The bun was at best there to just provide carbs. It had an odd texture and fell apart pretty quick. The bacon was okay and the patty was at best average. The tomato and lettuce were okay, but the pickles were at best mushy Onion Rings: They were fried okay but the onions appeared to be the same kind of mush burger king puts forth Spicy Ketchup was good, but the pepper sauce was at best bland. So what exactly am I missing here? This place fell well short of the hype and based on my experience its JAFB or just another fast food burger. Yes, I'm here at Whataburger now I called and I had a complaint about food I would receive from the first time. I was here young lady who said she was a manager was extremely rude. I asked for the phone number she said find it online. I did not want my order remade because it was breakfast. I was trying to get something else to eat and she charged me so she said she was a manager that there was not another manager here to talk to and she charged me for my food and I was supposed to get a refill a refund she kept saying how rude I was I wouldn't let her talk, but I waited until she got done talking so y'all took $15 for me for food that was not edible

The new prickly pear refresher was good. The service was bad & workers weren't very friendly. Got the wrong flavor shake, no Buffalo sauce for the wings, and no utensils.

Place sucks. Takes them 15 to 30 minutes to get am order out. Need better people or more people in there. Get youre shit together.

Man, I'm giving this location a hopeful 4 stars. (Would more accurately be a 3.5 but like I said, leading with hope here.) Let's start with the bad: It seems this location is having a hard start. They're still relatively new and I don't know that ownership/management is experienced because a lot of the issues are ones that SHOULD have someone making it right sooner. We were there a bit after dinnertime and a family we know was dining in as well and we ended up getting our order before them and it took ages for them to get their order. The place seemed to be run by kids and people who don't take ownership of the situation. I don't think the staff offered an apology, explanation, or refund. We've visited another night and they were closing because of low staff so we went elsewhere. We've had times where we had incredibly long wait times. Another time we were dining in store the floors were so filmy and disgusting that we were practically skating around. Now the good: WE KEEP COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE! The food is great! We love the burgers, chicken, fries, apple pies, breakfast tacos, and their drinks. It's a place where at least half of the time we can get our food relatively quickly and where the kids and adults are both happy about visiting! The inside of the store is beautiful -- the seating and the walls and the restrooms are all in great condition. I like the help yourself drink station. It's so close to our house that we love the proximity. We feel hopeful and optimistic about this location. I think they can get it together and it could be great for the community.

Best burger ever!! I was in Texas visiting. Are there any Whataburgers in Ohio??!! If so, I'd like to know where please!

Super friendly staff. The place is clean enough. Prices are the same as everywhere else Good quality is average for whataburger, which means it's better than most others in Memphis.

What is going on?? No one here and it takes 15 min as of right now to get breakfast for 3 people. I'm from TX and this is the worst one I've ever been too. Unreal!! Employees look so mad and going in slow motion. This location will be closed in months. Pathetic

Terrible food and service during night shift. Orders are wrong half the time and wait time up to 40 minutes!

Just went through the drive thru at 2:15 today.. so not a busy time. Ordered burger with no cheese. Got order and had cheese. Also the bag didn't have any napkins or ketchup for fries. I tried to call twice to nicely remind them to at least be sure to put napkins with an order and got no answer either time.

Waited 30 minutes curbside never got my food. Restaurant wasn't even busy. Absolutely ridiculous. I even called and they said it was on the way and it never came.

We had burgers and a cob salad with jalapeño ranch dressing. Everything was okay. Employee was okay.

There was an African American female working at 10:59pm tonight who started by rushing me at the intercom. I ordered, she asked after every mentioned item if I was done. That's fine, but mainly started when I got to the window. I counted the change for maybe 6 seconds & she turned around and LEFT my food on the counter with milkshakes. Another staff member came to serve the next guest and my food was just being passed out COLD. I asked for a remake & the gentleman at the window said that's fine, asked for it out loud and that female came screaming from the back asking why 5+ times. Once I got the order, I drove down the street, ate a fry & noticed the fries were stale and sticking to my teeth. I turned around and asked for a remake, she made the nastiest face and screamed "WHY! It's NOTHING wrong with those." I asked, "Ma'am can I please have another fry?" She said No, then I asked why. She wanted me to place another order so I asked for a refund and I gave her all the food. She gave me half the money then had to request the rest. When received, I requested her to place my order. She said "No I'm refusing your service." Goodbye, don't come back & everyone you know doesn't need to come either then slams the door. Believe her name starts with a "T". I couldn't get it, her wig was blocking the name tag. If you get this employee handling or placing your order, prepare for a cold day down under. That baby hair on that lace front might be in your food too so be careful.

There's no way this is a Fast Food restaurant. Takes 30 minutes to get food in the Drive thru.

We went for the first time last weekend and it was a decent experience. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. There was a bit of a wait, but the food tasted good.

The food was good, burger was big and the employees were nice and efficient, also was very clean and well kept

Stopped on my way to work. Breakfast was slow, service was rude and the food is not the same as what I experienced in Texas. I realize this is a new location. Perhaps they should not have rushed the opening to ensure the staff could handle things.

Waited at least 45 minutes, maybe more, in the drive thru line. We would have just left but we physically couldn't due to the design of the drive thru. The employee who took our payment and brought our food had an attitude. If they're going to have a double drive thru, they need to take some lessons in speed and customer service from Chick Fil A. EDIT: STILL IN LINE. At the front. Approaching an hour. They just brought food to the car two cars behind us. We only ordered 2 meals.

experience was awful, I expected it to take long since I went at 2pm in the afternoon, but to wait for awhile & get cold food, no gravy for my strips meal, no ketchup (even though they asked spicy or regular) & my fries tasted like they were left over from lunch rush, thrown in the fryer to heat them up. This location in Arlington, TN is terrible, always is, and yet i keep giving them more chances. I'm done with it now.

This has got to be the worst service I've ever seen. I was in the drive-thru for 25 minutes.

Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and large fries with ketchup at the drive-thru. The chicken itself was fine but the "see-thru" shaved tomato slices and very-wilted lettuce was not. The "tomatoes" were placed mostly hanging off the sandwich and they forgot to include the ordered ketchup. They also charged an extra 40 cents for honey mustard. The fries were soggy too. All this cost $18.62! I've learned my lesson. Much better food options out there. Avoid!

Hamburgers are decent. The drive-through process they have here in Arlington is probably the worst I've ever seen at any "fast food" restaurant.

This is by far the slowest fast food store I have ever been to. I have tried on at least 4 separate occasions to get food through the drive thru and each time the wait was at least 30 minutes with the line not moving once. I don't blame the staff, but there has to be a better way to staff the store so one or two people aren't running the window and cooking the food

The wait time in the drive thru was over 25 minutes. The only reason I didn't leave was that I was boxed in. When I voiced my concern to the cashier, she looked at me dumbfounded and just said, I just got here. No apology or detail when I asked why the wait was so long. Then when we received our food it wasn't even hot. Won't be stopping here again ever!

Took an hour to get food, food was cold. Workers are lazy and don't do anything. Terrible. Zero stars. The line was not long at all. Do not go to this place, it should not take an hour to get a burger and fries just for it to be ice cold.

everyone who works in the fast food industry knows how hard it can be to come by good, dependable, & loyal employees. did yall ever come to think that theyvare trying there best alreay having to work day by day short staffed. i love working for whataburger now i aint saying we are perfect but our managers do a good job ro try and make things right if something is brought to their attention..guve them a chance our team is getter atronger and faster...all of arlington come to your local whataburger i promise you will not be disappointed....
