RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Went there because it USED to be the better Whataburger in Arlington. Ordered 2 kids whatachicken bites, a kids Whataburger (no mustard, sub ketchup and add cheese) and a #4 no onion or mustard sub ketchup and mayo. Burgers were completely ignored and made incorrectly. Got home to find out that the chicken bites weren’t even in the bag!! Went back and was met with a rude shift lead and an employee who laughed that the chicken wasn’t in there and all that was said was “oops, guess I forgot” with a smile on her face. Finally got the food remade, talked to a manager the next morning and she agreed to comp the whole meal. Went today to get the refund, met with another manager who said “ sorry, we are only comping the chicken bites”. Whataburger has changed and become the next McDonalds. Horrible service, horrible food, even worse customer service. Hope they go out of business soon cause I’m not spending $50 every time for my family to eat just to guess if my food is even made correctly. It’s not Whataburger anymore it’s Whatajoke!!

This is ridiculous this was my favorite restaurant till I don’t know what happens to the employees working here my order is most of time wrong I’m coming back from work is late you’re confirming my order like three times and then yes wrong again I don’t think I’m coming back here, just to be the best Whataburger in Arlington I want my money back. Don't go to this location if you're ready to eat anytime soon. Went through drive through lane B (they have double lanes here). After the car in front of me and SIX CARS FROM LANE A had been given food and left I was given my 2 drinks and change and told my food would be right out. That took 25 minutes. 10 minutes later the car hop told me that they hadn't made my wife's wings yet but food was coming. When he did bring my order, wings were hot and rest was cold. But hey, he gave me a free apple pie. I don't know about you, but 45 minutes in a drive through is pathetic. Especially since an additional 4 cars left with food from lane A and 2 more from behind me after I was told about the wings. I guess 2 drinks, 2 burgers, 2 fries, and one 9 piece wings is way too big an order for this location. I am a fan of Whataburger but this location by New York and I20 is terrible. Find a different one.

I have had multiple issues with this Whataburger and I just have to say that this location is absolutely terrible. I went last night and asked for a root beer with my meal. Diet Coke. I then went inside to go change it out. The root beer was out and the Dr Pepper was out as well. The employee who is filling up the ice was literally complaining about having to do it as they were doing it. The last time I came half of our order was completely wrong and the employee on drive-thru got onto us for not “calling ahead” that our order was wrong when we literally just opened the food. It truly is a shame because we enjoy Whataburger’s food and can’t even get that. The wait times are also ridiculous just for the order to be incorrect.

This place loves to pull you forward. Then, they give your food away then they'll clear out the whole drive through line behind you. come up to your car and ask for your receipt. Because they've already given your order away to another random car. Happens all the time

Went through the drive through tonight and received the worst customer service. The sir that took my order kept rushing me after having me wait for a while after starting my order. He kept his headset on so I heard him talking and I thought he spoke to me. I kept ordering and he got an attitude because I thought he was talking to me. A woman had to step in and I’m glad because he wasn’t even giving me time to order without cutting me off to say “okay. And? And? Hello?”…. Food is okay enough but still messed up my order. definitely a sorry experience today

This review is going to be quick. Great customer service but when I drive up to a window to render/receive my money, I DO NOT want to see bugs crawling all around the window. It was gross to see especially at a good establishment. I immediately wondered if they were inside the restaurant. Get that taken care of IMMEDIATELY! No restaurant should have bugs crawling around the windows. That's nasty!!

I love me some Whataburger because their Whatachick'n is bussin'. I was craving this sandwich a month before our trip to Texas. Whataburger is must when you're in Texas. I ordered the Whatachick'n combo which normally comes with regular fries and a drink. Instead I asked for a large onion rings and a strawberry Fanta. Everything about the chicken sandwich is delicious. From the toasted brioche bun, the tomatoes, lead lettuce, whatasauce, to the chicken fillet. You can add additional toppings such as pickles, diced onions, grilled onions, bacon, jalapeños, avocado, fire roasted mushrooms, grilled pepper/onions, and pico de gallo. There's also a plethora of cheeses and condiments you can add also

I understand when it's busy, mistakes happen. But this was DEFINITELY ON PURPOSE! Someone purposely "spilled the gravy" and then put the tenders ON TOP OF IT, as only the bottom was soggy from the gravy... So there was no way it was because the gravy spilled from an opened container. I don't understand why people are so rude for no reason.

What a Burger!!!!! I love whataburger but the pandemic is really making grabbing food hard. This location delivers and takes mobile app, but I prefer to pick up my own food. The surge in COVID cases in Texas is at an all time high and I am trying to minimize contact, so I take into consideration others are too. The thing I love about Whataburger - always fresh, so I don't mind waiting. Expect to add 10 maybe 15 minutes to your usual wait AND if peak hours, add at least 20. Also, attitudes are not normal during this time. With that being said, I visited this location before the pandemic and now - huge difference. Usually this drive thru is the best. This location is right off the highway (I-20) and shares the parking lot with Taco Casa and RaceTeac. McDonalds, Quiktrip, and sonic can be found on the other side of the highway. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.......

Went here the other night . Used my card . Hours later my bank called me they had stolen my information and made some online shopping . Not only that my order took 35 mns to come out . 35 minutes to make a chicken sandwich . Worked at a fast food before it takes 6-7 minutes to fry the chicken .

Several months ago I went through the drive thru and my food was cold and when I told the lady that it was cold she just looked at me. I've loved Whataburger since I was a teenager but it has truly fallen off! I really want to give it it another try but the reviews says don't do it.

They are NOT cooking their hamburgers fresh. Yuck...cold, old tasting patty and stale bread. Cold onion rings. Burned, old dark brown nasty apple pie-obviously not ever changing their oil. The pie box itself looked like it was 30 years old brown and orange instead of white and orange-probably from sitting next to nasty oil. Sprite was out in the soda machine, and they did nothing about it when I told them. Took over 20 minutes to get this nasty cold order that I wouldn't finish eating because I was afraid I was going to get food poisoning. I couldn't even take the food back even though I wanted to because there was a line of people out the door waiting for nasty food and dealing with the same problems. A lot of people working there, but nobody seems to be managing the people and they obviously don't know what they're doing. I have dealt with this at this same location on Collins multiple times before, hoping they'd improve, and I'm finally really done. They've lost my future business.

I'm writing this review in hopes that something will be done with the staff. Managers especially included. I ordered ahead through the app and since drive through was not an option, I chose curbside pickup. No one came after the time it was promised and I understand it gets busy, so I got off and decided I'll just pick it up. No one acknowledged me while I was waiting in front of the register and finally I guess a manager said she would be there in a moment. After she asked for my order I explained that I was curbside/stated my name and as she was walking away she said "yeah we're behind it's not ready yet." I did not catch her name because I did not want to distract her from doing her work but it was just so rude not an apology not anything. Just Disrespectful.

WHY? So I just left Whataburger's drive thru, please someone tell me why they have a female employee or just an employee in general outside taking orders at the drive thru. This place wasn't even busy enough to have her outside in 98 degree weather. If you're from Texas you know perfectly well it's extremely hot even at double digits. I called and asked for the store manager and asked her why they have an employee outside taking orders And it's not even that busy to have someone outside, and how insensitive it is to do that to someone. All she said was i will bring it to my boss's attention and i understand where you're coming from ma'am. If she knew where I was coming from she should have said thank you for your concern I will immediately bring my employee indoors. First of all she doesn't know where I'm coming from, she simply doesn't give a damn because she inside where it's nice and cool. she' is the shift manager, she shouldn't have sent that employee outside to begin with. Chik fil a might have misters, awnings and fans but even on their busy days and extremely hot weather, you don't see their employees outside. SMH!

One only because why have two lanes open when the one further away from the window. Sat in my car for 5-8 mins till I realized someone was speaking softly. intercom doesn't work? Either the person isn't talking loud enough or it's just not working. Finally the person spoke louder to where I could bearly hear him. They need to buy some new equipment

Never have I seen a bigger display of incompetence in my life. All I was trying to do was make sure they put sausage gravy in with my simple order of a #24. I tried to confirm on 4 occasions and Finally on the 5th attempt miraculously they put the gravy in the bag. I guess it made the young girl at the window mad so she just handed me my order and gave me the silent treatment. It really hurt my feelings! Not!!!!!!! Hahahahaha! This gravy sure is good!

We ordered on the app and it let us choose pick up. When we got to the store they had the doors locked. I called asking how to get our food and was told they would bring it out just turn on our flashers. 20 minutes later, 15 minutes after the time it should be ready, we call in again and are told that their curbside and take out close at 11 pm but they will bring it out. This is ridiculous. Someone needs to look at the management at this store.

Employee keep coming ask what did we ordered..WTH.. and the last one she seem to doubt about us ordered..they didn't give us the receipt either..it's just simple thing...it's not free food. We ordered through the mobile app. Gone through the drive thru like the app told us too. When we got to the speaker box, we let them know we ordered mobile. They said okay come to the window. Well we waited over 20 minutes before we got to the window because they were busy. Which is fine. We weren't upset about the wait. The young lady working the window crunched up the bag and tossed it out the window. I was annoyed because it was just a sandwich, she was a little extra about it. But we didn't say anything. Then she ordered someone to make the shake, and she gave it to us and said have a good night. Which we stopped her and told her we also had a regular coke and she was like well where's you're receipt? We said we ordered through the mobile app and we gave her the receipt that came on the bag and with an eye roll and attitude she told us she couldn't read that. We said it was a combo chicken sandwich, so she slammed the window shut and made us the drink but it was so overfilled and she purposely dumped it on my boyfriends wrist and it soaked his Apple Watch. I mean, like DQ upside down the coke. It was so obviously rude! She didn't even apologize, she just looked annoyed. Of course I'm screaming like what the actual fuck! Because it's a brand new, literally only had it for a week, $400 watch and it's like dripping down his arm and she didn't even say sorry? I am working as well as an essential in the middle of the pandemic, you don't see me throwing food at people because it's been a bad day!

True story, first job out of high school was at a Whataburger. I moved on fairly quickly to work at a record store in the mall (anyone still remember what a record store is?), so my stint was brief. But I still have fond memories of Whataburger. Or maybe it was that Whataburger was one of the few stores open late-night in those days where you could grab a quick bite to eat after the ubiquitous keg party. It was either Whataburger or Denny's. But I digress. I do loves me a Whataburger! The meat on their burgers is amazing. A little more seasoned then some, which is the way I like it. Two amazing patties sandwiched between two slices of cheese...heaven. Also, Whataburger is my stop of choice for a morning sausage biscuit. The biscuits are not dried out like some others (McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A). I do dig their honey butter chicken biscuit as well, but these are hard to eat on the go without getting honey on your shirt or tie. I am not, however, a big fan of their fries. They are serviceable, but just don't stand out. They just don't have the flavorfullness of the McDonald's fries, or the seasoning of Jack's curly fires.

Waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I was one of the first people to order out of a large group and was the last one to get my food. I asked on the progress of my meal and they told me that I needed to be patient. The sandwich was shit too.

Just make sure it fresh and some order that's been sitting awhile like my order, from some other customer they messed up on ! My order came out so fast. Cold fries and sandwich seemed it was sitting for awhile. Didn't want to make a fuss. O well guess I won't be coming back to this location. Best one is off 30 and Eastchase. This location sucks and thought they could just pass on someone else order on me. Two other people at our table, their order didn't come out right.

This is hands down the best burger ive EVER had. This is my first visit here, my wife and I were visiting texas for a cowboys game and we saw the whataburger sign on the freeway driving to the hotel... now to be honest I NEVER knew this place existed I honestly thought it was fictionally made up in the tv series king of the hill :) however upon seeing the sign we knew instantly we needed to try it.... and thank goodness we did... honestly it melts in your mouth! I love hamburgers and have eaten MANY from MANY places... this is honestly hands down the best ice ever had... shame I have to wait until I visit america/texas again to have one..

I had a major issue with the girl at the window. She opened the window half way with my card and receipt in one hand and her phone in another. Waited for about 2 minutes for her to look up and give me my card and receipt back. she handed me my drink (which was incorrect) while still looking at her phone. I felt truly disrespected by this and I didn't even get a thank you for coming here by the end of the transaction.

Manuela is the Worse supervisor.Our 3 jalapeno cheddar bisquits had NO MEAT on them. My husband went there on 11/17/2016 for breakfast. Got home lifted up bisquit, no meat on all three. The next morning, after our dog enjoyed egg, my husband went back with receipt and spoke with Manuela who wouldnt replace food and told my husband that people try to be dishonest.All she had to do was replace food. Unprofessional and cant make an indepent decision. This location deserves 0 stars.

I've been to Whataburger before, the first time was in 2004 during the holidays. My younger brother used to work here (I'm pretty sure this is the one he used to work at). The food is really good. My brother would buy me food since I was taking him to work and picking him up. I remember the food being kinda costly but as mentioned the food is good and service was usually good.

Let me start by saying I give this location 2 stars only because this is where I typically pick up food for my family and it's been good every time. However, today was the first really bad experience and it was completely unacceptable. I went thru the drive thru as usual at a non-peak time, and when I pulled up to the B-line space I gave the girl a $50 bill for $13 worth of food. She went inside, came back out and handed me my change: $6. I immediately & politely told her I had handed her a $50 bill to which she replied "You handed me a $50???". She said she'd be right back. She then came back out a minute later and said verbatim "You didn't give me a $50 bill. There's no $50 in the register." I told her I most certainly handed her a $50 bill & I want my change. She then tried to tell me I gave her a $20 bill not a $50 bill and I again told her to get me my change for the $50 that I gave her. Then, the manager happens to be bringing out my food and asked us what was happening. I told him what had happened and he said he'd go check and be right back. He came back a minute later and said he counted the till and it was indeed $30 over and gave me my change. He apologized but it just isn't enough. Long story short: don't give them cash money here if you expect to be treated as anything other than a liar. The attitude of this chick was insane and clearly she had no idea what she was talking about. Ridiculous that I was flat out told I didn't give her a $50 when I KNEW I had. Customer service is the worst in Arlington. I'll go to a different location from now on.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but Whataburger has raised there prices over 2 dollars here recently. I usually get the number 5. A bacon cheeseburger mustard all the way combo and for as long as I can remember ( plus I have bank record proof) the meal has always cost $7.66 including tax. Today I went through there and the same combo was $8.99 plus tax. Total $9.73. I was shocked. I will not be going to Whataburger any more. I think burger box has just as good of a burger and is less than $8 plus there fries are much better.
