Whataburger

This is ridiculous this was my favorite restaurant till I don’t know what happens to the employees working here my order is most of time wrong I’m coming back from work is late you’re confirming my order like three times and then yes wrong again I don’t think I’m coming back here, just to be the best Whataburger in Arlington I want my money back. The fries were burnt and they were hard. This food is going in the trash

Don't go to this location if you're ready to eat anytime soon. Went through drive through lane B (they have double lanes here). After the car in front of me and SIX CARS FROM LANE A had been given food and left I was given my 2 drinks and change and told my food would be right out. That took 25 minutes. 10 minutes later the car hop told me that they hadn't made my wife's wings yet but food was coming. When he did bring my order, wings were hot and rest was cold. But hey, he gave me a free apple pie. I don't know about you, but 45 minutes in a drive through is pathetic. Especially since an additional 4 cars left with food from lane A and 2 more from behind me after I was told about the wings. I guess 2 drinks, 2 burgers, 2 fries, and one 9 piece wings is way too big an order for this location. I am a fan of Whataburger but this location by New York and I20 is terrible. Find a different one.

Ordered the Kids Grill Cheese meal with a Vanilla Shake. The grilled cheese was delicious. Would order the Kids Grill Cheese meal again.

Asked for a simple patty melt with jalapeños and to add lettuce and tomatoes. There’s no jalapeños to be found and I didn’t ask for grilled onions. I don’t / can’t even eat onions. So why would I ask for them. I called the location and the lady by the name of Sandra answered and said oh my gosh come back and get the right order. I told her I was on my lunch break and I could no longer go back and so now I didn’t have a lunch. She said come whenever you can and we’ll replace it OK bye and she hung up on me.

Went through the drive through tonight and received the worst customer service. The sir that took my order kept rushing me after having me wait for a while after starting my order. He kept his headset on so I heard him talking and I thought he spoke to me. I kept ordering and he got an attitude because I thought he was talking to me. A woman had to step in and I’m glad because he wasn’t even giving me time to order without cutting me off to say “okay. And? And? Hello?”…. Food is okay enough but still messed up my order. definitely a sorry experience today

Very disappointed. Ordered the Sweet and spicy. Burger was not fresh. Tasted like it was sitting for hours. It had black starch on some of bun like they didn't clean toaster. After the 2nd bite I spit out the burger. Fries was fresh though. But I rather my burger be fresh.

I asked for well done fries they were cold and limp. My chocolate shake was very very vanilla with a spot of chocolate maybe and a half cold thing of country gravy. The guy was more worried about his basketball 🏀 moves..

This use to be the best place for burgers and fries and onion rings not anymore it has gone down. Food is always cold and employees are so rude they never get order correct and most times your missing items. I'm looking for a good place to go now.
