Whataburger

Waited in line outside for over 30 minutes just to order and when we finally got our food, it was cold the cheese on the burger was not melted and not well cooked. They are super slow and looks like no one is supervising this horrible service or it falls on depth ears. Never coming back here again! Y’all are charging for this trash food and service and waiting forever in line!

I LOVE THE STAFF HERE. The customers service is on point. I love how they come and check on the customers. They keep it clean and this is why I come here. My FAVORITE Place 2 Eat❤️ Thank you Derrick the sweetest manager ever, Jayleen, Meiza and Ivelyn for everything. Me and son BJ enjoyed ourselves ❤️

Update: I did another order recently again from this location in the evening but from doordash and yet, the food was not good (especially the fries being all soggy and disgusting) once again and they still put onions in my burger even after I requested no onions when i placed the order and it shows clear as day in the receipt! I had to call whataburger corporate and no one has yet to have gotten back with me past the 48 hour timeframe I was given to be contacted. Original review: Ordered from uber eats that came from this location. I don’t know what it is with the night staff, but giving me a burger with raw bacon is unacceptable and could’ve caused me to be ill had I not checked the burger before I consumed it. I reported this to uber eats. This isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue from this location at night and that experience was in person from being given the wrong order. Do better

I ordered a curbside pick up and 15 minutes after I checked in to my spot on the app, I went in to check on my food and they had it sitting on the counter. I also ordered a coffee and it was literally sweet milk. Super slow service. Giving them 2 stars because their bathroom was unlocked so I had no issues getting in to use it.

Food is not as good as it once was. Allot of fast food places have raised their prices and the food is crappier. Before COVID it was so so. Now it is just crap. Your better off cooking at home. I know convenience being at work or being tired. But there are better burger places. Like Dan's, and so on. This place kills you with lettuce. And onions. Patties have gotten smaller.

Very few franchise burger joints beat Whataburger! Probably one of my top favorite things in Texas. I usually go with their Number 2 with cheese since it’s pretty filling, but their chicken tenders, and breakfast tacos are also pretty good. Located in a pretty great spot of South Austin, near South Park Meadows, this location is pretty well taken care of by the day crew. Props to them!

Food is the usual Whataburger quality (i.e., good). Staff is generally pretty good, with a couple clearly making customer service/experience their personal "raison d'ete". Only reason writing this review is b/c the iced tea ALWAYS tastes a little off. Told management several times, wrote corporate and never got a response. Something isn't getting cleaned or rinsed properly.

This restaurant must have had a party of kids. There was food and dried up spilled drinks on the floor. I didn’t want to take a pic because it was nasty. We could not find a clean seat. Poor management. The dining room should have been cleaned and mopped.
