Waited in line outside for over 30 minutes just to order and when we finally got our food, it was cold the cheese on the burger was not melted and not well cooked. They are super slow and looks like no one is supervising this horrible service or it falls on depth ears. Never coming back here again! Y’all are charging for this trash food and service and waiting forever in line!

I dined inside this location. Food was great because I love Whataburger so I'm biased when it comes to Whataburger. As I was waiting for my order the staff started handing out free samples of some sort of strawberry dessert that they seem to of wanted to try out with customers. I wasn't offered a free sample even though I was sitting in one of the tables where they started handing out samples. It's as if I was completely invisible because they offered everyone inside the restaurant a sample except me. I might sound petty writing this review but because I love Whataburger and it's food I also would have wanted to been offered a sample.

This location is by far, my favorite one. Customer service was excellent. The food was excellent, and the store was very clean. If y'all are in the area looking for breakfast or lunch, definitely go to this one. Keep up the good work y'all.

I ordered a curbside pick up and 15 minutes after I checked in to my spot on the app, I went in to check on my food and they had it sitting on the counter. I also ordered a coffee and it was literally sweet milk. Super slow service. Giving them 2 stars because their bathroom was unlocked so I had no issues getting in to use it.

Update: I did another order recently again from this location in the evening but from doordash and yet, the food was not good (especially the fries being all soggy and disgusting) once again and they still put onions in my burger even after I requested no onions when i placed the order and it shows clear as day in the receipt! I had to call whataburger corporate and no one has yet to have gotten back with me past the 48 hour timeframe I was given to be contacted. Original review: Ordered from uber eats that came from this location. I don’t know what it is with the night staff, but giving me a burger with raw bacon is unacceptable and could’ve caused me to be ill had I not checked the burger before I consumed it. I reported this to uber eats. This isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue from this location at night and that experience was in person from being given the wrong order. Do better

Food is not as good as it once was. Allot of fast food places have raised their prices and the food is crappier. Before COVID it was so so. Now it is just crap. Your better off cooking at home. I know convenience being at work or being tired. But there are better burger places. Like Dan's, and so on. This place kills you with lettuce. And onions. Patties have gotten smaller.

I love a good bargain, especially for food. So, when Whataburger is celebrating their 75 years with a .75 Whataburger, I'm in! I ordered a Whataburger on the app after my 9:00 Barre class, and it was ready when I went to pick it up. The server brought it out to me, and even straightened out my athletic skirt that had hiked up after my class. That is service above and beyond! I had ordered the Whataburger without the bun, with extra tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. Somehow they forgot the onions. I asked for mustard and they brought an entire side container of the condiment. They served the burger with all accompaniments on a platter with a plastic fork and knife. Quite tasty and healthy too. I would order it again and pay the going price, though the .75 made it taste even better! The restaurant ambiance is okay for dining in, but I chose to take the Whataburger home and eat it while watching TV.

This Whataburger is my main location I go to when I'm craving and they never let me down! Food is always great and the service is always kind and quick. I placed a order at the wrong location by mistake and the manager and window employee were so quick to help me with fixing the mistake and even still made the order for me which was a big time saver! Will always continue to make this location my main whataburger spot

I placed an online order this morning and chose to go inside to pick it up rather than the drive-thru because I assumed it would be faster. When I arrived an employee with a head set walked around to chat with 2 customers which I assumed she knew. There was no one at the counter to take orders and a gentleman waiting in front to me. I could see another employee counting out a register till near the food counter. After many minutes of waiting the employee with the head set walks back behind the counter and decides to finally assist the customer in front of me. After taking his order she asked if she could help me. I gave her my name on the online/app order and she quickly retrieved my order in the back. It had been sitting ready this entire time. I know Whataburger ALWAYS takes a while but this was preventable and unacceptable.

Don't bother to order food here. Try other place. The service is poor I asked for unsweetened tea for second times, one few months ago and today they brought me. SWEET tea again. Duh? Look like employees don't read at all. All they do is listen or look at cellphones. Need extension training to operate the business. It sucks!! Wasted my $$. Crying

If I could rate this place a -5 star i would. $19.74 for dog food. That they tried serving us. Fish was burnt., not just burned a little brown...no it was black so we're the onion rings. Burger cold chez not even melted a little, patty cold...That had to had seen it. But still tried serving it. Horrible manager she was there No care in the world. I had to ask for my money back. Manager serving that type of food should not be a manager nor working in the restaurant business....

This whataburger stop was one I most likely will not repeat. First of all, only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 15mins to make my meal. I only ordered a #1 meal plain and dry with meat and cheese only, tea to drink. When I ordered, the lady spoke so fast and abruptly that I forgot to order my friends food. Also when I got to the window, she opened the window and said "Tina?" And I said yes so she handed me the bag and shut the window and walked away without another word.Not a friendly place to visit at all.

TERRIBLE experience at this store - the management was extremely toxic and the employees were understaffed and overworked. It took us almost 40 minutes to receive an order. Don't go here if you're wanting fast, friendly food.

I went into your location and ordered some food because i saw the commercial online for the new burger you was promoting so i went to try it out!!! Never happened!! I ordered my food 1:55pm and at 2:15pm I requested a refund. Okay, great im getting a refund!!!! I payed via card i was given cash! The wrong cash at that! I was glad i was paying attention!!! Because she tried to short me $10 out of that 14.28 i payed! I still only received $13.48!!! As i pointed out the error she just throw my money on the counter walked away as if did something to her. Honestly i was already having a bad day! I came to sit alone in your restaurant to collect my thoughts, i was shunned away as a paying customer. I have my own set of problems, i just wanted a burger and a drink and some distracting atmosphere to clear my mind!! I was met with disappointment! I am disappointed i never received my meal and i am in the parking lot writing you about this! I assume the customer should have a good experience! But this was the worst! I don't expect anything to come of this but if it does it would make a difference!!!

Hadn't been to this location in a while and went today around 4pm. The onion rings and fries were cold and the fries were soggy, tasted like they had been sitting out all day, they were gross. The only thing hot was my burger. Avoiding this location from now on.

Worst Whataburger ive ever been to. I have grown up going to whataburger and used to love it. I ordered a meal and asked for extra spicy ketchup at the speaker. Then i asked again at the window. They asked me to move forward because my order wasnt ready and i reminded them again that i wanted spicy ketchup. I got my order and there was zero ketchup in the bag! How many freaking times do i have to ask for extra spicy ketchup?

They always get the order wrong, you can use favor or their app and it's still always wrong. The line is always super long service is terrible, they never give you the condiments you ask for or napkins. They should shut this location down!!!

I gave a 4 Stars for a couple reasons. If they expect us to use the app they should have Wi-Fi! Also I always forget to use the app before I pay, they need to have a barcode on the receipt or something better! Worst app ever! They need to keep the green chili burger on the menu full time! Otherwise the food is great the staff is friendly and the place is really clean!

One of the worst Whataburger locations to go to if you use the app. The curbside order takes over 30 minutes to come out. By that time the food is cold! And they always forget the dipping that you pay extra for. I always have to go in and fix the order! IT NEVER FAILS.

We ordered 4 cheeseburgers with bacon no pickles or onions and no mustard. All hamburgers were cold, the patties tasted like they were cooked hours ago sitting in the warmers plus they had onions, pickles and no bacon. It is not that hard, specially when there are like 2 tables in the restaurant and only to go orders. I have them 1 star because you can't choose 0 stars. Disgusting hamburgers, we should've eat at McDonald's, at least they get it right.

The food is always cold the meat in my burger is always cold where the cheese doesn't even melt cold fries or old fries.Everytime I ordered breakfast my hash browns are soaked in oil when I ask for new ones they put them back in the fryer and give them back to me when I asked for fresh hash browns they give me old fries instead when I asked again after getting upset the gave me under cooked hash browns so don't go to the one one Cameron Rd and I didn't even want to give them one star but it asked to rate with one

Honestly almost every time I have come to this location, no matter the time of day, the line is slow. Not the normal Whataburger slow but almost waiting in line for 40+ minutes barely moving slow. Once you get your food you'd at least think it would be hot but nope cold food after 40+ minutes of waiting. Do not recommend

They have messed up my order the last 4 times I ordered takeout on the app!! They forget the cheese on a burger that I ordered it (and paid for it) on, missing fries, last time they didn't put the gravy in the order of chicken strips. Of course, they have no easy way to fix it without heading all the way back to the restaurant if you don't notice until you get home. P Terry's down the street always gets it right!

I'm from California so we don't have Whataburger out there but every time I visit this part of the states I make a point to have some Whataburger. This review is about Whataburger in general because I only went through the drive through this time around. SERVICE: I've always had friendly service from Whataburger. Maybe not too much when I come in after midnight and there are a bunch of crazies around but generally, the staff is friendly. FOOD: From 11pm to 11am they serve their delicious HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN BISCUIT! Good Lord, I'm glad I don't have a Whataburger near me because I would have these all the time. Caution: they can be addictive so watch out! Another great thing about this place is their spicy ketchup and sweet tea - mmm! At times, it may be too sweet but it's nothing some water can't help. SO will I keep coming back? I think you already know the answer to this question :) YES!

There was a time when you could count a quality burger from Whataburger... that time is no more. Its sad to see something classic that I held so highly fade into the crap Whataburger has become. I was an avid supporter of Whataburger .. but the about a year ago something happened. Every burger I get there now is completely dry and over cooked. The buns are smashed flat and the whole thing seems to have lost the greasy onion flavor I loved so much. The other thing that bothers me is that Whataburger has decided to come out as a christian company and blatantly state that they oppose the separation of church and state. Now I really hate dry burgers but I hate politics with my burgers even more. So suck it Whataburger I'll never be back and in the future you should consider keeping your burgers and our government free from religion.

I usually only come to this Whataburger to grab something quick such as a chocolate milkshake... And every time it is quality and flows pretty quickly unless it's around dinner time when people are getting off, then you'll end up waiting a bit longer. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming to this Whataburger to get my small snacks!

This is the closest Whataburger but I drive further away just to not come here. It's terrible. Would never recommend anyone to come here. Wait forever for food and no one ever apologizes for the wait time. I've been to many other whataburgers with 10x better service and time. THIS PLACE SUCKKKKKS

Awful customer service. I politely and clearly gave my order to simply have my sandwich on a bun instead of toast. Whoever the girl was taking my order had a rude response but I didn't let it get to me. Before I leave I check and realize they got my order wrong so I went in and let them know that it wasn't what I ordered no biggie right? As she takes it to the back and lets the rest of the staff know someone gives a smart and LOUD remark saying "well why didn't she say that" when I clearly did. Whataburger do better with teaching your staff customer service.

Like others say here it is a little bit on the slower side for service. Honestly for the time I went I was surprised but to me that meant fresh greasy food. I ordered the Jr version of the patty melt which was a single patty on Texas toast. My husband ordered the big boy version which was two patties. The burgers were so good and I realized that whataburger is a treat or every once in awhile only. My stomach paid for it badly after the meal but honestly it was worth it after moving. One thing you get here is spicy ketchup. Umm hello!!! Game change when you can add more spicy to anything. My fries and my taste buds were enjoying it! Highly recommend. I did see a healthier menu to choice items for those weight conscious folks. Honestly lately I should review that menu more closely but when you come to this place I think it would be hard to even consider to order off of it

This Whataburger consistently disappoints. I should've learned from the last time I did an online order and they made me wait 30 minutes to get it and still got it wrong. This time, I used the app to place a takeout order to be picked up through the drive thru and it said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. I live close by so I immediately headed over and got to the drive thru line at the exact time my order was supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, there were three other cars in front of me, but I hoped it wouldn't be that long of a wait. Wrong. One car holds up the line for another ten minutes and all I can think about is my food getting cold. When I come up to the box, I let them know I have an order that was ready over ten minutes ago, hoping they'd see the issue in that and get my order out to me quickly. I go to the second outside lane and wait another 5-10 minutes for my order. The girl gives it to me without much of a greeting and doesn't wait at all to make sure it's right as I start checking the order in front of her. She just dashed back into the restaurant right as I noticed my burger was wrong and also cold since it'd been 20 minutes since my order was supposed to be ready. Obviously the dining hall was closed because of corona virus so I had to get back in line and call the store to let them know about the issue. The girl on the line brushes it off and says her screen didn't have any of the modifications I know I made nor does she offer any remedy or sympathy for the situation. Now I'm stuck with a cold burger and fries that don't even look appealing. Whataburger, your app and online ordering process need major help. There's no reason it should take 20 minutes to receive an order that was made in advance. And also please make sure you're not serving cold nasty food. See pictures below. Gross.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all it was extremely slow, and the girl that brought me my order was extremely Rude. I don't ever leave reviews, but I was so taken back by how I was treated that I did. If you aren't happy at your job you should probably find another one. I'm In the customer service industry, and I know it can be tiring at times. To the girl with the green bun learn to treat people better, because how you treated me makes me never want to come back to this establishment again.

OVERBURDENED Okay, so this Whataburger is plumped down in the middle of its target market: Austin's south of the river self-proclaimed "bubbaland". About 15 years ago they added a second lane in the drive-thru not to accommodate high traffic but to fit the huge tail beds of the F250s. TRAFFIC ISSUES Getting to this location should be easy. It's right off the Slaughter exit. But the Slaughter exit is a nightmare of mass vehicles stalled, changing lanes indiscriminately, with potential carnage at every 2 mph travelled. Getting out is just as perilous if going southbound. The access road is a speedway of freed bottlenecked cars racing away from Slaughter. AND WHY ARE THE FRIES ALWAYS COLD?

Wait times are regularly 20-30 minutes. Food came out mediocre, in all ways except Whataburger's ridiculous pricing. Whataburger is a shell of its former self, and their customer service and guest relations are completely useless as well. Even if Whataburger sells you food that they don't serve you, the store and corporate office will under no circumstance refund you. Considering their relatively expensive prices Whataburger is bottom tier fast food.

My number 5 was great...crispy bacon, melted cheese, crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes. I always order my bun toasted and it makes all the difference! Fries were piping hot and fresh and my sweet tea had just the right amount of sweetness. I was very pleased my order and the friendly staff I only wish I didn't have to wait almost 10 minutes in drive thru.

This particular location has a problem with topping off drinks. Second time this happens to me @ this location in one week. I have a feeling I'm not the only one this happened to here. Check your drinks! Employees don't care and seem too indifferent when you let them know about it.

I visited the Southpark Meadows location and had a wonderful experience. I went through the drive through for breakfast. The employees were very friendly and professional. Once I got home with my order the food was hot, looked picture perfect and tasted wonderful. Adequate amounts of butter, syrup cutlery, napkins were included with my order. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Super-Duper SLOW service, but they always get my order Right...just take Forever doing it. The food is always Great & consistent with Whataburger standards, just really Slow Service. Words to the Wise: Avoid going here for Lunch if you're in a rush...you Will wait forever and leave feeling pissed. Come here if you have Lots of Time to kill. Management needs to work on making the restaurant run more efficiently.
