Whataburger Corporate Office

Went to Huntsville, South Parkway location, ordered (2) Whataburgers, no bacon, no cheese, both a la carte. Drove away, the receipt stapled to the bag read (2) Plain Whataburgers. Drove back and asked the manager for the corporate office number. He told me he didn’t have it. I found it using a search engine and I am leaving my I. I was offered a correction on my order, waited for 7 minutes and drove away without any food because I was going to be late to work, had I stayed waiting. The managers at this location seem to have a high turnover rate, as well as the staff. Something has to be corrected. Meanwhile, I am done with this burger chain and their lack of respect for serving customers. I am noticing the large number of complaints from around the country. What is wrong with this company? They will never get another order from me. Good luck with training and keeping your staff!

Order 4 meals tonight Jan 31st ordered 4 meals 3 fries 🍟 one order of whatasized onion rings mine you we paid 53.48 for our meal. We called and called until the answered until finally someone answered. Some female answered I explained to her my situation. And she first already had an attitude. She told me that they had just changed the oil so that's why the onion rings are white. But I told her ma'am there are 8 onions in one ring. She had a smart ass mouth. So I had to pass her to my husband cause I didn't wanna call her out her name. Anyways she stays silent and ask my husband if he was actually gonna drive over there. Whatever long story short the female need to be taught customer service skill since she does answer a business phone. Imagine getting served this and they mock you

Whataburger is no where near where it use to be. Quality of product quality if service is way down. I thought it was due to location but after going to several locations across several states it must be a corporate leadership thing. I used to love going to this place multiple times per week. Now I don't even want to hear it's name.

Counter worker pleasant and professional. Female workers in bathroom dressing for work, I had to wait 12 minutes to use the facility then the one employee made a comment about a customer waiting and the responding employee made a very unpleasant comment, one didn’t even wash her hands, but I saw her leaving to go home, the 2 burgers with cheese and a chicken sandwich combo was Horrible! It cost almost 30 dollars and my family did not eat the items, but my hens did. The food was dried out like it had been cooked earlier in the day and I arrived at the Eagles Landing restaurant at 4:30 PM. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I won’t be back to this restaurant, but I’ll go back to the new restaurant on Jonesboro rd in Ga. The hype was not there

HEALTH HAZARD!!! Huge mold growth in my tea. Not changing out and cleaning their machines daily. Huge health hazard!! Imagine how long it’s been since they have cleaned their machine? That’s a lot of mold. Took a sip and saw it floating. DISGUSTING. Never eating at a whataburger again and I will be telling everyone.

I went into the Broken Arrow Oklahoma Whataburger at five AM this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. I had been in there dozens of times before but never had I found as filthy as it was this morning. Thrash all over the floor numerous tables never been cleaned and the drink bar was filthy. There was spoons or forks missing as well as no sugar for coffee. Speaking of coffee there was none. They made me coffee but it was so rich it wasn’t drinkable. The excuse was it’s New Year Eve. So what. Somebody needs to have talk with the manager. The lack of concern was pitiful. I’m not exaggerating at all here.

What has happened to What A Burger? for the last 25 years I have always made a point to stop at your stores. But in the last two years are so your service at State highway 146 and I-10 has gone to the bottom of the barrel. Coffee pot is no long out in the mornings and the product you call coffee leaves a great deal to be desired. If a customer should want and other cup of what you call coffee, you wait for someone to get it for you, that is is if they don't have to make another pot!

I had the police called on me when I was simply trying to use the restroom. I’m an uber driver and had just done a 3 and a half hour trip to drop someone off in Huntsville. My stomach was in shambles so i stopped by the 5900 University Dr NW location in Huntsville, Al after dropping off my passenger to use the restroom and buy a sprite afterwards. I was in there for 30 minutes before the Huntsville police barged into the restroom saying that management called the police on me claiming I’d been there for 3 hours and that they wanted me to leave. I got up to leave , still not done handling my business, and left the bathroom and the officer is immediately asking me for my name and DOB , screaming at me in front of the entire restaurant and not even trying to hear me out. He even threatened to arrest me simply bc I didn’t want to give my DOB when i’d done NOTHING wrong. The manager walks over and , instructed by the officer, tells me i’m banned from the store forever. I told him to check those cameras as there’s no way I’ve been there for 3 hours and left the store to go outside with the officer who continued to try to get more information from me. Right when the officer tried to dig more into the life, the manager and another worker comes outside saying that they made a mistake and that i’m the wrong person. They said the person was a skinny blonde white woman. Completely different from how i look as i’m a thick black woman. The officer said “ there appears to have been a miscommunication “ , doesn’t apologize for ego tripping and not listening to me and yelling at me while the manager gives out a few whimpy apologies. This was an extremely frustrating, HUMILIATING, and hurtful experience to have gone through at Whataburger. This situation was handled completely wrong. Even if i was in the restroom for 3 hours, why would your immediate reaction to be to call the police instead of checking to see if I was okay first or even asking me yourself to leave first before calling the trigger happy, ego tripping police in the prejudice city of Huntsville, AL . Not to mention how i look nothing like the person they claimed to have been in there for 3 hours. Something needs to be done about this. Not only will I never visit this whataburger again but i will never spend my money at ANY whataburger. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves. That could’ve left me in a really messed up situation. This if my life were talking about. I got in the car and couldn’t stop crying tears of frustration, confusion and humiliation. This was Dec 23, 2024 around 8pm. This entire situation caused me emotional distress and trauma on top of not being able to finish relieving myself. Something needs to be done about this.
