I do not usually write comments about restaurants, however I must today. I heard that you are taking away my favourite salad! I LOVE Whataburger, especially your Apple, Cranberry Salads. I am trying to eat more healthier and this salad is the best. I absolutely love the whatachicken strips, but it is the cranberries and apples that makes it for me. I am devastated! Please, please don’t take it away. Sincerely, Elizabeth Fry

Hello my name is Chris Milligan and I live in Clarksville TN I'm from Tx so I know all about Whataburger I grew up on Whataburger and when I seen y'all was coming to Clarksville I was besides myself, but recently I have found out that y'all are closing the doors of my favorite restaurant on Madison Street. I eat there every morning the food is great and the staff are amazing. I know my one review won't make a difference but I just wanted to let you know how much this place means to me and I know there's other locations here but there just not the same. I have tried them all and Madison Street is the best I can't understand why you would close the only good one in Clarksville. The one on 76 never gets your order right, the one on fort Campbell are always slow and messy!! I want y'all to know you are closing my favorite place here in Clarksville and I would hope you can find it in your deep pockets to save this restaurant! But if not I understand and I thank you for the good memories I got from this location. It's a great location thank you

I was at a whatabuger in ft worth and I placed my order and went to the park to enjoy my meal and when I open it up the burger has a bite mark on it! someone eat a small piece of it . I called the place where I picked it up and they did make good on it and gave me a new burger. Well I get home and my phone rings and it says whatabuger is calling me so I pick it up not knowing why they are calling and the manager there proceeds to tell me they looked at the cameras and no one messed with it... he proceeded to argue with me that no one had messed with it. I would have left it alone because they gave me a new fresh burger but since tht manager went out of his way to call me back n argue with me, I am leaving this review. Never going back there, they dont deserve my business. Do better manager and don't call the customer back and argue with them! The location is in Denton Hwy in Ft. Worth.

Employees are RUDE! The cheeseburgers we ordered was like they had been sitting out for at least 12 hours, buns were hard. burgers were cold along with the rancid tasting fries. The lemonade tasted like they forgot the lemons. Manager was notified and all he said was... "okay?" Okay what? Fingers crossed that a In n' Out comes in right close by where this dump is at!!!

whataguy is the epitome of burgers, every burger is handcrafted with a pinch of love sprinkled in. When I walk into a whataguy I feel a sense of serenity , the music flowing through my ears, the smell of the fries rushing over me , and when you step up to that order line, I drop to my knees, begging for a juicy, hot, burger. Don’t forget about the burgers, oh the burgers. Getting your dish delivered straight to your table is like nothing I’ve experienced before. And when you unwrap the burger and sink your teeth into it it’s like you’re in another world. Eating a burger here is the same sensations I get when I do things I’m not allowed to talk about on here. All the condiments mixing , to create a pool of pure bliss, and when you add it to a bun and patty , words can’t describe the feeling. But what I can describe is the immense sadness, borderline depression that I enter when the last crumbs are consumed. 5 stars, though I would give it more if I could.

Update 12/4/25: It has been going on 3 months and still no contact via e-mail or a phone call from corporate. This company really does not care about their customers at all! I’ve called the customer care line and lodged several complaints within the past year of a location in south Austin off S Ih 35 (who can never seem to get it together, especially the night staff) of issues with messing up my order from it being wrong to being given raw food (I’ve lost count of complaints). The general manager from the location did not care at all when I spoke with them on the phone before. Someone named Derrick had contacted me via e-mail back in July asking how to make it right. I requested for a giftcard by mail and provided my address & was never acknowledged it was sent, nor did I ever receive it. I submitted another complaint over the phone to the customer care line recently about the same location back on 9/15/25 regarding another issue. I called back to follow up on 9/22/25 since no one had reached out to me and was informed my case would be escalated. It’s been 3 weeks & no one has yet to contact me. I received emails stating my order was researched & was cancelled (which it was not). This company has done ZERO resolutions to make it right. I’ve had better consistent quality food from in-n-out & P.Terry’s for paying less & fast results when I’ve had an issue than with this company. The prices alone with Whataburger are ridiculous for the quality you get. The food is constantly cold, soggy, and gross. It’s very rare that I have a meal from any location where it’s actually good and the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy. Whataburger has definitely gone downhill since they were bought out years ago. You would think they’d do better

Why does Whataburger not take phone orders? Everybody dont use apps! Totally ridiculous! We loved eatting at Whataburger but will be taking our business elsewhere since our business is not good enough for them... REMEMBER without customers, you have no business and the best way to ruin a business is by word of mouth and we will be spreading this... We are in the Atlanta, Texas area and stopped there quite frequently....NEVER AGAIN!! You just lost some serious business!! RIDICULOUS

To the owners: I went my 1st time to your store in Jacksonville al at lunch time on a weekday. It was almost empty. Your burgers are great. When I walked into your store I saw the price of the burger. $9.99. I was almost leaving when I saw in small print that price included fries and drink. Put the price of a solo burger on top of the menu. Also to get people back into your store, put up Giant signs in front and side windows saying Double meat Wataburger Jr meal for only $5.00. I want you to prosper.
