Pete Buttigieg Endorses Joe Biden at West Dallas Fried Chicken Restaurant - Eater Dallas

"After the stop at Chicken Scratch, Biden headed to Dallas music venue Gilley’s, where he held a massive rally and secured endorsements from fellow (former) presidential contenders Beto O’Rourke and Amy Klobuchar ahead of Texas’s Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday. Following the rally, Biden joined O’Rourke for a trip to — where else? — a local Whataburger outpost." - Amy McCarthy

Texas Tech’s Basketball Coach Is Seriously Obsessed With Whataburger - Eater Dallas

"Texas Tech men’s basketball coach Chris Beard is a serious fan of Whataburger, and he isn’t afraid to make his love for Texas’ favorite burger chain known. While the team was in Dallas for last week’s games against Stephen F. Austin University and the University of Florida, Beard made at least two trips to Whataburger locations in Dallas. He orders a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only, and a root beer milkshake." - Amy McCarthy

My son told me that if I was in Texas that I had to eat here. Dakota was very polite and gave excellent customer service. I had a burger, fries and sweet tea. The fries were hot and the tea was good. My burger wasn’t hot though. I would give it another try if I’m back in town.

I went through the drive-through to get a honey butter, chicken biscuit, and an apple pie and wanted to use my rewards points. The incompetent girl in the drive-through window needs to be re-educated and retrained. When she took my order, I know she specifically heard me say, honey butter, chicken biscuit. When I got home with my order, I got a honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich. If I wanted a honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich, I would’ve ordered one. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, and no one picked up the phone.

We were in Dallas from Wisconsin for a concert. We knew we wanted to try Whataburger since it's a Texas staple and decided to go there for our post-concert meal. The restaurant gave off typical fast-food vibes. There were a lot of fellow concert-goers there, so it made for a fun atmosphere. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a lemonade. The food came quickly, and I appreciated the kindness of the employee delivering the food to our table. He offered different sauces and quickly got my niece's shake when he realized it hadn't been given to her yet. The food was disappointing in that it tasted just like what you'd get at McDonald's or Burger King. I definitely have higher expectations since our "local" fast food is Culver's, and their Butterburgers actually taste like a fresh burger you'd make at home on your grill. The fries were good though. It was a perfectly adequate post-concert meal and it hit the spot, but it wasn't anything different than you can get at national brands. The big standout was the service, so great job with that!

Was in Texas and decided to experience the Whataburger deal. I really want impressed to be honest. It was a lower level of five guys. Not sure what’s the hype but at least I tasted it and too it off my list 😁

Was just called Mr. Oliver at both windows and greeted with the warmest friendliest smiles. Whoever owns this location shout out to your employees and give them a raise or a bonus or something.

Texans take great pride in Whataburger, and when In-N-Out came to town all the trash talking began. If you haven't read my review for the latter, you'll know that I find it almost impossible to beat In-N-Out in the burger game, but Whataburger puts up the best fight in the fast food burger category. Let's start with the basics. Texas loves mustard-based burgers, and this is no exception. The quality of meat is probably in the top 3 for me, and it's well seasoned. Although, I still haven't adjusted to chopped lettuce on a burger. The price for a double burger combo (standard burger review order) is actually less than In-N-Out, which I give them credit for. The combo is under $12. I'm not sure if they could maintain this price point in CA, but regardless of that, it's still the best value in the space. The fries are probably the industry's closest to McDonald's (still the gold standard), but when paired with the quality of the burger, In-N-Out is really their only competition. There's also the addition of more sauces, spicy ketchup being my favorite. Whataburger offers a larger menu selection than most fast food joints, and to be honest, I don't actually think their burger is their best meal. The Pattie Melt has more flavor and is a perfect match for the fries, but this is a burger review. So yeah, top 3. Where the experience really falls apart is the environment. It doesn't always feel like the employees have as much pride in Whataburger as the people that eat there, as customer service is average at this location. I was the only one in line at this location and this was my experience... The employee that was counting the drawer ignored me. The second person that came to validate the count ignored me. Finally, a third person from the back came to ask if I'd been helped. By this time I'd been standing right in front of the register for about six minutes. Keep in mind that there are no kiosks here, so it was just people not really paying attention. Overall, it's one of the best fast food burgers, so regardless of everything else, it's a solid 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been meaning to try whataburger for so long. Definitely like In-n-out better. But not as bad as jack in the box.

Google
Was at work and took a break to get a quick early morning bite to eat. Order was completely wrong and was double charged for the same burger Mgr was rude and and customer service skills was poor. Was told money was refunded but was actually charged for 3 meals and only received one. I tried to give him my card for the refund transaction and he told me he didn't need it he would be able to refund my purchased incorrect order but was actually the Mgr. charged me 3 times. But only received one meal. That was the most unpleasant Wattabuger experience I have ever gotten from a fast food establishment.

Yelp
Burger was messy and overall lacking in flavor although it gave you the option to customize. I wanted to try it as is. Spicy chicken was ok. Chicken was dry and needed seasoning. Needed more sauce for it to be savory. Lettuce was brown Use the self order machine. No service was provided.

Yelp
Came through drive-thru on a Saturday at 3:45 pm. They had only one window open in the drive-thru and it was S-L-O-W. It was close to 10 minutes getting through the line. The fries were hot but very salty (and I like salt!) the whataburger with cheese was lukewarm at best.

Yelp
Best fast food burger (and arguably non-fast food), out there. Quick service and yet at no discount from flavor. Love it.

Yelp
Tourist review for breakfast items. I tried the breakfast sandwich and honey butter chicken biscuit. By fast food standards, I was happy with both. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich so much, I got it one more time at the Whataburger at Dallas Lovefield Airport. No issues with service. They got our orders correct.

Yelp
The burger was nothing special seemed quickly put together. Service was pretty good. No issues there. The building was clean but nothing special. Just your typical burger joint.

Yelp
As Canadians in Dallas for a few days, we came for a true experience, state fair, bbq, tex-mex, all the touristy things and Whataburger was definitely on my list as it is a Texas based chain. I love fast food and all kinds of burgers to start with, so I'm not a picky eater in that sense. Mcdonalds, Wendys, In n Out, Shake Shack, you name it, I like it all. Some are better than others and Whataburger stands out that way. This location and overall decor/color palette definitely has a "retro" feel to it. I'm not sure if that is unique with all locations but the tables and seats looked like they were from another era. Service was amazing, prompt and speedy. Our party of 3 opted for different types of burgers, shakes, chili cheese fries and were thoroughly satisfied with all food. They were advertising a white chocolate raspberry shake when we went during the first week of October but this was not available when requested. Pricing/portion wise, Whataburger is awesome, large portions and reasonable price. The shakes were enormous, I would recommend a small, it will be plenty. The fries are similar to Mcdonald's. I opted for some additional sauces like ranch, or the white gravy - I've never seen this offered at any fast food joint back home so was quite excited with the selection. While we were eating, there was a Whataburger marketing employee who was looking to gather feedback and possibly had people join a podcast. This lady was super pleasant, took the time to speak to us and handed out free coupons and Whataburger branded merch like socks or foam sleeves for drinks. As tourists we were obviously very excited and had an overall oustanding experience. We were there just at the right time! There are so many things I'll miss about Texas, this place is one of them. I would love to try more things on the menu and hope to experience it again one day.

Yelp
I was reminded today about when I went to this specific Whataburger a few years ago. I was visiting family in the Dallas Fort Worth area and throughout my visit, I enjoyed a good amount of Whataburger. I come from California, and I'm sure most of you know about the In-N-Out vs Whataburger argument. I love In-N-Out, but I really loved Whataburger as well and felt like it was just a different thing to enjoy. So my entire trip I was talking a big game about Whataburger to my husband and stepdaughter. I had done research and found that I could bring a container of perishable food with me on my plane as long as there weren't any liquids. So I ordered 2 bacon and cheese whataburgers with the intention of bringing them home to my family for them to enjoy. They made it all the way home and into the mouths of my stepdaughter and husband before they both looked at me with confused expressions. The burger patties were missing on both of the burgers. My husband now forever hates Whataburger. I don't, but I definitely don't appreciate that even years later, I'm haunted by the embarrassment of this specific store making a fool out of me. (Also it was pretty messy and busy inside, customers and staff seemed unfriendly. It wasn't a good experience all around. Hopefully, things have changed for the better.) But if you take anything away from this review: check your burgers for an actual burger patty.

Yelp
Messed up an extremely easy order and blamed it on other parties involved. Extremely unprofessional and was blatantly ignored when I tried to call back the same night and the day after. This was a $50 order and they refused to acknowledge they messed up our entire order. Do not go to this location.

Yelp
When in Texas, you have to get Whataburger. A delicious burger! Service was solid. The ambiance was typical fast food, but very clean and sanitary.

Yelp
Whataburger! I stopped by during lunch and it was definitely busy . My only mistake was not going inside to pick up my order. I planned ahead by ordering online to cut down wait time . What I expected to be a quick drive thru run went a little longer than expected. On another note, the food was good. I ordered the limited time 9 piece Whatawings which are boneless chicken nuggets with your flavor of choice , and a medium fry. The Whatawings come in Buffalo,Honey BBQ, Honey Butter, and sweet and spicy . Customer service was very friendly and helpful. A good visit and would definitely return , better prepared .

Yelp
I am SHOCKED that this place has even two stars. The service is abysmal, the people working here are incredibly rude, it's dirty, you order for pickup through the app and the food is still not ready THIRTY MINUTES AFTER PICKUP TIME. Just waiting inside within the chaos. A guys shake just got stolen off the counter and the employees saw it and refused to make the guy another shake (not even joking). Now the shake guy is getting mad (I would be pissed too) and this is like being in a zoo. Whataburger USED to be a Texas staple and now it's a disgrace. I USED to tell out of towners "you gotta try Whataburger!" but I don't anymore. I ordered the food 50 minutes ago and still not done, still waiting. This is INSANE. I can't believe this place is still open. Hey workers- try giving an actual sh^t. Your life might be a bit better and it wouldn't be so chaotic if you were NICE. Morons UPDATE: order was supposed to be ready at 10:49, it is now 11:24. They still haven't replaced the guys shake UPDATE: I got a blt NO MAYO. It says no Mayo on the freaking receipt and there's MAYO. What a f^cking surprise. And check it out! I got two pieces of bacon. F^ck this

Yelp
We stopped at Whataburger for a quick lunch and were so pleasantly surprised. Mavis took great care of us and turned our quick lunch into a highlight of our day! Thanks so much for the wonderful service and yummy food!

Yelp
Not really sure why Yelp has this place listed as closed. I'm literally waiting for my order (along with about a dozen people) inside the store now. Might as well be closed with how long the service usually takes. You'll also know it's open because the drive thru consistently snakes around the restaurant in the mornings. Otherwise, the food is about average for a whataburger, and the staff is generally friendly enough. If you haven't been to a whataburger restaurant before, you're not missing much. Just try a whataburger and maybe a honey bbq sandwich with chicken strips and gravy. That's about it. Edit: just got my order (2 chicken strips and a small fries) after 20 min of waiting, and they forgot my fries. I get they're busy and most fast food places make mistakes, but it's a little annoying that my order was so small and yet still wrong. Good thing I was still at the restaurant to ask. Just a reminder to check your order before accepting, folks!

Yelp
"When in Texas, you have to try Whataburger", said the doorman at Woodys! So I asked my hotel shuttle driver if he was hungry and we agreed on Whataburger! Now don't get me wrong, it wasn't awful but it's no Culver's - I'm glad I tried it nonetheless and for it to be 2am - they had a whole crew working, that was very impressive!

Yelp
I've eaten here several times it's always good. Today I went and it's inadated with flies!. I like the food and service at this location I eat here when I'm shopping in the area. I sat down to eat and couldn't enjoy my meal because of the flies! I may just steer clear until I think the fly problem is better.

Phillip E. S.

Yelp
The drive-thru line seemed rather long, so I opted to eat inside. To my pleasant surprise, the food came out almost as soon as I ordered it. I had two honey butter chicken biscuits, and they were delicious. The consistency on food taste is what I come to expect from Whataburger. I'll eat here again.

Yelp
The customer service provided by Anjelica aka JACKJACK was outstanding and above and beyond. At 4 in the morning with 2 lines wrapped around the building she is out here managing the line to streamline the order process but also providing amazing customer service to the customers and motivating her team with her spirit and aura. Everyone needs more managers like Anjelica.

Yelp
I hate this place!!! I hateeee it! They are rude and ugly. The employees don't know how to treat the guests. I waited a whole our for a box of nothing. Went all the way home sat down and opened my box of nothing. No chicken strips. I can't believe it I seriously cannot believe such a pathetic joke. I've never received such shitty service. This place is seriously a joke. I will never go to this location again! Truly disgusted. It should receive 0 stars. Sadly you can't leave zero stars.

Yelp
First time having whataburger, I'm from Midwest, this food was fresh and just what I needed, nice staff, cool design on the restaurant, no complaints

Yelp
The left us out in the cold, my friend died of hypothermia... Very disheartening the employers scratch balls in front of everyone
google avatar

Yelp
So we called these guys in advance to ask them if they would make the burger fresh. (Evidence attached) To be smart, we went inside and tried to get them to make it fresh in person. And by "fresh", I mean hot. Honestly, at this stage it could be microwaved dog meat, but at least hot would be an improvement. Yet again--totally impossible request. 12 min wait inside and no hot food was provided. My friend wanted to get out of here as she didn't feel safe based on the somewhat odd nature of the other customers--meanwhile I have another cold / Luke warm stale burger. BDT CAPITAL!!! Thank you for putting another nail in the coffin of Texas and America itself. Perdition to all who ruin big beautiful burgers!

Stephen S.

Yelp
These "people" are allergic to knowing how to read or hear. Either that or they don't know what "add cheese" means. Bums

Allen S.

Yelp
Whataburger: good. This location: terrible. I spent most of my life in Oklahoma and Texas and Whataburger was always the "go to" best place to get burgers. I stopped at this Haskell location in Dallas while visiting family. The burger was just "ok" lacking the flavor I remembered. What really ticked me off though was the customer service. First, there are no napkins available in the lobby. You have to ask for them and then they will rudely hand you two (2) napkins, acting like you asked for gold bars or something. Second, the restrooms are locked with a coded keypad. This I can sort of understand. I guess this is a bad part of Dallas (?). However, they won't tell you the code to get in. You have to wait until there are no customers in line so that the counter person can walk around and punch in the code manually to let you in. Again, rude employee never said a word, just acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Just tell me the code and you won't have to make that walk! Extremely disappointed.

Yelp
While here in Texas I decided to give this place a go. Honestly it's not different from this to what we have in California called bakers drive thru. They do have different options food wise vs bakers but it's identical. My burger didn't look like the advertised version but the new peach shake is pretty good! Other than that it was alright. It'll be a good place to go when you got back from the bar or clubbing. That's it. Lol

Matthew V.

Yelp
I had to go back in 4 times to not even get my full order. I walked in the first time and only got fries and a burger. I realized they forgot my drink and chicken. I walk back in to them giving me a cup with a hole in the bottom causing it to drip all over my shirt. Ridiculous and not even an apology from the staff.

Kyle B.

Yelp
Worst whataburger in Texas. Do yourself a favor and go to the next closest one on Lemmon. Not one employee at this whataburger cares about your food let alone their own life and they make that very apparent.
google avatar

Stephen A.

Yelp
Nice workers who all were working hard most people going to drive through. So busy even the security guard was in the back on the fry station. Location was clean and all the drink stations were functional. I was blinded by the lights above the pickup and register stations. Burger and fries were good always come here before grocery shopping next door at Kroger.

Kevin W.

Yelp
Very rude workers, meat not fully cooked and HORRIBLE flavor! I usually love whataburger and this is by far the worst location.....
google avatar

Abe I.

Yelp
This was super basic. I tried this because the hype was this is better than In-N-Out not even close.

Kasey B.

Yelp
This location is very unorganized, I came here to pick up a order that is already paid for. I asked to use the restaurant, I work for a delivery service, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told I could only use the bathroom if I made a purchase. Are you serious I'm basically walking in to pickup the order for the customer. This is terrible that your company choose to treat the drivers like this. I feel that is horrible and something needs to be done. I made a purchase and then the lady came over and unlocked that bathroom with the code. No empthany or anything.

Keith M.

Yelp
Just ordered fries, they were way over cooked. So I said something. They took my fries dumped them back in the bin with fry's and gave me some of the same over cooked fry's. Not only is this terrible practice, but it's against health code. I had tried the fry's, so I touched them and they dumped them and served them to other people. I am so done with whataburger, their quality and standards have gone way down.

Alex V.

Yelp
Horrible service. 1 hour to receive food. Very disorganized and food was cold. Needs reevaluation.

Yelp
If I could give a 0 I would. This store has never once, not once, gotten my order correct. Every time its been missing food (that I PAID for!!!!!, and whataburger is really not cheap when you add it all up), long wait times even when ordering ahead, and complete incompetence from them with the proper execution of their online order platform and curbside service options. I once waited at curbside (after checking in and the app confirming that my order was done and what curbside spot I was in etc)that I literally ( like Im not joking or just being a dramaqueen or exaggerating) feel asleep and woke up 54 mins later. No one noticed I was there. No one delivered my food. And when I went in after wasting my afternoon asleep in a parking spot, they didn't have my order at all. I then waited another 26 minutes for them to make my food. In my defense for this next tidbit, I didn't think that I nattered so little as a customer or that any person et alone a working crew of people could be so careless and disorganized to make the situation any worse. Well stupid me, being so agitated and now in a hurry I didn't check the bag. I was just over it at that point. When I called to tell them what happened, I requested a refund and was told I had to call cooperate because they "don't do that". Upon calling corporate I was told they would issue me a refund that they said I would have to wait 3-5 days for which I have yet to receive. This was only one of the odorous attempts to enjoy their fare. Just over all a poorly managed, poorly staffed, unethical and inconsiderate establishment. One may argue, "if its so bad why continue to eat there?". Well..... Because it Whataburger!!! And I am a person who has to to have Hope in my heart. Hope for the future, hope for change. This is America gdit!! Th big picture: Pros: its whataburger and the establishment does occasionally produce good product. Cons: Bad service Poor management Poor cooperate oversight Which probably means that they have poor sanitation practices, but thats just a presumption. Unethical refund policys Time draining Dissapointing So maybe one day they'll change, but for now all I have is that Hope. And if you try it then you'll be in my "thoughts and prayers". Hey, youll never be disappointed if you don't expect things!
google avatar

Kennedie P.

Yelp
This is the closest whataburger to my apartment and it's also probably one of worst whataburgers I've been to. It's not the food or the prep that's bad it's the attitude of some of the workers. Like you can simply order your food and one has an attitude because your there. It's also extremely slowwww.
google avatar

Karen A.

Yelp
The food is fine....the management is the worst. They could care less about pleasing the customer. I went thru the drive thru and ordered biscuit and sausage gravy. I have learned to check the gravy before driving off and this time it was full but 3 tiny flecks of sausage so I asked for a replacement. They wanted to charge me. I've never had any other Whataburger do that...they have always fixed the issue. I asked for a manager and she reiterated I would be charged. I was surprised at her attitude. Nora was her name. I said, well, I won't be back here again Nora and she smirked and said ok and spelled her name out for me. Not a good look and Nora reflects poorly on the brand. No, I will never go back to this one even tho it's closest to where I live.

Alex B.

Yelp
Had ordered a pick-up order of a burger, chicken sandwich, one fry, and a drink. Had went inside once the timer on the app said it was ready, in case it was done the earliest possible. However, had to stand there for over half an hour waiting on the food, to the point of getting locked inside. Multiple customers before and after me had received their food. Did not even receive an apology, but rather, "Your food will be out soon". That was another 10-15 minutes of waiting. Was standing there so long the lobby had closed (at midnight), doors locked behind me, and it was very frustrating at this point. Did not receive any compensation, or as previously stated, not even an apology, not even from the manager. This will be my first and last time ordering at this restaurant.

Yelp
Angela is a sweetheart. She treated EVERYONE with respect and southern hospitality. I spoke with her before I left and told her I appreciate her kindness. I hope upper management sees this review!

Yelp
I just paid for 3 taquitos and had to throw all them shits away, whoever they got cooking in there on Thursday around 2:30 am they need to take them off the schedule, they kno they not supposed to add salt to the eggs, this wanna be chef, dumped a bucket of high blood pressure in my eggs because they were so salty I frowned up at first bite, stick to the recipe and stop tryna free style, when you are not that. this food was a waste of money. they thought they was doing something to, yeah u were making food gross, no measurement using non cooking fool. I'm so irked and I want my money back.

Christopher G.

Yelp
I'm not trying to be rude but it's just not the same quality as the other near by whataburger but it's the same price. Do yourself a favor, drive an extra 5 minutes to either the one on Greenville past the central market or the one on lemon. Every-time I go here the burger is cold, the cheese isn't melted and it doesn't have the same taste. Also some how the milk shake machine is always broken.
google avatar

Nanette L.

Yelp
This is why I never ever eat fast food, last night on my way home from Baking cookies with my mama I had a taste for a hamburger so I decided to go to Whataburger and what did I do that for, I sat in the drive-through line for over an hour Only to get home and find out this burger was so old and cold the cheese wouldn't even melt and the bun was soo hard it felt like it had been sitting out all day I asked for mustard no Mayo and Mayo was clumped over the burger and there was no pickles if I hadn't came home and took my bra off I wouldn't went back up there and slung that burger in that damn drive-through window!!! I hate bad Service Best believe I'm going back up there today and get mine $7 back and I gave the little girl a $2 tip, just disgusting
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
I get it. Working in the service industry sucks. But when your cashier, DeShawn, rolls his eyes at every single person when they approach the counter to order, or asks about a pick up order, you should probably say something to him. Maybe reprimand him, I don't know. And when a young girl goes to the counter and asks three different employees for napkins three different times but they're too busy playing on their phones, maybe management should step in. The service and attitude at this Whataburger is unreal.

Miguel O.

Yelp
I was very disappointed j the manager Elizabeth, I went through the drive thru , ordered my meal, I was waiting outside for more then an HOUR ! I waited that long because I saw they were extremely busy, she came out I asked her if my food was going to be ready anytime soon, she replied super rude "I don't know what you had if you want a refund come inside " there was a huge line inside the restaurant , so I drove around again, asked if my food was ready, she said she threw it away, asked for a refund , she wanted to charge me for the drink I got when I paid, then she made me wait another 20 mins at the window to get my money back , all because she didn't wanna talk to me. I'm never coming back here again, this was my favorite neighborhood fast food restaurant she totally ruined it, an apology would have been ok, but it was too much for her!!

Yelp
I found plastic shavings in my fries, very glad that I noticed before I choked. Makes you wonder what else they're overlooking.

Yelp
THEY DONT HAVE POWERADE:( My food is always over cooked. Like y'all know those nasty burgers? And not melted cheese? Yeah. But the lack of Powerade is FOUL.

Yelp
Bad service! I was waiting in line so line and the girl was so nasty I had asked for both Mayo and mustard and the girl just brushed me off, I asked "are you sure I'll get both mustard and Mayo" she looked annoyed and rolled her eyes in front of me and said "yeah" then when I got my food I didn't get both so I asked if if I could have some mustard! Then I wish I took a pic! They put so much mustard that the whole burger looked yellow! I had to talk to the manager and he personally made me the burger and he was such a nice guy! The ambiance was bad, the whole staff was judging and giving me ugly looks ! The only reason why this was made ok was be she's the manager which I can't remember his name was super nice! I

Yelp
Years ago this whataburger had great service, now it's horrible. The staff is rude taking your order. Ayanna took my order in drive through and when I asked to repeat it she basically yelled it back to me.

Yelp
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Save time and go to literally any other fast food restaurant in the area. I walked in and it took them 30 minutes to give me my 2 meals - and I had to remind them about it; when I did, my meal had been sitting there for 15 min.

Yelp
I guess I love whataburger so much I keep putting myself through hell as this is the closest location. Order a meal and the guy who brought it out just handed me the bag, so I put it in the passenger seat and drove off. However just as I was about to hit the highway my spirit said, check the bag!!! I got someone else's meal - nothing in the bag was mine. So I go back and tell them what's wrong and they come back out with my food and this time I refuse to leave without looking and sure as you know it, still missing things. Yes it's lunch time, yes it's busy but I need y'all to do better!!!

Yelp
Horrible. The guy who took our order was AMAZING! Super nice and charismatic. We wanted to tell the drive-through attendant that gave us our food how wonderful we thought the guy who took our order was! But he would barely speak to us, only handed us our our food and wouldn't even pause to find out if we wanted to ketchup, so we had to wait and wave to ask for it. To top it all off, our order was wrong. BUT HE WAS SOOOOO RUDE LIKE WOULD NOT EVEN RESPOND TO "How's it going man"
