Whataburger

This is my go-to Whataburger. Andrew and Krystal are always there, and they always make sure everything you need is accounted for. I absolutely love them. They are PERFECT people. This Whataburger is absolutely clean, absolutely good, absolutely amazing, and has a PHENOMENAL customer service record for me! Thank you all so much, and thank you for always getting my order correct. Andrew, thank you for taking my online order when I ordered it at the wrong location. Krystal, thank you for ensuring my customized order was correct and ensuring I had all I paid for. And to the rest of the staff, thank you for giving your maximum effort every day. Not everybody you encounter is a good person, but every time you encounter someone, you serve them with respect and dignity. I truly appreciate you all!

Absolutely the worst Whataburger I ever eaten at. I came to this location in a couple of months ago before I went to work at Dickies Arena. The first time I ordered a double meat Whataburger. The lettuce and tomato taste it like they were microwave. This time I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was microwaved as well. I waited over 20 minutes for this sandwich. I would never eat here again.

i ordered just a honey bbq sandwich meal with onion rings instead of fries to go. it took 39 minutes for my order to come out, while many other orders that were placed after me came out before mine. i asked 2 employees on the status of my order and was told that i would just have to wait. the customer service was not polite, organized, or time effective whatsoever. the employees constantly rolled their eyes at me and would either not speak or be hardly audible. when my food finally came out, it was with fries. when i told an employee that there was a mistake and i had ordered onion rings, he rolled his eyes, grabbed the nearest box and handed them to me quickly, dropping 4 onion rings on the floor in the process. the food was fine, but i do not recommend coming here due to the customer service. save your time and money for a different location.

Worst Whataburger ever. They not only screwed up everything on our breakfast order and took forever making it..they also left a napkin inside my son's sandwich. They obviously don't have competent people working here. We will not return to Whataburger. Avoid this location at all costs.

This San Antonio based fast food burger restaurant has some of the best burgers I have ever had. Service is fast and courteous with ample indoor seating. Your food is brought to your table after ordering. Although the chain is expanding, presently most of their locations are based in the southern states. If you see a Whataburger make sure to stop and check out the food - no one in our party of six had any complaints. Menu is actually quite extensive so if burgers are not your thing, it's still worth dropping in.

Stepped in to pick up and order. I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant tone by Derrick. Derrick is the platinum standard when it comes to customer service. Very professional, attentive and provides top tier service. I recommend him his location. Keep up the fantastic job Derick and crew.

Staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and always provide excellent service. I received a sample of the prickly pear raspberry refresher and added the remainder to the prickly pear raspberry refresher I ordered. Ordered via the app and my food was ready when I arrived.

Wow ! The customer service at this Whataburger is unmatched. Dedrick the cashier is kind and courteous and efficient. The manager made a point to speak to every customer in here as he delivered their food to their table. The staff is very conscientious and efficient. You can tell what an amazing leader this manager is and how much he loves his staff. Ryan Crowley or Croley is the manager. Not sure of the spelling of the name but come eat here. You'll be very impressed.

Food took FOREVER to get to us... it's not better than In N Out... just FYI. The drive through wasn't even that busy and it took forever

As we passed through Fort Worth on the way to DFW, headed back home to California, my wife and I stopped in to see if Whataburger really is better than In & Out. Sorry friends, this is one thing California has on Texas. The employee were all very polite and had a certain Texas charm about them, but my greasy cheeseburger was just... lacking. The lettuce and tomatoes were mushy and didn't have the fresh crunch I would have liked. The meat and cheese were decent and the bun was alright but everything had a Frostee's drive in flavor to it which was just unimpressive The onion rings were pretty decent though, and the fries were enhanced with the fancy spicy ketchup. Solid effort but eh - average food.

Just ordered a #3 burger with fries via the app - curbside pickup. Only additions was Monterrey Jack cheese and 2 whole jalapeños on the side. I get my meal- and the bag was warm, steaming, which was perfect. I make it back home ready to munch down. I then realized they only added the bun and the meat!!! No veggies, no mustard, and no cheese!!! I've had other bad encounters with this location. Which I have have made them aware when I dine in or check my food for to go orders, but I just want them to do better and pay attention. I am not seeking handouts. I get it, things happen, but sheesh, this happens too often. The chances of them getting my order right is always 50/50. I normally check my orders before I leave the establishment- and the few times I don't, I get screwed.

Carving a burger today. I had errands to run downtown and this location was on the way. 3 burger Pattie's and a large fry for the teen and a #2 meal for myself. The burger Pattie's were perfectly seasoned....I think I let out an audible....mmmmmm...after taking my first bite. The employees were working like little bees and the food came out rather quickly, even for a Whataburger. The music is relaxing and we enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the employees as we ate. Great location, plenty of parking and great food! Thanks guys!

Great service, friendly staffs. Cashier and on duty manager were attentive. Order arrived super fast! Highly recommended.

Not to be confused with Whopperburger which is clearly a Burger King. This is the Whataburger right off the highway to the west of downtown Fort Worth. They're friendly enough and majority of the food is good and cooked to order. The main problem is the really weird tasting sweet tea. On both of the occasions that we stopped here - once with her family and once just the two of us - we had a sweet tea, and it tasted completely weird and messed up. I think they're either letting it sit too long or not cleaning the equipment probably because it's really bad. The last time I came here though, I had a pretty amazing green chile bacon burger, which sadly is only a temporary special, but it's a very very good one and I'm talking about absolutely delicious. I was kind of shocked at how delicious it was, and since the fries this most recent time were piping hot and really salty then I kinda want to raise the star rating.

What's there to say about Whataburger except it is a Texas institution and one of my favorite places to stop in. I had a dentist appointment earlier and needed some munchies afterwards. I stopped in to order one of the biscuit, egg and sausage sandwich meals accompanied with hash browns and an orange juice. The service through the drive-thru was typical of Whataburger. You can't be in a rush when you stop in at Whataburger. The pace of the service s what us Texans have gotten used to and expect. They get the food out in time and it's always good. Yummy. My sandwich and hash brown sticks were delicious. My tummy thanks Whataburger for an awesome mid-morning treat.

Service was not good and all the workers were In Their own world it took 10 minutes and the dude at the window acted like an idiot.

all four of these stars are for the hardworking sweetheart that helped me out tonight! she saw me waiting longer than normal and quickly got my food to me and even offered deserts i also saw her cleaning around the lobby every time she came out from the kitchen she is awesome, love this store didnt catch her name but it started with an S and she had a whatty bow in her hair ! :-) thanks girl

This whataburger is the most poorly managed whataburger in Texas! Run do not walk from this place and do not get caught up in the drive thru!! I was in the drive thru approx 40 min! SO SLOW and then the window person was rude and didn't apologize for the wait plus she forgot my drink.

The staff has the work ethic of a rotten banana peel. I waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich, parked in front of the building, coming from the drive thru. Went inside and the shell of a human being handed me my order. Terrible. This place needs to be turned off and on again.

Whataburger is what it is. Nothing great, but it's a staple especially after a night out. You have to be careful with the food because it is very oily and bound to give you stomach aches soon after eating. This location has slow service dining in and the fries were cold. The staff was slow to work and liked to stand around chatting with each other. Overall, whataburger is not a place I go for good food or good service. You just go for the experience of ordering a honey butter chicken biscuit at 2 am and watching other interesting patrons.

Worst drive thru experience. Only 5 cars in front of us but not one car received their food for 25 minutes. And because cars were behind us we couldn't back out and leave. Never coming here again.

It is not fun leaving a poor review for any business. This review is actually a culmination of my last 3 Whataburger visits (S Hulen, Berry, W Freeway). All 3 visits were to drive-thrus and all three were disappointing. I'll focus only on the experience at W Freeway...it took me about 7 minutes to move from the speaker where I ordered to the pick-up window. As I arrived at the window, the employee there disappeared for at least 2 minutes. When she finally returned, I paid for my order (a double meat, double cheese Whataburger Jr)...I was asked to pull forward to a parking spot in front of the restaurant. After another 9-minute wait, an employee brought my burger. I began to eat it immediately, and it was the worst Whataburger ever...meat was room temperature and cheese was unmelted. Whataburger drive-thrus have never been very good, but it seems they are moving from "not very good" to terrible. I hope someone at Whataburger reads this and decides to take corrective action.

Drove through with my 3 yr old & 4 mo old baby. It's a hot Texas day. I got my daughter a chocolate shake ( 3 yr old) she uses a spoon when it's first poured & I asked for a spoon. The worker at the window was irritated & said " we only have forks!" So much for Texas hospitality at Whataburger! It was 11am June 30. Montgomery area #5

Whataburger used to be good but this location had me waiting in a drive thru line for 45 minutes and when i got to the speaker after placing an online order an hour ago, they told me my food wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. Unprofessional service and waste of time going here.

There were tons of flies inside the restaurant. Will never come to this location again.

They don't do door dash but are open 24 hours funny ......... that's all I have to say and they take an hour to even give you your order through drive thru

Make sure you check your order drive thru service has been bad as of lately. When we go inside to have order fixed they make you feel like it's our fault. In and out got you beat when it comes to service. By the time order fixed food cold

So slow with workers that don't care. DO NOT go through the drive through unless you expect to spend 20 minutes going through it

Miracle was great and our food was hot and fresh! Clean inside as well - we were happy.

Awesome job I watched a young lady do the drive thru cooking and preparing the orders awesome dam good job and by her and not even breaking out a sweat such young and enthusiastic person i would definitely recommend her to make my food coming thru here from Cleburne great job Dominique

Is there a no star rating? That would be applicable to Joshua the manager as not attending his managerial duties including keeping his employees from ranting at customers in the drive thru, for an incorrectly input order. When we asked for it to be corrected AND charged, Jennifer was too busy ranting and yelling that she "didn't do anything wrong" to even hear that we just wanted what we ordered. So while yelling "I made your food, it's right" she went to get the fries and the drink and smashed the fries into the bag, and then proceeded to puncture the drink with her nails so it would leak when handed to us. Well the food isn't correct, there's cheese on every burger when one was ordered without, and the one without cheese had DOUBLE cheese, no napkins, no ketchup, and no extra pickles. I guess she didn't make the food right. This is the second time we've had an issue with this whataburger not putting everything ordered in the bag, that's what made us check it. Check the attitude, open your ears, and show some kindness.

This Whataburger was very disappointing tonight! I went around 8pm on my way back from a business trip. There were two cars including myself. The drive thru person said" what can I get you" I responded a number 7 with cheese dry. "She said what else" very rudely. So I asked her if she heard me say dry? She responded no, but I'm glad you reminded me and then again said what else? I ordered a number 8 with cheese. This person did not need to be working the drive thru, as she didn't even repeat my order to see if it was correct . Next , I pull up to pay and they have me plain white styrofoam cups for my drinks . I asked why they didn't have the Whataburger logo and another idiot said it was because Whataburger had been purchased by another company. This was obviously a lie I told her WRONG answer Lastly, they got the order wrong... AND the burgers and fries were cold like they had cooked them in advance Honestly, I eat Whataburger 2-3 times a week and because idiots who would rather be twerking on IG than working ruined our dinner Please stay away from this Whataburger and visit another location

If you speak with people who think Whataburger is good, chances are they are from Texas and grew up eating it or they ate it while they were drunk. If you try it for yourself, it's the type of place where you have to dip your burger in ketchup because it's so dry and flavorless. It's one of the few places where I threw away the burger after a few bites. My wife who never tried it before asked why I was the only person she knew who didn't like it while all her coworkers did (all grew up in TX), so I brought her and she took a few bites, dipped it in ketchup, tried one more bite, and threw it away. It's the worst fast food burger, period.

Love their chicken strip dinner but disappointed I was shorted one strip (2 instead of 3 pieces). What do you do?? I checked box to make sure gravy in there but did not notice only 2 strips

Seriously Whataburger like wth! I don't post these often but today was just not the day! Y'all don't care about your customers anymore and this location is all kids! I feel so bad for customer service because our youth no longer cares about anything!

The food is good, but I think you should pay the employees more to work all night, even if you have to raise the prices.

No condiments. Went at 2a for breakfast after unpacking some things, still in process of finishing my move. No ketchup for hash browns, no picante sauce for taquitos, no butter for pancakes. We spent $19 fir dry breakfast

Went here 10/25/2021 and this place gave me food poisoning. Never have I once had a bad experience at whataburger until just recently at this facility. It took over 30 minuets to get my food and I pretty much paid to get sick. I do not recommend going here, I highly recommend going to Chic-Fli-a right down the road.

I love Whataburger! I eat at them all the time. Especially this one since I live 3 minutes away for the last 6 years. I want to WARN everyone. DO NOT GET THE TEA. This location DOES NOT WASH OUT THE TEA CONTAINERS, especially the spigot part. It builds up mold and you can taste it. I have discussed it with management, I have told them several times, explained what it is how to fix it... but tonight I forgot. I got a xl unsweet ice tea... took a big gulp and it is so NASTY. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TEA CONTAINERS! Gross that I can taste the mold!

I tried to give this location chance after chance they underperform EVERYTIME I hate it because it's the closest to my house and I have to deal with bad/rude service even from management and curbside is always a 20-25 min wait after scheduled ready time and to top off waiting that long multiple times my order has repeated so came out wrong as well as taking way to long this place needs to be investigated and under new management I will be driving out of my way to go eat elsewhere now unfortunately and I love whataburger! BUT FUXK THIS LOCATION!

This review is more of a response to the Californians who reviewed this place, especially the chick. Most of you Californians make it a point to say where you're from (like they're special or something), which is pivotal in her lack of understanding. The male seemed bewildered but respectful. Dear California Girl: This is a Whataburger. A somewhat scary Whataburger. One of the Whataburgers where the clientele will either interact with you by talking or staring. The last time I went a bunch of old dudes were sitting by the trashcan by the exit asking everyone when their birthdays are. If you want to go to a "good" Whataburger, I suggest the one further down the highway in (the unfortunately named) White Settlement. The clientele are still your ever-classy Texas rednecks, but at least the facilities are modern. Don't even think about the drive-thru unless you're prepared to wait a long-ass time. It's standard Whataburger procedure. This is also Texas. We eat our burgers with barbecue sauce, jalapenos, and onion rings. Bacon is is a condiment, along with mustard. So eat it, California Girl, and chase it with a fried pie. Extra points for downing it all with either a sweet tea or Dr. Pepper. That's how you do it, do it. Love, ME!

This is by far the best Whataburger I've gone to. Food is always consistently good and service is relatively faster than other Whataburgers. I'm lucky to live so close to my favorite Whataburger!

I was really looking forward to my Whataburger experience because I've heard it's a must while in Texas. Perhaps it was just the particular establishment I visited. Unfortunately I wasn't aware mustard was standard on their burgers. I did like the option of being able to add grilled jalapenos to the burger, but it didn't save my burger. It was sloppily put together and I just didn't feel the meat patty was that great. While I was eating my food, I kept having to swat away flies. Not to mention, a bigger guy game in without his shirt on. Come on now! You're in a food establishment. He and his buddies were clearly wasted and talking loud and obnoxiously. They invited me to go clubbing but I politely declined. Even though I love the fact they have strawberry soda, that was my first and probably last time at Whataburger.

Worst whataburger. I just came from there and asked for mayo and jalapeños on my burger with a water. Got mustard, no jalapeños, a Diet Coke that was labeled as Dr.pepper AND was charged for onion rings I didn't order... never go through the B line here because whoever is working it sucks... she never asks you if you need ketchup and when you ask she just walks off like she doesn't here you... clearly this is what you get with teenagers and bad management. And millennials want more than minimum wage.... smh

After waiting an absurd amount of time for my food I come home to eat the driest spicy honey butter chicken biscuit ever. I love whataburger but what in the flying fuck is wrong with this one?

Whataburger on Montgomery is an absolute joke. They forgot the two sauces I asked for barbecue and honey mustard. I walked in to ask if I could have the sauces and 35 employees looked at me like I was crazy. Crazy to believe that they can have 35 employees and not get two sauces in a bag. The fries and the chicken tenders tasted like they had been in the same oil for 21 days. Zero out of five stars worst restaurant I've ever been to

This whataburger gave me food poisoning (11/15/21) do not eat here EVER . Felt very ill for 24 hours, they must have multiple health code violations. This establishment needs to be shut down.

Keeps not having items on the menu, annoying. It is a better whataburger than the one on university, by far, but still annoying.

No trip to Fort Worth can be completed without a trip to Whataburger. With California having In and Out, The Habit, Five Guys and more the standard for burgers are pretty high. But since Whataburger isn't in California it gets to be in its own world. I had Whataburger before when I first came to Fort Worth and I must say it is really good for a fast food burger, especially their buns. A normal size in Texas is like a large size in California so i have to make sure I get the small size. Anyhow I came to this one because it was close to my hotel and also was already past the BBQ hours. Plus I wanted something fast. This visit I got their special, the Chop House Cheddar Burger. with fries and drink. They had two sizes the regular and the Jr. I got the Jr. size since I wasn't too hungry. When I got it I thought it was a bit small but when I finished it I felt right. Good thing I didn't get the regular because I can imagine that I would have been too stuff. It was enjoyable and their fries are good with their ketchup. Whataburger is family own just like In and Out and what makes Whataburger good is they are open 24/7. It's a solid 4 stars in my book because there are NONE in California making it an enjoyable experience every time I am in Fort Worth and I look forward to making my pilgrimage to Whataburger every time. For people who never had Whataburger before, because there are none where you live like me, you definitely have to try it.

Don't ever go here through the drive through without checking. Pay for gravy for chicken strips and xtra sauce. Got nothing but dry strips. After waiting in line 46 minutes should have known better to look. Why don't they teach their employees to look at recept when putting in the bag. Just to make sure everything is there. Even asked the guy if he put my gravy I paid for I there. Yes m

I ordered online 3 burgers with 3 frise and a chicken sandwich meal with a sprite. The sprite was not filled all the way up. I never recieved the 3 fries and I got really pissed off over it.

When comparing them to other Whataburger restaurants I have to give them 5 stars. Look, they have forgotten a slice of cheese once, and things like that, but for the most part, the food is good, and they do have great customer service. During the pandemic they really have stepped up their game concerning food orders. Definitely my go to Whataburger.

This is consistently on of the worst locations. Every time I come the wait time takes forever, the food is stale/cold, and/or the extra sauce I ask for isn't included (which I paid extra for), and they never hand out the actual receipt (the cook's ticket is taped but the one which shows what was entered in the system isn't). Tonight I went through the drive thru as is typical. The chicken was cold and the pieces tiny, the fries weren't much better, the extra dipping sauce I ordered wasn't in the bag, and the receipt was not there! Let's just say I can't wait for the Chick-fil-a near by to finish their renovations, when they are finished I won't come back to this Whataburger! Terrible service, awful food, and I never get everything I paid for!

Extremely rude drive thru employee 12:45am 9/28/21. Probably the rudest employee at any business I have ever come across. She literally didn't want to be there what it sounded like rushing order , being rude and extremely unmotivated talking back to me when I said what item I wanted. No relay of order back to me. Rude at window for payment and when food was given. Please find employees that care about there job. I work in the restaurant industry I have pride.

When you are walking out the door and happen to see the manager walking around in the cafe and tell him "that's the last time I'm coming here" and he looks at you like you're the 10th person to tell him that in the past hour and then just proceeds to do whatever he's doing without saying a word, you know there is a problem.
