Our cashier Analysa S. was EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT! Friendly, smiling, glad to be there. You could tell she liked her job and made us feel welcome! Bravo! A positive attitude is everything. Great team player! ( of course the burger and fries were yummy!)

I was excited about getting the chicken fajita taco back for limited time. But I got disappointed of it, I spent almost $8 for each “taco” and taste like trash, it’s not even grilled chicken as it says in the menu!!

In a war of Burger chains, I wanted to see what the Whataburger hype was about. If I’m being honest, it didn’t taste any different than Burger King. The atmosphere was OK. But just kind ok at best. As far as the service goes, there was a guy at the register who was kind of annoying to the customers. I felt like he did a little bit too much telling his life story to customers who were kind of just appeasing the conversation. I mean, he was a nice guy, but the only critique that I would give him is sometimes “less is more.“

First time EVER at a Whataburger. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food burger but now it's WHATABURGER. Great food and portion sizes just right. A MUST stop for sure. Now why can't they have one or many of these in the Washington DC area? Pretty please.

As usual, Whataburger comes through with flying colors! Clean, great service, courteous employees, great food...and these groovy 75th anniversary cups for only .50 each! They haven't failed me yet.

Ordered $70 in food via mobile order with curbside pickup for my family to try this place. I drove 25 minutes each way to pick the food up and they forgot the onion rings, which were 5.49 plus tax. After going back and forth with online support, they told me they would refund them (which is OK but not as good as getting the food we ordered, but I wasn't going to fight traffic again) but they only refunded 3.99, without tax. Why exacerbate my frustration? A swing and a miss. The food was ok overall but not worth the price and the fact that they didn't even fully refund me for what they missed in my order made me not want to return. I expected better service.

Usually have 0 issues here . If a manager doesn’t reach out this is going straight to corporate. Left the drive thru at 12:45 am . Young man who was very condescending in the drive thru with short dreads was disgusting . Many slick remarks , handed me my change and without changing his gloves dissected my burger in the drive thru window because he sent the wrong burger out . My burger didn’t have any mayo and had lettuce which didn’t ask for lettuce . We tried explaining to him what was wrong but he was hands deep in my sandwhich , he came back a minute later with the photo below , they dipped the burger into mayo and sent it back and he laughed about it . Asked for straws a SECOND time , and he said it’s in your bag . As I sit with the bag upside down showing no straws . Why do we have to beg for straws . Both burgers very cold , guy in drive thru needs to go , has no business working in hospitality . So disgusted by this experience . Should’ve got his name but if a manger doesn’t know who we are talking about , young black male , high pitch voice , and short dreads . Order was 12:35am order number was 555262 … check your cameras because a Hand was in my sandwhich. Need a photo of the managers serv safe because why is he allowing hands all in the burger in the drive thru window . That was truly a disgusting view .

Nice new store. Access off back beach a little iffy, but staff great, Mgr too. Breakfast taquitos are the 💣 with or without jalapeños. Hot and on time with app.

I was living in PCB when this Whataburger made its grand debut and it has been a hot spot for folks, mainly visitors since. It is situated on Back Beach Road in front of Lowes, not far from the Publix shopping plaza. Every year we go to PCB, my dad always likes to hit this Whataburger up on the way in or out of town, so naturally we do. I am usually a pretty classic guy when at Whataburger and always go with the bacon double and onion rings. My pops loves the classic hamburger and fries. Service, much like any Whataburger can be a bit slow, but they prepare majority of their menu to order, so patience pays off as things are normally hot and "fresh". Overall, we enjoy Whataburger for what it is. Would we wait in an hour long line, nah...but will we pop in to scoop up the goods, yup!

Not just 1 thing as me an my daughter goes in to eat we was greeted by a nice cashier an we order a burger only ketchup meal an chicken tender meal why after 30 mins we still did not receive our order they said it's because the tenders take 7 mins to cook that don't explain my other 23 mins yall need to do better as someone that currently work in a restaurant that's some poor as performance that lil girl you got as a manager yall should reevaluate her she to young cause common sense if it's a wait communicate with the guest

This was our first visit ever to a Whataburger. We were mildly surprised. The first thing we noticed was the enthusiastic and personable person on the register. She was helpful, friendly, and engaging the entire time we were in the restaurant. Great job, Nike! The manager, whose name I failed to get, was also great. He was moving through the restaurant the whole time, checking with guests, checking the outside areas, clearly taking pride in keeping his store clean and welcoming. When he stopped at our table I told him about Nike. We heard him walk directly to her to share our praise. Great job! Finally, the food. We noticed immediately the size of the burgers. Every other fast food chain has shrunk their burgers. These were huge patties. I missed a chargrilled taste, but these were still pretty good. I found the fries a little lackluster, but the onions rings were very good, and we were not uncharged to sub them. I would definitely go back to this location to try so other things on the menu.

Ordered breakfast, took 40 minutes and people who ordered after me were also served before me...staff working like they're making one fry at a time. Asked for some condiments they said they didn't have any come to find out it's already in the bag, WtF?

Worst service ever. 25 minutes at the drive through window waiting for basic # menu item. Nothing special just a basic meal order. Girl took my card and came back 25 minutes later and the food was ice cold. Honestly can't make this up. I will never spend my hard earned money at another whataburger.

Not am sure what all the noise is about or why Patrick Mahomes loves the place. Burger was a step down from Burger King, bun was smashed and packaged tight. Fries were very good. Similar to the old McDonalds fries, skinny and perfectly prepared. Standard fountain drink set up. I had the double cheeseburger with fries and wifey had junior burger. Both came with a good mix of vegs and mustard, no catsup. Service to the table was a little slow, well over their 4 minute expectation. Overall give it a grade of C.

Food and service was wonderful! It was our first visit to this restaurant and I got the #1 cheeseburger combo with onion rings and sweet tea! So yummy I will return! 10/10 recommend for a delicious fast food restaurant.

We heard so much about Whataburger. Supposedly legendary and most epic of burgers. We were wrong. What a burger = What a disappointment. Save your calories... just eat something else.

Whataburger location that is Panama City beach Florida. My family and I was in town from Lousiville on a family vacation and stopped in here because we don't have whataburger back home and we have enjoyed our past visit to other locations. This place was jam packed. Really hard to find seating but we did. Ordering and the face to face service here was good. I very much jinxed it. After we ordered I made the comment out loud "so far at whataburger we've had great service. They may be up there with Chick fil a". 25 minutes pass by and our order still Hasn't come out. So I go up and check and it they say "weird I don't see the order on the screen. Matter of fact none of the in store orders of the lash 20 Minutes are on here". Turns out that despite the lobby packed full Nobody noticed the lobby orders were not getting process and they were doing drive thru only. 35 min after that we got our food. So over an hour wait. Not good for fast food. Overall I still wish we had whataburgers in Lousiville. It's by far my favorite fast food chain burger I've tasted and they have some great milkshakes and tasty fries especially when dipped in the spicy ketchup.

Got the sweet and spicy burger. Very good. Fries were cold . (It was a mobile order) chocolate shake was decent. Wife got the patty melt and one of the patties had some red in the burger. Didn't wait long after arriving at restaurant to get food. Was not very busy.

i am running my car 24/7 365 days a year in hopes to contribute to global warming so the coast line rises and sinks this pathetic location into the ground where it belongs

Stopped on our way back to home from visiting the beach and had a good experience. Elizabeth is the one that took our order and she was absolutely amazing.

I've always loved getting Whataburger every time I'm in Florida, though, they just recently opened a new location in the suburbs of Atlanta. Came here around lunch time on Sunday and there were 2-3 indoor diners. Cesar greeted us as we came in and was very friendly and courteous when he was taking our order. You can never go wrong with a burger with a hefty amount of mustard, lettuce, tomato and onions. We were given a number so one of the staff can bring our food over to our table. The server offered if wanted their regular or spicy ketchup once she dropped off our food at our table. The place was kept clean and very organized.

Latish was the one who helped us through the drive-thru. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The person who took our order took 5 minutes before we could even place it and all we could hear over the speaker was loud music. Wanted to confirm the order to ensure that the order was correct and that seemed to be an inconvenience. Pulled up to the window and no genuine kindness just attitude and discontentment. Ended up being told to pull up and should get our food in about 5 minutes. They finally walked out with our order and just got "here you go" and they walked back inside. Didn't get any of the sauces that we asked for and payed for. Had to drive back around to go inside to get them. Over all was not a great experience. Please teach your employees that kindness goes a long way and helps ensure that customers come back in the long run.

Took 5 minutes to make our food. Took an additional 15-20 minutes to bring it out to us. Sat in the drive through for 20-25 minutes. Food was lukewarm.

The burger was greasy and thin. . It was supposed to have mustard mayo and ketchup. It had none. I wouldn't waste my time there. The other whataburger in lyn haven is very good so I was disappointed by this today. The onion rings were ok Drive thru line ridiculously long. Took forever so I ordered online and went inside.

I'm not really sure what all the hype is about. We ordered two cheeseburgers, one with bacon and a kid's meal with chicken strips. The burgers came cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Plus we had to wait forever in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of us. We should have gone to Culver's.

I'm from out of state, and this is always a favorite for me as a "first night in town" food - always craving it when I get here as someone who doesn't live down south! Great food! Everything was correct in our big order so I'm very impressed.

WhatAMess. I had to wait over half an hour for a cheese burger and fries. Never again. They need a better system. This sucks. WhatAShitShow.

This business is NOT closed, contrary to what google might show. Shout out to cashier Johnathan who had an inviting, kind personality I'm not a burger gal, but my friend insisted on eating here. Glad to see there were other menu options and the grilled chicken sandwich was excellent as well as the fries. It was good to see they were well staffed too! Keep up the good work and show your competitors how it's done!

Slowest time ordering foods. One little old lady taking orders. So many people at the door waiting in line and the drive thru was just as long. I guess there was one location in the area. I had to have my burger fix. So I waited 30mins total to get my order in and to go food. Fast food wasn't so fast. Inside looked clean can't expect much for short on service.

I've never tried Whataburger before but they are really good. We don't have them in South Florida. This location doesn't have enough staff so they are super busy. The drive through and inside were packed and people were waiting 15-20 minutes to get their food. I had to wait 15 minutes to get the food to go. So you get the idea. But the food was definitely worth the wait. Their #11 is grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun with Whataburger sauce, tomatoes and lettuce. I really enjoyed it. The burgers are not small like other places. They have bunch of sauces to pick from such as picante, verde, ketchup, etc. I really liked their Whataburger sauce. The French fries were great. The good thing about waiting was that the food was fresh! I will definitely return to try their other burgers.

What-A-Bobby at Whataburger!! 10 on a scale of 5, this first-time visit was two five-star trips in one, thanks to the spectacular Bacon Chili Cheeseburger and phenomenal showmanship of one What-A-Bobby at the helm. Incredible service, second to none, and INCREDIBLE meal. SO much food, what a value for such freshly prepared FRESH food. You won't be sorry, unless you listen to these out-of-town tourists who are out-of-touch with great food and service at a value. IF it starts out, "I was visiting from ____", then you're not getting it from a LOCAL GUIDE. Listen to me, you won't be sorry!!

10/10! could not be more in love with our experience here. we are from southern virginia & do not have one near us but we can't wait to get to florida to get it each time! staff was very friendly; inside of the restaurant was clean, our order was completed quickly. can't wait to be back in december!!

The staff here is outstanding! Super nice, hardworking people...would keep coming back to this store for this reason alone! Store was super clean and line moved fast enough for how busy they were. I ordered a double on a toasted brioche bun with cheese. Also stuffed in a hot lemon pie. Both delicious and would order again.

Food was good and service was pretty fast and nice staff good amount of people in the drive thru and inside. And it was clean inside.

Waited for two freaking hours for food. We had two orders, got the "first one" waited for the "second" Went In to see wtf is going on and they had I guess forgot the second order? get to the hotel and the first order is the second one so they remade the second order so now I have two of the same order. Actual idiots. Super pissed. Do not go here.

Forgot chocolate milk, instead of picante sauce she put a bunch of ketchup, put our coffee in a soda drink cup, and this lady was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. The dry cinnamon roll and nasty tasting coffee went in the trash. Worst WB I've ever been to.

Solid food place. It was busy but the waiting was manageable. We sat on the patio out front and it was nice. Food was filling. I recommend getting the Buffalo ranch chicken strip burger cause it was bussin for sure. Fries are good too. Ambiance inside was like a regular fast food place. It was clean. Dr Pepper shake wasn't too bad either. I'll give it a 6/10 for the Dr Pepper shake.

Had family here all week and they wanted to go here four times. We did breakfast twice and late night snacks/meals twice! Everything and everyone was friendly and orders were perfect. Food is made to order but arrived quickly snd lines weren't long at all. They had a sign to buy Spicy ketchup T-shirt's and I want one so bad! Pancakes are fresh to order and compete with Cracker Barrel or better! My go to is the potato cheese and egg taquitos dunked in spicy ketchup. But excited to try the pancakes since everyone in our group raved about them. Coffee was fresh. Everything clean and spotless! I love the two morning ladies! They rock!

If your average neighborhood Burger King Whopper married a convenience store hamburger , their baby would be Whataburger. After years and years of hearing about how amazing Whataburger is, and how it's better than Five Guys and In n Out left me totally unprepared for how disappointing (at best) and downright terrible (truth) Whataburger really is. Squashed, messy, bland hamburger. McD's fries without enough salt. That said - very polite and friendly service grants a bonus star.

Being from the east coast I had never tried Whataburger but was always intrigued. It truly lives up to the hype!! I had they're breakfast sausage sandwich and honey chicken biscuit both which were amazing. Ordered through Doordash so I can't say much about the vibes or interior of this restaurant but I got my food quickly and hot. It came with spicy ketchup which was nothing extraordinary but overall a great experience. I highly recommend!!

The drive in 2019 took 43 minutes...this year took 48 minutes. WTF. Good burgers but damn.....a broken process .... . 4 stars ...no 5th due to stupid long drive thru time. . . Fix.

My food was wrong 3 times,cheese was ice cold,and forgot my pickles,they also forgot my fries!

The manager at this restaurant is totally awesome. She really runs a fantastic store as a bus driver I brought a group here and the kids were taken care of very quick and efficient very clean store neat and orderly all of the employees are just like a fine tuned machine nice to be able to go into a store and see everything operating so perfect. Thanks for a great experience for me and my passengers. All of the employees are wearing mask and everything they should be wearing and the manager is going to great extremes to make sure everything is perfect and clean and also making sure that nothing gets brought into the store even from the service guy that arrived..Thanks Limo Mike

My entire wait time was an hour and 25 minutes through the drive thru, being late at night, and them being packed, I tried to be patient and understanding. I finally get my food, and was short a fry, the girl brought it right out, the employees were nice enough. I got back to my condo, and one order had 3 onion rings, 3, zero dipping sauces, just a bunch of dry a** overpriced food. Do not recommend, just go to McDonalds where disappointment is expected.

The speaker that you order from needs to be fixed at this location. Three consecutive visits to this restaurant and I've had to repeat myself several times because the worker speaking with me hears things completely differently. The last two times I've gotten my order correct even with this struggle. Today I didn't. Someone please fix it. Kudos to the staff for always being patient and friendly.

I always enjoy coming to whataburger when I visit the great state of FLA! The customer service is always great and the food is delicious. You can't go wrong with the patty melt!

Ordered the #3 and the burger and fries were great. The service was terrible though. I ordered at 1:23pm and didn't get my order until 1:50pm. The restaurant was clean with clean tables and I could barely hear radio speakers but the volume was way down. Never saw a manager but the person should have helped up front get the orders out to the customers. Had to basically speed to get back to a meeting I had to be in at 2:30p. Note: the parking at the restaurant is terrible. I had to park at the Hardee's next door due to the lot being so small.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience! The staff at this location are super unprofessional and rude! I pull up to the drive through line and there are cones. They never close since it's 24 hrs. There were still ppl in line and no one was there to explain so I pulled up and waited. There was an employee walking around behind me after about 10 min moving cones around. I wait in line for over 30 MINUTES and when I pull up they said WE SAW YOU go past our cone we are not going to serve you or take your order. Excuse me so you saw me pull in and let me sit there intentionally until you decided to be immature and completely unprofessional and tell me after the fact that you won't take my order?? THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
