Family and i just ordered some drive through. The young looking girl working the cashier window was extremely rude. Said thank you 3 times during our 3 exchanges and every time she didn't even look at us, say anything and immediately would close the window on us after saying thank you. Definitely not going to that location anymore. They don't deserve business.

I love Whataburger, but this location is the worst when it comes to curbside service!! It has happened twice to me and that’s it!!! They either take tooooo long or forget me order!! Seriously!! How can you not even prepare a freaking shake!!

Had to go in, as the drive thru was packed. It Took more than the drive thru. They put my meal in a warmer instead of looking for my number or calling it out. I had a 30min lunch break and it took over 40 min. Whata lunch break when you get disappointed ☹️ this happens frequently at this location 😕 understaffed for the need.

First time to eat at this WhataBurger location. It is conveniently within 1/2 mile of where I now live. This restaurant meets the franchises high standards of sanitation & cleanliness. Expecting more customers at noon since it is on busy Nacogdoches Rd with great signage. Disappointed they were no longer carrying their delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger. Optred for a small cheese bacon burger instead, onion rings and a strawberry shake. Good but not extraordinary.

Ran inside real quick to get a coffee and some cookies for my little one today. The employees here are the nicest! A 5 min visit made my day, David is so so sweet. He didn’t take my order, a nice woman with short hair did, she was extremely sweet, but David came over to talk and tell me to have a good day. We frequently come to this location. The food is typically great! The service has proven to be hit or miss in the past for dine in, but drive-through is fast and efficient in my experience. If an employee by the name of "DD" is the one taking care of dine in, though, you might as well turn around and get back in your car.

This is my favorite fast food without question. I go to this location because it's close to my house. I use curb side more than anything and I've never had any issue's with any of my service. I've been inside a few times and it's really clean and the people are amazing and super nice and courteous. I highly recommend this location the people and service are top notch.

Never have I ever been so disappointed by my favorite fast food chain. Got out of the gym around 3am and headed right over to get some food before heading to the house. Dude that took our order did NOT give a flying f**k, just the demeanor in which he spoke to us (I had my 2 roommates with me) was just giving me massive red flags. Not only did he seem almost annoyed that we were there, our order was so off that I think they stuck a 3 year old behind the screen and called it good. The lady that ran my card was nice enough, but $37 for 3 people at FAST FOOD is ridiculous. It's good, but not that good. Hell, it wasn't even correct

Grateful they were open on New Year's Eve! However, the customer service was quite questionable. Since CoronaDrama, safety measures are taken into account with is always assuring to observe. also line of the few fast food companies still open 24 hours. This all being said, Whataburger is consistently good as far as the food goes, so I hate to pen a negative review. However. For the sake of honesty. I have been here countless other times, they are sometimes good, sometimes bad, but (maybe only compared to other consistently good Whataburger locations), they have gotten the order incorrect maybe one third the time. Yes, they were packed, but this is no excuse. There were several individuals in our party, so it took several minutes to get out the order. Notably, things like saying "a la carte" only to be followed with the associate asking, "What drink do you want with that?" obviously not making things any easier. When we (finally) got to the cashier, she requested our order back, only to get it incorrect. We verified it, only to have her snap, "that's what I said". Even though we all heard otherwise. She told us in no kind means that we needed to speak up when ordering and then there was some grumbling as she pushed to close the window closed in front of our faces. Then we had to move ahead, waited another ten minutes, which is fine, except when we received our order it was missing an extra side of onion rings. Couldn't be bothered to flag them down though, at that point. Le sigh. Also not sure whether this is standard, but did not receive any straws or ketchup or even napkins! Only received what we precisely ordered. Oh, wait. Not that, either.

Super slow and rude here these people do not want to work there's one girl motivated enough to do drive through Togo orders and counter that girl deserves a raise but all other people working here seem super rude and not willing to talk to anyone. I didn't even want to bother them but they pulled the dining room tea and you have to goto the counter for it, I would rather serve myself

Whataburger used to be so good. Once Chicago took over, big surprise, it turned to trash. The ONLY thing good here now are the chicken strip meals. So disappointed. And that is all of them, not just this location. Don't waste your money. So crappy that the owner sold out like he did.

do companies not train employees how to say "i'm sorry", "how can i make it right"? or something to that effect. im pretty PRO restaurant, PRO restaurant employees in this Covid climate, but ya gotta work with me 11:30 am/saturday , light traffic at restaurant... placed an online curbside order, was told to park "in designated spots, enter number". i drove around the ENTIRE restaurant, front and back, nothing. i checked app, said if no available spots, park out front with flashers so i did. i waited, and waited, 10 minutes after estimated time on app, i decided to go in. asked at counter, no one could find my order. cashier told me curbside was around back by drive through when i asked. my order was finally found - sitting time on counter 20 minutes. i said my burger was probably cold, cashier said no, it was fine. open bag, unwrap, cold. so i asked them to remake it. also asked cashier AGAIN about curbside spots, didnt know how i missed it. she walked off, no answer. waited and waited for my burger - it apparently went to the back of the line - cashier came back and informed me no one put out the curbside signs. no apology, no "we'll get your burger right out", nothing, she just walked off. about 10 minutes later i got my burger. total time over 30 minutes. no apology, no thank you, no nothing. (manager was there, he answered when i asked if anyone was making my burger after watching about a dozen of others made.) someone DID ask if i needed another pie, since it had been sitting too - kudos to him. im writing this review for 2 reasons - 1) so you know what's going on if you dont see curbside signs 2) to let managers know that EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED HOW TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS!!! i am not a cranky old lady. a prompt im sorry, let me get that fixed for you again, would have made me a happy camper. things happen, just KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEM RIGHT! FOOD NOTE: when i got home, so much ketchup was slopped on that it leaked all over the wrapper and rendered the bottom bun inedible. ill add photos! lol! COVID NOTE: i ordered online curbside because i did. OT want to go inside!

I arrived at Whataburger drive thru for breakfast and finally left at LINCH time!!! There was ONE customer ahead of me. I waited 20 mins in the heat! 20! Why!??!!!!! Not only was there no urgency on behalf of the black woman employee but she was chit chatting with the customer waiting behind me!! Finally, not only she bring me THE WRONG ORDER and instead of apologizing for the unnecessary long wait, she makes some patronizing comment, "here you go miss. Just rocking it! " No, she didn't rock it, she fucked up!!!!!! Too bad I can't leave a NEGATIVE star!!!!!

New whataburger challenge call this the SPICY FARM HOUSE. It's amazingly good. Basically a #1 with cheese and you add a chicken patty in this case the spicy chicken patty. Let's make this a thing. Yeah, I just love going inside, such as I did today, place my order and then get totally ignored after that. I placed the order at 2:17pm got my place card (#12). I sat down near the front. After 12-14 minutes, and with just about every customer that was inside now gone, I walked up and asked about my order. The person who actually took the order (a white shirt supervisor) acts like she's totally forgot about me. Welp, I guess it's no act she did forget about me. One of the roles of the supervisor is to make sure things are going well and that includes looking over the restaurant itself to make sure that a guy who's been sitting on his butt for over 10 minutes with his cell phone is okay. Anyway she yells over the preparer's station to aske about the number 12 order. Yeah, you guessed it. It hadn't even been started. Forget this place. I've had it with this outlet. I'll be doing business from now on at the Brook Hollow outlet.

I can't believe I wasted eleven dollars on this sorry excuse for a breakfast. I placed my order at 9:41 and didn't make it to the window for my food for a solid TEN MINUTES (see receipt pic). We order fries instead of the hashbrowns and they make them fresh, because who has fries laying around during breakfast? They do apparently. The fries were inedible, cold dry, stiff, just nasty. My jalapeno cheddar biscuit was the consistency of beef jerky left out on a sidewalk for three days. Disgusting. Disappointing. The only thing good....the OJ and that's because they didn't make it. I hope this isn't a sign of the direction Whataburger is heading since the buy-out. As for this particular location, it's CANCELED.

Went to get a burger after late arrival from airport. 9:00 PM Tues 9/21/22. There were 3 cars in A lane and I got behind a car in B lane. I saw 5 workers inside filling cups, walking around and laughing. Waited 15 minutes and NO cars were served or had moved - I was stuck. Finally the car in front of me got their order. I asked the server what the problem was and he said they were short staffed. I told him forget it and drove off. Mr. Garcia the manager needs to look into this or take his name off the window. I would be ashamed.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. This is the second time that I've been there and they get my order wrong and the forget part of my order. The employees there are little absent minded kids, that couldn't care less that they give poor service. They're there to collect a paycheck. This is the closest Whataburger to me, but I'm going to start driving an extra 3 miles out of my way. Just so I can have my order made correctly. This location needs to be shut down and everyone get re trained, including management! By most reviews on here, it seems that there's a trend here. FIX IT, OR CLOSE!!

We just went thru the drive thru at this Whataburger. The person taking our order was kind, patient and professional. The guy giving us our food at the window was an abundance inconsiderate jerk. Not only were we treated very poorly, we didn't receive straws, napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper or lemon (I ordered the fish dinner). My husband asked if the guy (Dangelo) could pour his drink into an insulated cup he had from the paper cup. Dangelo said "they don't do that". They've done it before so I have to wonder if this guy was prejudiced (my husband is Black and I'm White) or if he was honestly just very new jerk. I was so disappointed. We're moving out of state so this is one of our farewell dinners. We have Whataburger where we're going but we've been in this neighborhood for 14 yrs so we've been going to this one since it opened. Horrible fish...way too

This is just for the breakfast. I had a mobile order, i came in and say down in the seat next to the door Unless you're standing in front of a register. No one will acknowledge you. There was no one was in the ordering area but me. Got no attention for 5 mins which my order time came and went. When i asked about it the handed me my drinks and good can't a few mins later which was about 6 mind after my latest time frame on the app. I ordered hotcakes and the breakfast plate. When i get home, there was no utensils, no condiments no napkins just the food. This is the only place that does not give you syrup for your pancakes. At least in McDonald's you are ready to eat from the bag. Breakfast was ok, not worth the expense though. For fast food breakfast. McDonald's is the way to go. Whataburger needs to up their game, this experience just left me disappointed

Very slow drive thru. Took about 30mins for two burgers. Only 3 cars in front of us. Would have been quicker to go to H‑E‑B and cook my own burgers at home. Never coming to this one again. It's called fast food for a reason. Very disappointed.

the night shift girl didn't even greet us when we got there and there wasn't any line, we waited for about 2 minutes and then kept asking if there was anyone then a girl answered and took the order the most unprofessional way and didn't even respond just would wait there in silence and would keep repeating "what" and i said that was all and about a min passed and she asked if that was gonna be all and i said yes again, we proceeded to drive up to the window and she told us the total and then gave me the cup and i asked if i could have some ice and she said "we aint got no ice" and told us to drive up and shut the window so we did and she came and slapped the bag at my dads face and left in a rush. terrible experience. she was blonde/brunette and wore makeup, if you're not cut out for customer service then just don't work for customer service jobs...

Coming in late from work. Whataburger is one of the few 24 hr places open in the dining room after 10pm so after an extra long day at work, you can sit and relax, listen to country music and have a great burger. The service has never disappointed us, even when they make a mistake, they take care of it right away. Great friendly staff that actually sound like they mean it when they say "Welcome to Whataburger!" Love this store, they must have great leadership here that allows the staff to take ownership. Hope they pay their staff more than minimum wage, they are worth it!!! Great customer service!!! A+++ clean bathrooms!

Honestly I'm not one to complain cause me working in the food industry before and being in customer service for so many years i understand but it's one thing to make small mistakes and another one that you just are so careless and non apologetic or even show a hint of how I cam resolve the mistakes. 2nd times a charm to actually pay attention to the 1 star rating this whataburger has tbh. Both orders were delivery but no napkins, straws nor ketchup. Even if the order shows specifically to add ketchup. Okay whatever right, i let it go. Second time around we wait for curbside. Yo, almost like 30minutes. No traffic for the store, ordered in advance and nothingg. Second delivery order, we only got our drinks, we call and whoever Todd is, was like a representation of okay and? You ask for the refund in the app that's what we were told. Ask for the refund there and reorder. Like really man? If that person was an employee or even manager, y'all need more training in customer service cause that the worst. All i got were my drinks and not even a refund. All food was soggy and cold. Which was the worst. Never again man. Also they are super stingy with the gravy.

The worst part is, they have 2 ridiculous lines so if you want to leave the line, you can't! You're trapped!!! There's always SOMETHING wrong with this place. Whether it be they make the food wrong, give you a completely different order, make a ****** burger, or don't put napkins or ketchup in your drive thru order. Not to mention expect to wait at least 10 minutes in drive thru even at 11:30am or 2:30 pm when it's not lunch rush.

This place is too close to comfort because I am a Whataburger addict.. sure the service is slow during the day but I actually the service is faster at night. I order a variety of items but I never have an my major issues other than that the parking lot is a speed zone to the neighboring less than ideal Wal Mart in the area.

Quite possibly the worst Whataburger I have ever been to in San Antonio. One of the newer style buildings, but staffed by kids that are lucky to get their shirt on facing right side out. Here's a tip, look at your food before you drive off, there is an excellent chance it isn't what you were expecting. The only positive experience was the entertainment from the guy changing the words on the sign out front. I don't know if it was rehearsed, but watching you trying to get those letters up was hilarious. All I could hear in my head was the Benny Hill theme. Thanks.

GREAT PLACE! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good food at a fair price. The cashier (Bethany) was welcoming and friendly, the establishment was clean and well maintained, and the manager (Justin) went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Food quality and customer service will definitely have my family and I coming back for more!

On Tuesday, June 13, 2017 I went to the Whataburger at 11003 NW Military Hwy, ordered the Whatacatch. When I got back to work, I opened up the burger and saw brown, wilted lettuce with a dab of tartar sauce. I've never seen anything so nasty. Do not recommend this place at all!!!

I love this location. Everytime I come here, the restaurant and restrooms are clean. The food is good, served hot and quickly. If I have to wait to place my order, it's a short wait. The crew is pleasant. Plenty of parking, well lit at night, convenient location.

Simple request of adding mayo to your burger. If you add may that removes mustard whataburgers fix. Ask manager to fix it for you. Would hate to see if this location was busy. Whataburger on Marbach stays busy and has great service. Have watched workers clean a table ( wipe it clean) and skip tables with food crumbs or trash on them.

I love this location. The two best things I encountered was one, the service was very friendly and I was immediately greeted. The second thing was the nice family environment. Almost every restaurant I go to now has ridiculous and nasty music, but not this one. There was very nice family, Christian music instead of other things they could be playing. Not all the tables were clean, but that is understandable because of the hour. I recommend this location to every family looking for a nice family environment.
