I love whataburger. This was the 1st time I've ever been to this location and I asked what I've always asked for which is honey bbq chicken sandwich but I always sub it with honey butter and never had a problem at any other location except this one. I asked to sub it and what they did was make it a regular one and charged me extra for a side of honey butter which wasn't at all what I asked for. I think ill stick with the 1604/chase hill location.

Everything is great until they bring my dine in order in a bag and said they're out of trays. I look around and it's only me and one other person. Doesn't make sense to me. Idk if I did something wrong. Was it because I asked for no bun oil?

Very disappointed with my visit today. I came here for a quick meal, but it ended up taking 30 minutes just to get our food — and we were dining in. For a fast food restaurant, that’s completely unacceptable. The place wasn’t even that busy, yet the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. No updates, no apology, just a long wait for food that came out lukewarm. If you’re looking for something quick, this is not the place. I won’t be coming back until they figure out how to actually serve food in a timely manner.

We came to Whataburger in the morning and were greeted by Malachi, he was so sweet and welcoming! He took our order with a genuine smile and got everything right. He went above and beyond and this was genuinely some of the best service we’ve ever had. It’s always such a great start to the day when someone goes out of their way to be kind. Thank you, Malachi, for your great attitude and awesome service!

I come here often and usually have good service. The service was still great but i got a very watery gravy and when i brought it to their attention all they did was offer more of the same watery gravy. I requested a refund and asked if they were out of gravy. She told me they had plenty of gravy but they werent going to make any more. April handled this situation very poorly and ill be going to a different whataburger now. This was all on top of the fact that they had forgotten to give me a gravy to begin with. The only reason i realized it was so watery was because i had to walk back inside to get it. The one star is for the really nice lady that works at the register, otherwise its a 0.

Kim made our experience one of a kind! Her customer service and her outgoing personality makes it a great experience every time. I come to this location on a constant basis and I’m blessed to receive Kim’s service! She’s deserves a raise or some type of compensation for her hard work and dedication!

This was a replacement order and I got this meat that looks crazy with holes in it it had so much salt on it it was inedible so at this time I feel like you did this on purpose cuz you had to replace my order that was messed up the first time I'm so offended I will never spend my money at this place again just trash
